In this paper, a new cm (Caller ID) transceiver is introduced for SMS(Short Message Service) and e-mail services by the wire and digital cordless phones in 900MHz like as mobile phones. For this wireless digital cm phone, improved radio transceiver modules is proposed and implementedusing the analysis of data processing errors. As a result, many wireless cm services can be popular without the kind of switching systems.

In this paper, we propose a method for transmitting SMS(Short Message Service) for VoIP(Voice over IP) service supporting multi-protocol. The multi-protocol VoIP under consideration are generally composed of H.323, SIP and MGCP and Most ITSPs(Internet Telephony Service Provider) provide VoIP service with H.323 and SIP now. SMS is killer application in mobile telecom service and many people of various field use that service. For example, user can send many SMS messages and substitute e-mail. Also SMS can be provided with various internet application. Ahn, legacy phone of KT, can use SMS. Therefore VoIP phone also can be required with the same requirement. With the multi-protocol VoIP we will propose several methods sending efficiently SMS. To show the validity of the proposed method some examples are given in which the results can be expected by intuitive observation.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 암호화를 Puzzle기법을 사용하여 Puzzle을 재배치하고 재배치한 조합도를 공개키로 암호화 하여 유선을 통하여 전송하고, 조합도 암호화키 OTP를 생성하여 무선으로 사용자에게 전송하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 재배치된 Puzzle기법과 Puzzle조합도 및 OTP를 E-mail과 Mobile phone을 이용하여 높은 수준의 사용자 Deviec와 사용자 인증을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 후 성능 평가를 위해 다양한 콘텐츠 파일을 이용하여 실험을 수행하여 제안한 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 높은 보안성을 검증하였다.

If neither a map, nor geographic-information processing equipment or a micro browser was prepared in a move terminal in the case of the old system, traffic guidance processing was not able to be carried out. Even if this system was required and did not carry out above -mentioned equipment or an above-mentioned system with a move terminal or a cellular phone, it could be made to do it. Traffic information guidance processing is possible to be completed only by the general telephone or electronic mail transmission.

When producing a business card, there is always a risk for exposing personal information as the information from the business card application is saved in the computer of the printing agency. The information that goes into the business card application file, such as name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address is not encrypted, which makes it easy to access. This study was conducted in order to find a way to automatize the business card application process by encrypting the information entered into the business card application file, simplifying the business card application process, minimizing the workload and by directly linking to the print shop to remove the print file after completing the printing of the business card.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a weight control program and compliancy in overweight women. Method: This program was composed of strategies to modify diet and exercise and to change compliance and self determination over an 8 week period. The subjects were 19 overweight women who participated in our project voluntarily. Data was collected from May 4 to Jun 30 of 2007. The program consisted of regular rapid walking exercise, diet, mobile phone messages and e-mail. The data was analyzed by Repeated Measures ANOVA using the SPSS WIN program. Result: According to 3 assessment periods, there were significant differences in body weight, body mass index, and compliance. There were no significant differences in self determination. Conclusion: These findings suggest that more intensive interventions may be needed to demonstrate a change in self determination.

This paper is addressed to Internet telephony based service implementation. It describes an implementation method which uses ARS as a gateway which combines Internet and traditional public switched telephone network for Internet information service using telephony and fax, is different to traditional Internet telephony which provide enhanced speech quality and low cost functionality. This method allows telephony and/or fax user to get Internet information without additional Internet bill, Internet infrastructure and low connection quality from low signal bandwidth connected him. Implemented system is useful to a special kind information service such as climate information of Korea etc and simpler than WAP based service as for wireless mobile telephony user. We implement job opportunity information and advertisement service supported by Home page of Choong Book Small & Medium Business Administration and e-mail service supported by Korean Society for Rehabilitation of persons with Disabilities to demonstrate the system ability. As a result of test implementation, this service system works good fur blind persons and graduated persons without job, is expected to apply for special Internet information provider via Voice and Fax.

IMO(International Maritime Organization)에서는 최근에 AIS, LRIT, SSAS 등 현대화된 통신 기술이 융합된 시스템을 도입하고 있으며 HF 및 VHF 대역에서 e-mail 등 현대화된 데이터 통신 기술을 도입하려고 한다. 이에 따라서 ITU-R에서는 현대화된 해상이동통신시스템에서 사용되는 스펙트럼의 재조정 및 통신방식 권고안을 작성 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 IMO COMSAR회의 및 ITU-R SG8B회의 그리고 IEC TC80회의에 기고되어 논의 중이 해상이동통신시스템의 기술 및 표준화 동향을 분석하고 기술하였다. 특히 본 고에서는 2005년 9월에 개최되었던 ITU-R SG8B에 제출된 기고서를 중심으로 기술을 분석하고, ITU-R, IMO 그리고 IEC의 향후 대응 방향을 기술하였다.

본 고에서는 2007년에 개최되는 ITU(국제통신연합)의 WRC(세계무선총회)를 앞두고 IMO COMSAR 회의 및 ITU-R WP8B 회의에서 논의되고 있는 해상이동통신시스템 현대화와 관련된 기술 및 표준화에 대해 분석하고 기술하였다. IMO에서는 최근에 AIS, LRIT, SSAS 등 현대화된 통신 기술이 융합된 시스템을 도입하고 있으며 HF 및 VHF 대역에서 e-mail 등 현대화된 데이터 통신 기술을 도입하려고 한다. 이에 따라서 ITU-R 에서는 현대화된 해상이동통신시스템에서 사용되는 스펙트럼의 재조정 및 통신방식 권고안을 작성중에 있다. 이를 위하여 OFDM, SDR 등 새로운 기술을 해상통신에 접목시키기 위한 각국의 기고서가 IMO 및 ITU의 관련 회의에 제출되어 검토되고 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 IMO COMSAR회의 및 ITU-R 8B회의에 기고되어 논의 중인 해상이동통신시스템의 기술 동향을 분석하고 기술하였으며, 추후 도입되어 신속하고 효율적으로 운용될 수 있도록 관련 기술기준 및 표준을 분석하고 기술하였다.

In this paper a design of $\pi$/4-DQPSK baseband receiver for the exchange of digital data and e-mail between shore and ship stations and/or among ship stations in the maritime mobile service VHF channels is described. Due to the permitted relatively big frequency instability of local oscillators at the transmitter and the receiver of maritime communication system, the designed baseband receiver should have the capabilities of correct estimation and compensation of the synchronization parameters, such as symbol timing and frequency offset, from the received signal which might include relatively big frequency error. Simulated BER results show that the designed baseband receiver works less than 0.5dB loss under AWGN channel when the normalized frequency offset of the received signal is more then 20%.
