형상모듈 조합의 이용 가능 여부를 활용한 생산 스케줄링 방법 (A production scheduling Method considering Usability of Form Module Combinations)

  • 최근 많은 제조 기업들이 에너지 비용과 환경 인식의 증가로 인해 에너지 효율에 더 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 생산 시스템의 에너지 효율적인 생산스케줄링은 생산에 필요한 에너지 효율을 개선하고 비용을 절감하는 효과적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 타이어 생산 문제를 상정하고, 일정한 종류와 형상 모듈 종류 및 각 타이어별 주문량, 생산 모듈의 개수 및 각 종류별 생산시간을 고려하여 생산스케줄링을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 효과적인 생산스케줄링에 용이하도록 현 상태에서 이용가능한 형상 모듈 종류 및 개수를 고려하여, 다음 단계에서 생산하기로 선택이 가능한 타이어 종류를 부가적인 입력으로 이용하였고, 주문량 이상의 추가 생산이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리하여 평균 62퍼센트 가량의 생산모듈 가동률을 얻었다.

  • The study is to suggest easier making method of skirts and slacks as to compare production process between manufacturers and references of clothing construct in universities. Skirts and slacks have simple production process and they are basic subjects in clothing construct class. But most references have just contents which are to make basic styles of skirts and slacks made basic materials. Continuous development of new material and variety of style request more efficient and easer making method in the reference of clothing construct. So the making methods of references and manufacturers are compared and analyzed in this study In references, there are many hand work and sub-work because they are for a person who make own clothes. In contrast, manufacturers have to product many variety clothes of good quality for many people and think the production cost of clothes. They use more simple and efficient method that include their know-how to meet changing fashion situation. In making methods of skirts and slacks, differences between references and manufacturer are in sewing of waist band and zippers and location of interlining. Manufacturers use variedly sewing method of waist band according to material and their experience. Especially handling for wrong side inseam of waist band is distinct between references and manufacturers. References have basic and detail work and manufacturers know processing order having even grade work to keep continuous production. The making method of clothes have to change and improve according to the situation. The more useful making method get to include their merits and references need to add more practical method and knowledge.

  • Mixed-model production lines are often used in manufacturing systems. In production lines, different product types are simultaneously manufactured by processing small batches. This paper describes a new welding assembly technology involving the development of experimental models for a mixed-model production line in an automobile company. Due to the extensive number of models, the design of a welding assembly system is complicated. Performance evaluation is an important phase in the design of welding assembly lines in a mixed-model production environment. In this study, a new welding assembly technology for a mixed-model production method was used to weld the package tray and dash panel of a vehicle.

중국 자동차 공장의 린 생산 체계 구축을 통한 생산성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Productivity Increment through Construction of Lean Production System for Automobile Plant in China)

  • This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of lean production system for automobile factory in China. This lean production system has been progressed according to 5 steps. Step 1 is the work preparation. Step 2 is the process design. Step 3 is the establishment of method to count production quantity. Step 4 is the establishment of measuring method for input and output. Finally, step 5 is the construction of flexible production system able to adapt for environment change. This lean production system is expected to obtain the productivity increment by 50% for plastic plant and reduction by 50% in inventory quantity.

The Improvement of Cephalosporin C Production by Fed-batch Culture of Cephalosporium acremonium M25 Using Rice Oil

  • The objective of this study is to improve cephalosporin C (CPC) production byoptimization of medium and culture conditions. A statistical method was introduced to optimize the main culture medium. The main medium for CPC production was optimized using a statistical method. Glucose and corn steep liquor (CSL) were found to be the most effective factors for CPC production. Glucose and CSL were optimized to 2.84 and $6.68\%$, respectively. CPC produc­tion was improved $50\%$ by feeding of $5\%$ rice oil at day 3rd and 5th day during the shake flask culture of C acremonium M25. The effect of agitation speeds on CPC production in a 2.5-L bio­reactor was also investigated with fed-batch mode. The maximum cell mass (54.5 g/L) was obtained at 600 rpm. However, the maximum CPC production (0.98 g/L) was obtained at 500 rpm. At this condition, the maximum CPC production was improved about $132\%$ compared to the re­sult with batch flask culture.

  • In this paper, a digital simulation model for an automotive assembly line is constructed by adapting a digital manufacturing methodology. Applied methodology is a simulation for a plant level of the assembly production line. The first significance of this methodology is a validation of the production planning based on various scenarios. The second is pre-verification for the new production plan or production method. The third is a visualization of the production process. Several models were implemented and those models were verified. Then, it was possible to find a most efficient production scenario and production method.

  • As a future clean substitute energy, the Gas hydrate development projects are world widely carried out to prepare the shortage of petroleum and natural gas resources. The OIIP of gas hydrate is estimated approximately 10 Trillion LNG equivalent ton and it reaches almost the amount of 5 thousand years use for the world people. To develop the commercial production technology, several research projects like Malik and Alaska project have been carried by several advanced countries and teams, but nobody have succeeded it yet due to the technical problems and the high risks. The technologies developed up to now for the hydrate production are categorized to four methods, such as depressurization method, thermal recovery method, inhibitor injection method and replacement method. As these methods are highly related to the costs and the environmental problems, many other researches including the safety, environment and disaster prevention are actively fulfilled as well.

海安 鹽濕地 植生의 純生産性 推定法의 比較 (Comparison of Estimation Methods for Primary Net Production at Herbaceous Coastal Marsh Vegetation)

  • Aboveground net productions of four stands in the coastal salt marsh of Incheon were estimated with three different methods: first method was to measure peak live standing crop; second to measure both live and dead standing crops; thrid to measure live and dead standing crops and dead disappearance as well. Net productions estimated by the first method were lowest with a difference of 28~50% from those by the third method. Whereas estimates by the second method approximated considerably to those by the third method with a difference of 4~15%. The third method figured out the highest values and seemed to be most appropriate in estimating net production of herbaceous community. Form these results it is known that live standing crop, dead standing crop and dead disappearance respectively accounted for about 60, 30, 10% of net production estimated by the third method. Annual net productions estimated by the third method for Suaeda japonica-Salicornia herbacea, Artemisia scoparia-Limonium tetragonum, Calamagrostis epigeios, and Sonchus brachyotus-Setaria viridis stand were 650, 1, 080, 1, 409 and 1, 126 g.$m^{-2}.yr^{-1}$, respectively.

  • The probabilistic production cost is calculated by the Expected Incremental Generation Cost Curve(EIGC) method based on the multi-state and multi-block operating conditions. For this, A new algorithm for determining production cost by the EIGC and the generation availability curve (GAC) had been developed in order to realize better economic olad dispatch and better reliability for power system operation. The simpler method for determining the EIGC and the GAC is proposed for convenience and saving in computation time.

  • This paper has presented an application of an optimum grinding conditions based on the fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic can handle vague and uncertain knowledge, and presents a scheme for integrating data with various kinds of grinding data. Especially, this research is capable of determining the grinding conditions taking into account some fuzzy membership function represented for trapezoidal form such as hardness and surface roughness of workpiece, material tensile strength and elongation, and requirement of grinding method. Larsen's fuzzy production method utilizing the fuzzy production rule can be applied on the establishment of grinding conditions, and also the output value obtained by the center of gravity method can effectively utilize the optimum grinding conditions.
