  • This paper presents a cooling system using thermoelectron for improving the output of BIPV module. The temperature characteristic in regard to improving the output of BIPV system has rarely been studied up to now but some researchers only presented the method using a ventilator. The cooling system efficiency of BIPV module applied to a ventilator mainly depends on the weather such as wind, insolation etc. Because the cooling system of BIPV module using a ventilator is so sensitive, that is being set off by wind speed at all time but is unable to operate in the NOCT(Nominal Operating Cell Temperature) which is able to make the maximum output The paper presents the cooling system using thermoelectron so as to solve such problems. The temperature control of thermoelectron can be controlled independently in the outside environment because that is performed by micro-controller. The temperature control of thermoelectron, also, can be operated around NOCT through algorism of the temperature control. Therefore, outputs of the whole system increase and the efficiency rises. The paper demonstrates the validity of proposed method by comparing the data obtained through a experiment of the cooling method of BIPV using a ventilator and proposed thermoelectron.

CNN을 이용한 소비 전력 파형 기반 명령어 수준 역어셈블러 구현 (Implementation of Instruction-Level Disassembler Based on Power Consumption Traces Using CNN)

  • 정보보호용 디바이스의 부채널 정보인 소비 전력 파형을 이용하면 내장된 비밀 키 뿐만 아니라 동작 명령어를 복구할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 최근에는 MLP 등과 같은 딥러닝 모델을 이용한 프로파일링 기반의 부채널 공격들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 컨트롤러 AVR XMEGA128-D4가 사용하는 명령어에 대한 역어셈블러를 구현하였다. 명령어에 대한 템플릿 파형을 수집하고 전처리하는 과정을 자동화하였으며 CNN 딥러닝 모델을 사용하여 명령-코드를 분류하였다. 실험 결과, 전체 명령어는 약 87.5%의 정확도로, 사용 빈도가 높은 주요 명령어는 99.6%의 정확도로 분류될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents the switching angle and voltage for maximizing the torque or efficiency and minimizing torque ripple of an 8/6, SRM. The approximate analysis and computer simulation determine the switching angle and voltage by using SIMULINK$^\textregistered$. This is performed as a function of the speed and torque required by the load. From the results, new three facts can be known: First, the maximum torque depends on voltage and speed depends on switching angle. The others, the maximum efficiency and minimum torque ripple relay on switching angle. We control the switching angle and voltage of and asymmetrical inverter for the SRM with one-chip micro controller.

  • This paper focuses on the Current-Voltage concurrent control method devoted to the multiple LED (light-emitting diode) string driver. Isolated DC to DC converter with cascaded chopping switch is proposed for smart lighting system such as light with sensor or back light unit of display, which need to control the current of parallel connected multiple LED stings and regulate DC voltage for micro controller for brightness control. The proposed circuit regulates the current of parallel connected multiple LED strings and additional DC voltage output simultaneously. To verify the performance, experimental results are presented based on the prototype board. 5V, 1A voltage mode electric load and two LED strings with different forward voltages are used for output loads. 23W output power is achieved and measured efficiency is in the range of 85%-87%

  • 본 논문은 스텝핑 모터를 이용하여 수동변속기 차량의 클러치를 자동으로 제어하기 위한 제어알고리즘 및 제어로직 구현 결과를 기술한 것이다. 기본제어 알고리즘은 차량의 통신데이터를 이용하여 운전자 의지를 파악하고 이에 따라 클러치 연결 혹은 해제 시점을 파악하여, 이에 따른 구동신호를 발생시키고 클러치의 위치 및 이동거리는 구동신호의 펄스 개수에 의하여 계산된다. 제어로직을 마이크로프로세서에 탑재하는 과정은 자동코드생성기법을 이용하였으며 이를 프로토 타입 제어기에 탑재하여 기본 성능시험을 실시하였다.

AV 기기를 위한 AC 입력 전류 모니터링 대기 전력 저감 시스템 (Reducing Standby Power Consumption System by Monitoring the AC Input Current for the AV Devices)

  • This paper proposes a system for reducing the standby power consumption in using the consumer electronic devices such as a television, a home theater, a set-top box, or a DVD player. The system is consisted of a flyback converter, monitoring circuits, a relay and a micro-processor. The proposed system can reduce the standby power consumption by disconnecting the AC input and the consumer devices can be turned on with a remote control. The proposed standby power system consumes the low power to receive the infrared signal from the remote controller. Furthermore, a electronic double layer capacitor is used to store the energy with high efficiency. The proposed power system can operate the 플라이백 converter to charge the electronic double layer capacitor and connect the AC input to the consumer electronic devices. The proposed power circuit can reduce the standby power consumption in AV devices without increasing the cost. The prototype is implemented to verify the system with the commercialized products.

  • 본 연구에서는 무인항공기의 대기속도 및 압력고도를 측정하는 공력자료시스템(ADS)을 개발하였다. ADS는 비행제어시스템에 항공기 속도와 고도를 제공함으로써 실속속도 이하에서의 비행을 막고 고도유지 비행을 가능하게 하는 시스템이다. 무인항공기의 속도와 고도를 정확하게 측정하는 것은 비행성능을 확인하고 항공기의 안전성을 보장하기 위한 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서 개발된 ADS는 MEMS 압력센서, 저역통과필터, 마이크로 컨트롤러 그리고 피토튜브로 구성되어 있다. 온도보정과 압력보정을 통해 ADS 데이터의 오차를 줄였으며 비행시험에서 GPS 데이터와 ADS 데이터를 비교하였다.

저온저장고의 뉴로-퍼지 제어시스템 개발 (Development of Neuro-Fuzzy System for Cold Storage Facility)

  • This study was conducted to develop precision control system fur cold storage facility that could offer safe storage environment for green grocery. For that reason of neuro-fuzzy control system with learning ability algorithm and single chip neuro-fuzzy micro controller was developed for cold storage facility. Dynamic characteristics and hunting of neuro-fuzzy control system were far superior to on-off and fuzzy control system. Dynamic characteristics of temperature were faster than on-off control system by 1,555 seconds(123% faster) and fuzzy control system by 460 seconds(36.4% faster). When system was arrived at steady state. hunting was ${\pm}$0.5$^{\circ}C$ in on-off control system, ${\pm}$0.4$^{\circ}C$ in fuzzy control system, and ${\pm}$0.3$^{\circ}C$ in neuro-fuzzy control system. Hunting of humidity and wind velocity was also controlled precisely by 70 to 72.5% and 1m/s For storage experiment with onion, characteristics of neuro-fuzzy control system were tested. Dynamic characteristics of neuro-fuzzy control system made cold storage facility conducted precooling ability and minimized hunting.

  • In this study, Multi-Array Electrodes (MAE) and Programmable Multi-channel Electrical Stimulator (PMES) were implemented for firing Trigger Points (TPs) of the patient with Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS). MAE has 25 Ag/AgCl electrodes arranged in the form of array ($5{\times}5$) fabricated with flexible pad, which are applicable to be easy-attached to curved specific region of the human body. PMES consisted of 25 channels. Each channel was to generate various electric stimulus patterns (ESPs) by changing the mono-phasic or bi-phasic of ESP, On/Off duration of ESP, the interval between ESP, and amplitude of ESP. PMES hardware was composed of Host PC, Stimulation Pattern Editing Program (SPEP), and Multi-channel Electrical Stimulator (MES). Experiments were performed using MAE and PMES as the following. First experiment was performed to evaluate the function for each channel of Sub- Micro Controller Unit (SMCU) in MES. Second experiment was conducted on whether ESP applied from each channel of SMCU in PMES was focused to the electrode set to the ground, after applying ESP being output from each channel of SMCU in PMES to MAE.

수경재배(水耕栽培)의 양액관리(養液管理) 자동화(自動化) 시스템 개발(開發) (Development of Nutrient Solution Control System for Water Culture)

  • The objective of this study was to develop automatic systems of nutrient solution management for optimal nutrient solution environment and labor saving in water culture which enables factory crop production. In this study, an automatic control system and its driving program are developed to prepare, supply, and recover nutrient solution and to keep the optimal solution concentration level using microcomputers. Based on this study, the following conclusions are obtained: 1. The concentration measured by the system using oscillating circuit designed and built in this study, gave good agreements with the actual nutrient solution. 2. In water culture, the period of 12 hours for measuring concentration, pH, and temperature of the nutrient solution was optimum. Addition of control solution due to the decrease of the nutrient solution concentration is required in every 3 to 5 days. 3. It is estimated that the period of the whole solution change is 15 days, however, further research is needed to assure it. In addition, this period must be shortened in the future. 4. Both the hardware and software of the developed optimal nutrient solution control system in the water culture are working very well, however, it is necessary to develop a more economical one-chip micro controller to substitute for the microcomputer.
