ZnO의 과잉첨가가 Ba(${Zn}_{1/3}{Ta}_{2/3}$)$O_3$세라믹스의 마이크로파 유전특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Excess ZnO on Microwave Dielectric Characteristics of Ba(${Zn}_{1/3}{Ta}_{2/3}$)$O_3$ Ceramics)

  • Dielectric properties of Ba(ZnS11/3TTaS12/3T)OS13T+x ZnO(x=0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.0 wt%) ceramics have been investigated at microwave frequencies. With excess ZnO, the sinterability was improved and the dielectric constant($\varepsilon$S1rT) and the unloaded quality factor(QS1UT) were increased. The structure changed into hexagonal from pseudocubic as being annealed at 140$0^{\circ}C$ in excess ZnO composition. Also, the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency ($\tau$S1fT) turned into (-)ppm/$^{\circ}C$ when sintered at 155$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. But the specimen sintered in ZnO muffling showed increased density and $\varepsilon$S1rT but lowerde QS1uT. Among the specimen investigated, expecially the composition added with 0.4wt% excess ZnO showed the most optimum dielectric values ($\varepsilon$S1rT=28, QS1uT x f=120000GHz) better than those of original Ba(ZnS11/2T TaS12/3T)OS13T ceramics.

  • $BaO-TiO_2$ ceramics ($BaO:TiO_2$=18.2:81.8[mol.%]) were fabricated by mixed-oxide method. Microwave dielectric properties were investigated with sintering temperature and annealing time. Increasing the sintering temperature, the sintered density was decreased. At the sintering temperature of 1400$[^{\circ}C]$, dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency had a good values of 35.03, 5690, -4.433$[ppm/^{\circ}C]$, respectively. Increasing the annealing time, dielectric constant and quality factor were increased and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was decreased.

  • The microwave dielectric properties of $TiTe_3O_8-CaF_2$ ceramics were investigated. All sample of $TiTe_3O_8-CaF_2$ ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method, and sintered in the temperature of $730^{\circ}C{\sim}750^{\circ}C$. The structural properties of $TiTe_3O_8-CaF_2$ ceramics were investigated by the X-ray diffractor meter. According to the X-ray diffraction patterns of $TiTe_3O_8-CaF_2$ ceramics, the major phase of the cubic $TiTe_3O_8$ were presented. In the case of $1molTiTe_3O_8-0.1molCaF_2$ ceramics sintered at $740^{\circ}C$ for 5hr., the bulk density, dielectric constant, quality factor were $2.8g/cm^3$, 39.1, 36.100GHz, respectively.

  • $Pb_{1-x}Sr_x(Mg-{1}2}W_{1}2})O_3$$ ceramics for application in the microwave frequency range were investigated by dielectric constant and X-ray diffraction measurements. The dielectric constant curves showed two concentration dependent characteristics in the $$Pb(Mg-{1}2}W_{1}2})O_3$-rich$ region. As the Sr constant further increases to x=0.3 the dielectric curve levels off. In the concentration range between x=0.4 and x=1 in which dielectric constant dependence on temperature is negligible, it decreases and Qf value increases in the microwave frequency with increasing Sr. The temperature coefficient (${\tau}_{\varepsilon} $) of the dielectric constant changes from the negative to positive value between x=0.9 and x=1. The dielectric constant, Qf and $\tau\varepsilon$ are correlated with tolerance factor(t). From the X-ray diffraction results for $0.1{\le}x{\le}1$ the cell parameter is found to decrease as x increases and B-site ordering is observed in all the composition ranges.

  • 0.15(B $a_{0.95}$ S $r_{0.05}$)O-0.15(S $m_{2(1-x}$/N $d_{2x}$) $O_{3}$-0.7Ti $O_{2}$(x=0-10[m/o]) ceramics were fabricated by mixed oxide method. Microwave dielectric properties were investigated with contents of N $d_{2}$ $O_{3}$. In the case of specimen with N $d_{2}$ $O_{3}$(6[m/o]), dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were 78.14, 2938(at 3[GHz]) and +14.19[ppm/.deg. C], respectively. By comparison its properties with undoped specimen, dielectric constant and quality factor were highly improved, but the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was increased to positive value......

  • 0.15(B $a_{0.95}$ S $r_{0.05}$)O-0.15S $m_{2}$ $O_{3}$-0.7Ti $O_{2}$ ceramics were fabricated by the mixed-oxide method. Microwave dielectric properties were investigated with sintering conditions. Increasing the sintering temperature from 1300 to 1375[.deg. C], the sintered density was increased from 5.44 to 5.63[g/c $m^{3$]. Increasing the sintering temperature, dielectric constant and quality factor were increased and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was independent of sintering temperature. In the specimen sintered at 1375[.deg. C], dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were 80.79, 2784(at 3[GHz]), +11.07[ppm/.deg. C], respectively..

  • The microwave dielectric properties of ((P $b_{1-x}$ C $a_{x}$)Zr $O_3$ and (P $b_{0.63}$,C $a_{0.37-x}$ $M_{x}$)Zr $O_3$(M=Mg,Sr) ceramics were investigated. In (P $b_{1-x}$ C $a_{x}$)Zr $O_3$ (X=0.33~0.40) ceramics, high quality factor and small temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were obtain in (P $b_{0.63}$C $a_{0.37}$)Zr $O_3$with perovskite structure. In the case of (P $b_{0.63}$C $a_{0.37-x}$M $g_{x}$)Zr $O_3$ dielectric constant temperature coefficient of resonant frequency increased and quality factor decreased due to increase of polarization of A-O bonding. When replacing Ca ion with Sr ion with large ion radius, polarization decreased with increased of bonding length and thus dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency decreased.decreased.creased.

  • In this paper, We described the effect of $MoO_3$ Addition and firing temperature on the microwave dielectric properties of $BiNb0_4$ ceramics. The specimens prepared by conventional mixed method was addicted by 0 - 0.03 wt% $MoO_3$ and fired at 860 - $950^{\circ}$ for 3hr. Density increased when $MoO_3$ is below O.Olwt% but decreased when over O.Olwt%. $BiNb0_4$ ceramics addicted with CuO 0.03wt % and $MoO_3$ 0.01 wt% showed microwave dielectric properties, Dielectric constant 37.5, Quality factor[Qx$f_0$]5500, Temperature coefficient of resonance frequency 15ppm/$^{\circ}$

  • The microwave dielectric properties of CuO and CdO addition of BiNbO$_4$ceramics were investigated. As the content of CdO increased, sintered density and quality factor is decreased. With increase in sintering temperature, the dielectric constant and quality factor is increased. In case of specimen sintered at 96$0^{\circ}C$ with 0.03 wt% CuO and CdO, the microwave dielectric properties obtained were dielectric constant of 41.2, quality factor (Q$\times$f) of 6, 500, temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of ppm/$^{\circ}C$.
