This study examines the interplay between the reactions of YouTube users and North Korean propaganda. Interesting enough, the study has noticed changes in the strict media environment under young leader Kim. Messages delivered by the communist regime to the outside world appeared to resemble those of 'normal' countries. Although North Korean YouTube was led mainly by the account operator, visitors from different nations do comment on the channel, which suggests the possibility of building international communities for propaganda purposes. Overall, the study observed a sparsely connected social network among ordinary commenters. However, the operator did not exercise tight control over peer-to-peer communication but merely answered questions and tried to facilitate mass participation. In contrast to the many news clips, the documentary content on North Korea's YouTube channel did not explicitly advocate for North Korea's current political positions.

본 논문에서는 국내에서 DTV 전환에 대비한 DTV 방송프로그램의 기술적 보호조치 방안 마련을 위하여 기술적 보호조치의 의의 및 분류, 해외의 기술조치 방안에 대하여 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 기술적 보호조치에 필요한 요구사항을 도출하여 보았다. 무엇보다 기술적 보호조치는 사용자의 사용권한을 제한하지 말아야 하며 (공정이용 보장), 기술혁신을 저해하지 말아야 할 것이고, 또한 합리적인 비즈니스 모델을 제시하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 국내 지상파 방송은 무료 보면적 서비스라는 일반 시청자들의 인식으로 인하여, 지상파 DTV 방송프로그램의 기술적 보호조치 도입에 대한 시청자의 심리적 거부감이 강하므로 이를 해소하면서 합리적인 기술적 보호조치 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요한 과제이다.

Today, most of data storage devices use digital storage type. In this thesis, a new digital storage media called rainbow disk was introduced. It doesn't use 1-bit digital signal, but 2 or 4 bits digital signal using colors, so it can increase $2{\sim}4$ times more capacity than existing digital media in case of having the same spot size. It has made possible by means of technological advancement of devices and software. The photo quality paper was used for writing data by color inkjet or laser printing, and high resolution scanner was used for reading data. To extract data from image, the converting program was used. This paper shows the concept of rainbow disk as well as its performance and capacity. Axiomatic design was used for evaluating and developing the whole system.

본 논문은 디지털 방송 프로그램 진행 중 비디오의 특정 시점에 동기화된 특정 객체의 위치정보를 표현하는 data stream을 생성하고, 그 시점에 해당 위치 정보를 해석하는 해석기에 관한 것이다. 현재의 상용 스트림 생성기는 디지털 방송 표준에서 권고하는 스트림 이벤트의 발생 시각과 셋톱박스에서 디코딩 시에 사용할 참조값을 적절하게 생성하지 못하고 있다. 또한, 셋톱박스에서 동작하는 애플리케이션(Xlet) 역시 STC(System Time Clock), PCR(Program Clock Reference), NPT(Normal Play Time) 등의 시간값을 적절하게 읽어내지 못하고 있다. 더욱이, 현재의 디지털 방송 표준에서는 영상 내 특정 객체를 위해 정보를 제공하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다양한 연동형 디지털 방송 프로그램 제작을 위해 비디오의 특정 시점에 동기화된 객체의 위치정보를 표현하는 data stream을 생성하는 방법과, 동기화된 데이터를 처리하는 애플리케이션에 대해서 설명한다.

Since six sigma program was first introduced in late 1990's, it has been evolved in Korea. The number of six sigma adopting company are getting increased and diversify manufacturing, service, government. In these days, the rapid innovation of internet technology change the media industry's game rule. This paper is concerned with a six sigma applications to internet media portal service company. The main focus of this study is to introduce an empirical study on the implementation of DMAIC procedures for internet media portal service company.

The goal of this study was to establish the evaluation method, which consist of the principle, factor, procedure and checklist, on environmental camp program and then to support staffs of environmental camp for decision-making to improve pre-program and develop new one. The main principles of the evaluation method established in this study were Hierarchical holism and Open inter-communication. First, hierarchical holism focused at the interaction among six factors, which were divided by 3 steps : 1) goal(and objectives) 2) learners and sites 3) activities, staffs and media. Second, open inter-communication could be defined a feedback process among all program participants : manager, staff, teacher, volunteer, learner and so on. The evaluation checklist had been developed of 10 comprehensive items and 30 factor-items at the preliminary step but some items were assessed some complex or duplicate in the result of 3 case studies. The suggested checklist was diminished to 5 comprehensive items and 25 factor-items. Several alternatives, which included specifing learners and objectives, developing site-oriented program and establishing the evaluation sheet were suggested for improving environmental camp program.

This paper describes TVML (TV program Making Language) for automatically generating television programs from text-based script. This language describes the contents of a television program using expression with a high level of abstraction like“title #1”and“zoom-in”. The software used to read a script written in TVML and to automatically generate the program video and audio is called the TVML Player. The paper begins by describing TVML language specifications and the TVML Player. It then describes the“external control mode”of the TVML Player that can be used for applying TVML to interactive applications. Finally, it describes the TVML Editor, a user interface that we developed which enables users having no specialized knowledge of computer languages to make TVML scripts. In addition to its role as a television-program production tool. TVML is expected to have a wide range of applications in the network and multimedia fields.

본 연구는 학교도서관 활성화를 촉진시키는 방안으로 사용될 수 있는 미국의 학교도서관매체센터의 특별 프로그램에 관한 사례 연구이다. 텍사스 주의 7개 초등학교 도서관에서 이루어지고 있는 다양한 특별 프로그램을 사례로 뽑아 프로그램의 종류, 목적, 요소, 효과와 주제에 관해 분석하였다. 특별 프로그램은 도서판매와 교과과정과 연계하여 전시와 진열, 초청 강연, 학습 센터, 실연, 매체의 활용을 통해 이루어지고 있었으며 교과과정의 지원과 학생들의 개인적 관심의 충족, 그리고 교사들의 전문적 성장을 공통적인 목적으로 하였다. 특정 집단에 적합한 프로그램의 연결, 교과과정과 연계한 프로그램의 개발, 특정 주제에 관한 재미있고 효율적인 방식의 제공, 즐기면서 충족시킬 수 있는 행사의 진행, 적절한 시기와 시간의 배정이 필수적인 요소였다. 이러한 프로그램은 학교도서관매체센터와 매체전문가의 존재를 확인시켜주었으며 매체센터의 이용을 증가시키고 교실 수업의 지원, 학생과 교사의 개인적인 흥미의 확대, 평생학습자로서의 개발, 학교도서관매체센터의 홍보를 가능하게 해주었다. 그러므로 학교도서관을 활성화시키는 방안의 하나로서 다양한 특별 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며 이를 위해 교장과 교사, 학부모. 지역사회의 관심과 지원이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the factors influencing adolescents' adult media engagement. The study is based on Agnew's General Strain Theory (GST) and a micro-systemic perspective. Methods: The study examined 479 middle school freshmen who participated in the fourth wave of the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) conducted by National Youth Policy Institute. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS 22.0 Ver. Also, hypothesis testing was performed via covariance-based structure equation modeling (CB-SEM) using Amos 21.0 Ver. Results: Strain factors had positive effects on adolescent depression, and depression had a positive effect on adult media engagement. Also, cell-phone dependency had a positive mediation effect between depression and adult media engagement. Conclusion: The study's result identified the factors affecting adult media engagement. Therefore, we suggest intervention programs considering adolescents' strains, depression and cell-phone dependency to improve their health.

This study was pursued for the sake of gathering fundamental information to implement school-based comprehensive oral health care program and for planning oral health care program in consideration of parents. The following results were obtained by investigation of consciousness and favor level of 215 parents, who have elementary school children, regarding school-based comprehensive oral health care program. 1. It appears that many parents are not knowledgeable about school-based comprehensive oral health care program. There were significant differences between recognition level of school-based comprehensive oral health care program and age(PE0.05). 2. The parents acquired information about school-based comprehensive oral health care program; 58.7% by their children, 11.2% by mass-media, 10.0% by dentists and 3.7% by dental hygienists. 3. Most parents are in favor of school-based comprehensive oral health care program (96.7%). 4. Many parents(63.7%) prefer that social security law should budget for oral health care program. There were significant differences by sex(PE0.05) and age(PE0.01) As most parents are not so conscious of school-based comprehensive oral health care program, appropriate education program for dentists, dental hygienists and parents should be developed urgently.
