The significance of the research is to leverage on the policy makers and school education, and research in terms of human rights issues and for the improvement of multicultural education by seeking an effective training plan with the purpose of the present study it. The efforts to address human rights issues through real multicultural care center starts with the question of human rights education in multicultural education methodology that can protect the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant youth in a multicultural society such situation in Korea by. Accordingly we suggest that it is appropriate to human rights education in the moral multicultural care center for human rights education. Cant because the regular students on the basis of morality that respects the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant adolescents 'human rights' training done 'pursue human rights' migrant worker, immigrant youth in their own rights, as well as multicultural education is through morality The Seen to suggest ways through the development of multicultural education issues and the results of these studies.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing oral health education of adolescents from multi-cultural families. Methods: The subjects were 711 multi-cultural adolescents from the 15th(2019) Korean youth risk behavior web-based survey. Multi-cultural adolescents were defind as the children of marriage migrant women. The collected data was analyzed using the chi-squared test and logistic regression; SPSS versin 18.0 was used. Results: Middle-school adolescents received more oral health education than their high-school counterparts. The adolescents with once-daily and twice-daily teeth brushing behaviors were 0.475 (p<0.05) and 0.784 times less those with thrice-daily behavior, respectively. Adolescents who received oral health education also experienced dental care 1.644 times more than their counterparts(p<0.05). Conclusions: The promotion of oral health among multicultural families and further education through the establishment of school oral health education programs are required.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the related factors of scaling experience of multi-cultural adolescents in Korea. Methods: The subjects were 698 multi-cultural adolescents from web-based survey of the 11th(2015) Korean Youth Risk Behavior. Multi-cultural adolescents are defined as the children of marriage migrant women. The study instruments included demographical characteristics of the subjects, oral health behaviors, daily tooth brushing times, health behaviors, and experience of smoking and alcohol consumption. Data were analyzed using PASW statistics 18.0. Results: The experience rate of scaling was 18.8%. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that experience of scaling were related with experiences of sealant and fruit consumption. Conclusions: It is very important to provide the continuing oral health prevention program for the adolescents and investigate the cost-benefit effectiveness of oral health care program.

최근, 지방에 대한 관심과 이주를 희망하는 청년들이 증가하고 있다. 청년들은 지역 고유의 자원을 발굴하고 재해석하여 지역 비즈니스를 운영함과 동시에 지역 활동과 사업에 참여하면서 지역의 새로운 가치를 창출하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 청년들이 지역에 정착하여 정주를 지속할 수 있는 근본적인 방안이 필요하다는 인식에서 시작되었다. 에드워드 렐프(Edward Relph)는 '장소'가 인간이 세계에 존재하는 데 근본적인 영향을 주는 속성으로 개인에게 안정과 정체성 형성의 원천이 된다고 말했다. 이는 지방으로 이주한 청년들의 심리와도 깊은 관계를 보인다. 청년들은 이주한 지역의 낯선 '공간'을 '장소'로서 받아들이고 지역에서의 안정과 개인의 정체성을 형성하려 하기 때문이다. 이에, 본 연구는 이주청년을 대상으로 장소정체성 형성 과정 및 주요 요인을 살펴보고자 포토보이스(photovoice) 방법론을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 청년들이 지역에 정착하여 안정감을 얻고 정주를 지속할 수 있는 요인을 도출하고 지방자치단체 차원에서 청년들의 유입을 위해 중점적으로 지원하고 다루어야 할 요소가 무엇인지 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 지방도시의 관계인구 형성 및 지방소멸에 대응하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

도서관과 사회봉사기관은 사회적 약자를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 진행하는데 도서관에서는 정보 접근 및 활용에 중심을 두고 있으며 사회봉사기관은 삶의 질을 향상하는데 집중하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 순서에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 국내외 도서관과 사회복지기관간의 협력 사례 및 사서와 사회복지사 간의 협업 방식을 살펴보고 국제적인 수준의 도서관 정책과 지침을 확인하였다. 그리고 용어 정의 및 관련 개념 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 다룬 정보취약계층의 범위를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 국내외 도서관과 사회복지기관과의 연계 모형을 이해하기 위해 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 해외 도서관의 경우는 미국 캘리포니아 소재 공공도서관 아웃리치 프로그램을 살펴보았고, 국내 도서관의 경우는 2018년도 국립어린이청소년도서관의 '학교 밖 청소년 독서 프로그램'에 선정된 기관의 프로그램을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 인터뷰를 통해 도출된 시사점을 바탕으로 하여 정보취약계층을 위한 도서관 아웃리치 모델 개발 시 고려해야 할 핵심 요소들을 제안하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 교사의 인권감수성 향상을 목표로 하는 인권교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 지역아동센터 교사 102명을 대상으로 인권감수성척도를 사용하여 인권교육 프로그램의 참여를 기준으로 사전-사후검사를 실시했다. 그 결과, 첫째, 교사의 인권감수성 전체가 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 인권감수성의 3가지 하위척도들 가운데 교사의 상황지각능력, 결과지각능력, 책임지각능력이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 셋째, 인권감수성의 10개 에피소드 가운데 '체포 구속당하지 않을 권리', '장애우의 신체자유권', '이주노동자의 노동권', '구금으로부터의 자유권'에 대한 교사의 인권감수성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이를 기초로 향후 인권교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 실천적 함의가 논의되었다.
