대다수 국가의 공공도서관은 지방행정당국 및 중앙정부의 예산과 지원으로 설립되는 지식문화기관이다. 그러므로 공공도서관은 지역사회의 모든 구성원이 공평하게 이용할 수 있는 다양한 자원과 서비스를 통하여 지식정보에 대한 접근을 보장해야 한다. 이러한 역할은 범세계적 현상이며, 모든 국가의 공공도서관에 적용되는 보편성이다. 반면에 많은 국가의 공공도서관 정책과 운영에는 예외적 상황을 의미하는 특수성이 존재하며, 그것은 경제성장 및 발전단계의 차이와 사회문화적 다양성에서 기인한다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관을 대상으로 정책적, 기능적, 운영적 측면에서 특히 주목할 필요가 있는 작은도서관 확충, 평생학습 지상주의, 위탁경영 비율의 가파른 상승, 자유열람실의 설치와 운영이 보편성에 기반을 둔 특수성의 용인인지, 특수성을 가장한 보편성의 부정인지를 담론차원에서 분석하였다.

본 연구는 초등학교 5학년 학생들에게 십진블록을 활용하여 소수의 곱셈을 지도하는 과정에서 학생들의 개념적 이해 과정을 면밀히 분석함으로써 십진블록을 활용한 소수의 곱셈 지도 과정에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 십진블록을 활용한 소수의 곱셈 지도에서 초등학교 5학년 학생들은 주어진 문제에서 각 연산의 의미를 개념적으로 이해하고 해석하였으며 그 의미에 따라 십진블록으로 모델링하여 계산하였다. 학생들은 십진블록을 이용한 계산 과정을 통해 알고리즘을 발견하고 알고리즘의 각 단계를 십진블록과 연결하여 설명함으로써 계산 원리를 개념적으로 이해하였다 또한 소수의 곱셈 계산 결과가 올바른지 판단하고 그 이유를 십진블록으로 설명함으로써 소수의 곱셈 계산 결과를 각 연산의 의미와 연결하여 개념적으로 이해하였다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 십진블록을 활용한 소수의 곱셈 지도가 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 소수의 곱셈에 대한 개념적 이해를 도울 수 있는 한 방안이 됨을 시사한다.

철도에 사용되고 있는 분기기는 중요한 시스템 중 하나이다. 분기기 시스템의 건전성은 철도운용 안정성에 매우 중요하다. 분기기 시스템을 진단하기 위하여, LVDT와 accelerometer를 분기기에 설치하였다. LVDT는 분기기에서 변위가 발생하는 부분에 설치하여, 분기기의 이동과 차량의 주행에서 발생되는 변위를 측정하였다. Accelerometers는 충격과 진동이 발생하는 부분에 설치하여 충격량과 진동을 측정하였다. 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 변수화를 위한 데이터를 추출하였으며, 이 변수들은 진단에 사용하였다. 진단 알고리즘은 확률분포와 인공신경망을 사용하였다. 변수화된 값이 확률분포를 이용하여 판단할 수 있으면 확률분포를 사용하였으며, 형태를 보고 판단할 필요가 있으면 인공신경망을 활용하였다. 본 논문에서는 정상적인 상태에서 데이터를 측정하여, 정상상태의 조건을 위한 학습을 수행하였다.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the kinds & meaninings of Qi in Lee Je-Ma's writings. 2. Methods We analyzed Lee Je-Ma's writings which contain the related contents of Qi's kinds & meanings 3. Results and Conclusions 1) There are distinctive Qi features of $sorrow{\cdot}anger{\cdot}joy{\cdot}pleasure$(哀怒僖樂) which are different from one of seven mode emotions(七情) in ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo(格致藁)${\lrcorner}$. 2) When $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(臟氣) is the base of the human's Qi, $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi(性${\cdot}$情氣) is managing. And $Lung{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Kidneys's$ Qi(肺脾肝腎氣) is the representative concept resulted by the complex operation of $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(水穀之氣) and $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi. Each Qi stands for its protensity as follows ; Lung's Qi for extrorse propensity of Yang(Z), Spleen's Qi for upward propensity of Yang(陽), Liver's Qi for introrse propensity of Eum(陰), Kidneys's Qi for downward propensity of Eum(陰). 3) Jang's Qi is more important than medicine's Qi and medicine's Qi has a limitation about recovering jang's Qi. So that it is very important to take care of one's mind. 4) Controling mind Qi is controling Nature & emotion's Qi. Thus controling mind Qi si the best plan for jang's Qi and controling with medicine's Qi is the next policy. 5) Qi influences all aspect of personality, disease, application of medicines and ordinary symptoms. So that Qi is the kernel of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine.

매체와 양식, 기술과 표현 사이의 고정관념에서 벗어나는 창작의 본질을 추구하는 창의적 실험을 위한 노력은 미술과 사진을 기반으로 20세기 초반 이후 끊임없이 이어져 왔다. 새로운 표현을 위한 예술적 시도로서 포토몽타주는 탄생했다. 본질적으로 다른 이미지들의 결합으로 새로운 의미를 만들어내는 작업으로서 포토몽타주는 의도적으로 선택한 다양한 이미지를 조합하고 합성하는 방식으로 메시지를 강조하여 시각적으로 구성된다. 이미지와 텍스트의 변증법적 시각예술로서 기존의 예술적 개념을 벗어나 새로운 형식을 추구하며 발전해온 포토몽타주는 그 개념이 현대의 다원예술과 유사하다. 포토몽타주의 가치는 사진의 표현영역을 사실의 묘사와 재현에 국한하지 않고 상상력을 자유롭게 표현할 수 있는 데포르마시옹으로서 새로운 가능성을 모색하고 일상의 경험을 창의적으로 표현하는 작업을 위한 기법의 구현에 있다.

무역자동화(EDI)의 사용이 점증하고 있는 시점에서 무역업체들의 EDI 도입 및 이용에 관한 연구는 EDI의 문제의 핵심을 파악하고 그 활용을 위해서 중요한 의미를 갖고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 EDI의 개요와 국내외 무역자동화의 추진현황을 고찰한 후, 우리 나라 EDI추진에 따른 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 법적 및 실무적 측면에서 제시하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구결과에서 고찰할 수 있는 과제 및 시사점을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, EDI의 합의된 국내표준의 보급 활용을 적극권장 하는 한편 상거래 절차와 EDI 대한 국민의식의 전환이 선행되어야 하겠다. 둘째, EDI에 대한 각 기업체의 인식제고와 전문인력양성에 대한 기업의 지속적인 투자와 정부 및 관련기관의 선도적 역할과 EDI에 관련 산업에 대한 금융 세제상의 지원이 필요하다. 따라서 제반과제가 해결된 후 EDI 운영실무상의 효율을 극대화하기 위하여 정부와 관련기관이 협조하여 무역절차를 정보유통차원에서 통합하고 무역업무를 자동화 할 수 있는 보다 적극적인 EDI 체계를 구축하게 될 것으로 사료된다.

도서대출서비스는 도서관 자료를 관외로 빌려주는 것으로 도서관이 제공하는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 서비스이다. 그러나 최근 경영마인드의 확산과 정보기술의 발전에 힘입어 도서관서비스의 패러다임이 이용자가 찾아오는 서비스에서 이용자를 찾아가는 서비스로 바뀌어가고, 도서관 간의 네트워크가 확대됨에 따라 도서대출서비스에도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그리고 개별 도서관은 도서대출서비스의 변화에 발맞추어 가용자원을 활용하여 특성화에 대응하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 은평구립도서관에서 시행되는 책단비 도서대출서비스에 관한 연구를 통하여 변화하는 도서대출서비스의 구체적인 내용을 '이용자 중심의 서비스', '네트워크의 확산', '특성화'라는 관점에서 조사 분석하여 그 의의를 찾아보고 도서대출서비스에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다.

According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

본 연구는 인공지능 활용 교육에 대한 초등교사의 인식을 종합적으로 분석하는 목적을 지닌다. 최근 학교 교육 현장에서 인공지능 기술의 활용에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 초등학교 교사들이 이를 어떻게 인식하는지를 확인하는 연구는 미흡하다. 본 연구는 초등교사 69명을 대상으로 기술통계, 중다회귀분석, 의미변별척도를 활용하여 초등교사들이 교육에서 인공지능 활용에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지를 총체적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등교사들은 인공지능 기술이 수업 시간 내 활동을 보조하는데 가장 적합하다고 응답하였으며 교수학습 방법 측면에서는 문제중심학습이 가장 적절하다고 인식하고 있었다. 인공지능의 교육적 활용에 대해 영향을 미치는 요소는 학습 내용, 학습 자료, 인공지능 기기로 나타났다. 인공지능 활용 교육은 개별학습, 참여 촉진, 흥미 유발 등의 특성을 지닌다고 인식하였다. 향후 최적화된 교육 운영을 가능하게 하는 수업 전략이나 모형 개발 등이 이루어질 필요가 있다.

Objectives and Methods : This study is to understand the properties and functions of twelve meridians. It aims to understand the meaning of the meridian names, and to study the properties of the six qi and the method of movement of the meridians by analyzing the six qi of the three yin and three yang from a meteorological perspective. The functions of twelve meridians based on the relationship between the operation of the internal organs and the meridians are then examined. Results and Conclusions : (1) The three yin and three yang includes the properties of six qi at the meridians. (2) The fundamental qi at reverting yin meridian lesser yin meridian and greater yin meridian has the properties of wind, heat and dampness, respectively, which are yang qi, while the fundamental qi at lesser yang meridian, yang brightness meridian and greater yang meridian has the properties of ministerial fire, dryness and cold, respectively, which are yin qi. (3) In the circulation of meridian qi, yang qi ascends at yin meridians while yin qi descends at yang meridians. (4) Three yin meridians belonging to the viscera help the function of intestines, which saves essence qi and then makes it go upward, while three yang meridians belonging to the bowels help the function of converting foodstuff and making it go downward. (5) In the human body, the internal organs play the primary role, and the meridians serve as helpers of the functioning of the internal organs by controlling the six qi.
