경유-천연가스 이종연료 엔진의 저부하 영역에서 혼합기 형성을 통한 배기배출 저감 (Emission Reduction by Mixture Formation in a Diesel-Natural Gas Dual-Fuel Engine at Low Loads)

  • A mixture preparation strategy was proposed and evaluated in a diesel-natural gas dual-fuel engine to reduce hydrocarbon (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions under low load conditions. An experimental investigation was conducted in a single-cylinder compression-ignition engine. Natural gas was supplied with air during the intake stroke, and diesel was injected directly into the combustion chamber during the compression stroke. First, effects of diesel start of energizing (SOE) and natural gas substitution ratio on the combustion and exhaust gas emissions were analyzed. Based on the results, the mixture preparation strategy was established. A low natural gas substitution ratio and a high exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) rate were effective in reducing the HC and CO emissions.

  • The preparation methods are to be used as "melting method" and "absorption method", respectively. The reaction mixture in the reaction container was heating up the reaction mixture to $200^{\circ}C$ for 2 hour. The mixing time of lab scale preparation should be provided quit long, instead of the short working time in a compounder vessel. And The PP-PCM mixture in the reaction container was heating up the mixture around $60-80^{\circ}C$ for 2 hour. A melting method of frozen gel with 50/50 weight ratio of polypropylene-normal octadecane was prepared by adding PP chip and normal octadecane. An absorption method of frozen gel with 70/30 weight ratio of PP 4.8-normal n-octadecane was prepared by adding PP powder and normal octadecnae.

돈육으로 제조한 정제단백질과 Oligopeptide의 영양평가 : 소화율, 생물가, 단백질 실이용률 (Purified Protein and Oligopeptide Mixture Preparation from Pork Meat and Evaluation of their Nutritive Value: True Digestibility, Biological Value, and Net Protein Utilization)

  • In this study a purified protein was prepared from pork meat. The product consisted of 0.5% moisture, 3.0% ash, 5.5% ether extract and 88.7% crude protein. Also, a meat oligopeptide mixture was prepared from a pepsin digest of the protein preparation. The two preparations were colorless and odorless powders with low fat contents. The nutritive values of the pork meat protein and oligopeptide mixture were estimated by two methods, one using biological value(BV) and the other employing net protein utilization(NPU) by the nitrogen balance method. The meat oligopeptide mixture showed an excellent nutritive value by both methods. The true digestibilites of both the pork meat protein and the oligopeptide mixture were more than 98%. The above results indicate that the oligopeptide mixture is an excellent material as a dietary nitrogen source for many purposes.

분리 저장한 절임배추와 김치속을 이용한 김치의 제조 (Kimchi Preparation with Brined Chinese Cabbage and Seasoning Mixture Stored Separately)

  • 저장 간절임 배추와 김치속을 이용한 김치제조방법의 변형을 모색하기 위하여, 3%와 7% 염 절임배추의 저장온도를 $0^{\circ}C$$10^{\circ}C$로 달리하여 저장하고, 무염의 김치속은 $4^{\circ}C$$10^{\circ}C$에서 저장하면서 이화학적 특성과 미생물균수의 변화 등을 조사하였다. 절임배추의 저장중 pH와 총산함량의 변화는 7%의 염을 함유한 처리구와 $0^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 처리구에서 현저하게 느렸으며, 유산균을 포함한 미생물의 생육도 $0^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 경우 매우 느리게 관찰되었다. 한편, 김치속의 저장중 pH와 총산함량의 변화는 $4^{\circ}C$$10^{\circ}C$에서 모두 거의 변화가 없었다. 제조된 김치의 관능적 기호도를 조사한 결과, 이와 같이 분리저장한 절임배추와 김치속을 이용하여 김치를 제조하는 방법은 각 가정과 제조업체에서 유용하게 응용될 수 있다고 판단되었다.

생약복합제재에 의한 구강양치가 치태 및 치은염에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Mixture of Herbal Extract on Developing Plaque and Gingivitis)

  • This double-blind controlled clinical and microbiological study was carried out to determine the effects of mouthwash preparation containing the mixture of herbal extract on developing plaque and gingivitis in the experimental gingivitis model. Following a 2-week normalization period, 34 dental students were distributed randomly into 1 of 3 treatment groups. They rinsed, under supervision, two times daily for 3 weeks with either normal saline(CT), 0.1% chlorhexidine(CH), or the mixture of herbal extract (HT), but refrained from any oral hygiene measures. The Plaque Index(PlI), the Gingival Index(GI), and the amount of Gingival Crevicular Fluid(GCF) were measured at week 0,1,2, and 3 of the experimental period, while the assessment of total wet weight of plaque and the phase contrast microscopic examination of plaque were performed at the end of experimental period(3 weeks). Subjects using mouthrinse preparation containing the mixture of herbal extract demonstrated negligible, if any, changes in the accumulation and microbial composition of plaque compared to those using normal saline, while the reduction of gingival inflammation by this mixture was highly significant and comparable to that of chlorhexidine. The results of this study indicate that the preparation containing the mixture of herbal extract do not provide any antiplaque benefits but is very effective in inhibiting the development of and in reducing existing experimental gingivitis when used as mouthrinse. Further research is needed to determine whether a significant reduction of gingival inflammation without a concomitant decrease in plaque accumulation is of clinical importance.

  • As the emission regulations on the automobiles have been increasingly stringent, precise control of air/fuel ration is one of the most important issues on the gasoline engines. Although many researches have been carried out to identify the fuel transport phenomena in the port fuel injection gasolines, mixture preparation in the cylinder has not been fully understood due to the complexity of fuel film behavior, In this paper, the mixture preparation during cold engine start is studied by using a Fast Response Flame ionization Detector.(FRFID) In order to estimate the transportation of injected fuel from the intake port into cylinder, the wall wetting fuel model was used. The two coefficient($\alpha$,$\beta$) of the wall-wetting fuel model was determined from the measured fuel mass that was inducted into the cylinder at the first cycle after injection cut-in. $\alpha$( ratio of directly inducted fuel mass into cylinder from injected fuel mass) and $\beta$ (ratio of indirectly inducted fuel mass into cylinder from wall wetted fuel film on the wall) was increased with increasing cooling water temperature. To reduce a air/fuel ratio fluctuation during cold engine start, the appropriate fuel injection rate was obtained from the wall wetting fuel model. Result of air/fuel ratio control, air/fuel excursion was reduced.

  • 전분/PVA 블렌드의 기계적 물성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 인자들을 고려하여 최적화 조건을 조사하였다. 통계적 방법인 다중혼합물 최적법을 사용하였으며, UTM과 인열 강도계를 통하여 블렌드의 인장강도, 파단신율, 초기모듈러스, 인열강도의 측정 결과를 분석하여 전분/PVA 블렌드의 제조 최적 조건을 결정하였다. 최적화 상태의 전분/PVA 블렌드는 농업용 필름의 기계적 물성 중 파단신율을 제외한 나머지 물성이 목표치와 같거나 조금 상회하는 수준을 나타내었다.

  • 앞선 논문 분말의 제조에서 정립한 $\alpha$-Si$_3$N$_4$ 분말의 제조를 위한 최적의 조성에서 반응 혼합물의 양에 따른 압력 및 생성물의 변화를 관찰하였다. 5L 반응기 내에서 반응 혼합물의 양이 100g일 때 필요한 최저 $N_2$ 압력은 60atm이었다. 그러나 반응 혼합물의 양이 200g 이상일 때부터 반응기 내부의 압력 증가로 인해 반응은 완료될 수 없었으며, 혼합물이 증가할수록 반응율은 직선적으로 감소하였다. 반응물의 양이 증가할수록 최초 반응기 내부의 $N_2$압력을 감소시킴으로써 반응을 완료시킬 수 있었으며, 500g일 때 초기 $N_2$ 압력을 약 20atm까지 감소시킴으로써 반응은 완료될 수 있었다. 반응이 중간에 멈추는 원인은 반응기 내부의 압력 증가로 인해 기화되지 못한 채 혼합물 안에 존재한 NH$_4$Cl때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • 출발물질의 종류와 몰비 혼합 방법, 숙성, 결정화 온도와 결정화 시간 등 제올라이트 입자를 합성하는 조건이 FAU 형 제올라이트의 입자크기에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 동일한 출발물질이라도 혼합 경로에 따라 생성물의 결정상이 달랐다. 일반적으로 숙성과정을 거친 경우, 특히 숙성온도가 낮은 쪽이 입자 크기가 작았다. 2단계의 혼합겔 제조 방법을 거치는 경우 결정화 기간은 크게 단축되고 입자 크기도 작아졌으나. 1단계에서 제조된 2종의 혼합겔을 모두 숙성하지 않는 경우에는 결정화 시간은 단축되지만, 입자크기는 작아지지 않았다. 액상규산나트륨과 알루민산나트륨, 수산화나트륨을 출발물질로 하여. 저농도와 고농도의 혼합겔을 1차 제조하고, 이 혼합겔을 각각 숙성하고 다시 혼합하여 숙성하는 방법으로 결정화 시간을 단축하고 평균입경 0.4$\mu$m. 비표면적 838 $m^2$/g의 우수한 특성을 가지는 FAU혈 제올라이트를 합성하였다.

  • Finely atomized fuel droplet and good mixed mixture plays very important in improving combustion efficiency in an spark ignition engine. And combustion efficiency has influence directly on the engine power, fuel consumption rate and pollutant emission. In this study, perforated throttle valve which has relatively low value of PR has been developed and studied for the purpose of improving those aims. As a result of this study, it has been verified that the perforated throttle valve makes droplet more finely, and also proved that has a function of contributing to form good mixed mixture, especially in mixture preparation system of carburetor or SPI type spark ignition engine.
