일제강점기인 1920년대에는 다양한 매체가 창간되었고, 발행 부수 확보를 위한 미디어 이벤트를 실시했다. 이중 "삼천리"는 1929년 창간호에서 문인들을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해서 '반도팔경'을 선정하는 미디어이벤트를 기획했다. 이에 반도팔경의 선정과정과 선정된 반도팔경에 대한 분석 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반도팔경의 선정은 당시의 지식인에 해당하는 문인을 대상으로 한 설문 결과이다. 팔경으로 선정 가능한 경승지에 대한 구체적인 조건은 명시하지 않았다. 젊은이 계몽, 민중 계몽, 아름다운 경승지 소개가 목적이며, 문인들의 반도팔경에 대한 다양한 의견이 개진되었다. 둘째, 반도팔경에 선정된 경승지는 금강산(金剛山), 대동강(大洞江), 부여(扶餘), 경주(慶州), 명사십리(明沙十里), 해운대(海雲臺), 백두산(白頭山), 촉석루(矗石樓)이다. 선정된 팔경은 경승지의 규모나 영역에서 일관성이 없으며, 일부 문인은 선정되지 못한 경승지를 거론하면서 교통의 중요성을 피력했다. 셋째, 기행문으로 발표된 반도팔경 경승지인 백두산과 부여 낙화암에 대한 경관인식이다. 백두산 경관에 유구한 역사와 민족 정기를 대입시켰으며, 조선시대를 부정하면서 부여는 고도 백제로 빈 공간이라고 했다. 기행문은 실제 답사를 다녀온 후 작성된 것이 아니라 기존 발표한 내용을 재편집했다. 넷째, 김동환의 편집으로 1941년 기행문 형식의 "반도산하"가 발간되었다. '사적'과 '경승'으로 구분하여 팔경을 선정하였으며, 보존해야 할 경관과 향유하는 경관을 구분하기 시작했다. 이처럼 본 연구는 1929년 선정된 반도팔경의 분석을 통해서 일제강점기 지식인인 문인의 경관 인식을 도출했다. 이는 미디어 이벤트를 통한 새로운 선정 방식과 기행문을 통한 경관 인식을 확인할 수 있는 실증적 연구로써 의의가 있다.

It is evidenced that the mass media can play an important role in communicating information to the public. Although some campaigns have failed to achieve success, application of mass communication principles should increase the likelihood of effectiveness. Specifically, campaign strategies should attempt to select message sources that are perceived as credible by the audience. In designing and disseminating messages, the quality of content should be emphasiged as well as the quantity of presencation. The context of message reception should be carefully considered. Selection of channels depends on the configuration of source, superior for most purposes. The crucial role of precampaign audience analysis should not be overlooked.

Currently there are many groups of Indonesian faculty members on social media. This research aims to find out the information behavior of Indonesian faculty members on social media, especially on Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp. The focus of this research is in-depth understanding of the needs, search, organization, and use of information by Indonesian faculty members on social media. This research is qualitative research using a virtual ethnographic approach. The research data was obtained through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and a literature review. The selection of informants was done by purposive sampling, while triangulation was done by data sources and theories triangulation. The results showed that the information behavior of Indonesian faculty members on social media began with the need for information, choosing social media, choosing and entering into one or several groups, sharing information, and discussing in a group. Some faculty members keep the information, and some choose to ask when they need the information, even though the information has been discussed. The information obtained is used when they need it, and they usually share their experiences with other group members.

To explore the possibility of introducing Zea mays transposable element Ac(activator) which can be used as a mutagen and gene tag in tobacco plants other than maitre, we tried to introduce a cloned Ac element into tobacco cells by an Agrobacterium tumefaciens binary vector system. Transformation of N. babacum cv. Burley 21 tissues and regeneration to whole plant were carried out. The frequency of the transformed callus induced in shoot induction media was higher than that of transformed callus induced in callus induction media. However, the calli were not grown in the second selection media, and became yellow senescent calli. Regenerated tobacco plantlets with foreign gene were also obtained in shoot induction media containing 100 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml kanamycin and 100$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml carbenicillin. The leaf tissues of transformant was also resistant to 1000 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml kanamycin. The chromosomal DNAs of transformant and normal plant of N. tabacum were digested by EcoR I and Hind III but not by Pst I.

In centrifugal barrel finishing, it is easy to establish the optimum working conditions for different workpieces. As they are adjusted in trial and error practically, production efficiency and quality are some- times low In the present paper, firstly, installation of the barrel finishing machine, finishing purpose and working conditions have been analyzed in order to eliminate the defects of the finished surface. Secondly, on the basis of this result, quantity of the water and selection of the media and the compound, etc. have been investigated. As a result, production efficiency and quality have been improved under the specified optimum working conditions. In addition, durability of the media and the compound has been tested experimentally. As a result, it was found that the expected life of the media is about 85 hrs and that of the compound is about 5 hrs. Besides high quality control has been achieved by newly proposed inspection at regular intervals.

For more convenient and rapidly isolation of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis(Bti), 1) heat treatment spore forming bacteria, 2) growth in enrichment culture media for Bacillus sp. and 3) selection of bacteria producing a lecithinase for Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis, were performed. Spore forming bacteria were counted 4.8 $\times $ 10$^{8}$cells/g soil on NAPGCY media, 9.2 $\times $ 10$^{7}$cells/g soil on NA media, and 3.6 $\times $ 10$^{8}$cells/g soil on NAAC media, respectively. Bacteria producing only a lecithinase were reached at 25.2% on medium contained egg york, bacteria only producing a delta-endotoxin were reached at 23.2% by phase contrast microscope, and bacteria producing a lecithinase & a delta-endotoxin simultaneously were reached at 13.7%. Bacillus thuringiensis which producing a lecithinase and a delta-endotoxin simultaneously among bacteria producing a lecithinase, were reached at 56.5%; A half of Bacillus thuringiensis was produced a delta-endotoxin, but not produced a lecithinase. Among 8 isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis, two strain of Bti which has a mosquito-cidal toxin, were detected by PCR using a specific primer of $\delta $-endotoxin gene from Bti.

In order to improve the water quality of stream water, the facilities equipped with rope media filter have been examined as a part of national projects. This work may provide design and operating parameters from 2 years monitoring for 2 streams. Depending on the characteristics of streams, the flow rate into the facilities were shown different, where K stream was almost the same and D stream was less than 25% of design flow rate. Although the clogging of filter media was not observed during the operation, the removal of accumulated sludges was required for the stable operation. The removal efficiencies of BOD, SS, T-N and T-P for D stream were 60.5%, 80.1%, 25.2% and 36.2%, respectively. The most important factor for the construction of stream water purification facilities was recommended for the selection of proper sites.

This study explored social media use among 50 adolescents attending a public high school in a non-Western community. Adolescents participated in focus group interviews and completed a written self-report survey. Findings revealed that these teenagers use electronic communication forms such as phone texting and social networking sites to connect with friends and family. They show a preference for Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, do not engage in risky Internet behavior, and acknowledge both positive and negative aspects of electronic communication forms. In addition, their selection of electronic communication forms is dependent upon several factors that include the strength of the relationship and type of discourse exchange. For example, they reserve phone texting and cell use, which are more private communication mediums for family and friends. Electronic communication did not replace face-to-face interactions; rather it complemented and extended those interactions. Findings support existing literature on adolescent social media use and those shared with other collectivist cultural groups.

일반적으로 사용되는 젖산균 선택 배지와 변화시킨 배지 중에 김치 젖산균 분리를 위한 선택배지는 Enterococcus속과 Pediococcus속 선별에 KF Streptococcus 배지가, Lactococcus속 선별에 pH 지시약을 첨가한 M-17배지가, Lnctobacillus속 선별에 m-LBS 배지가, Leuconostoc선별에 PES-3 배지가 우수하였다.

본 논문의 목적은 오픈 소스로 공개된 3가지 한국어 형태소 분석기 (kkma, twitter 및 mecab-ko)를 비교해서 한국어 자연어 처리에 가장 적합한 분석기를 선정하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 자연어 처리 분야에서 중요한 단어 임베딩 방법론 중 하나인 word2vec 모델의 성능 검증 방법을 사용해서 각 형태소 분석기의 성능을 정량적으로 비교했다. 그 결과 mecab-ko 형태소 분석기가 최적임이 확인되었다. 단 성능 검증에 사용된 어휘가 오직 명사뿐이라는 한계가 있으므로, 향후 연구에서는 좀 더 다양한 품사에 대한 성능검증이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
