Regarding the landslide that took place around 00:08 on July 27, 2011, in a village in the city of Chuncheon (Sanjidanggol, Majeoksan, Cheonjeon-ri, Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-city, Gangwon-province), this paper surveyed fire-fighting officers who were injected into the site to rescue the disaster, thereby determining the problems surrounding the initial fire-fighting response and improvement measures. As a result, specialist education of volunteer fire-fighters and utilization, improvement measures included the early response ability enhancement of and cooperation between relevant agencies, the strengthening of specialist education about landslide response, the strengthening of situation management and field command system, the installation and operation of speedy field emergency infirmary, the operation of an appropriate volunteer waiting facility, the operation of an appropriate control lines, appropriate control of media, a sufficient securing of individuals' rescue equipment and fuel for heavy equipment, the provision of sufficient portable radios and chargers, the securing of fire-fighting budget thereof.

The major purpose of this study was to develop the nutrition education contents and material through the basic data from the service provider and the consumer. And also, to find out the differences of attitude and needs between the service provider (SP breastfeeding specialist), present consumer (PC, pregnant or lactating women) and future consumer (FC, college women). There were types of questionnaires, which consisted of needs and attitudes toward child and maternal nutrition, as well as the personal characteristics of the study subjects. The subjects consisted of 113 breastfeeding specialists who served at medical related institutions, 197 pregnant or lactating women and 309 college women. The self-administered questionnaires from subjects were collected from October to November 2005 in Seoul and Kyunggi Province. The data was analysed by SPSS Win 12.0, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study were as following: 1) The most Important determining factors on breastfeeding was 'medical specialist's support' (3.51) and the next one was 'knowledge of maternity care practice' (3.39). And the importance score of determinating factors on breastfeeding was significantly different between each group (p < 0.001). The groups of consumer (3.50 at PC and 3.59 at FC) considered the service provider (3.32) more important. The service providers considered a more effective determining factor to be 'husband and family support' and 'peer support' than the others (p <0.001). 2) To compare the effective factors of breastfeeding practices between the three groups, the service providers were more significantly considered than the otters such as 'attendance of intervention program' (p < 0.001). But the PC group considered the most effective factors wis 'mother's job after delivery'. 3) The self-evaluated score of the breastfeeding knowledge was the most high in SP; the score was significantly different between groups. The knowledge score of nutritional aspects in human milk was most highly evaluated. But maternity care practice and public acceptance marked the lower evaluation score than other issues. 4) The desirable types of educational material was mass media, and the next was printed matter such as booklets. Two kinds if consumers preferred DVD or VCR tapes than and the service provider group (p < 0.001). 5) The priority contents of nutrition service PC group wanted the information about infant care more than maternal care (p < 0.05), but FC group's priority was significantly different compared with PC group (p < 0.001). The priority of SP group pointed out the information of practical child care methods. The results showed the needs of nutrition service, education channels, and perception toward effective factors on consumer behavior changes were significantly different between each group. Thus the result of this study may suggest that consumer oriented nutrition service programs must be developed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze information about food and nutrition topics presented throughout the television broadcast media, thereby find out the optimal communication method to give desirable information to the general public. To perform this study were recruited and trained by monitoring education before and during the study. 3 domestic TV channels were selected to be monitored, for 3 months. Results of this study were as follows: First, the total reporting cases of information about foods and nutrition were 154, When each monitored contents was seen from the domain of programs, 128 cases(83.1%) were from current affairs and information program, and 26(16.9%) were from entertainment program. Second, according to survey by channel cases are 26(16.9%) from KBS, 54 cases(35.1%) from MBC, 74 cases(48.1%) from SBS, which means SBS reported the most about nutritional foods. Third, the frequency of reporting information on the overall diet and food & ingredient, cuisine & cookey, health & diet therapy and obesity & diet in order. Forth, among the 26 cases of positive or negative implications made by each cannel of KBS, 18 cases were delivered in positive ways, 7 cases had positive and negative point of views mix together, and 1 cases was negatively delivered. Finally, the most important thing is to organiae the advisory team by connecting mass media and specialist, and the educational program of nutrition should be developed for the communication of right information about foods and nutrition.

Examinations and analysis were done to understand the digital reference services of the Teaching & Learning Aid Centers under 16 metropolitan city and provincial offices of education. The data used were collected from July 3. 2006 to July 15. 2006 by the direct contacts on their main homepages and recording the question and answer transcripts. It was proven that 13 of the 16 Teaching & Learning Aid Centers have done the reference services. In this study, several characteristics-whether the digital reference service was done or not, interface access level, its title, its communication tool, reference question number, reference question style, answer rate, etc-were analyzed. Tips for the future development were provided on the basis of the inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

This exploratory study reports how teacher-librarians perceive their roles as practitioners in school library media programs. Conducted within the framework of qualitative research, the study employed a focus group interview (Morgan 1997) with five teacher-librarians at elementary school level in Seoul. The findings suggest: (1) the roles of teacher-librarians are influenced a great deal by many factors in educational systems; (2) there is no consensus on how to define and perform their role as teachers; (3) there seems to be increasing emphasis on their program administrator's role; (4) there is no consensus on prioritizing the five roles suggested by the AASL (2009), but all the participants agreed that the leader's role is most crucial for the success of pursuing the rest of the roles, and (5) there seems to be no clear boundaries as teacher-librarians perform their roles. Putting all the results together, the researcher was able to conclude that teacher-librarians are frequently asked to be flexible and negotiable and have great burden in the affective, cognitive, and physical realm for the roles imposed and expected of them.

The study aims to suggests mobile application service that helps to reduce physical and mental suffering after surgery for breast cancer patients constantly increasing. At first, I analyze literature research to understand the breast cancer and similar services for achieving study purposes. After I finally design a mobile application that offers to customed one-to-one specialist coaching service focused on post-treatment management by using a double diamond design process model. In detail, first, I analyze the current program and comprehend user needs through interviews with the person such as breast patient, protector, nurse, salesperson in cancer center. Second, I specify the entire scenario, concept and keyword based on the persona and the customer journey map representing user. Third, I propose the mobile application for the ultimate goal by producing prototype to effectively communicate with specific functional descriptions. I hope this service will improve the quality of their lives.

The school library plays very important and central role for the fullfillment of educational objective in the process of implementing the school curriculum. And the media specialist known as teacher-librarian is. primarily responsible for the successful operation and effective management of the media center. It is true that effectiveness of the school library depends greatly on the cooperative coordination among teacher-librarian, teacher and principal in addition to the strong support and effective supervision of school district authority, specifically, supervisor of school library program. The successful program therefore is influenced by their perception of the teacher-librarian's role. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher-librarian's. educational role perceived by teacher-librarian, teacher, principal and school district supervisor. A standard task model describing both the management and educational functions and expectations of teacher-librarian was proposed after studying the relevant current standards of four countries. Serveral hypotheses were made regarding role perception and a survey instrument was designed based on this proposed task model and the results of the literature review to validate the hypotheses. The questionnaires were mailed out and the returned questionaires were analyzed by SPSS computer routine. The major findings are summarized as follows: 1) There was difference of the role perception among teacher-librarian, teacher, principal and district supervisor at the significance level of p<0.001 for both management and educational functions of teacher­librarian. The mean score of the teacher-librarian was highest among four groups and the score for the educational function tasks were lower than that of management function tasks. 2) The positive correlation exists at the significance level of p<0.001 between the role perception and the attitude toward changing social trends such as acceptance of new technology, need for better communication and information. 3) The positive correlation exists at the significance level of p<0.001 between the role perception and the view on the curriculum and teaching method.

The purpose of this study is to improve the information literacy of elementary school students. For the study, three 4th grade classes of an elementary school in Daegu were provided a two-hour instruction about basic training on how to utilize information and school library, after which one of the three classes received 2 hours long weekly information literacy instructions associated with social studies and science curriculum for 20 weeks. The study, implemented in two phases with mid-term assessment, involved three interview sessions with students, two interview sessions with homeroom teachers, a general descriptive survey, a performance assessment and a follow-up survey.

Product promotion App is developed using an interactive video in order to overcome the existing ATL marketing limitations and to respond to target age groups and lifestyle changes. The product promotion App which is positioned as a smart care center by analyzing customer needs with the Customer Journey Map, is comprised of 3 categories such as interest, information and management reflecting media characteristics of smart mobile contents. It intends to induce viral promotions with comical and interactive alopecia simulator directly described by a specialist doctor which ensures reliability of products. In addition, it is made for customers to continuously manage the alopecia through management tools, and company can expect an effect of being used as a core tool for marketing activities by offering promotional information along with product feedbacks.

The purpose of this study is to analyze priorities of competencies and to find the direction of development of teacher librarian training and retraining program. A total of 238 subjects were used for the final analysis. They were analayzed using IPA, Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. As a result, First, teacher librarians perceived that the importance and performance of teacher and manager competency were higher than information specialist and cooperative leader. Second, they needed competencies of data-science, coding, Internet of Things in the field of information specialist as changing educational environment. Third, they needed competencies of information ethics, copyright instruction, and digital and media literacy education in the field of teacher. Fourth, they needed competencies of facility designing for future education, online and offline school library marketing skills, and establishment of makerspaces and learning commons in the field of ibrary manager. Fifth, they needed competencies of library based instruction, library cooperative instruction, and building a collection related to subject in the field of cooperative leader. Sixth, the highest required competency for teacher librarians was suggested for teacher librarians' role area.
