One field that the information society has recently taken much interest in and has continuously implemented is medical services. Health tourism services which emphasize today's patient-oriented management rather than the past hospital-oriented management are highly value-added. As interest in physical fitness increases in keeping with such trends of the society at large as the declining birth rate and increasing life expectancy, and the medical market is opened, the added value of medical services that attract and manage domestic and foreign patients from the global market and satisfy their diverse desires with domestic medical competitiveness such as excellent medical staff and technology is on the spotlight. Hereupon, this study intends to suggest the possibility of developing competitive domestic medical services into a highly value-added industry in keeping with changing environment.

Tri-stimulus values of CIE-XYZ and RGB values obtained by photographic film, CCD camera or scanner depend on the spectral sensitivity of imaging devices and the spectral radiant distribution of the illumination. It is important to record and reproduce the reflectance spectra of the object for true device independent color reproduction and high accurate recording of the scene. In this paper, a method to record the reflection spectra of the object is introduced and its application to spectral endoscopes is presented.

보건의료기본법은 보건의료에 관한 국민의 권리 의무와 국가 및 지방자치단체의 책임을 정하고 보건의료의 수요와 공급에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함으로써 보건의료의 발전과 국민의 보건 및 복지의 증진에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 법이다. 독거노인들을 위하여 생활 교육, 서비스 연계, 가사지원, 활동지원 등 노인돌봄서비스를 제공하도록 함으로써 노인의 복지증진에 기여할 필요가 있다.

We report white OLED with high color temperature based on simple stacked structure for medical display applications. White OLED was fabricated with two emitting materials of fluorescent blue dopant and phosphorescent yellow dopant. We achieved luminance efficiency of 16.2cd/A and CIE color coordinates of (0.305, 0.317) at 10mA/$cm^2$. In particular, the correlated color temperature was higher than 7,000K, enough for display applications.

Currently, with the development of an advanced industrial form, attention to human life has risen gradually. On the basis of aboves, Oriental medical industry has been achieved revolutionarily, and moreover the new word 'Well-being' has been born due to the value of life and attention to health. All who live in the 21-century have worried about problem with health and well-being, and the substitute medical science centering around the Oriental medicine has come up as the major concern, not to speak of the Oriental the West. Domestically, Research and attention to the Oriental medicine has increased, and its importance has appeared. At the moment, locally self-governing groups have taken an active step to study the genetic resources centering around locally- breedy wild medicinal herbfor their economy growth. Accordingly, in the historic view, to discover our medicinal herb's essence and to supply professional, systemical infomation of herb genetic, the necessity of professional exhibition museum can come up. under the above circumstances, I propose the public information museum in local area.

무선센서 네트워크를 기반으로 한 유헬스 서비스는 개인의 의료건강정보를 보다 안전하게 전송하고 처리하여야 한다. 대부분의 유헬스 센서기기는 게이트웨이를 통해 전송하는 구조이므로 기기와 게이트웨이간의 신뢰성 문제는 매우 중요하다. 사용자가 센서기기를 휴대하면서 이동하게 되면 게이트웨이의 수신범위 밖으로 멀어지므로 데이터 전송이 불가하다. 이 틈을 이용한 비인가 센서기기의 데이터 무결성 침해가 발생할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 비인증 게이트웨이가 허가받지 않고 생체정보를 갈취할 가능성도 있다. 이경우도 데이터 기밀성 침해문제가 발생된다. 따라서 유헬스 센서기기와 게이트웨이 간에는 응용레벨에서의 상호인증이 반드시 필요하다. 기기와 게이트웨이간의 어플리케이션 전송세션을 세분화하고 각 세션을 주기적으로 갱신하면 침해를 차단하는 효과가 있다. 그러나 이 과정에서의 인증을 위한 전송오버헤드를 최소화하려면 생체정보의 측정주기에 따른 동적인 유효 세션기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이 기법을 제안하였고 3가지 실험을 통해 상호인증 성공결과를 확인하였다.

In this paper, we explained characteristics of integral imaging microscope using point light source. To display the bio-medical information, which is captured as a form of the elemental images, using autostereoscopic displays, the characteristics analysis of three-dimensional information is required. For integral imaging microscope using point light source array, the elemental image capturing configuration has to satisfy a specific condition. We explain the condition to capture the elemental images and show the experimental results.

본 연구에서는 회계정보시스템 품질이 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사용자의 컴퓨터 사용시간과 컴퓨터 사용경력이 회계정보시스템 품질과 사용자 만족과의 관계를 조절하는 조절변수로서의 효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 회계정보시스템 품질인 시스템 품질, 정보품질, 서비스 품질은 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 조절변수인 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용 경력을 이용하여 회계정보시스템 품질요인들을 독립변수로, 만족도를 종속변수로 하는 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용경력인 조절효과는 시스템 품질, 정보 품질에 한해 만족도와의 관계에 유의한 조절효과를 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 스마트폰 특성과 서비스 품질이 몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 편리성, 오락성, 편재성으로 구성된 스마트폰 특성과, 상호작용성, 개인화로 구성된 서비스 품질이 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 스마트폰 특성 중 오락성은 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 편재성은 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 서비스 품질 중 개인화는 정서적 몰입 및 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 스마트폰 특성 중 오락성과 서비스 품질 중 개인화 기능을 강조하면, 정서적으로 규범적으로 몰입을 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

고령사회가 아니라도 노인복지 문제는 존재한다. 다만 고령사회에서의 노인복지는 양적측면에서 증가할 수밖에 없고 질적 측면에서도 복지내용이나 성격을 달리할 수밖에 없는 것이다. 특히 노인을 위한 소득보장제도는 수혜대상이나 급여수준이 제한적이어서 실질적인 도움을 주지 못하고 있다. 주택보장정책에서도 저소득층의 주택유지능력에 관계없이 주택공급에만 치중을 하고 있어 노인들이 주거생활을 영위하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 전달체계가 연계되지 않으면서 여러 노인시설이나 인력에 대한 관리의 미흡 등 체계화되지 못한 부분이 산재되어 있다. 따라서 이제 우리나라의 현실적인 문제에 맞는 노인복지제도를 구축하기 위한 문제점을 분석하여 법제도적 대응방안이 필요하다.
