This paper deals with the expert system using network configuration and input information composed of protective relays and tripped circuit breakers. This system has knowlegebase independent on network dimension because network representation consists of the type of the matrix. Therefore, the knowlege of network representation is simplified, the space of knowlege is reduced, the addition of facts to the knowlege is easy and the expansion of facts is possible. In this paper, the network representation is defined to system matrix. This expert system based on the system matrix diagnoses normal, abnormal operations of protective devices as well as possible fault sections. The brach and bound search technique is used: breadth first technique mixed with depth first technique of primitive PROLOG search technique. This system will be used for real time operations. This expert system obtaines the solution using the pattern matching in working memory without no listing approach for rule control. This paper is written in PROLOG, the A.I. language.

In the ad-hoc wireless network environment, that the fixed sensor nodes and the sensor nodes to move are mixed, as the number of the sensor nodes with mobility are getting more, the costs to recover and maintain the whole network will increase more and more. This paper proposed the CDSR (Cost based Dynamic Source Routing) algorithm being motivated from the typical DSR algorithm, that is one of the reactive routing protocol. The cost function is defined through measuring the cost which any sensor node pays to participate in the whole network for communication. It is also showed in this paper that the proposed routing algorithm will increase the efficiency and life of whole sensor network through a series of experiments.

In most cases, the routing policy of networks shows a preference for a static one-to-one mapping of communication pairs to routing paths, which offers adversaries a great advantage to conduct thorough reconnaissance and organize an effective attack in a stress-free manner. With the evolution of network intelligence, some flexible and adaptive routing policies have already proposed to intensify the network defender to turn the situation. Routing mutation is an effective strategy that can invalidate the unvarying nature of routing information that attackers have collected from exploiting the static configuration of the network. However, three constraints execute press on routing mutation deployment in practical: insufficient route mutation space, expensive control costs, and incompatibility. To enhance the availability of route mutation, we propose an OpenFlow-based route mutation technique called Polymorphic Path Transferring (PPT), which adopts a physical and virtual path segment mixed construction technique to enlarge the routing path space for elevating the security of communication. Based on the Markov Decision Process, with considering flows distribution in the network, the PPT adopts an evolution routing path scheduling algorithm with a segment path update strategy, which relieves the press on the overhead of control and incompatibility. Our analysis demonstrates that PPT can secure data delivery in the worst network environment while countering sophisticated attacks in an evasion-free manner (e.g., advanced persistent threat). Case study and experiment results show its effectiveness in proactively defending against targeted attacks and its advantage compared with previous route mutation methods.

In this paper, a CMOS baseband analog receiver for wireless home network is discussed. It is composed of a Gilbert type mixer, an Elliptic 6th order 1ow pass filter, and a 6-bit A/D converter. The main role of the mixer is generating a mixed analog signal between the 200MHz output signal of CMOS RF stage and the 199MHz local oscillator. After the undesired high frequency component of the mixed signal comes out. Finally, the analog signal is converted into digital code at the 6-bit A/D converter, The proposed receiver is fabricated with 0.25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ 1-poly 5-metal CMOS technology, and the chip area is 200${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ X1400${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. the receiver consumes 130㎽ at 2.5V power supply.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the intellectual structure of reading studies by using Co-Word Analysis based on the mixed weight in which the level of academic journals and the position of keywords are calculated. To achieve it, 838 academic articles relating to reading studies from KCI during the period from 2003 to 2012 were retrieved and 56 keywords were extracted. The results of clustering analysis, MDS, network analysis are that the network based on the mixed weight has a better performance in above three methods and reading studies can be divided into 4 bigger divisions and 11 subdivisions. Finally, the result of document analysis shows reading studies changes its research tendency from theoretical studies to empirical studies.

This study aims to examine the awareness of the school librarians for task process using SNS(social network services). So, we have surveyed some of them and interviewed two focus groups by the sequential mixed method. The result showed the using SNS of them because of only one persons' operating system and role's characteristics. They are mostly satisfied with the using SNS, so we analyzed the causes. First, we extracted the 103's results except 4's from some librarians and examined descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and ANOVA. Second, we interviewed 2 focus groups and transcribed their opinions. We got 37's concepts, 22's sub categories, 13's categories from results of the open coding. Third, we synthesized the results of survey and open coding's and suggested the directions of future research of the field.
In this study, a mathematical model is developed for sewer rehabilitation planning by considering cost and inflow/infiltration. A sewer rehabilitation planning model is required to decide the economic life of the sewer by considering trade-off between cost and inflow/infiltration. And it is required to find the optimal rehabilitation timing, according to the cost effectiveness of each sewer rehabilitation within the budget. To solve the problem, we formulated a multiple objective mixed integer programming(MOMIP) model based on network flow optimization. The network is composed of state nodes and arcs. The state nodes represent the remaining life and the arcs represent the change of the state. The model considers multiple objectives which are cost minimization and minimization of inflow/infiltration. Using the multiple objective optimization, the trade-off between the cost and inflow/infiltration is presented to the planner so that a proper sewer rehabilitation plan can be selected.
Passive sonar signals mainly contain both normal and abnormal signals. The abnormal signals mixed with normal signals are primarily detected using an AutoEncoder (AE) that learns only normal signals. However, existing AEs may perform inaccurate detection by reconstructing distorted normal signals from mixed signal. To address these limitations, we propose an abnormal signal detection model based on a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and vector quantization. The proposed model generates a codebook representing the learned latent vectors and detects abnormal signals more accurately through the proposed search process of code vectors. In experiments using publicly available underwater acoustic data, the AE and Variational AutoEncoder (VAE) using the proposed method showed at least a 2.4 % improvement in the detection performance and at least a 9.2 % improvement in the extraction performance for abnormal signals than the existing models.
Hypoxia has been shown to promote inflammation, including the release of proinflammatory cytokines, but it is poorly investigated how hypoxia directly affects inflammasome signaling pathways. To explore whether hypoxic stress modulates inflammasome activity, we examined the effect of cobalt chloride ($CoCl_2$)-induced hypoxia on caspase-1 activation in primary mixed glial cultures of the neonatal mouse brain. Unexpectedly, hypoxia induced by oxygen-glucose deprivation or $CoCl_2$ treatment failed to activate caspase-1 in microglial BV-2 cells and primary mixed glial cultures. Of particular interest, $CoCl_2$-induced hypoxic condition considerably inhibited NLRP3-dependent caspase-1 activation in mixed glial cells, but not in bone marrow-derived macrophages. $CoCl_2$-mediated inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome activity was also observed in the isolated brain microglial cells, but $CoCl_2$ did not affect poly dA:dT-triggered AIM2 inflammasome activity in mixed glial cells. Our results collectively demonstrate that $CoCl_2$-induced hypoxia may negatively regulate NLRP3 inflammasome signaling in brain glial cells, but its physiological significance remains to be determined.
In this paper, we address a power-aware scheduling algorithm for a mixed real-time system which consists of periodic and sporadic tasks, each of which is characterized by its minimum period, worst-case execution requirement and deadline. We propose a dynamic voltage scaling algorithm called DVSMT(DVS for mixed tasks), which dynamically scales down the supplying voltage(and thus the frequency) using on-line distribution of the borrowed resources when jobs complete while still meeting their deadlines. With this scheme, we could reduce more energy consumption. As the proposed algorithm can be easily incorporated with RTOS(Real-Time Operating System), it is applicable for handhold devices and sensor network nodes that use a limited battery power. Simulation results show that DVSMT saves up 60% more than the existing algorithms both in the periodic-task and mixed-task systems.
