초등학생들이 지각하는 교사의 지도성 유형, 학급풍토, 교우관계가 학업태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effectiveness of Teacher's Leadership, Class Climate and Friendship on Academic Attitudes in the Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생들이 지각하는 교사의 지도성 유형이 학급풍토와 학생들 간의 관계, 학업 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고 이 과정에서 각 변인들의 경로를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기 지역 소재 6개 초등학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 응답한 학생 중 불성실한 응답자를 제외하고 총 1,533명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 각 변인간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 경로모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사의 지도성 유형의 과업중심유형과 인화중심유형은 각각 학급풍토, 교우관계, 학업태도와 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 관련 선행연구들을 바탕으로 교사의 지도성 유형이 학급풍토, 교우관계를 매개로 학업태도에 영향을 미치는 모형을 연구가설로 설정하고 검증을 실시하였다. 모형 검증 결과, 교사의 인화중심 지도성 유형은 학업태도에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 학급풍토와 교우관계를 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 학교장면에서 효과적인 교사의 지도성 유형을 이해하고 학급풍토와 교우관계 등이 학업태도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하였다. 초등학교에서 학생들의 바람직한 학업태도를 형성할 수 있도록 돕는 교사의 지도성 유형과 조력 방향을 논의하였다.

서비스 회복이 고객의 행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 서비스 회복의 공정성과 진정성을 중심으로 (Justice and Authenticity of Service Recovery : Effects on Customer Behavioral Intention)

  • Purpose - Satisfaction with service is evaluated according to customers' subjective judgment. The expected value of customer service and its evaluations depend on the customers' position. The customer recognizes two different forms of service levels. One is satisfaction and the other is dissatisfaction. Customers who are satisfied want to receive the service in future. However, those dissatisfied try to change the service. The service provider tries to improve the service. There are two different service cycles. One is the successful cycle and the other is the failure cycle. This study aimed to empirically determine the effects of the justice and authenticity of service recovery on customer behavioral intention through an integrated approach to cognitive justice and psychological authenticity. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a literature review, justice of service recovery was categorized into three types: distributive, procedural, and interactive. Then, authenticity was added to obtain four independent variables, along with recovery satisfaction as a parameter. Behavioral intention, as an outcome variable, was divided into the repurchase intention and positive word-of-mouth. The model and hypotheses were created and measurement items were developed. A questionnaire survey of items concerning the service recovery experience at family restaurants was conducted on college students and residents in Gwangju from September 30 to October 31, 2013. A total of 400 copies of the questionnaire were sent out and 385 were returned. Respondents answered questions about the importance of, and satisfaction with service recovery on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 174 copies without service failure experiences and 7 inappropriate copies, 204 copies were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for Windows and AMOS 20.0 to determine the reliability and validity of measurements. The hypotheses were tested through a goodness-of-fit analysis. Results - First, distributive justice positively affected recovery satisfaction. Second, procedural and interactive justice had no impact. Third, authenticity positively affected recovery satisfaction. Fourth, distributive justice had relatively stronger effects on recovery satisfaction than authenticity. Fifth, recovery satisfaction significantly affected repurchase intention and positive word-of-mouth and it proved effective in mediation. Finally, additional analysis was performed for descriptive statistics of the principal variables by various demographic characteristics and significant differences were found in gender, occupation, and so on. Conclusions - This study has academic significance as the fairness and authenticity of service recovery were investigated to reveal the effects on behavior. The findings could be applied to a wide range of service recovery strategies. However, there are some limitations. First, data was collected only from the residents of Gwangju and most respondents were aged 20-30. Future studies should target a wide range of areas and age groups. Second, because the questionnaire used in this study targets only convenience family restaurants, the results of this study cannot be generalized to all services companies. Future research should be done on a wide range of industries such as hotels, airlines, and hospitals, and perform a comparison between sectors.

The Relationship between MRO E-Commerce System and Purchase Effects

  • Business corporations have become specialized and on the basis of various interests try to strengthen their competitiveness through a cooperative system of purchase, distribution, service and IT technology. And an advanced Internet-based electronic commerce has witnessed explosive growth and a business-to-business (B2B) electronic commerce. Through E-marketplace. business corporations achieve such diverse utilities as expenditure curtailment, process reduction and prime cost reduction. And with business depression worldwide and soaring prices of materials, many business corporations consider the introduction of comprehensive purchase of MRO (maintenance, repair and operation) materials. The Purpose of this study was to examine the definition of B2B E-marketplace and the utilities of MRO commerce correctly focusing on an empirical analysis of cases of MRO supply and purchase business corporations. The indications acquired from this research results are as follows. Firstly, as for MRO integrated purchase under the characteristics of the market environment, it had to use the supplier obligatorily through the integrated purchase on the level of CEO's decision-making or the group rather than the voluntary will of the purchasing department or the procurement department. Secondly, as for the present B2B E-marketplace MRO purchase, the purchasing agency business has formed the mainstream, but it is aiming at the diversification of the benefit by supplementing/correcting the business model such as category type, mediation business type, MRO-type advancing in the store inclusive of the purchasing agency business, keeping pace with the potential market of MRO. Thirdly, as for analysis of the products, the purchaser wants more various products and assortment of goods than those of the present time, and also to be provided with the precise product information. Especially, as the importance of the product sourcing becomes high, the whole energy has been bestowed on acquirement of the excellent suppliers. Fourth, as for use of B2B E-marketplace MRO integrated purchasing system, there are the purchasing companies complaining the inconvenience even until now, and there is the demerit spending the long time during the image move and the process treatment. It shall try to shorten the searching time and the process treatment time as the system is centered on the purchaser. In order to enhance the efficiency of MRO E-marketplace purchase, followings must be considered: First, because the importance of product sources ever increases, an excellent supplier must be secured earnestly. Second, the time of process must be reduced focusing on purchasers. B2B E-marketplace will increase and diversify electronic commerce continuously. Through MRO E-marketplace, business corporations will reduce expenditure, achieve a transparent and speedy trade, and purchase products of fine quality, thus establishing a most effective market. In addition, in this study the investigator brings focus into MRO which has not been clearly discussed in the academic and business world so far and intensively highlights an indirect material-oriented expenditure curtailment effect. By taking all the aspects of supplier, purchaser and practical economical value into account, the investigator presents a strategic direction for the successful comprehensive purchase of B2B MRO.

사회복지조직에 대한 이미지, 신뢰성, 반응성이 개인 기부자의 후원지속성에 미치는 영향: 조직동일시의 매개효과와 경제형편의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Image, Trust and Responsiveness of Social Welfare Organizations on Continuing Sponsorship of Private Donors: Focusing on Mediation Effect of Organizational Identification and Moderation Effect of their Financial Status)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직에 대한 이미지, 신뢰성, 반응성이 개인후원자들의 후원지속성에 미치는 영향과, 조직동일시의 매개효과, 그리고 경제형편 수준의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 구조방정식 모형에 기초한 주요 변수들의 인과관계 분석결과, 개인 후원자들의 경제수준과 상관없이 사회복지조직에 대한 이미지, 신뢰성, 반응성은 후원지속성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 경제형편이 좋은 집단의 경우, 조직 이미지, 신뢰성, 반응성은, 조직동일시에 각각 유의한 정적 직접효과를 미쳤고, 조직동일시는 후원지속성에 정적 직접효과를 미쳤다. 조직동일시를 완전매개로 하여, 조직이미지, 신뢰성, 반응성 등이 각각 후원지속성에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 입증되었다. 반면, 경제형편이 좋지 않은 경우는, 조직이미지와 신뢰성만 조직동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 개인 후원자들의 경제형편 수준에 따라 후원지속성에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 직 간접효과가 상이한 양상을 보인다는 사실이 확인되어, 경제형편의 조절효과가 실증적으로 입증되었다. 잠재평균 분석결과, 경제형편 수준에 따른 주요변인들의 차이는 후원지속성에서만 유의한 차이를 보였다(평균값, .197, Cohen's D=.779). 개인 기부자들의 후원기관에 대한 동일시가 후원지속 가능성을 높일 수 있는 결정적으로 중요한 요인임을 강조하면서, 주요 발견점을 토대로 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

가정간호를 위한 간호과정 정보시스템 개발 (Development of Nursing Process Information System for the Home Health Care)

  • 본 연구는 가정간호사의 표준간호중재를 개발하여 이를 근거로 각각의 진단과 연결된 중재를 분류하고 프로토콜을 전산화하여 사용함으로써 의료기관간, 또한 의료인간의 격차를 없애고 서비스의 질 개선에 도움을 주고자 시행하였다. 연구방법은 크게 가정간호 표준중재 개발과정과 개발된 가정간호 표준중재 프로토콜을 전산화하는 과정으로 나누었는데, 가정간호 표준중재를 개발하기 위하여 먼저, 국내외 가정간호사의 직무분석, 대상자 사정 프로토콜 개발, 대상자 진단 프로토콜 개발, 대상자 중재 프로토콜 개발의 4가지 연구내용으로 구성하였다. 개발된 가정간호 표준 중재 프로토콜을 전산화하는 과정으로, 크게 가정간호 정보시스템을 위한 전략수립과 가정간호 정보시스템의 분석, 설계, 운영 및 평가 등의 4개 연구내용으로 구성하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 P시에서 가정간호사업 실시 기관에 근무하는 가정간호사를 대상으로, 가정간호 정보시스템 매뉴얼을 사용하여 직접 시범, 교육하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 표준 가정간호중재에 속하는 구성요소를 가정간호정보조사지, 가정간호경과기록지, 가정간호경과요약서, 가정간호종결 요약서 양식에 포함될 수 있도록 개발하였으며, 표준 가정간호중재가 개발됨으로써 가정간호사업부서 간의 정보교환이 용이하고 기록의 누락 및 중복을 막을 수 있으며 EMR, HMR 개발시 병원용어의 표준화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

전통시장 상인회의 조직특성이 사회적 자본과 상인회 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Organizational Characteristics of Merchant Associations on Social Capitals and Organizational Performance of Traditional Markets)

  • Korean traditional markets have been struggling of late as big-sized superstores and SSM(Super Supermarkets) are thriving in the market. They have therefore upgraded their facilities and undertaken management modernization actively to overcome the threat to traditional markets and ensure their competitiveness; however, the effect does not appear to be verifiable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association on social capital and organizational performance. In other words, this paper investigates a merchant association's organizational characteristics in terms of the modernization of business activities of the traditional markets and the influence on their social capital and organizational performance. This study analyzes the traditional market by evaluating the impact of these factors. This study consists of four hypotheses: The first hypothesis relates to the causal relationship between the characteristics of a merchant association and social capital. The second and third hypotheses, respectively, relate to the causal relationships between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction and that between the social capital of a merchant association and organizational commitment. The last hypothesis relates to the relationship between the organizational commitment of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction. This study conducts a reliability and validity analysis of the above factors and analyzes the causal relationships between them by using the PLS(Partial Least Squares) path model as one of the structural equation models. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows: First, the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association have a significant influence on social capital. However, only two sub-hypotheses are not significant; these insignificant hypotheses relate to the relationship between a merchant's entrepreneurship and structural capital and that between a merchant's entrepreneurship and cognitive capital. Second, the social capital of a merchant association influences organizational commitment significantly. Third, the relationship between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction is mostly significant. However, one of the sub-hypotheses, that is, the relationship between relational capital and a merchant's satisfaction is not exceptionally significant. Lastly, the organizational commitment of a merchant association affect the merchant's satisfaction significantly. Through our extensive study, this paper found that a merchant association's organizational characteristics of the traditional market significantly affect social capital, organizational commitment, and satisfaction through the mediation of social capital. Therefore, in order to activate the key traditional market, an understanding of organizational characteristics and social capital is primarily required. Systematic management and investment pertaining to these two factors will be the first consideration for revitalizing traditional markets.

한국인 영아초기 수유시 모아상호작용 행동형태에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on Mother-Infant Interacting Behavior Patterns Related to Newborn Infant Feeding in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe mother -infant interacting behavior patterns related to newborn infant feeding and to explore the mother's cultural belief about their infant. The data collection was conducted by observation and interview. Twenty-five mothers and their newborn infants who were normally delivered and were also planned to breast feed were comprised as the subjects of this study. All subjects were interviewed and observed individuaily at 1 to 5 days after the delivery at the hospital, mid -wife's clinic, Maternal Child Health Center and their home throughout the country from remote area to big city, The observation data were recorded with symbolic letter on a recording sheet newly developed as a result of preliminary study. The interview data were taperecorded and then recorded in narrative form. Mother - infant interaction behaviors in early feeding period were analyzed based on 19 analytic sub-categories and their composing elements. Unit of analysis were mother, infant and mother -infant dyad. 8 analytic categories draw from the data. Each were preparation, instrument, interaction inducing, evaluation referred to mother's behavior, preparation, instrument, interaction inducing referred to infant's behavior and synchronic behaviors referred to mother - infant dyad. Frequencies of behavior items based on the categories were converted to percent. The result showed that in mother's preparation behavior, the breast condition of Korean mother can be an affecting factor for mother - infant interaction during feeding, and vocalization behavior was observed most frequently in interaction inducing behavior while the least frequent behavior observed was contacting. Subcultural characteristics of mother - infant interaction behaviors were analyzed for their relationships between groups of mothers who have lived in remote area vs urban area, and who were multipara vs primipara. Using a chi -square test, there were statistically significant relationships in the activity of psychological readiness in preparation behavior and the movement of extremities for the position of instrumental behavior in both groups. However, interaction inducing behaviors were not related with statistical significance in any set of groups. Accomplishment of marriage, bonding and emotional mediation of family members were the categories related to mother's cultural belief about the infant in aspect of functional values. Infant at birth is considered little more than a biological organism without social capabilities. Although the newborn infant is still be attached to his mother, he makes his mother extend her territoriality. The mother's interacting behavior toward her infant based on those beliefs appeared task oriented, separative behavioral series. On the other hand, it was seen that infant reacted independently to his mother's behavior by the in-nate perceptual abilities. Those independent behavioral series of mother and infant on the feeding situation were synchronized at any moment. Nurses are In a unique position to teach mothers about their infant's capabilities and help reducing some of uncertainty about infant's behaviors. Study results indicated that the informations infant's social capabilities and breast feeding should be given to the mothers. The results of this study have several implications for nursing. First, the study results will be used as fundamental resources for the development of the assessment tool about the early mother - infant interaction. Second, the results could be a relevant information in the fied. I of maternal child nursing education as real and useful data. Third, the behavioral patterns of early mother - infant interaction which were classified based on the qualitative analysis could be used for nursing theory development as very fundamental data.

충동성, 공격성과 게임중독의 관계에서 대인관계기술의 매개모형검증: 중고등학교급별 비교 (The Mediation Model Verification of Interpersonal Skills on Impulsivity, Aggression and Game Addiction: Comparative analysis on School levels)

  • 본 연구는 충동성, 공격성과 게임중독의 관계에서 대인관계기술의 매개효과를 검증하고 이를 중고등학교급별로 비교분석하고자 하였다. 연구모형을 설정하고 공변량구조분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 연구모형에 제시된 5개의 경로[(충동성$\rightarrow$대인관계기술), (충동성$\rightarrow$게임중독), (공격성$\rightarrow$대인관계기술), (공격성$\rightarrow$게임중독), (대인관계기술$\rightarrow$게임중독)] 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선행변인인 충동성과 공격성은 청소년의 게임중독 경향성을 증가시키는 유발요인 역할을 하며, 대인관계기술은 청소년의 게임중독 경향성을 감소시키는 억제요인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 충동성, 공격성과 게임중독 간 관계에서 대인관계기술이 매개변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교급별로 나누어 분석한 결과, 중학생들은 대인관계기술의 높고 낮음이 게임중독에 인과적 영향을 미치지 않았고 따라서 매개효과도 입증되지 않은 반면, 고등학생들은 대인관계기술이 게임중독에 영향을 미치며 대인관계 기술의 매개효과도 유의미한 것으로 나타나 게임중독의 예방이나 치료를 위하여 대인관계기술을 증진해주는 개입방안은 고등학생들에게 특히 효과적일 것으로 나타났다.

보건계열 일부 대학생의 토익학습의 학업소진 영향과 관련된 융복합적 요인 연구 (A study on Convergence Factors Related with Academic Burnout of Students in Health Majors in Studying for TOEIC)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열 일부 대학생의 토익학습에서 학업소진과 관련된 융복합적 요인들을 조사하고자 수행하였다. 조사대상은 J지역에 소재한 대학의 보건계열 토익학습반에서 임의로 선정된 재학생 291명으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2017년 4월 3일부터 4월 14일까지 기간에 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 여학생이, 수면시간이 부적절할수록, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 학교적응유연성 및 학습몰입이 낮을수록, 자기유능감, 취업스트레스 및 시험불안이 높을수록 토익학습의 학업소진이 높았으며 이들의 설명력은 65%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 보건계열 대학생의 토익학습의 학업소진을 낮추기 위해서는 적절히 수면하고, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 학교적응유연성 및 학습몰입을 높이고 자기유능감, 취업스트레스 및 시험불안을 관리하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 보건계열 대학생의 토익학습의 학업소진을 낮추어 국제화 역량을 키우기 위한 영어 학습 능률을 높이는 데 활용이 기대된다. 향후연구에서는 이들 요인들이 학업소진에 미치는 조절 및 매개효과에 대한 융복합적인 영향 분석이 필요하다.

Longitudinal Model Verification of Life Satisfaction of Generation X and Generation Y

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 자료를 활용하여 역사적 배경, 성장배경, 가치관, 라이프 스타일 등이 서로 다른 X세대와 Y세대의 삶의 만족도를 종단적으로 분석하는 연구이다. 연구 자료는 한국복지패널의 1차 년도(2006년)부터 14차 년도(2019년) 까지 이루어진 27,301명 중에서 삶의 만족도를 실시한 최근 12차 년도부터 14차 년도까지 응답이 제대로 이루어진 2,492명의 3개년도 자료를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 X세대와 Y세대 모두 삶의 만족도가 높은 세대일수록 시간이 경과 함에 따라 느린 속도로 삶의 만족도가 천천히 증가한다는 것이다. 또한 X세대와 Y세대 모두 생활 만족도가 높을수록 삶의 만족도 초기값은 높게 나타났으나, X세대의 경우 생활 만족도가 높을수록 3년 동안 삶의 만족도 변화율은 .327이 낮아지고, Y세대의 경우에는 삶의 만족도 변화율에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 최종적으로 본 연구의 모형은 생활 만족도와 삶의 만족도 경향성 사이에서 건강 상태의 부분 매개가 성립하여 생활 만족도는 삶의 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 동시에 건강 상태를 매개변수로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
