It is a very important to manage inventory quickly and accurately in Refrigerated commercial warehouses in which a lot of logistics are often shipping and receiving. Because most of systems for managing refrigerated warehouses consist of COBOL, it will be raised maintenance costs. There is no service for consignees who are consumer of refrigerated warehouses and they use only a fax or a phone for orders. In this paper, we design a web mobile middleware platform supporting legacy systems and based on SaaS which supports a variety of value-added services which are fit consignees, solving problem of outdated legacy systems and no services for consignees.

In recent society, the quality of human life has improved due to the use of electric appliances and the high powered electrical equipments. However, lots of electric appliances and equipments generate the electromagnetic field hazard. Many studies have been made about the wrong behavior of machines due to electromagnetic fields, the interferences in communication equipments, the possibility of the electromagnetic field hazard in human body, etc. There exist international standards about the RF equipments (ex. mobile phone, antenna, etc.). But, many researchers involved in power frequency electric and magnetic field only propose the prudential avoidance. In this paper, induced currents in a human body model due to magnetic fields in high speed railway are calculated by two dimensional impedance method. Power frequency(60Hz) magnetic fields are calculated and induced currents are simulated by Faraday's law. Induced currents are simulated with induced voltage, human body model impedances due to Ohm's law, magnetic fields derived from Biot-Savart's law and Transmission Line Method in high speed railway.

The reality is that forms and roles of media is changing as our society goes forward fast. There aren't any other noticeable media forms than one man media UCC(User Created Contents). Not only almost all of the house hold a camera at least one, but people can take a picture by using their mobile phone. Furthermore, people can produce a movie through taken pictures in this time. That is the beginning of UCC. It is possible to make use of private life, company, society, advertisement, shopping mall, and so on.

In this paper, we identified the national alert service and recognized the problem that disaster message is received only from smart phones, which are mobile communication devices in the event of a disaster. Thus, we conducted a study on how to use NFC to identify disaster characters in navigation. Research was conducted on how to receive and utilize disaster message and disaster information when using smart phone navigation as well as application development-enabled navigation. If studies such as those in question continue, disaster situations and information will be provided in a more diverse environment and users will all be able to access disaster content to prepare for disasters and prevent or reduce damage.

Purpose: In the current era of rapid development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, the formation of an effective regulatory approach is important. There are some methodological shortcomings and difficulties in the approach system of international organizations that assesses the level of application of ICT in various areas in terms of quantity and quality. The basic element of economic growth differs according to the economic conditions prevailing in the period and the country. While the agricultural sector plays an active role in economic growth or development in an underdeveloped country, in a developed country, capital-intensive and even technology-intensive production is the main element of economic growth. From this point of view, the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Azerbaijan's socio-economy for the period between 2010-2020 will be examined. Research design and methodology: The unit root test and Granger causality test were applied by taking the CDPPC per Capita, Employment, and Unemployment Rate from the social-o-economic data as the dependent variable, fixed and mobile phone usage and internet usage as the independent variables. The principal results: According to the results obtained; It has been determined that the use of ICT positively affects the socio-economic economic situation.

This study presents the development and characterization of a prototype TL/OSL reader for the retrospective dose assessment of individuals in radiological emergencies. The reader is portable, semi-automatic, and capable of accurate measurements. The dimension of the reader is 25 × 25 × 37 cm³ and the weight is about 15 kg. The reader consists of a sample moving stage, a heating module, an optical stimulation module, a detection module, a data acquisition (DAQ) unit, a nitrogen gas control module, and a PC with a GUI program. The reader has three measurement modes: TL, CW_OSL, and custom mode. The reader was characterized using commercial thermal luminescence dosimeters (TLD, LiF:Mg,Cu,Si) and optically stimulated dosimeters (OSLD, Al₂O₃:C), as well as fortuitous materials, such as display glasses and resistors of mobile phone. The results showed that the reader is capable of measuring signals with a detection limit of up to 0.02 mGy using a commercial dosimeter. In the dose recovery test using fortuitous materials, the reconstructed doses obtained three days post-irradiation closely aligned with the initially administered doses. As a result, this study suggests that the developed TL/OSL reader is a promising instrument for emergency dose assessment at accident sites.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of the information activities (i.e., the ability of digital device use and the time spent of information retrieval) on the feeling of happiness for the elderly people in Korea. For this study, we conducted face-to-face interview with the elderly over 60 years old living in and around Daegu, Korea and analyzed 371 valid data for frequency, multiple regression and t-test using IBM SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that neither the ability of computer nor mobile phone use affect on the feeling of happiness, whereas both the ability of TV and telephone use influence positively (+) on it. In addition, the time spent of the business-related information retrieval influences negatively (-) on the feeling of happiness, but the time spent of the financial-related information retrieval influences positively (+) on it.

Although the rapid spread of mobile device like smart phone has increased, One of the main problems of systems is that they do not meet their quality requirements. Many researchers have tried to improve users' satisfaction and enhance their quality of life. The purpose of the study is to examine the moderating effect of lifestyle on the use of mobile internet service. To achieve our research purpose, we used lifestyle, IS success model and quality of life as the theoretical background. Based on the research model, we conducted survey and empirically analyzed the data. We classified user types according to lifestyle as a moderating variable. The results show that users' lifestyle can classify two group: curiosity-independent group and intelligence-pursuit of advanced fashion type. The impact of information and systems quality factors of mobile internet service on user satisfaction are differentiated from these lifestyle group. This paper ends with strategical implication of the study results.

In this study, current status of technology and realities of usage on wireless Internet for educational applications were examined, and based on related studies and case analysis, 'Matrix OX Quiz' that can be applied at present time was designed and built. Main characteristics of this system are as below: Firstly, an attempt was made to achieve educational effect by offering educational contents that are suitable for wireless Internet era, breaking away form limitations on time and space with previous wired Internet. Secondly, mobile phone was selected as the wireless Internet terminal considering the current wireless Internet usage environment and technology, and improved convenience by supporting WAP form Markup language used by SK telecommunications with the most enrollment at present. Thirdly, self-directed learning capability of students can be improved through lessons utilizing wireless Internet. Especially, responsibilities for teaming can be increased through lessons utilizing wireless Internet, and abilities needed for solving immediate problems can be developed. Therefore, the educational contents built in this study should have sufficient educational effects if wireless Internet becomes widely spread and most students can easily use it in near future.

Advances in the wireless Internet have led to the rise of diverse techniques which can access information regardless of time and place. There are many research efforts to identify the various ways to use a cellular phone in our everyday life. However, it has been rarely used in the elementary school. As an attempt to apply the wireless Internet technology to the elementary school, this study is to design and implement a wireless Internet homepage where the parents would be able to have an easy access to the information any place and any time. The characteristics of the wireless Internet homepage are as follows; first, the images were reduced to the minimum and the text-oriented information is mostly used to deliver the key information, considering the small screen and relatively slow transmission rates. Second, by providing a link set up between the wireless homepage and the wired Internet homepage, users can choose the more convenient access tool. Finally, the SMS (Short Message Service) messages could be used for an immediate delivery of information.
