'Video Commerce' has grown significantly, and is in the era of so-called V-commerce 2.0. Based on this background, this study focused on the link and the possibility of creating synergy between V-commerce 2.0 content and MCN, and examined the linkage strategy considering its characteristics. In conclusion, first, V-Commerce has evolved into the age of 2.0, centered on the characteristics of content that are oriented towards fun and sympathy, beyond the 1.0 era. Second, V-commerce 2.0 content has the characteristic of replacing the sharing and recommendation based on the nature of SNS networks as promotion and purchase enhancement. Therefore, competitiveness as 'content' is relatively important before 'commerce'. Third, V-commerce 2.0 and MCN industry have a strong connection with each other in terms of securing core competitiveness and creating a new profit model. In order to create the synergy between V-Commerce 2.0 and MCN, we proposed the use of big data to reinforce V-Commerce 2.0 customized content competitiveness, building of storytelling marketing and branding, and enhancement of live performance and interactive communication.
Electronic commerce is more than just handling purchase transactions and funds transfers over the internet. Despite electronic commerce's past roots in transactions between large corporations, banks, and other financial institutions, the use of the internet as a way to bring electronic commerce to the individual consumer has led to a shift in viewpoint. In this digital age, all organizational environments force businesses to adopt Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) since these technologies have immense impact on such businesses' competitiveness and productivity. Nonetheless, the productivity and the competitiveness enjoyed by such firms vary depending on the size or the organizations, context of the country; developing or developed, and what kinds of technologies are adopted. This investigation focused on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Eastern province of Sri Lanka where such studies are scanty. The adoption of social media (SM) by SMEs is inclined to change how organizations operate, this calls for an investigation of the elements that impact SMEs to adopt SM and such investigation. Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework was based to understand the factors. Research approach was quantitative approach using questionnaire survey. Data were collected using online form to see 285 valid responses. Structural Equation Modelling was deployed to evaluate the proposed model. Results revealed that Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability, Competitive Intensity, Bandwagon Pressure, and Competitive Pressure were influencing, while Trialability, Top Management Support, CEO's Innovativeness did not show statistically significant influence on SMEs' social media adoption.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of trust when a media broadcaster (such as a disc jockey [DJ]) acting as an information source and the content they provide during live commerce streaming affect acceptance intention. Live commerce is increasing rapidly, offering a new fashion distribution channel by supplementing possible shortcomings of existing online shopping. Data was collected for the empirical study from female consumers in their 20s who actively accepted fashion technology. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using IBM SPSS Macro Process 3.5. First, the reliability and validity of the variables for information source characteristics, content informativeness, trust, and acceptance intention were verified, and each variable was confirmed as a single factor. Bootstrap analysis was performed using Macro Process Model 4 to reveal the effects of information source characteristics and content informativeness on acceptance intention. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect for each path model with trust as a parameter, it was found that both the direct and indirect effects of the mediating path were significant. This result means that the characteristics of information sources and content informativeness are partially mediated by trust. Therefore, to promote consumer behavior in a live commerce shopping environment, it is necessary to enhance trust. This can be achieved by a media broadcaster with fashion expertise to increase the perception of the attractiveness of the information source and to improve the usefulness of the fashion information being delivered.
This study aims to investigate what communication phenomenon social viewing is associated with, and how satisfaction with using live commerce affects, taking into account that live commerce is a form of content consumption based on social viewing. In particular, social viewing is classified in this study as message production and sharing activities that influence users' satisfaction with live commerce viewing, as well as how two-dimensional social viewing behaviors are associated with users' perception of social presence. Then, the impact of these factors on improving viewing satisfaction is determined. It is also designed to investigate the moderating effect of social presence and viewing satisfaction as a function of the size of users' social networks by taking into account how social viewing affects the degree of social exchange among users. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, social viewing behaviors. i.e., sharing and production behavior were identified as strong factors that have a direct impact on social presence and viewing satisfaction. Second, social presence plays a moderating role in the relationship between social viewing behavior and viewing satisfaction. Third, the impact of sharing behavior on social presence and viewing satisfaction was greater than the that of production behavior. Fourth, network size (number of followers and followings) had no direct effect on social reality or viewing satisfaction, but it had a moderating effect on the relationship between production behavior and social presence. Based on the findings, the implications and recommendations were discussed.

The online retail market continues to grow, especially in China, as e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years in many countries. Meanwhile, the development and use of new network information technology provides consumers with various contact and experience environments for online shopping. Based on the theory of media weakness, the study began to focus consumer experience on the nature of commercial transactions. The study proposed and designed an initial measure of the consumer information evaluation index, which combines previous findings with implications. Finally, the five-dimensional B2C system was established to evaluate consumers' information experience providing information display, information interaction, information support and information personalization. We researched on evaluation index system for information experience of B2C e-commerce consumers based on samples of Chinese consumers.
Purpose Live streaming commerce refers to the fact that people receive live audio and live video directly over the net. While some e-retailers use Live Streaming as a marketing strategy, the impact of live streaming commerce on customers' reuse intentions is unknown. The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of live streaming commerce by external environmental factors based on S-O-R theory. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we developed a research model based on the S-O-R theory. Using the questionnaire survey method, consumers who used live streaming commerce on Taobao.com were taken as research subjects. Our research model aims to find out how content attributes, real-time interactions, media characteristics, and situational characteristics as stimulus factors influence consumers' perceptions and thus reuse intentions. Findings The results of the analysis show that external environmental factors have a significant impact on consumer perceptions and that perceived risks and flows can influence consumers' reuse intentions. In addition, we also examined the impact of reuse intentions on consumers' active participation. These results show that live streaming commerce can influence consumer perceptions and behavior in several ways.
This paper is a smartphone object recognition system using hierarchical convolutional neural network. The overall configuration is a method of communicating object information to the smartphone by matching the collected data by connecting the smartphone and the server and recognizing the object to the convergence neural network in the server. It is also compared to a hierarchical convolutional neural network and a fractional convolutional neural network. Hierarchical convolutional neural networks have 88% accuracy, fractional convolutional neural networks have 73% accuracy and 15%p performance improvement. Based on this, it shows possibility of expansion of T-Commerce market connected with smartphone and broadcasting media.
