In this thesis, we suggest questionnaire which is designed to understand of what employees include executive think about 6 sigma management movement and to find important factor for strategic of success 6 sigma management movement of K. Corporation. This thesis is composed of 2 parts, one is questionnaire design and the other is questionnaire analysis. We find important factor for strategic of success 6 sigma management movement of K. Corporation by using correlation and regression analysis, which results very useful and great help for K's Co. In questionnaire analysis, we use by minitab package version 13.2.

In this paper, we propose the pure premium rate of reliability insurance policy for radiators under the assumption of Weibull physics of failure. We also describe the performance factors which have an effect on failure characteristics of radiators. The maximum likelihood estimates of scale and shape parameters for assumed distribution are obtained by using accelerated life test data of sample sizes 5 using MINITAB.

In this paper, we calculate the premium rate of reliability insurance policy for wiper motors under the assumption of Weibull physics of failure. This paper is to measure and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction for internet search engines. The service quality scale is developed after testing validity and reliability through the result of inquiring into the literature and the interview of university students. The stepwise regression analysis using MINITAB is used to analyze the survey results.

This paper presents a method to reduce the back-emf THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) for the Concentric winding type Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(CIPMSM). In the CIPMSM, many design variables and their complicated combinations must be considered to reduce the back-emf THD, but it requires a lot of time and efforts. Therefore, this paper suggests the optimized solution with two simple design parameters using MINITAB software.

The purpose of this paper is to measure the induced voltage of the downscaled and simulated overhead ground wire of a 22.9kV-Y distribution line. This study performed a test of the downscaled and simulated distribution line according to whether it is grounded or not and the value of the ground resistance. In order to verify the reliability of the data measured by the test, the data was analyzed using the Minitab 17 program. It was found that the induced voltage of the downscaled and simulated distribution line is influenced by the value of the ground resistance. It was also found that the ground resistance obtained at a certain point is closely related to whether electric poles are grounded or not. The analysis results of the measured test data with a statistical method showed that the Anderson Darling (AD) was analyzed to be the smallest as 0.188 when the ground resistance of the electric poles had been maintained at $10{\Omega}$. In addition, the P value analyzed to be 0.894 which is in the proximity of the theoretical value of 1 and verified the reliability of the test data. It could be seen that the data measured by the downscaled simulation test forms a linear graph. It is thought that if a distribution line is installed in the same manner as the downscaled, simulated distribution line, the mean induced voltage will be reduced and reliability will be increased.

이 논문에서는 과산화수소를 사용한 경량기포콘크리트의 최적배합비를 제안하고 있다. 최적배합을 도출하기 위해 상용프로그램인 MINITAB을 사용하여 실험계획법을 적용하였다. 통계적 분석방법은 반응표면분석법 중 하나인 Box Behnken(B-B)계획법으로 하였다. 실험시 고려한 영향인자로는 단위시멘트량, 물시멘트비, 과산화수소비를 설정하였다. 분산분석에 따르면 경화상태에서 경량기포콘크리트의 물시멘트비와 과산화수소비는 절건밀도, 압축강도, 휨강도에 유의차가 있고, 단위시멘트량은 절건밀도에만 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반응표면분석의 결과에서 과산화수소를 사용한 경량기포콘크리트의 최적배합비는 단위시멘트량 800 kg/$m^3$, 물시멘트비 44.33%, 과산화수소비 10%로 도출되었다.

본 논문은 소프트웨어 신뢰성장 모형에 대한 베이지안 모수추론과 모형선택 방법이 연구되었다. 소프트웨어 성장 모형은 내재되어 있는 오류와 고장 간격시간으로 모형화하면 소프트웨어 개발 단계에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사후 분포의 정보를 얻기 위한 다중 적분문제에 있어서 일종의 마코브 체인 몬테칼로 방법인 깁스 샘플링을 사용하여 사후 분포의 계산이 이루어졌다. 확산 사전 분포를 가진 소프트웨어 신뢰성에 의존된 일반적 순서 통계량 모형에 대하여 베이지안 모수 추정이 이루어 졌고 효율적인 모형의 선택방법도 시행되었다. 모형 설정과 선택 판단기준은 편차 자승합을 이용한 적합도 검정과 추세 검정이 사용되었다. 본 논문에서 사용된 소프트웨어 고장 자료는 Minitab(version 14) 통계 페키지에 있는 와이블분포(형상모수가 2이고 척도모수가 5)에서 발생시킨 30개의 난수를 이용한 모의 실험자료를 이용하여 고장자료 분석을 시행하였다.

컨트롤 밸브용 SCM415강은 밸브케이스와 밸브의 지속적인 운동을 통해 마멸이 발생한다. 마멸은 밸브의 성능을 저하시키고, 사용 수명을 단축시킨다. 본 논문은 컨트롤 밸브용 모재 및 침탄 처리된 SCM415강에 대하여 마멸 특성을 평가하였다. 마멸 시험은 다양한 온도 및 하중에서 왕복동 마모시험기를 이용하여 수행되었으며, 마멸량, 비마멸율 및 마찰계수를 분석하였다. 마멸 메커니즘은 SEM을 통하여 분석하였다. 마멸량에 대한 하중과 온도의 교호작용은 MINITAB을 이용한 분산분석을 수행하였다.

혼합냉매를 사용하여 천연가스를 액화하는 혼합냉매공정(Mixed refrigerant cycle, MRC)은 공정이 간단하고 장치비가 적게 들며 운전 또한 용이하여 널리 채택되고 있는 공정이다. MRC에서 중요한 기술 중 하나는 혼합냉매를 선택하고 최적의 혼합비를 결정하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 MRC에서 혼합냉매와 혼합냉매의 혼합비가 공정의 성능에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 통계적 기법 중 실험계획법의 하나인 혼합물 설계와 반응 표면법을 이용하여 전체 공정의 에너지 소비가 최소가 되게 하는 최적의 냉매를 선택하고 그 혼합비를 결정하였다. 여러 냉매와 혼합비에 따른 MRC 공정의 모사는 Aspen HYSYS를 사용하였으며 혼합물설계와 반응 표면법은 Minitab을 사용하였다. 연구결과 냉매로는 methane ($C_1$), ethane ($C_2$), propane ($C_3$)과 nitrogen ($N_2$)가 선택되었으며 에너지 소비를 최소화하는 혼합비(몰 비) 또한 구할 수 있었다.
