하이브리드라디오 도입방안 연구 (A Study on Introduction of Hybrid Radio)

  • 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국과 국내의 라디오방송 관련 현황들을 보고, 국내 라디오방송이 미국, 영국 대비 청취율이 1/3 로 낮지만 스마트폰을 이용한 라디오청취율이 증대되고 있으며, 하이브리드라디오 도입이 될 것이므로, 라디오 방송 청취율이 더욱 증가할 것으로 전망하였다. 아울러 이동통신망이 불능화되는 대형재난상황을 대비하고 라디오 청취율을 증대시키기 위해 추진되는 하이브리드라디오의 도입에 있어 고려되어야 요구사항들과 서비스 방안들을 제시하였다. 본고의 내용은 하이브리드라디오도입을 위한 정책과 서비스 기획 및 시스템 설계에 참고가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Introduction of digital communication network such as Integrated Services Digital Networks(ISDN) and digital storage media have rapidly developed. Due to a large amount of image data, compression is the key techniques in still image and video using digital signal processing for transmitting and storing. Digital image compression provides solutions for various image applications that represent digital image requiring a large amount of data. In this paper, the proposed DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) filter bank is consisted of simple architecture, but it is efficiently designed that a user obtain a wanted compression rate as only input parameter. If it is implemented by FPGA chip, the designed encoder operates in 12MHz.

  • The efficient EPO (Erythropoietin) expression system in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells was devised through the removal of ammonium ion accumulated in the media by introducing urea cycle enzymes. Promoting Video Education through Facilitating and Suggesting Educational Policies

  • Video is already playing an educational role. Now, it is necessary to discuss the issue of the effectiveness of video education in schools. Facilitation is a great means of maximizing learning effects beyond the creativity and autonomy of video production. To prove this, a research study was conducted, and the results showed that facilitation had a significant effect on the learning effect. Based on this result, various policy suggestions such as the introduction of facilitation in the educational field are made.

The Introduction of Polycrylamide Gel into the Solid Culture of Streptomyces spp

  • It is proposed the polyacrylamide gel, instead of agar, could be used for the solid cultures of microorganisms including Streptomyces strains. Polymerization and gellation of 5% acrylamide solution were done by autoclaving for 5 min at 121.deg.C and no hindered by the addition of nutrient-rich media. In particular, pH buffer solution suitable for corresponding microorganisms must be used in the preparation of culture media. Comparing with agar, it was discussed that polycrylamide gel had many advantages such as gellation within the wide range of strong acid Carbon and Nitrogen sources, requirement tests of growth factors and minerals, sterization at high temperature, diffusion assays of products depending on the pore size of gel, and stability and standarization of microbial cultures.

  • Intelligent robots are being introduced and utilized to create new values in diverse fields such as medical care, national defense, education, and manufacturing. However, while the technical aspects of intelligent robots are spreading, the business side is lacking in recognition. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting product innovation through the introduction of intelligent robots in enterprises. Among the six variables secured from the technology, organization, and environment framework, only perceived direct usefulness and competitive pressure have significant effects on product innovation. The results imply that the effects of introducing robots are still in their early stage from a business perspective.

  • Digital Information Display와 KIOSK는 전용 컨텐츠의 개발 비용으로 인한 초기 도입 비용 및 유지 비용과 제품의 특성으로 인해 설치 비용이 높다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 오픈소스 하드웨어 및 이벤트 기반 논 블로킹 I/O 알고리즘을 사용하여 음성 전송 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안하는 오픈 하드웨어를 통한 음성송출 시스템은 시스템 초기 도입 비용과 유지 보수비용이 저렴하고, 다양한 형태로 활용할 수 있어서 정보 취약 계층의 정보에 대한 접근성을 향상할 수 있다.

  • As digital audio video data compression and transmission techniques are matured, huge amount of digital multimedia material is produced and delivered via broadcasting, digital storage media and world-wide web(WWW). Thus it became very important to provide a standardized way of multimedia data content description, so that efficient and effective access and reuse of valuable multimedia information can be possible. In this paper, enabling core technologies and our research directions on this are presented with brief introduction on the scope of the multimedia content description interface, called MPEG-7, in terms of objective, application and requirements.

  • 현재 IoT 분야에서는 블록 체인 도입을 적극적으로 하고 있으며 자동화된 거래를 활성화하기 위해 스마트 컨트랙트를 적극 활용하려는 움직임이 많다. MPEG-IoMT(Internet of Media Thing)는 미디어를 다루는 사물인터넷 간에 미디어 데이터 또는 가공된 데이터를 전송하는 표준이다. MPEG-IoMT 에서 블록체인을 도입하기 전에 앞서 컨트랙트와 관련된 MPEG-21 에 대해 전반적으로 살펴보고 MPEG-21 를 활용하여 MPEG-IoMT 내 블록체인 도입 및 스마트 컨트랙트 표현에 대한 표준화 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

  • With the introduction of China's new policies, the Chinese animation industry has gradually formed a sustainable industrial structure chain, and the output value of the animation market is also in a state of continuous growth. Since 2013, domestic animation has been developing from "lower age" to "ageing" and "adults". At the same time, with the popularization of China's pan-entertainment industry model, the multi-domain symbiosis of the Internet and mobile Internet has been realized, creating a fan economy of star IP (Intellectual Property), and promoting the linkage of various industries under the same IP. This paper mainly analyzes the development of the animation IP market in China's pan-entertainment mode in recent years, and analyzes the cross-media operation mode of the animation industry. At the same time, it studies the application of self-media in animation.
