The meaning of the space planning which has from modern interior space has played important role, space composition planning itself is the concept creation tool as well as the unique expression sphere in field of interior space far away from fixed idea relevant to the existing space which was only simple division or secondary element in design. Thus, this current work expresses that the space-Function is related with space-division as well as basic designed-conceptual work process including the space is formed. Furthermore, through the side-composition with form, it activates the various space aspect perceptually, which created the visual environment in using lightning, reflection of glass and penetrated nature etc. The keyword on elevation design concept is as like various aspects, third dimension, non-materiality and symbolical meaning. In addition, it provides the color space equipped with functionality and artistry capable to arouse the diverse sensual capacity to space users on default of image language.

'워라밸'이란 'Work-Life Balance'의 줄임말로 '일과 삶의 균형'을 의미한다. 이는 요즘 세태를 반영하는 용어로서 행복한 삶의 가치를 반영하고 있다. 즉, '워라밸' 현대사회의 문제를 반영한 라이프 스타일의 개념으로 일상생활에서의 삶의 질이 중요한 것이다. 이러한 라이프 스타일은 현대사회의 경제적 경기불황, 높아진 청년실업, 고령화 문제, 저출산에 따른 노동 생산성 저하 등이 반영되어 이에 대한 대안으로 워라밸이 등장하였다. 이에 워라밸의 문화가 정착되기 위해서는 사회 전체적인 입장과 개인의 입장에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 그러므로 전체적 입장에서는 문화산업 육성 차원의 사회 정책적인 입장이 반영되고, 실행되어야 할 것이다. 더욱이 빠르게 변화하는 현대에서 개인의 입장에서는 지금 이 시대에 맞는 일과 삶의 질에 대한 인식의 전환이 더욱 중요하다 하겠다. 이러한 입장에 있어서 노동과 여가의 관계에 주목할 필요가 있다. 특히 노동과 여가의 관계를 통해서 이 둘이 대립적인 관계가 아닌 상생적으로 관계를 맺고 있으면서 워라밸의 문화가 성장하고 발전하는데 중요한 핵심이기도 하다. 과거로부터 이어져 내려오는 일(노동)에 대한 인식은 이제 생존을 넘어 이 시대를 살아가는 실존적 삶의 의미를 부여해준다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현대사회는 과도한 대량생산체제와 성공에 대한 부담이 장기적인 경기 침체로 이어져 내려오면서 진정한 노동의 가치를 퇴색하게 만들었다. 이러한 과정에 인간은 소외되기에 이르렀고, 자신을 돌아보게 되었으며 나아가 삶의 진정한 가치를 추구하고자 하였다.

The study aims to investigate the meaning of the rurality in traditional three-verse Korean poem written by Sadaebu(사대부). We will discuss integration method for Rural and rurality. Rurality is not physical truth, but personal and subjective thing. The meaning of the rurality produce socially. So, the concept of the Rurality can be interpreted in many ways. Sadaebu in the Joseon period put emphasis on rural as a object of a self-discipline and govern. They compose a poem from rural life. There are various meaning related to rurality in traditional three-verse Korean poem. The rurality meaning of the Sijo written by Yakcheon and Jonjae can define union between the natural order and poetic narrator. poetic narrators accept theirselves to nature and work willingly. The host of the program must make visitors homesick and gives more energy by Sijo experience program. The most import thing is the identification of the visitor and rural. To accomplish these purpose, It needs visitors can sing a sijo by oneself.

Purpose: This study aimed to describe the meaning of marriage and childbirth among Korean female university students living in the United States, who are influenced both by Korean culture at home and American culture in social contexts. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological approaches. Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with five Korean female university students living in the United States. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method to derive the meaning of marriage and childbirth. Results: From the data, 239 meaningful statements, 49 meaning formations, 22 themes, and 12 theme clusters were extracted. Additionally, five major categories emerged. These categories were 1) marriage as an opportunity for self-growth, 2) the mirror of life: parents, 3) oneself who cannot give up, 4) a desire to live a stable life, and 5) ambivalence on the culture of two countries. Conclusion: To improve the positive meaning of marriage and childbirth, a positive role model such as a happy married life of parents at home must be ensured. Finally, institutional strategies should be established to support the balance between home and work, as well as various policies which support women's pregnancy and childbirth.

In this study, I explored the causal relationship between acceptance attitudes and the expected effects of smart work. With the rapid development of smart technologies, lots of organizations try to innovate in the conventional working styles for maximizing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Although many organizations wish to foster smart working environment, they don't have confidence in detailed action plans and effects from it. Therefore, this study that explores the causal relationship between acceptance attitudes and effects may have crucial meaning to organizations pursuing smart work. In this research empirically conducted by questionnaire survey, the acceptance attitudes as predictors and the expected effects of smart work as influenced variables were used. This research analyzed 118 collected data and multiple regression analysis. As a result of analysis, teleworking shows the positive relations to all of dependent variables. And others have a positive or negative influence on cognitive effects of smart work. Results of this study may give implications to organizations that want to implement smart work environment.

This paper aims at investigating the characterization and author's consciousness of Okhwangibong written in about 18th century in Korea. Okhwangibong deals with the historical event in the Later Han of ancient China, that is to say the Empress Gwak's banishment and the royal harem Eum's accession to the queen consort. The author of this work created the focal characters freshly. Particularly Gwak is characterized as the vivid woman who desires the Emperor Kwangmu's love, reproaches his negative attitude toward her wants, and feels pains by reason of his affection to Eum. The author intended to justify Eum's accession to the queen consort through emphasizing Providence and her virtue. But the author's intention could not be realized fully. Because what is called Providence was lost persuasive power, and Gwak was characterized very affirmatively. Therefore it can be said that this work represents Gwak's trials and pains caused by Kwangmu. And the discord of the author's intent and the real meaning of the work occurred the dispute about affection and faithfulness between man and wife in following novels. Consequently the historical meaning of Okhwangibong in Korean Novel can be founded in successful characterization and occurring the dispute in following novels.

본 연구는 전문대학생이 체험한 사회복지실습의 상황적 맥락과 의미를 아는데 목적을 둔다. 전문대 학생의 사례를 중심으로 현상학적 방법을 활용해 자유변경(free variation)에 입각한 사회복지실습의 본질을 찾고자 했다. 전문대학 생의 사회복지실습체험의 맥락은 실습지 선정부터 '높은 장벽'을 만났다. 그 속에는 무엇을 해야 하는지 '경계가 모호한 업무와 역할'이 많았다. 실습 일상에서의 '딜레마적 상황'이 실습생에게 혼란을 일으켰다. 관찰과 학습, 참여는 실습생에게 '사회복지(사)에 대한 애상'을 갖게 했고 더 나은 사회복지(사)로의 탈존(ex-ist)에 대해 생각하도록 했다. '다양한 가능태로서의 분주한 장(場)'은 실습생에게 '빈약한 몸이지만 멀티플레이어'로서의 역할을 가능하게 했다. 다양한 공간과 장소 속에서 실습생은 사회복지를 넘어선 자신의 능력과 실체에 대한 '현실 직면의 시간'을 맞는다. 그리고 그 시간은 자신의 과거, 현재, 미래, 타자와의 관계 등을 평가하는 상황 속에서 연계된다. 논의는 네 가지로 구성된다. 첫째, 실습생들은 실습을 통해 사회복지사의 위상과 현실을 확인하였다. 이에 따른 직업정체성의 고민도 수반되었다. 둘째, 실습지의 고유성을 인정하되 실습지도의 체계성을 재고해야 한다. 셋째, 자원봉사의 활성화 등 실습에 대한 이상적 개념과 현실적 상황 간 간극을 좁힐 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 넷째, 직무와 기능 향상을 초월하는 학교교육의 방향설정이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 일터영성(공동체 의식, 일의 의미)과 돌봄수행(정서적, 사회적, 영적) 그리고소진 간의 관계를 규명하고, 일터영성이 돌봄수행에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 소진의 조절효과를 파악하는 것이다. 설문조사는 전국 68개 완화의료 전문기관의 의사, 간호사, 사회복지사, 성직자를 대상으로 하였으며, 총 114부를 SPSS Statistics 21로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 일터영성의 하위요인중에서 공동체의식은 심리적 돌봄에 영향을 미치고, 일의의미는 사회적 돌봄과 영적 돌봄에유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소진은 돌봄수행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는않지만 소진의 독립적 영향력을 측정한 사후분석에서 사회적 돌봄과 영적 돌봄에 미미한 정도의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 소진은 일터영성이 돌봄수행에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 조절효과가 없는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점, 제한점 및 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논의하였다.
