중학교 과학에서 탐구자료 활용 수업의 효과 (The Effects of Inquiry Instruction Utilizing Materials in Middle School Science)

  • The purpose for this study is to check if research activities can make positive effects on inquiry instruction utilizing materials when compared to traditional instruction utilizing the textbook. The effects of the class should be measured both in cognitive domain and in affective domain. The cognitive domain was measured by the change in achievements in learning science, and the affective domain was measured by the change in learning attitudes of science. The assumptions to be verified in this study were as follows. First, achievements in learning science are higher in the learner oriented inquiry instruction utilizing materials than in the learner oriented traditional instruction utilizing the textbook. Second, learning attitudes of science are higher in the learner oriented inquiry instruction utilizing materials than in the learner oriented traditional instruction utilizing the textbook.The results of the research are as follows. In the cognitive domain, achievements in learning science showed significant change(p=.045) measured by verifying the score for the difference among the averages for each sub-scale, in 5% of meaningful probability, and were higher in the inquiry instruction utilizing materials study. In the affective domain, learning attitudes of science showed significant change(p=.019) measured by verifying the score for the difference among the averages for each sub-scale, in 5% of meaningful probability, and were higher in the inquiry instruction utilizing materials study. In learning attitudes of science, 2 items(self-conception of science, attitudes of learning science) out of 3 items(self-conception of science, attitudes of learning science, learning habits of science) showed significant changes (p=.045, p=.001). But the difference(learning-habits of science) was not significant(p=.914).

가정과 교육실습에 대한 가정과 교사와 교수의 인식 (Perceptions of Home Economics Teachers and Teacher Educators Regarding Home Economics Student Teaching Practice)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate and no investigate and to compare perceptions of home economics teachers and educators regarding home economics student teaching pratice, thereby to provide fundamental information for improving home economics student teaching pratice. The specific objectives of this study were at follows. 1. To determine and compare the perceptions of home economics teachers and teacher educators regarding the importance and achievement of (1) the objectives of student teaching, (2) the experiences of student teaching, (3) procedures for selecting cooperating teachers, (4) roles and responsibilities of cooperating teachers, and (5) roles and responsibilities of university supervisors. 2. To identify problems and revisions about home economics student teaching pratice suggested by home economics teachers and teacher educators. The subjects in this study included 90 home economics teachers in 500 girls’middle schools and 13 teacher educators in 21 universities with home economics education department in Korea. For this study, the Habedi’s instruments were used through testing validity and reliability. The data of this study were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, t-test, and content analysis. The results of this study were as follow;1. The areas with the difference of perceptions of the importance between the two groups were objectives of student teaching, experiences of student teaching, procedures for selecting cooperating teachers, and roles and responsibilities of cooperating teachers. 2. Regarding problems about home economics students teaching practice, home economics teachers indicated difficulty in performing adequate student teaching because of reduction in class hours, and lack of student teachers’positive attitude in performing student teaching, while teacher educators indicated having reluctancy of cooperating school to admit student teachers, and difference in experiences of student teachers because of disparity among cooperating schools. As solutions about the problems of home economics student teaching practice, home economics teachers suggested that student teaching course should be limited to the students qualified for teaching and that class observation and teaching practice in real class should be emphasized, while teacher educators suggested that student teaching should be performed adequately by providing institutions to control student teaching practice teacher should be made efficient by examining the scales of cooperating schools.

Effects of Sleep Pattern, Stress, Menstrual Attitude, and Behavior That Reduces Exposure to Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals on Premenstrual Syndrome in Adolescents

  • Purpose: The study aimed to examine the effects of sleep pattern, stress, and attitude towards menstruation, and behavior that causes a reduction in exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in the course of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in female adolescents. Method: In total, 200 girls attending middle school in K city were recruited via convenience sampling between December 11 and 31, 2018, and 192 subjects were selected for the analysis. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: Overall, 9 (4.7%), 152 (79.2%), and 31 (16.1%) students had morning-, intermediate-, and evening-type sleep pattern, respectively. The mean scores for school-related stress were highest. Scores for stress regarding relationships with friends were the lowest. The mean score for attitudes toward menstruation was 72.33 out of 147. The mean score for behavior that led to a reduction in EDCs exposure was 56.57 out of 85. The mean scores for PMS severity were 25.30 and 38.39 out of 60. Analysis of factors affecting PMS revealed that severity of menstrual pain (β=.28), use of analgesics during menstruation (β=.17), family history of PMS (β=-.16), stress (β=.19), and behavior that reduces EDCs exposure (β=-.17) exerted significant effects on PMS. The explanatory power of these variables was 37%. Conclusion: The findings propose the necessity of a health intervention program including educational information, which can reduce PMS in adolescents, induce the behaviors which can decrease exposure to EDCs, and activities for managing the stress levels.

중.고등학생의 수산물 이용 음식에 대한 이용실태와 선호도 및 학교급식에서의 요구도 조사 (Consumption and Preference of Seafood, and Desires for the Seafood Utilization in School Lunch Program among Middle and High School Students in Korea)

  • 우리나라 중 ·고등학생들의 수산물에 대한 기호도를 조사하고, 특히 학교에서 제공되는 식단이 이들의 기호도에 얼마나 근접되어 있는지를 조사함으로써 학교급식에서의 수산물 소비를 증진시키기 위하여 전국의 중학생 892명과 고등학생 1010명을 대상으로 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 수산물에 대한 선호도를 조사한 결과 평균 50% 정도가 수산물을 좋아하는 쪽으로 답하였으며, '싫어하는 편이다' 혹은 '아주 싫어한다'라고. 한 학생은 10% 미만이었다. 2. 수산물을 좋아하는 이유에 대해 중학생이나 고등학생 모두 '맛이 좋아서'라고 응답한 비율이 각각 61.0%와 62.6%로 가장 높게 조사되었으며, 다음으로는 '영양이 풍부하기 때문'이라고 한 응답 비율이 2위를 차지하였다. 한편 수산물을 싫어하는 가장 큰 원인은 '냄새' 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 3. 수산물을 이용한 조리법으로는 중 ·고등학생 모두 회(중학생 28.4%, 고등학생 34.4%)와 튀김(중학생 21.1%, 고등학생 15.4%), 구이(중학생 20.4%, 고등학생 19.0%)를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 젓갈, 무침, 국, 전 등의 조리방법은 그 선호도가 10%에도 미치지 못하였다. 4. 수산물에 대한 기호도 조사 결과 중 ·고등학생들은 꽃게, 새우, 참치, 오징어 등을 이용한 음식을 좋아하였으며, 조리법으로는 튀김류와 볶음류를 선호하고 있었다. 5. 수산물을 육류와 비교하였을 때 수산물의 영양적인 우수성을 가장 많이 인정하고 있었으나, 수산물은 비위생적이고 조리가 번거로우며 맛이 떨어진다는 문제점이 지적되기도 하였다. 6. 학교급식시 제공되는 수산물 음식에 대하여 '매우 좋아한다'라고 응답한 비율은 중학생 6.6%, 고등학생 3.7%에 불과하였으며, 특히 중학생들은 매우 낮은 기호도를 보이고 있었다. 그 이유에 대해서는 '맛이 좋지 않다'라는 점이 가장 많이 지적되었다(중학생 14.7%, 고등학생 23.5%). 7. 수산물 음식의 개선방향에 대하여 맛이 향상되기를 가장 많이 희망하고 있었으며(중학생 37.7%, 고등학생 48.5%), 그 다음이 종류의 다양화(중학생 19.8%, 고등학생 24.0%), 조리법의 다양화(중학생 12.6%, 고등학생 22.4%)의 순이었다. 본 연구에서 중·고등학생들이 수산물을 기피하는 이유로는 수산물 자체의 맛 때문이며, 조리방법에 따라서도 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 음식에 대한 기호도는 식품의 종류에 따른 기호와 더불어 조리법에 따른 기호가 복합적으로 작용한다. 따라서 선호 경향이 높지 않은 수산물이라도 조리법에 변화를 주어 그 수용도를 증가시킴으로써 다양한 수산물을 섭취할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 요구된다.

중학교 기술 가정 교과의 주생활단원 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식 (Teachers' Importance Perception of the Contents in Housing Unit of Middle School Technology and Home Economics Subject)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 교사의 주생활단원 내용에 대한 중요도 인식을 조사하여 주생활단원 내용 개정을 위한 기초 자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 주생활단원 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식과 관련 변수를 2008년 1월부터 3월까지 설문지를 통해 조사하였으며 수집한 자료 233부를 분석하였다. 주생활단원 48개 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식은 '생활공간의 활용' 중단원의 18개 내용의 중요도 인식 평균은 3.78로 양호하며, '실내 환경과 설비' 중단원의 15개 내용의 평균은 3.94로 높은 반면 '주택의 유지와 보수' 중단원의 15개 내용의 평균은 3.42로 가장 낮아 '주택의 유지와 보수' 중단원의 내용 타당도에 대한 개선이 요구된다. 특히 '실내공기의 오염과 영향'은 교사의 중요도 인식이 가장 높아 내용의 심화가 요구된 반면 '페인트칠하기'와 '도배하기'에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식은 보통 이하로 현실적 타당도가 결여되어 있어 개정이 요구된다. 주생활단원 48개 내용 중 '생활공간의 활용'의 10개, '실내 환경과 설비'의 5개, '주택의 유지와 보수'의 10개의 25개 내용은 교사의 성별, 나이, 교직경력, 학력, 담당과목, 학교유형, 근무지역에 따라 중요도 인식에 차이가 있었다.따라서 25개 내용이 교사의 일반적 특성의 차이를 극복하고 중요도 인식에서 보편적 지지를 얻기 위해서는 내용의 타당성 점검 등 대책을 강구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 결과 제언할 내용은 기술 가정 교과를 기술과 가정으로 팀 티칭(team teaching)하는 것이 교사의 성별과 담당과목에 따른 편차를 극복하고 주생활단원을 형평성 있게 교수하는데 더 적합하며, 주생활단원 내용은 지역 환경의 차이를 고려하여 통합적으로 구성될 수 있도록 교과서 검정 기준안이 마련되어야 하며, 앞으로의 주생활단원의 평가는 내용을 최소 단위로 세분화하여 단일 주제의 내용에 대해 측정해야 하는 것으로 요약된다.

나주지역 중학생의 식생활 관여도와 식행동 연구 (A Study on Food Involvement and Dietary Behavior of Middle School Students in Naju Area)

  • 본 연구는 중학생들의 영양지식, 식생활 관여도 및 식행동 실태를 파악하고 영양지식 정도에 따른 식생활 관여도와 식행동 차이를 비교 분석함으로써 남 녀 중학생들의 바람직한 식행동을 유도하여 청소년들의 건강증진에 이바지할 수 있는 식생활 교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 나주시 소재의 남 여 중학생 528명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 SAS/PC 프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였고, t-test, 일원변량분석을 수행하였으며, 사후검증으로 Duncan의 다중범위검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 식사행동 인식은 세끼 식사 중 아침식사를 중요하게 생각하는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 음식 선택의 기준은 맛을 가장 우선시하였다. 주문 배달음식 섭취는 일주일에 1$\sim$2회가 가장 높았고 주문 배달음식 종류는 서양음식이 가장 높게 나타났다. 본인의 체중 인지는 살찐편이라고 생각하는 경우가 높게 나타났고, 체중조절 방법으로 운동을 하고 있는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 그에 따른 운동의 규칙성은 응답자의 절반 가량이 규칙적으로 하지 않았다. 실시하고 있는 운동의 종류는 걷기, 달리기, 윗몸 일으키기 등이었고 자신의 식생활에서 개선할 점에서는 편식과 불규칙한 식사시간을 고쳐야할 점이라고 높게 인식하고 있었다. 식생활 정보 수집원으로는 TV를 통해 얻는 경우가 40%임을 볼 때 영양정보 전달의 효과적인 대중매체의 책임있는 교육 프로그램이 개발, 보급되어야 하겠다. 둘째, 관련변인에 따른 식생활 관여도는 성별, 학년, 모 학력, 체중의 인지, 체중 조절 방법, 운동 형태, 개선할 식생활의 인지에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 관련변인에 따른 식행동은 학년, 식사의 우선 순위, 음식 선택 기준, 체중 조절 방법, 개선할 식생활의 인지에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 영양지식 정도에 따른 식생활 관여도의 차이는 영양지식이 '상'과 '중'인 집단에 비해 '하'인 집단이 낮게 나타났다. 영양지식 정도에 따른 식행동의 차이는 영양지식이 높은 집단이 식행동이 양호하게 나타났고, 영양지식이 낮은 집단이 식행동도 낮게 나타났다. 이는 청소년 시기에 습득한 영양지식이 실제 식생활 태도에 크게 작용하는 점으로 보아 올바른 식습관 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 체계적이고 지속적인 학교교육과 가정교육의 필요하다고 하겠다. 넷째, 식생활 관여도에 따른 식행동의 차이는 식생활 관여도가 높은 집단의 식행동이 식생활 관여도가 낮은 집단보다 식행동이 유의적으로 높게 나타났다.

영양상태(營養狀態)가 Hb 형성(形成)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Influence for a state of nutrition reached over Hb formation)

  • (1) 보육원경영주(保育園經營主)는 원아(園兒)들의 체력(體力)이나 건강면(健康面)을 고려(考慮)해서 영양관리(營養管理)에 유기적변화(劉期的變化)를 가(加)해야 하며 행정당국(行政當局)도 양적(量的)인 보육원경영(保育園經營)을 지양(止揚)하고 물적면(質的面)에 치중(置重)해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 외원(外援)이나 내자지원(內資支援)을 받는 보육원(保育園)이 합리적(合理的)으로 운영(運營)의 묘(妙)를 기(期)한다면 체육중학수준(體育中學水準)에는 미급(未及)일망정 일반가정아(一般家庭兒)의 생활수준(生活水準)을 오히려 능가할 수도 있을 것으로 예측한다. (2) 체육중학교생(體育中學校生)의 1 일(日) 평균(平均) Cal 섭취량(攝取量)은 연령(年齡)(체중(體重))과 운동량(運動量)에 비(比)하여 과식(過食)을 하는 형편(形便)이 아닌가 우려(憂慮)된다. 따라서 영양사(營養士)에게는 영양(營養)의 공급량(供給量)에 대(對)하여 새로운 검토(檢討)가 요망(要望)된다. (3) 기생충감염여부(寄生蟲感染如否)는 고려(考慮)하지 않았다. 그것은 체육중학교(體育中學校)에서 일정(一定)한 식단(食單)(menu)으로 생활(生活)($1{\sim}2$년(年))이 계속(繼續)되는 학생(學生)들의 Hb 량(量)이 많기 때문에 Hb량(量)이 적은 것은 기생충(寄生蟲)과는 무관(無關)하고 오직 영양물질(營養物質)에 기인(基因)한다고 예측(豫測)되기 때문이다. 더우기 어린 학생(學生)이면서 상류생활권(上流生活圈)에 속(屬)하는 리화여대(梨花女大)의 대학생(大學生)들과 같은 수준의 Hb 양(量)을 보지(保持)하므로 더욱 그 신빙도(信憑度)가 높다고 보아도 좋을 것이다. 따라서 일반가정아(一般家庭兒)와 원아(園兒)들의 건강상태(健康狀態)를 정상적(正常的)으로 유지(維持)시키면서 국력(國力)을 증강(增强)시키려면 보육원경영주(保育園經營主)나 한 가정의 책임자(責任者)는 오직 영양관리(營養管理)에 세심(細心)한 주의(注意)를 가져야 하고 행정당국(行政當局)도 보육원운영면(保育園運營面)에 보다 깊은 배려(配慮)가 있어야 한다고 요망(要望)된다.

청소년에서 우울 및 불안 증상과 수면 곤란의 성별에 따른 차별적 관련성 (Differential Relations of Depression, Anxiety and Sleep Disturbances by Gender in Young Adolescents)

  • 연구목적 청소년에서 성별에 따른 불안, 우울과 수면 장애의 유병율을 조사하고 우울, 불안과 수면 곤란의 관련성을 성별에 따라 분석하고자 한다. 방 법 서울시 마포구 내 7개 중학교의 1학년 학생 1,422명을 대상으로 자가 보고 질문지인 Children's Depression Inventory(CDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)를 실시하였다. CDI, BAI, 그리고 PSQI는 각각 다음과 같이 분류되었다 : $\leq$21, 22-25, 26-28, 그리고 $\geq$29 ; $\leq$21, 22-26, 27-31, 그리고 $\geq$32 ; $\geq$5, <5. 각각의 cut-off 점수는 CDI 22, BAI 22 그리고 PSQI는 5점 이었다. 두 군간 연속 변수 비교에는 독립 t-검정, 비 연속변수 비교에는 $\chi^2$-검정, 불안과 우울 증상이 수면 곤란에 미치는 영향은 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 결 과 여학생에서 평균 CDI 점수($12.52{\pm}8.32$ vs. $10.39{\pm}7.52$ ; p=0.003), BAI($7.77{\pm}7.9$ vs. $9.84{\pm}9.044$ ; p<0.001) 그리고 PSQI($4.57{\pm}2.67$ vs. $3.64{\pm}2.30$ ; p=0.013)는 남학생보다 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 성별, 과거 정신과 치료력을 통제한 후, 매우 높은 수준의 우울과 불안 상태에서 남학생이 수면 곤란을 경험할 위험도가 여학생에 비해 현저히 높았다(CDI aOR, 14.66 ; 95% CI, 4.17-51.53, BAI aOR, 32.99 ; 95% CI, 4.26-255.39). 결 론 이 연구 결과는 여학생에 비해 남학생에서 우울과 불안의 정도가 심각할 때 수면 곤란을 경험할 위험이 더욱 높다는 것을 시사한다.

서울시 고등학생의 안전교육 실태 및 요구도 조사 (Needs Accessment of Safety Education of High School Students in Seoul)

  • Unexpected accidents in school has been gradually increased every year, and student's mistaken was the first reason of the accident. To preventing the students from Unexpected accidents in school, safety education is more important than having strong facilities to have much more strong protecting forces for the accidents. Therefore, systematic education of safety is needed most of all, and especially, strengthening safety education in school is needed. Hereby, this study is aimed at investigating and analysing the actual condition and demand of safety education. It also conducted a survey with the target of 1,255 students in the second grade of high school in Seoul from April 20 to May 19, and the result of this study is as follows. 1. In the general features of the subject of the survey, boy students and girl students occupied 50.8% and 49.2% each, and boys' high school (34.3%), girls' high school(32.2%) and co-ed(33.5%) participated in balance. In the location, north from Han river occupied 54.6%, south were 45.2%. 2. According to the status of experiencing an accident, boys were more experienced then girls(p〈0.05). From the section, home accident(56.8%) occupied most followed by school accident, traffic accident, sports accident and poisoning. The accident happening most often in detailed category is sports accident such as basket ball, foot ball and dodge ball. The actual condition of the subject's using a school health facility shows that boys students use it more often than girl students(p〈0.01) 3. In attitude toward safety, the subject showed lower interest in safety issues than other social issues. But attitude in seriality of safety problems were high. Also, they responded ‘individual citizen’(63.1%) as the one who should make efforts for safety. Regarding knowledge of preventing safety accidents in attitude toward individual safety, 42.2% answered ‘they know a little’ and 32.6% of respondents say ‘they do not know’. To a question of the degree of the subject's following safety rules, 36.4% were answered ‘keeping’ and the group using a school health facility shows more ‘keeping’ the others(p〈0.05). 4. To a question of asking if they have experienced safety education, 51.2% answered ‘yes’. Teachers who mainly take care of safety education are answered as training teacher(48.7%). As for education time, training class(51.3%) is said to have safety education most followed by health-related event and PE(Physical Education). Frequency of education shows once or twice a session (62.8%) most often, but in case of co-ed school, 5-7times a session or more(20.1%) are being practiced. Looking at education time, 1-2 hour(s)(22.1%) or for a short time(22.1%) during class are being practiced. As an education method, instruction(43.8%) and video education(32.5%) are being practiced, and when it comes to education evaluation method, ‘not practiced’(70.0%) answered. To the question if they are satisfied with school safety education, they answered more ‘no(43.1%)’ than ‘yes(6.7%)’, and the reason is that safety education class is just for formality's sake, and the fact they already know is being repeated. The contents of safety education is composed of school safety, home safety, and first aid. 5. It is turned out that 56.5% of the total boy students and 61.1% of the total girl students recognize the necessity of safety education. To the question if safety education is needed in an elementary and middle education course, 46.4% of the subject answer answered' it's necessary'. The most reason for their answers are ‘safety education is directly related to life’. 6. Regarding the requested time of safety education is ‘one hour a week’ by 55.9%. For safety education, safety education teachers(38.7%) are answered to be the most proper. As a request for safety education, video education is answered to be the most appropriate(30.6%), followed by practical skills, lecture and discussion(p〈0.05). Demand of educational evaluation, practical skills, interview and observation are answered to be needed. To the question if they want to participate in the way of demanded safety education, 41.9% of respondents answer ‘have a mind to participate in’ (41.9%). To benefits followed by completing safety education, 72.0% of respondents answer ‘agree’, and 24.7% ‘do not agree’, which means lout 4 disagrees with completing safety education. 7. Looking at demand of safety education according to the features of the subject, ‘our position for the person who has handicapped’ was answer to the most.

  • This study was conducted in order to grasp the condition of the student's knowledge and attitude about sex. And to offer the basic materials for sex education of school health service. The objects were comprised of 464 volunteered students who study in commercial girls' high school. The material of this study was the questionaire suited to the purposed of this research which has been made through studying references. All the questionaire written by students. The self reported questionaires were collected immediately without explanation on supervision of school nurse. The data was collected from 28th to 30th of June on 1990. Analysis of the data was done utilizing SPSS for percentage, mean, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The Results are as follows; 1. General features of the objects of study School grade distribution was similar. Fathers of 41-50 years were the highest(58.3%), mothers of 41-50 years were the highest(64.3%), family of living together were the highest(87.5%), fathers of graduated high school were highest(60.7%), mothers of graduated middle school were the highest(43.0%) and neuclear families were highest(91.5%). 2. The Conditions of Knowledge about sex When 5 Point was given to "Well known" and 1 point was given to "Never known", the total average was 2.97, Especially the mean of Female physiology was shown 3.93, 73.4% of students have known. But the mean of male physiology was shown 2.23, 17.2% of students only. And Family planning item was 3.54, hymen item was 3.38, female genitalia item was 3.35, abortion item was 3.25, Intercourse and pregnancy item was 3.24, Ovulation item was 3.02, Contraception item was 2.97, Veneral disease and masturbation item was 2.82, maintenance of pregnancy item was 2.76, Anatomical differences between male and female item was 2.59, male genitalia item was 2.31, ejaculation item was 2.27. 3. The conditions of attitude about Sex When 5 point was given to "Very affirming" and 1 point was given to "Very deny" the total average was 3.20. Especially the mean of social intercourse between other sex was shown 3.92, 73.4% of students have affirmed. But the mean of psychic response on menstruation was shown 2.24, 8.8% of students only. And baby birth item was 3.72, the fact that I am a woman item was 3.53, marriage item was 3.49. Secondary body change item was 3.38, puberty item was 3.31, delivery and sexual intercourse item was 3.05, pregenancy item was 3.02, psychic condition on menarche item was 2.50. Also present counsellors about sex were teachers in charge (44.9%), friends(21.6%), mothers(20.6%), elder sisters (10.6%), mass-communications (1.5%), fathers (0.4%), school nurses and elder brother(0.2%). In addition to, future counsellors about sex were friends (37.7%), mothers(30.6%), elder sister (18.4%), school nurses (4.6%), mass communication (3.8%), teachers in charge (2.5%), elder brothers (1.4%) and fathers(1.0%). 4. Correlation between the general features and knowledge variables School grade and knowledge condition has relationship to female genitalia(P<0.05), female physiology (P<0.00), male physiology (P<0.05),ovulation (P<0.00), and femily planning (P<0.005). Fathers age and knowledge condition has relationship to male physiology(P<0.05), and abortion (P<0.05). Marrital status and knowledge condition has relationship to female physiology (P<0.01), masturbation (P<0.05). Fathers educational background and knowledge condition has relationship to masturbation (P<0.00). Mothers age and knowledge condition has relationship to family planning (P<0.05). 5. Correlation between the general futures and attituded variables Fathers age and attitude condition has relationship to psychic response on menstruation (P<0.05). Mothers age and attitude condition has relationship to fact that I am a woman (P<0.00). Mothers educational background and attitude condition has relationship to social intercourse between other sex (P<0.05). Type of family and attitude condition has relationship to puberty (P<0.01). 6. Correlation between knowledge condition and attitude condition Those who had more knowledge about sex have more affirmative response (P<0.001).
