Implementation on the Portable Blood Gas Analyzer (휴대형 혈액가스 분석시스템의 구현)

  • In this study, we implement the potable blood gas analyzer measuring pH, $pCO_2\;and\;pO_2$ of the arterial blood. The implemented system by this study is divided into hardware and software part and also the hardware portion is parted by mechanism and electronic circuit mit. The system program is composed of operating, washing, correcting and measuring program. And to correct the system, two-point calibration method is used, one-point calibration method is also added for more accuracy, and system program is coded. For verifying the implemented system, We examine to response property of each electrode. And evaluate accuracy of the system using standard reagent and was construed as statistical.

  • 본 연구에서는 모바일 클라이언트간의 효율적인 데이터 공유를 위해 SFA 서버의 중개 없이, 서버에 접속해 있는 클라이언트간의 데이터 전송이 가능토록 하기 위하여, 기존의 P2P 개념을 모바일 기반으로 확장하였다. 이때 기존의 제한된 메시지 전달방법을 탈피하여 JXTA 기반의 모바일 SFA 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 모바일 P2P 서비스와 LBS 기술은, 모바일 사용자 간의 정보 공유가 신속하게 이루어지게 함으로써, 모바일 시스템의 효율성을 향상 시킨다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 또한 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 독립적이며, 네트워크 디바이스에 독립적인 환경을 지원하는 JXTA 네트워크 환경에서 분산된 자원을 효율적으로 검색하는 DHT(Distributed Hash Table) 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. DHT는 분산 해쉬 테이블을 이용하는 기법으로써, 모든 피어들은 공유하고 있는 자원들에 대한 메타 데이터를 해쉬 값에 의해 지정된 피어에게 전송하며, 메타데이터를 수신한 피어들은 다른 피어로부터 검색 요청이 들어올 경우 자원의 위치를 알려주는 방식으로 동작한다.

  • Recently, people can create small content by themselves and it improved into a form that can be promoted. Also, as active small business owners increase, they produce the content for promotion by themselves without external professional help and they utilize it. This paper studies the method to make Mobile Apps, Mobile Web and homepage services available by automatically generating the mobile based mini content. The automated content creation system suggests the method that small business owners and groups can easily communicate with new people by bringing Single Page Application, hybrid mobile web app, N-Screen based content building, private cloud-based PaaS building technology, P2P network based file sharing and multimedia thread technologies together and creating the content.

  • This paper presents the mobile robot control based on vision system. The proposed vision based controller consist of the camera tracking controller and the formation controller. Th e camera controller has the adaptive gain based on IBVS. The formation controller which is designed in the sense of the Lyapunov stability follows the leader. Simluation results show that the proposed vision based mobile robot control is validated for indoor mobile robot applications.

  • 요즘은 "손 안의 컴퓨터"라 불리는 smartphone이 전 세계적으로 열풍이다. 휴대전화가 보급되어 일반사람들도 이동하면서 전화가 가능하게 된 지 얼마 되지도 않았다. Blackberry, apple, HTC, nokia, samsung, LG 등 수많은 제조업체들이 이미 smartphone 시장에 뛰어든 지 오래이며, 이들 간의 경쟁은 갈수록 치열해지고 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 우리들의 생각을 반영하여 만들게 된 프로그램에 대한 것이고 따라서, "smartphone OS 중 가장 개발자를 위한다"는 평을 받고 있는 Android 기반의 P2P 프로그램에 대한 것이다. P2P는 많은 사람들이 파일공유를 목적으로 사용하는 프로그램으로, 이미 컴퓨터에서는 많이 사용되고 있다. 이는 트래커 서버 운영을 기반으로 한다. Android smartphone에서도 이러한 수요는 앞으로 급증할 것으로 보여서, 이 프로그램의 개발은 유저의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 의미있는 작업이라 하겠다.

  • MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) 환경에서 P2P(peer to peer) 시스템은 중앙 집중식 서버 구조나 고정된 인프라를 활용할 수 없다는 제약 때문에 효율적인 파일 공유 및 검색을 지원하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 위치기반 라우팅의 위치 서비스 메커니즘을 사용하는 MANET P2P 파일 검색 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서 참여 노드들은 응용 계층의 파일 색인 테이블과 네트워크 계층의 라우팅 테이블을 통합한 크로스 레이어 테이블을 유지한다. 참여 노드들은 이를 이용해 플러딩(flooding)을 배제한 파일 검색을 수행할 수 있으며 질의에 검색된 파일은 파일 요청 노드의 지리적인 위치를 고려해 선택되기 때문에 최적화된 라우팅 경로를 형성할 수 있다.

  • In the future, a machine will be more improved in the form of advanced concept with collaborative ability in M2M(Machine to Machine, Mobile to Machine) environment for u-Manufacturing system. This paper tried to standardize M2M and design advanced concept machine. The M2M is front-end system for implementing autonomous ubiquitous environment. The advanced machine in M2M will be a collaborative machine with knowledge-evolutionary ability such as u-Machine(Ubiquitous machine), Vortal(Vertical Portal) machine and P2P(Peer to Peer) machine. Such advanced concept machines will be the key subject for M2M cooperation.

Chiral Separation of Tryptophan Enantiomers by Liquid Chromatography with BSA-Silica Stationary Phase

  • The separation of tryptophan enantiomers was carried out with medium-pressure liquid chromatography using BSA (bovine serum albumin)-bonded silica as a chiral stationary phase. The influence of various experimental factors such as pH and ionic strength of mobile phase, separation temperature, and the presence of organic additives on the resolution was studied. In order to expand this system to preparative scale, the loadability of sample and the stability of stationary phase for repeated use were also examined. The separation of tryptophan enantiomers was successful with this system. The data indicated that a higher separation factor (a) was obtained at a higher pH and lower temperature and ionic strength in mobile phase. Addition of organic additives (acetonitrile and 2-propanol) in mobile phase contributed to reduce the retention time of L-tryptophan. About $30\%$ of the separation factor was reduced after 80 days of repeated use.

  • SIn this paper, we introduce our experience for designing and implementing new concept of a global XML-based Peer-to-Peer (P2P) engine to support various P2P applications, and interconnection among PC, Web and mobile computing environments. The proposed P2P engine can support to heterogeneous data exchanges and web interconnection by facilitating with the text-base XML while message exchange are necessary. It is also to provide multi-level security functions as well as to apply different types of security algorithms. The system consist of four modules; a message dispatcher to scheduling and filtering the message, a SecureNet to providing security services and data transmission, a Discovery Manager to constructing peer-to-peer networking, and a Repository Manager to processing data management including XML documents. As a feasibility test, we implement various P2P services such as chatting as a communication service, white-board as an authoring tool set during collaborative working, and a file system as a file sharing service. We also compared the proposed system to a Gnutella in order to measure performance of the systems.
