Study on Development of Technology Standards for Batch Conversion of CI between Private and Personal Identity Proofing Organizations for Safe Mobile Electronic Notification Service (모바일전자고지서비스를 위한 민간기관과 공인전자문서중계사업자 간 연계정보 활용방안에 관련 연구)

  • Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

  • Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification.   • Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

  • Due to the development of IT technology and the spread of infectious diseases, online non-face-to-face services are rapidly expanding. In particular, the information delivery process is also changing from the past postal branch-based to an information delivery system using mobile devices. This change is due to the change from the information delivery using the telephone line to the information delivery system using the Internet. Mobile notification service is a service that sends electronic notices to mobile devices held by users to deliver information and is validated for delivery, which has the advantage of reducing the benefits of unnecessary mail production, exposure to personal information, and misdelivery. However, user identification information must be provided to operators that provide mobile electronic notification services. In this paper, the current state of use of the mobile electronic notice service, which has been in effect since 2019, is investigated and analyzed, and the current mobile electronic notice service is to be safely provided and to take appropriate protection measures for personal information. In providing the mobile electronic notification service to users, it is possible to identify the service standards required by the sending agency, and based on this, prepare the technical standards for the mobile electronic notification service that the sending agency must comply with in advance and use it for the mobile electronic notification service.

  • Due to the expansion of non-face-to-face services, the demand for user identification for mobile devices is increasing. Recently, mobile resident registration cards, mobile driver's licenses, etc. are installed in mobile phones and used for user identification and authentication services. In order to identify a user online, unique identification information of the online user is required. In particular, in order to provide information only to online users, it is necessary to accurately deliver information to a mobile device owned by the user. To make this service possible, it was realized with the advent of mobile electronic notice service. However, the identification of online service users and information on mobile devices owned or subscribed by the relevant users require safe management as personal information, and it is also necessary to increase the convenience of online service users. In this paper, we propose an operating standard for providing a mobile electronic notice service that sends electronic notice using a mobile device owned by the user. The mobile electronic notice service is a service that provides notices expressed in electronic information to the recipient's cell phone, mobile app, e-mail, etc. Therefore, as the use of mobile electronic notification service increases and the provision and use of connecting information to identify users increases, it is necessary to expand the mobile electronic notification service while safely protecting users' personal information.

  • The mobile electronic notification service delivers notifications through mobile phone text or app-based message push to solve various problems of the paper-based mail service. And it is a service that an electronic document relay company proves to prove delivery. In order for public and administrative agencies to provide mobile electronic notification service, the user's identification information of the mobile phone number or the subscribed app is required. To overcome these limitations, ICT-regulated sandbox system was used to allow collective conversion of users' resident registration numbers into connecting information (CI). Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technical method for safe management of user CI in mobile electronic notice service, identity verification of electronic notice readers, and prevention of forgery and forgery of electronic notices. Through the proposed method, it is confirmed that the service can be activated by minimizing the adverse function of the mobile electronic notification service by securing the user's convenience and technical safety for the CI.

  • The mobile electronic notice service (MENS) is a service that delivers a mobile electronic notice to a smartphone in the person's name through an authorized electronic document intermediary instead of a bill that was delivered by mail using paper. In order to provide the MENS, information is needed to identify the same user between the sending agency and the authorized electronic document relay. In this paper, we propose a standard for safe conversion and utilization of Connecting Information (CI) used as user identification information for MENS. In the proposed method, it is necessary for the requesting institution to send the electronic notice to provide the resident registration number to the identity verification institution and convert it into the CI. In this case, a safe and efficient MENS will be possible by proposing a review standard and processing method to verify the appropriateness of the conversion of CI. By applying the proposed method to the MENS, it can contribute to service activation and reinforcement of user privacy protection.

  • In this paper, automatic recognition of an accident and whether service delivery and risk driving through the giving of the driver to correct driving habits before and after the accident to reproduce highly scalable video Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR (SMBD, Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR) Computer of the model was designed. SMBD on embedded systems equipped with wireless capabilities to sleep in the car accident point and the image information by wireless communications, by notification in the control center, 24-hour emergency rescue service and traffic information can be provided. The vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the vehicle information and sensor data in conjunction with wireless eCall (Emergency Call) services can be realized.

  • 음성통화 위주의 통신 시장이 무선 인터넷 중심으로 변함에 따라 스마트디바이스의 생태계가 진화하고 있다. 일반 데스크탑 환경에서 보여지는 웹을 바탕으로 모바일 디바이스에서도 데스크탑 퀄리티의 환경을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 UI를 비롯하여 사용자 중심의 각종 서비스들이 개발되고 있으며 향후, 2016년까지 전 세계 모바일 데이터 트래픽이 현재의 10배 수준으로 증가할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 모바일디바이스를 활용한 주문 시스템의 단점과 한계를 APNs방식을 사용하여 모바일 데이터사용량을 최소화함으로써 모바일 데이터 트래픽의 낭비가 심한 문제점을 보완하였다. 또한 TLS peer-to-peer방식을 사용하여 신뢰성 있는 접속환경을 만듦으로써 보완성을 높였다. 전송에 대한 반응과 보완성을 높여 기존 방식에 비하여 더욱 안정적인 환경을 구축하였다.

  • In this Paper. we describe a home health care service using electronic health questionnaires and routine checkup of vital signs Including ECG (Electrocardiography) , blood pressure. and SpO$_2$ (Oxygen Saturation) . This system is for patients at home with chronic diseases, discharged Patients, or any normal people for the Prevention of disease The service requires a home health care terminal and a PC with Interned connection installed at Patient home. The distance health care management center is equipped with a vital-sign and questionnaire interpreter as well as database, Web, and notification servers with UMS (Unified Messaging System). Participating Physician can access the servers at the center using a Web browser running on a PC available to them at any time. These components are linked together through various kinds of data and voice communication channels including PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) . CATV(Community Antenna TV) . Interned. and mobile communication network. Following the Physician's direction given to a Patient. he or she uses the home health care terminal to collect vital signs and fill out the questionnaire. When the terminal automatically transmits these data to the management center. the data interpreter and servers at the center process the information fo1lowing the Protocol implemented on the system. Physicians can retrieve and review data corresponding to their Patients and send back their diagnostic reports to the center. UMS at the center delivers the physician 's recommendation to the corresponding patient through the notification server. Patients can also reprieve and review their own records as well as diagnostic reports from physicians. The system Provides a new way of collecting diagnostic information and delivering doctor's recommendation to patients at home for their health management. Future works are needed in the development of new technology for measurements and interpretations of various vital signs .
