배합수에 따른 안정액의 공학적 특성 분석 (A Study on Engineering Characteristics of the Drilling Fluid Dependingon the Mix Water)

  • 본 논문에서는 지반 시추 시 공벽붕괴 방지를 위해 사용되는 안정액의 다양한 배합비에 따른 공학적 특성에 대한 실험적 연구를 다루었다. 이를 위해 먼저 배합수가 청수일 경우, 안정액의 공학적 특성을 검토하였으며 아울러 해수 배합시 안정액의 공학적 성능 변화에 대한 공학적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 청수에서 벤토나이트와 폴리머를 추가할 경우 공학적 성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, CMC에 비해 Polymer의 증점 효과가 우수한 것으로 검토되다. 또한 해수의 경우 벤토나이트에 비해 내염성점토의 내염성 성능이 우수한 것으로 검토되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시공시 배합수에 따른 안정액을 성능에 대한 정성적인 결과를 제시하였다.

패밀리레스토랑의 서비스마케팅믹스가 외식고객의 가치에 미치는 영향 (서울지역의 패밀리레스토랑을 위주로) (The Influence of Service Marketing Mix on Eating-out Customers' Perceptions Values(Focused on Family Restaurants in Seoul))

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of service marketing mix on customers' perceptions of values at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multi-regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. First, perceptions for items such as food (p<.001), price (p<.001), process (p<.001), and employees were significantly different with regard to monthly spending money, and food (p<.001), physical evidence (p<.001), and employees (p<.001) were also significantly different by partner. All of the mixes (food, price, place, employees p<.001; promotion, process, physical evidence p<.05) had positive influences on the customers' monetary and overall values. And the mixes of place p<.001; price and employees p<.01; and food, process and physical evidence p<.05 negatively affected non-monetary values, whereas promotion had a positive influence. As a result, we conclude that the service marketing mix is an efficient marketing tactic to remove intangible factors from restaurant businesses. Likewise it is highly recommended that food-service companies manage the marketing mix in a customerfriendly manner to minimize the negative characteristics of services toward customers, and to promote the customer appreciation of family restaurants.

폐기물을 첨가한 경량혼합토의 강도특성 분석 (Analysis of Strength Characteristics for Lightweight Soils Using Recycled Material)

  • 경량혼합토는 건설잔토나 준설토 및 현장에서 발생하는 점토나 실트질 흙을 사토처리 하지않고 현장에서 유용할 수 있는 매우 경제적이고 환경친화적인 재료이다. 최근에는 페자원(폐타이어가루, 왕겨)을 경량혼합토에 첨가하는 건설재료 재활용에 관한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 경량혼합토를 제작하기 위해 필요한 배합설계변수인 원료토의 중량, 함수비 및 기포재와 첨가할 물의 양, 그리고 강도를 발현하기 위하여 필요한 고화재로서 시멘트첨가량에 대한 최적의 배합설계에 대한 분석을 하였다. 이를 위하여 일축압축시험에 의한 응력-변형 거동과 양생기간 및 성분비에 따른 강도분석, 폐기물 성분비에 대한 실험강도 비교분석을 수행하였다. 마지막으로, 합리적이고 경제적인 배합비 산출을 위하여 경량혼합토의 목표강도를 결정하고 최적의 배합설계 변수를 제시하였다.

CCTV융합채널의 마케팅믹스가 대리점 행태에 미치는 영향분석 (Effects of Marketing Mix on Behavior of Authorized Dealers in the Korean CCTV Converging Channels)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 CCTV융합채널 업계에서 마케팅믹스의 특성이 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽과 대리점의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 마케팅 믹스요인을 외생요인으로 하고 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽을 매개변인으로 하고, 대리점 충성도를 결과변인으로 하는 구조방정식모형으로 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 8개의 가설을 설정하고, 전국의 191개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사하여 얻은 자료를 AMOS20과 SPSS20을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 마케팅 믹스 중 제품공급과 가격이 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 광고만이 대리점 지각에 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다.

  • Since offline contact becomes a strong differentiator as online market expands, the shopping mall calls for more complex and diverse tenant combinations and deployment plan strategies. There is, however, few practical research and causal verification of Tenant Mix, i.e., the combination and placement of tenant and users' behavior, has been conducted which is a key factor in spatial configuration. In practice, Tenant Mix is limited in prediction of consumption behavior of customers by the MD planners's experience and depends only on qualitative arbitrary plan. The purpose of this study is to find out the interrelationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior of Tenant Mix in shopping mall, and to present an objective basis in MD planning. According to the analysis, it was possible to know that there are differences in the relationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior dependent on the Tenant Mix, which is the space planning of shopping mall. It was also possible to find out the characteristics and differences in the users' behavior which is dependent on the spatial configuration for each tenant. Through this study, it was possible to know the impact of space organization on the users' behavior and the interrelationship between the use's behavior and spatial configuration by tenant together with their characteristics. We prove that the current MD planning has limitation due to lack of objective research on the combination and arrangement of space in the commercial space and only done empirically. This analysis can show the practical plan of combination and placement of tenant which is emphasized in complex and larger shopping malls, and contribute to the revitalization of shopping mall by better use of tenant.

무시멘트 상온 재활용 아스팔트 기층의 현장 적용성을 통한 양생기간에 관한 연구 (Study of the Curing Time of Cementless Cold Central Plant Recycled Asphalt Base-Layer through Field-Application Review)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to ascertain the curing period of cementless cold central plant recycled asphalt base-layer, using mechanical analyses and specimen quality tests on the field. METHODS : Cold central plant recycled asphalt base-layer mixture was produced in the plant from reclaimed asphalt, natural aggregate, filler for the cold mix, and the modified emulsion AP using asphalt mix design and plant mix design. In order to examine the applicability of the curing period during the field test, the international standards for the possibility of core extraction and the degree of compaction and LFWD deflection were analyzed. Moreover, Marshall stability test, porosity test, and indirect tensile strength test were performed on the specimens of asphalt mix and plant mix design. RESULTS : The plant production process and compaction method of cementless cold central plant recycled asphalt base-layer were established, and the applicability of the optical moisture content for producing the mixture was verified through the field test. In addition, it was determined that the core extraction method of the conventional international curing standard was insufficient to ensure performance, and the LFWD test demonstrated that the deflection converges after a two-day curing. However, the back-calculation analysis reveals that a three-day curing is satisfactory, resulting in a general level of performance of dense asphalt base-layer. Moreover, from the result of the specimen quality test of the asphalt mix design and plant mix design according to the curing period, it was determined that the qualities satisfied both domestic and international standards, after a two-day curing. However, it was determined that the strength and stiffness after three-day curing are higher than those after a two-day curing by approximately 3.5 % and 20 %, respectively. CONCLUSIONS:A three-day curing period is proposed for the cementless cold central plant recycled asphalt base-layer; this curing period can be demonstrated to retain the modulus of asphalt-base layer in the field and ensure stable quality characteristics.

F급 플라이애쉬의 혼입방법을 달리한 콘크리트 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study on the Properties of the Concrete Containing Fly-ash of Class F According to the 3 Different Mixture Design)

  • The purpose of this study is investigating characteristics of the concrete containing Fly-ash according to different 4 mix design, that is, the first mix design is partial replace Fly-ash of cement, second is partial replace Fly-ash of cement and fine aggregate, third is partial replace Fly-ash of fine aggregate, fourth partial replacement of fine and coarse aggregate. For this purpose, selected test variables were water-binder ratio with two levels of 45%, 50%, and Fly-ash contents with four levels 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, As the result of this study are as follow. 1) The result of mix design of a partial replacement of cement, the slump-flow value was appeared a promotive effect of viscosity. But in case of the over with Fly-ash 10% and the other mix design was not changed slump value. 2) The unit weight of the mixing rate with Fly-ash 0% was $1.875{\sim}1.884t/m^3$, the other mix design 10% over with Fly-ash was $1.846{\sim}1.615t/m^3$, the difference was appeared less about 15% than that. 3) In design, partial replace Fly-ash of fine aggregate, this compressive strength was appeared that the concrete age after 7 days was higher than in partial replacement of cement, therefore, the default of a concrete with Fly-ash, that is the earlier compressive strength was to lessen, was improved. 4) The thermal conductivity of the all mix design was $0.447{\sim}1.144kcal/mh^{\circ}C$, this value was as good as a lightweight aggregate concrete.

의류상품 구매행동에 나타나는 양면적 소비 (A Study on Ambivalent Consumption in the Purchase Behavior of Apparel Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of ambivalent consumption appeared in the purchase behavior of apparel products by the 4Ps element of marketing mix and to clarify the relation between consumption value and clothing involvement that were the antecedent variable. Among the 4Ps element of marketing mix, brand was selected in the exterior criteria of products, and fashionability was selected in the internal criteria of products. Meanwhile, it was considered that there were no objects of conflicted or ambivalent criteria in the element of promotion. Finally, brand, fashionability, price, place, etc. were selected as the elements of marketing. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 550 subjects from Jun, 8th, 2006 to Jun, 22nd, 2006; 507 were used for the data analysis. The results from data analysis were following: firstly, it was identified that ambivalent consumption showed up, as the result from measuring the individual conflicting consumption by elements. Brand was the highest in the frequency of ambivalent consumption among the elements of marketing mix, and price, place, and fashionability were followed. Secondly, by product characteristics, the frequency of ambivalent consumption of casual shirt, group II, was lower than that of mountain climbing jacket, group III, in the brand element and the price element. Thirdly, as the results from conducting factorial analysis to consumption value, it had 5 dimensions, which were practical value, distinguishable/aesthetic value, conspicuous value, social/confirmative value, and enjoyable value. Also clothing involvement was classified into 4 dimensions of emotion, fashionability, symbolic and brand involvement in the result from conducting the factorial analysis to clothing involvement. Fourthly, the mean of ambivalent consuming group by each element was highest among that of other consuming groups in all the dimensions. Fifthly, ambivalent consuming group had the highest mean among other consuming groups in all the dimension of clothing involvement, such as emotion, fashionability, and symbolic by each element of marketing mix, and it means that overall, ambivalent consuming group is highly involved in all the dimension of clothing involvement.

지반공동 긴급복구 재료의 팽창 및 강도특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Expansion and Strength Characteristics of Material for Emergency Restoration in Ground Cavity)

  • 본 연구에서는 지반함몰을 유발하는 지반 내 공동 긴급복구 재료에 대한 팽창 및 일축압축강도 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험결과를 바탕으로 주제-경화제 구성비와 주제 내 발포제-촉진제 배합비에 따른 팽창 및 강도특성을 분석하였다. 먼저, 경화시간-팽창률 관계를 분석한 결과, 주제에 포함된 발포제와 촉진제 배합조건에 상관없이, 경화제의 비율이 높으면, 경화시간을 단축하면서 팽창률을 감소시키는 것으로 평가되었다. 이는 주제-경화제 구성비가 팽창률에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 팽창재료의 강도특성을 분석한 결과, 발포제와 촉진제 배합비가 팽창재료 강도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 긴급복구가 요구되는 경우, 공동의 크기 및 형태 등에 따라 팽창재료의 소요 주입시간, 팽창률 및 요구강도를 고려한 주제-경화제 구성비, 주제 내 발포제-촉진제 배합비의 적용이 필요함을 확인하였다.

건설용 3D 프린팅 압출 및 적층공정에 따른 시멘트계 복합재료의 수축 특성 영향 (Effect of Shrinkage Characteristics of Cement-Based Composites by Extrusion and Lamination Process of Construction 3D Printing)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 적층 시공을 위해 개발한 시멘트계 복합재료 배합의 수축특성을 평가하며, 출력공정 중 압출 전/후, 적층 후의 수축을 평가하는데 있다. OPC배합과 프린팅 배합의 재령별 압축강도를 평가한 결과 재령 7일까지 유사한 경향을 보였으나, OPC 배합의 경우 프린팅 배합과 비교하여 최대 252 ㎛/m 수축이 더 크게 나타났다. 출력공정 중 압출 후 재료의 압축강도는 압출 전 재료보다 재령 7일차까지 약 6.5 MPa 낮았으나, 재령 28일에는 동등 수준의 강도가 발현되었다. 수축특성은 적층 이후 재료의 수축 측정 결과 압출 전 재료와 비교하여 220-260 ㎛/m 범위로 수축이 더 크게 나타났다.
