  • X-선상(線像) 배수혈 진단을 통한 요각통의 침구(鍼灸) 치험 3례(例)로 다음과 같은 지견을 얻었다. 1. 요배통의 치료에 단순 x-ray 영상을 한의학적으로 활용할 수 있다. 2. 단순 x-ray 영상의 척추분절 극돌기의 아탈구(subluxation)는 해당되는 배수혈 및 경락의 병변으로 진단될 수 있다. 3. 아탈구(subluxation)된 극돌기의 배수혈에 해당되는 경락의 합혈과 원혈을 사용할 경우 진단된 배수혈 수준의 척추분절이 교정될 수 있다.

금형 자동측정에 의한 사상맵 생성 (A Method for Generation of Grinding Map based on Automatic Mold Measurement)

  • Ensuring the quality of molds is one of the major issues in mass production. In general, securing the quality of the molds is achieved by repeating grinding and die spotting after machining the molds based on engineer's decision. However, this heuristic method is affected by the engineer's skill and working environment. Therefore, a lot of time and resources are needed in order to ensure quality. In this study, ensuring the quality of molds using grinding map which is generated using automatic measurement is proposed. An automatic measuring system based on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is developed for measuring the molds. This system generates the measurement path automatically using the 3D CAD model of products. CAD (ComputerAided-Design), CAM (Computer-Aided-Manufacturing), and CAQ (Computer-Aided-Quality) technology is integrated using DMIS (Dimensional Measuring Interface Standard) format in the automatic measuring system. After measuring the molds, a grinding map is generated using the gap between the CAD model and measured values of mold. The grinding map displays the machining tendency and the required amount of grinding with values on a 3D map. Therefore, the quality of molds can be ensured with exactness and quickness based on the grinding map. This study shows that integrating the planning, measuring, and analyzing based on computer technology can solve the problem of quality assurance of mold using the proposed method, therefore the productivity can be increased.

  • For organizing a flexible and reasonable measuring system, it is necessary that one should not only understand the process itself but also choose an adequate system. In this paper, we want to show a system of measuring and analyzing diesel engine's performance which is capable of producing a report of a certain format as well as gathering, analyzing and managing data. The system was designed by VXIbus as an all-in-one. It was also proven by a real field test through the Guam diesel power plant, which was designed and constructed by Hanjung.

  • This paper presented a new measuring system to improve circular motion accuracy by using two-dimensonal probe and master ring for NC machine tools. This measuring system reduced the circular motion error conspicuously by eliminating the influence of the acceleration/deceleration range and compensating the friction force whose influences were significant while measuring the motion. Experimental results show that this system had enough accuracy to measure a circular motion for NC machine tools, compared with the circular test method and the r .theta. method.

  • This paper presented a linear motion accuracy by using two-dimensional probe with the master block and the square for NC machine tools. This measuring system could be measured motion error due to numerical control system. The results of measurement and simulation for motion error were similar, and so, this system had enough accuracy to measure a linear motion accuracy for NC machine tools. The experimental results are as follows. 1. This measuring system could be measured motion error due to mumerical control system. 2. The results of measurement and simulation for motion error were similar. 3. This measuring system had enough accuracy to measure a linear motion accuracy for NC machine tools.

Primary Mandibular Tuberculous Osteomyelitis Mimicking Ameloblastoma: A Case Report and Literature Review of Mandibular Tuberculous Osteomyelitis

  • Primary tuberculous osteomyelitis involving the mandible represents less than 2% of skeletal locations. In this paper, we report a case of mandibular tuberculosis (TB) detected after histopathological analysis of the surgically resected specimen during surgical management of a suspected case of ameloblastoma. A 14-year-old male patient presented to us with history of right-sided chin swelling. The clinical examination revealed a swelling, involving right body and parasymphysis of mandible, measuring approximately 6 cm in length and 2 cm in width, extending from right lateral incisor till the first molar. Radiological scans revealed a large multiloculated osteolytic expansive lesion measuring 52 × 20 × 18 mm. Excision of the lesion was performed and reconstruction was done with iliac bone grafting. The histopathological findings revealed a granulomatous lesion, suggestive of tuberculous osteomyelitis. The patient was successfully treated with standard multidrug therapy. One year after completion of therapy, there were no signs of recurrence. Primary mandibular TB is an extremely rare entity. Its clinical presentation is not specific. Radiologically, TB has no characteristic appearance. The positive diagnosis is based on histology. Primary mandibular TB is rare and should be kept among differential diagnoses in susceptible population and in endemic areas.

  • Objectives : To report the R/O CRPS patient after Korean medicine treatment, suffering severe buring pain and insomnia. Methods : The patient was a 56-year-old female patient and treated with herbal medicines and acupuncture in 32 days. The treatment effect was evaluated by measuring VNRS of pain, sleeping time and change in mood status. Results : The Korean Medical therapy had good effect on the patient. Especially, relaxing mental treatment is effective in improving and maintaining symptoms. Conclusions : The Korean medical treatments appeared to be effective in reducing R/O CRPS symptoms. Further clinical research of patients with CRPS is needed.

공정서 수재 의약품의 정량법 개선에 관한 연구 (Establishment of Quantitative Method for Generic Drugs in Korea Pharmaceutical Codex Monograph)

  • The aim of the paper is to ameliorate old research methods of Korean Pharmaceutical Codex to adjust the newest scientistic level which is necessary to maintain quality of medical supplies effectively. After reviewing result of Establishment of Dissolution Specifications for Generic Drugs in Korea Pharmaceutical Codex Monograph, there are two items chosen for the methods - Establishment of Dissolution Specifications for Generic Drugs in Korea Pharmaceutical Codex Monograph which KFDA researched in 2010, arranged new measuring standard by having an experiment to set measuring method after obtaining each item. According to the result, The experiment includes a measuring method of two items; Nafronyl Oxalate Capsules, and Ticlopidine Hydrochloride Tablets. The research is ameliorated by research methods through several experiments such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography validation, preparing items, implement of trial-experiment and authentic experiment, and experiment on measuring method of regulations of Korea Pharmaceutical Codex. The experiments are taken opinions of experts in KFDA into consideration and wrote out a report of the new measuring method on each last item. The report is combined as each two experiment sections of analyzing method to maintain the quality on the basis of the research in 2010 on setting of dissolution specifications for oral solid dosage forms. The result of measuring method of medical supplies through modernizing trial method of oral solid dosage forms is available to be accurate. In conclusion, this study could contribute to promotion of public health by organizing a basis for safe and high quality of medical supplies in domestic market.

양무지 안추 신전법을 이용한 악관절장애로 인한 개구장애 환자 치험 3례 (Case Report of Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient by "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique")

  • Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient. Methods : The therapies were Chuna("Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique"), acupuncture treatment, Carthami-Semen Herbal Acupuncture treatment and herbal medicine. We estimated the effects of treatment by measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth, measuring a gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth. And by measuring Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Patient Global Assessment(PGA) before and after treatment. Results : After treatment, we confirmed these improvements : the length measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth and the gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth was improved in all cases. Also Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was improved in all cases. Conclusions : These results suggested that "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" effected for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient.

Mechano sensor를 이용한 신경자극반응 측정 플랫폼에 관한 연구 (A Study on Neuroactive Response Measurement Platform using Mechano Sensor)

  • 연구는 근육의 기능을 조절하는 신경말단에 전기적인 자극을 가하여 신경의 반응 정도를 측정하는 플랫폼 구현에 관란 연구로써, 전기 자극에 대한 신경반응이 가해지는 전류량, 가해진느 전류지속시간, 전극위치에 따른 반응을 측정하였다. 신경자극의 전극 위치는 표면 말단에 운동신경이면 어느 신경이든지 가능하고, 신경자극 양식에는 단순연축자극(Single Twitch Stimulation), 사연속자극(Train-of-four, TOF), 두 집단 발사자극(Double Burst Stimulation, DBS)이 있다. 임베디드 시스템기반으로 가기위한 저전력 MCU를 선정하고, 기본적인 신경자극반응 측정 센서의 민감도를 알아보기 위해 센서 인터페이스를 구성하여 반응정도를 측정해야 한다. 그리고 측정된 Data의 정확도를 높이기 위해 고성능의 AD Convertor 선정하여 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 또한 본 논문의 플랫폼은 의료기기용으로 개발되었기 때문에 시스템 이용자의 안전을 고려하여 전원회로 구성 시 전원 Isolation를 고려하여 설계하였다.
