고도보존지구의 빈집 변화추이와 활용방안에 관한 연구 - 전라북도 금마고도보존지구 중심으로 - (A Study on the Change Trend and Their Using Method of Vacant Houses in the Historic Conservation District - Focused on the Keumma Historic Conservation Area in Jeonbuk Province -)

  • This study aims to find out the change trend of the existing vacant houses in the small and medium sized farming city. And the using method of those houses is proposed in this paper. Especially to find out the change trend ratio of vacant houses in the case, the historic conservation area - Keumma village is selected as the research target area. To carry out this study, it was surveyed in 2013 when they were not designated as the special area first. And it is reviewed in 2017 when it is designated. The contents of the survey were their use, old age, structure, materials, color, roof of the main building and wall. they were surveyed by direct and interview survey. And thew were analyzed and synthesized. It is concluded that the 142 vacant houses in 2013 were declined 46houses in 2017. It is caused by the government support. And they will be declined continuously. The architectural statues of vacant houses between in 2013 and in 2017 are almost same in it's use, old age, structure, materials, color, roof of the main building and wall. In the use ratio of the vacant houses that of residence is most high, and that of warehouses, commerce are followed in turn. The reason of that statues is moving out is the first and the death of house holder, the difficulty of managing are followed. As the their re-use plan of owners, the selling is the first, constructing new buildings and the renovation them are followed. As the method of their use, re-use, community facilities, managing in the vacant houses bank are proposed. As the vacant houses are the reason of bad elements in the rural landscape in the farm village, the method of its improvement will be carried out.

지열원 시스템 히트펌프의 냉방 성능 특성에 관한 실증 연구 (Verification experiment of a ground source multi-heat pump at cooling mode)

  • Recently, small and medium-sized buildings have employed a multi-heat pump. The major benefits of the multi-heat pump over a conventional system are that it is easier system to maintain along with a diversification of facility use, and high comfortability. The performance of multi-heat pump systems can be enhanced by using geothermal energy instead of air source energy. This paper describes the multi-heat pumps applied in an ground source heat pump system for an actual building. The performance of a ground source multi-heat pump installed in the field was investigated in cooling mode. The maximum COP of the systems with single U-tube and double tube ground loop heat exchangers were 6.6 and 6.0, respectively. It is suggested that the new algorithms to control the flow rate of secondary fluid for ground loop heat exchanger have to be developed in order to enhance the performance of the system.

LoRa 기반 피난 유도 체계의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of LoRa-based Emergency Exit Guide System)

  • 본 논문에서는 동적으로 설정되는 피난 유도 표지에 실시간 화재 상황을 반영한 최적의 피난 경로를 제시하는 LoRa 기반 피난 유도 체계를 설계하고 구현한다. 각 피난 유도 표지는 전후좌우를 나타내는 4개의 LED 지시등으로 구성되고 화재 발생 시 실시간으로 계산된 최적의 대피 경로를 화살표로 표시한다. 제안 알고리즘의 검증을 위해 동적인 화재 상황을 모의 생성하는 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 다양한 지점에서 화재가 발생했을 때 각각의 피난 유도 표지가 정확한 피난 경로를 안내하는지 여부를 검증하였다. 또한 LoRa 기반 무선통신의 성능 확인을 위해 실내, 실내 대 실외, 실외 환경에서 데이터 전송률을 측정하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 다수의 피난 유도 표지 설치 외에는 시스템 운영을 위한 추가 설비가 필요 없다는 측면에서 대형 건물은 물론 중소형 건물에도 쉽게 적용할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the additional construction cost of G-SEED certification for domestic office building reflecting the latest standard(G-SEED 2016-2), and to derive cost impact by category and level. Therefore, it is intended to provide quantitave cost data according to G-SEED certification at the planning phase of the project, estimate the additional construction cost per level according to G-SEED Certification of similar project to be carried out in the future, and encourage G-SEED certification by supporting the decision of the owners. Method: The Process and method of this study are summarized in five steps, 1) Review of previous research, 2) Selection of target project, 3) Scenario setting by level, 4) Additional construction cost for each evaluation category, 5) Extraction of additional construction cost ratio by level. Result: This paper analyzed the cost impact by deriving the additional construction cost of detailed category for level improvement according to the revised G-SEED certification(G-SEED 2016-2). In conclusion, an additional construction cost(ratio) of G-SEED projects to the reference building is drawn as good level; 157,426,241 KWN(+0.43%), very good level; 321,907,802 KWN(+0.88%), excellent level; 999,371,478 KWN(+2.74%), and outstanding level; 1,467,047,718 KWN(+4.02%).

BIM 기반 비정형 건축물 패널화 모델 생성 방법에 관한 연구 (BIM-Based Generation of Free-form Building Panelization Model)

  • With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

대기중 휘발성 유기화합물 측정을 통한 군포시 대기 오염 특성 규명 (Characterization on Air Pollution of Gunpo City by Measurement of VOCs in Air)

  • 군포시는 인구 27만여 명의 분지 형 주소도시로서 당정동 일대에 600여개의 공장이 소재하는 공단지역을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 지형적 그리고 환경적 요인으로 인해 공단지역 시민들로부터 오랫동안 대기오염에 대한 민원이 자주 제기되어오던 지역이다. 본 연구에서는 군포시 지역별로 휘발성 유기화합물의 농도를 측정하고 서울의 특정 지역과의 비교를 통해서 휘발성 유기화합물의 오염원을 규명하며, 이들에 대한 효율적 관리를 위해 대기 중유기화합물의 측정 분석연구를 수행하였다. 악취성분들에 대한 관능시험과 휘발성 유기화합물에 대한 분석측정이 2001년 06월 12일에 11곳의 동사무소 옥상 및 군포 역에서 시료가 채취되었고 그들 시료에 대한 분석이 수행되었다. 이들 시료에 대한 분석결과 공단지역에 근접한 군포 1동, 군포역, 금정동지역의 오염도가 심한 것으로 확인되었으며, 악취 및 대기오염의 오염원이 자동차 배출가스보다는 공단지역임을 확인할 수 있었다.
