본 연구는 의원에 근무하는 방사선사의 복지만족요인을 분석하기 위한 연구로 복지의 만족요인과 만족수준 및 개선해야할 사항들을 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구에 사용한 도구는 설문지로 2014년 7월14일부터 2015년 3월31일까지 경남에 소재하는 의원에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 설문지 총150부를 배부하여 연구에 적합한 130부를 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 복지에 대한 요인으로는 생활, 금융, 교육, 의료, 문화 등을 복지요인으로 하였으며, 인구사회학적특성으로는 성별, 결혼, 학력, 연령, 근속연수를 기준으로 하였다. 복지요인별 만족수준을 살펴보면 생활복지($2.74{\pm}.65$), 금융복지($2.42{\pm}.74$), 교육복지($2.24{\pm}.72$), 의료복지($2.68{\pm}.69$), 문화복지($2.27{\pm}.64$)로 복지요인에 대한 만족수준($2.45{\pm}.59$)은 평균에 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 의원의 특성상 복지에 대한 경영진의 인식이 부족한 점은 현실적 한계라고 할 수 있다. 복지에 대한 의원방사선사의 만족수준을 높이기 위해서는 의원을 경영하는 의료진의 인식의 전환과 함께 전향적인 변화가 있어야 할 것으로 판단되며, 복지에 대한 직원들의 욕구조사를 통한 효과적인 선택적 복지를 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 노인복지를 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 정보서비스를 분석해보고 어떠한 방향으로 정책을 실행해야 하는지를 분석하기 위해 면담조사와 문헌적 조사방법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 사회적 변화요인을 분석해 보면 첫째, 조기퇴직 및 수입원 감소로 인한 경제적 문제 둘째, 노인들의 만성적 질병으로 인한 의료적 문제 셋째, 여가적 문제 넷째, 소외감과 고독감을 느끼게 만드는 문제 등으로 분석된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 정보서비스를 분석해 보면, 첫째, 경제적 문제를 위한 재택근무서비스ㆍ노인전용홈뱅킹서비스 둘째, 의료적 문제를 위한 의료지원서비스ㆍ의료정보서비스ㆍ원격의료지원서비스 셋째, 여가적 문제를 위한 이벤트정보서비스ㆍ여가정보서비스ㆍ원격교육서비스 넷째, 소외적 문제를 위한 인터넷서비스ㆍ지식학습지원서비스 등의 정보서비스가 필요하다. 이러한 정보서비스를 개발하기 위한 정책방향은 첫째, 노인복지협의회의 구성 둘째, 노인복지전용망의 구축 셋째, 정보서비스 이용 활성화 넷째, 국가정책의 변화 다섯째, 노인복지정보서비스의 연구ㆍ개발이 이루어져야 한다.

Nursing Homes do not have a defined standard in the space area nor does it have a detailed standard facility requirement by law. This can possibly lead to the deterioration of the facility and the system. This directly affects the medical treatment space area within the nursing home. The medical treatment area provides medical treatment to seniors and this is where the seniors get most of their daily services. Therefore, this is research is about the study of the space area of the medical center and the ratio trend of the space area for the medical treatment facility located in senior nursing homes. Ten facilities have been selected in this study to analyze the correlation factors between space area and its trends. The analysis performed includes the conditions relating to the area and what affects the center. We have followed up with a proposal for improvement of the facility and area configuration for the medical treatment facility. Based on the analysis, the following conclusion can be made: First, the senior welfare centers are mostly used as a residence purpose followed a temporary stay of residence facility for the seniors. Second, research indicates that the bigger the facility, nursing and public functions took a larger portion of the space area compared to other services within the senior welfare centers. Third, the study shows the management space area took up about 1%~6% of the entire medical center within the nursing home which is a narrow space area because of the integrated management. Fourth, analysis based on the trend in the time-series indicate after the adoption of the system, there is a continued decline in the space area of nursing, management and public areas. Lastly, since before and after 2008, the space area composition of the nursing facility shows a continuous decline in our study. We can safely conclude that the revised senior welfare act's construction plan has an effect in the facility and is effectively working to meet its requirement. Therefore, the revision of the law is required to reflect the social needs of the residents.

The scale and the extent of a aging of population of a rural are more serious than those of a urban in China. However, the welfare policy and the service for the aged in the rural are inferior. China established the different systems of social welfare policy for the city and the rural and has administered it since the china was established. Owing to an open-door policy(opening of a reform) the gap between the two got more deeply distinguished. Accordingly. the striking difference is shown in a living environment and a quality of life of the cities and the rural. I made clear the difference of services for the aged in the rural and the urban examining daily lives, medical industry, recreation systems and so on and analyzing their sources. In addition, I proposed the ways to establish synthetic social welfare policy of the urban and the rural.

Because of developing medical science, lengthening the average life span and so on, the population of the elderly goes on increasing. The population of the healthy and high-income old people are increasing, also. So this study aimed to grasp the facilities and program situation of the welfare hall for the elderly as a welfare-leisure institution. The elderly be going to a hall are anticipated too many, based on the number of the hall per local old people. The majority of the hall are organized similar spaces and progams in them. There are almost not different things among the welfare halls and the locations. So they should be set on the aged' higher requirements and the old man's need varying in different localities. Also, 'gyoungrodang' remodeled in facilities and programs near their houses is likely to be recommended as the nest best thing.

The steady rise in life expectancy resulting from progress in medical science and economic growth and improved living conditions is responsible for large and increasing-number of older peoples in our country. The older peoples who are increasing make up a large percentage of our total population. Now a day the percentage of older people 60 and 65 years old over compose around 8.7% and 5% of the total population in each. In spite of such a rapidly increasing trend of older population, there has had no provisions for elderly welfare in our country. The reason why some children do not want to take care of their older parents, and the other is the lack of elderly welfare, are responsible for large and increasing anxiety of livelihood and alienation to the number of older peoples. As mentioned above, especially studying Swedish elderly welfare model of many developed countries, it intend to provide many of the useful materials to make the elderly welfare systems in our country. The main research for Swedish elderly welfare are as follows : (1) Old age pension systems (2) Social service systems (3) Health care service systems (4) Housing care service systems.

The purpose of this study was to determine if expectation, performance, and disconfirmation are related to consumer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The major findings were as follows: First, among the four dimensions of the medical services, the level of consumer satisfaction was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'facilities' while the level of importance was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'medical systems' Second, ability to predict behavioral intention can best be improved with regression coefficient weights among the six measures of consumer satisfaction. Third, greater satisfaction was significantly associated with performance and disconfirmation while behavioral intention was significantly associated with expectations, performance, and discoufirmation.

It is urgent to introduce home visiting physical therapy in order to prevent the unnecessary increase of demand and extravagance for the nation-wide execution of medical insurance and for the medical demand and supply of medical delivery system. We think that it is very important for us, as a physical therapist preparing 21 centry, to clearly undersand the necessity of home visiting physical therapy, which will be needed as the new therapeutic field in the future. When the terms for a new health and medical system, that is, useful trained-manpower, well-equipped facilities, financial and legal support, well-prepared design for this project, positive cooperation between people involved in this project and rational development of the project is held and this project is settled by sieving tile expected problems, this project will give a contribution to the promotion of national health and social welfare

Germany became a super-aged society which has the number of people aged 65 or older reached 19 percent of population in 1997. Similarly, there is a tendency in Korea to increase the number of older people coupled with an increase in the number of households of the senior citizen who lives alone due to a rapid change of family unit. Research on geriatric in Germany is being carried out in many different ways, like medical, welfare, and social aspects because of the fact that Germany is in the middle of a super-aged society. Therefore, analysis and evaluation of elderly care facilities in Germany will be used as a fundamental resource for overall planning of elderly care and welfare facilities which are expected to grow demand dramatically.
