The cosmetic medical information mobile platform is evolving into a new channel for searching and obtaining relevant information before using cosmetic medical service. In addition, the medical institutions can facilitate the medical contracts, and take advantage of systemic customer management through the cosmetic medical information mobile platform. Therefore, the paradigm of the cosmetic medical mobile service industry is facing a flow of change through the use diffusion of cosmetic medical information mobile platform. In this study, in order to explore the factors affecting the use diffusion of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform, this study used the research model of the influence of the characteristics of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform on perceived convenience and usefulness, and use diffusion by applying TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). As a result, immediateness, interactivity, and customization in the characteristics of cosmetic medical information mobile platform had positive effects on the perceived convenience. Also, interactivity, customization, and economics had positive impacts on perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived convenience and usefulness had positive effects on the use diffusion. Through this study, the factors influencing the use diffusion of cosmetic medical information mobile platform were actually explored, and the service value of the cosmetic medical information mobile platform were categorized. Future research is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and expansion of the cosmetic medical service market based on various research.

Purpose In recent years, mobile payment service users have been rapidly increasing. Previous researchers focused on the mobile usage situation such as the elements of mobile payment service, usage pattern, and user behaviors, and the research that is approached from the viewpoint of the user is still insufficient. The aim of this study is to suggest a acceptance-resistance motivation model of choosing a mobile payment service based on the Herzbergs Two-Factor Theory by investigating users' motivation and hygiene factors. Design/methodology/approach For the purpose, literature reviews on factors of choosing a mobile payment service were conducted and classified motivation and hygiene factors. Two hypotheses were set as follows: Hypothesis I is that motivation factors have a positive impact on the choice of mobile payment service, and Hypothesis II is that hygiene factors have a negative impact on the choice of mobile payment service. To test two hypotheses, this study conducted an online questionnaire survey and a multivariate discriminant analysis. Findings The result found that mobile payment service is more likely to be replaced with mobile by improving convenience, simplicity, and ease of use that affect the acceptance motivation of mobile payment service. This result supported the Hypothesis I but not Hypothesis II and contributed to provide implications for future mobile payment service development and marketing utilization.

u-GIS 환경에서의 모바일 단말기를 위한 지리 정보 서비스 시스템은 기존의 GIS, LBS 기반의 모바일 단말 특성을 고려한 사용자 중심의 서비스 시스템이다. 모바일 단말의 다양한 기종과 통신사에 따른 지리 정보 서비스 시스템의 다양한 버전 개발과 GIS 전문가 중심의 서비스 시스템 개발에서 단말기와 통신사에 종속되지 않는 일반 사용자 중심의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템으로 요구 사항이 변경되고 있다. 이러한 요구 사항을 충족시키기 위하여 본 논문은 다양한 모바일 단말에 모두 적용 가능한 표준적인 실행 파일을 생성할 수 있는 플렉스 기반의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템을 설계하며, 사용자 중심의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템에서 가장 우선적으로 제공해야 하는 위치 정보와 연계한 사진 컨텐츠 관리 기법을 제안한다. 제안시스템은 지도 표출에 관련된 기능, 위치 관리 기능, 컨텐츠 관리 기능, 매시업 관리 기능, 데이터 관리 기능을 제공하며, 결과물을 모바일 단말기에서 표출하기 위해 swf 파일을 생성하는 기능을 제공한다. 제안된 시스템은 구현을 통해 각각 다른 모바일 단말기에서 동일한 결과를 표출함을 증명하였다. 생성된 실행 파일은 다른 사양을 가진 모바일 단말기에서 확대 배율과 디스플레이 화면에 따른 동일한 이미지 지도를 사용자에게 전달하여 언제 어디서나 누구에게도 동일한 결과를 보여주는 장점을 가진다.

The location-based service is one of the most powerful services in the mobile area. The location-based service provides information service for moving user's location information and information service using wire / wireless communication. In this paper, we propose a model for personalized recommendation system which includes location information and personalized recommendation system for location-based service. For this service system, we consider mobile clients that have a limited resource and low bandwidth. Because it is difficult to input the words at mobile device, we must deliberate it when we design the interface of system. We design and implement the personalized recommendation system for location-based services(advertisement, discount news, and event information) that support user's needs and location information. As a result, it can be used to design the other location-based service systems related to user's location information in mobile environment. In this case, we need to establish formal definition of moving objects and their temporal pattern.

Mobile Internet Service has been accelerated in ubiquitous computing environment. The purpose of this study is to suggest the patterns of mobile internet services based upon the current and future environments. The types of mobile internet service are explicated on the basis of current and future usage. A two-dimensional framework using level of timeliness and service purpose is utilized for classifying mobile internet service. Future trends of mobile internet service are carefully suggested.

The purpose of this study was 1) to examine the usage of mobile internet by cell phone or palm pilot, etc., 2) to analyze mobile users' lifestyles, 3) to examine preferred fashion services according to users' lifestyles and 4) to investigate service satisfaction and preference with the mobile internet. 193 university students in Seoul were randomly selected as subject. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (i.e., percentage, frequency), factor analysis, cluster analysis and ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: first, most mobile users spent 10 min a day for using the mobile internet (i.e., short message service) mainly in transportation vehicles. Secondly, five factors in the mobile users' lifestyle were named as: 'surfer', 'absorber', 'expert', 'accepter' and 'enthusiast'. Thirdly, two factors in the preferences of fashion service on mobile internet were 'customized information service' and 'ordinary information service'. Fourthly, according to the internet lifestyle, mobile users were classified into three groups: 'mania group', 'follower group', and 'veteran group'. The mania group was the highest group in mobile service satisfaction and service preference. Marketing implications are discussed for the successful mobile business in clothing and textile industry.

최근에 공간정보 활용분야 확대와 스마트폰 확산에 따라 모바일 공간정보 서비스의 시장이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 스마트폰 사용자들은 위치기반서비스, 소셜네트워크서비스 등의 공간정보 서비스를 보다 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있기를 기대하고 있다. 하지만, 국내 공간정보기술 개발의 잠재력은 보유하고 있으나 모바일 네트워크 환경에서의 다양한 공간정보 서비스 개발을 지원할 수 있는 정책적 지원이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 모바일 기반에서의 공간정보 활용 및 산업 활성화를 위한 정책적 지원방안 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 모바일 앱/웹 현황 조사와 모바일 공간정보 관련 전문가 수요조사 및 분석을 통해 모바일 공간정보 활성화를 위한 정부차원의 개선방안을 제시한다.

최근 정보기술 발전과 컴퓨터의 고성능화에 따라 인터넷과 지리정보 시스템(GIS: Geographic Information System)을 연동하여 많은 웹사이트에서 지도정보 및 POI(Point of Interest)서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 Web GIS는 시스템 구축이나 서비스 제공방법, 지도표현 형식에 있어 특정 시스템이나 환경에 의존적이며 제약이 많이 있다. 또한 무선인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 이동 환경에서 현재 위치정보를 적용한 실시간 서비스를 제공받기 원하는 사용자가 급증하고 있는 시점에서 이러한 서비스는 PDA와 같은 이동클라이언트에 LBS(Location Based Service)로 제공될 수 있어야한다. 본 논문에서는 국립지리원의 표준 지도형식인 DXF 수치지도를 이용하여 모바일 웹 서비스가 가능한 GIS를 구축하였다. 그리고 이를 OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)에서 권고한 벡터 방식의 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) 포맷의 지도로 표현하고, XML 웹 서비스를 이용한 개방형 서비스로 제공하였다. 또한 이동클라이언트인 PDA에 GPS수신기를 확장하여 이동환경에서 위치정보를 획득하여 모바일을 위한 실시간 위치기반 웹지도 서비스를 설계하고 서버기반 G15 컴퓨팅 환경을 실용적으로 구현하였다.

유선 전화에 의한 119, 112 등의 긴급서비스는 KT의 전화번호부 데이터베이스에 의해 구조서비스 요청자의 위치를 즉시 파악할 수 있다. 그러나 이동전화에 의한 119, 112 긴급구조서비스 요청 시 이동전화의 위치를 이동통신망에서 제공받아야 한다. 본 연구는 모바일 긴급서비스를 위한 이동통신망에서의 위치정보 제공을 위한 프로토콜에 대한 것으로, 국내외 무선긴급구조서비스 기술, 제도, 관련 연구 현황을 조사하고, TIA/EIA/J-STD-036-A을 기반으로 국내 이동통신망 환경에 적합한 기술규격을 제시하였다. 무선긴급서비스는 무선긴급구조서비스와 무선긴급경계서비스로 구분할 수 있다. 무선긴급구조서비스를 위한 네트워크 표준 참조모델은 국내 표준으로 제정되어 있으며, 본 논문에서는 무신긴급구조서비스 참조 모델의 각 모듈간 세부 인터페이스를 정의하고 시나리오와 메시지, 메시지 흐름을 정의하였다. 또한 무선긴급경계서비스를 위한 네트워크 참조모델을 제시하고, 구성요소간의 메시지 흐름 및 메시지 규격에 대하여 정의하였다.

This paper proposes a personal information protection model that allows a user to regulate his or her own personal information and privacy protection policies to receive services provided by a service provider without having to reveal personal information in a way that the user is opposed to. When the user needs to receive a service that requires personal information, the user will only reveal personal information that they find acceptable and for uses that they agree with. Users receive desired services from the service provider only when there is agreement between the user's and the service provider's security policies. Moreover, the proposed model utilizes a mobile agent that is transmitted from the user's personal space, providing the user with complete control over their privacy protection. In addition, the mobile agent is itself a self-destructing program that eliminates the possibility of personal information being leaked. The mobile agent described in this paper allows users to truly control access to their personal information.
