Generally, electrokinetic potential has been considered as an intensive property. In other words, electrokinetic potential is not affected by the amount of particulate matter. Montmorillonite, one of essential inorganic matter, was chosen to measure electrokinetic potential. The result of electrokinetic potential measuring experiment showed that the value observed to decrease as the amount of montmorillonite clay increased. This is due to the fact that total ions that adsorbed per unit mass were decreased as the amount of montmorillonite was increased. As a result, electrokinetic potential is considered as an extensive property. By using these results, total interaction energy of suspension was also checked, and revealed that total interaction energy was decreased as the amount of montmorillonite increased.

It was researched to be alternative of TGIC type hardener with human hazard element as PT 910 mix powder paint with hardener. Generally PT 910 was compared with TGIC & Epoxy resin of hardener to be used at thermosetting powder paint. We inquired a property of matter for paint through Gel time, glass transition temperature, melting point and a property of matter for film through a property of adhesion, a property of tolerance, softness, gloss, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, salt water spray-resistant, facilitation climatic. When PT 910 is used of hardener, it was shown the excellent results in gel time, softness, salt water spray-resistant, fracilitation climatic and the similar results in melting point, a property of tolerance, a property of adhesion, gloss, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, as compared with the powder paint used by TGIC hardener. The glass transition temperature was little low. But there was slightly different results. After the study results, we reached the conclusion that thermosetting powder used by PT 910 is alterative to by TGIC hardener.

Most of IT small businesses in Korea are companies which usually take parts from the technically advanced companies and assemble the parts into a complete whole for big companies. Intellectual property-related issue of IT small businesses in Korea is not the direct action or claim but the matter of contract concerning the 3rd party intellectual property infringement or the matter of each of the applicable law on the implied liability issues. Because bargaining power of the IT small businesses is not as big as the technically advanced companies, they can not receive explicit guarantees. Therefore, government-affiliated organization should concern about this matter of contract.

It is an social issue that is various claim related on the defect of apartment house. The cost of defect repair is the most important matter that residents dispute constructers with the huge time wasting and cost loss. For resolve the matter of defect claim, it must to be analyze to the cost property that study and find to pending issue about the cost of defect repair. Therefore this study is investigated the cost property of defect repair relation on correlation analysis and regression analysis around the judgement cost. Consequently, cost of the judgment is associated with cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair, is recognizable as them that is closely connected. Meanwhile, the more time of take effect and time of lawsuit increase, the more cost of the judgment decrease by draw the regression equation. On the contrary, there are same aspects in the case on the cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair.

In previous paper, the optical behavior of coloring matter of Cromwell under several conditions were investigated. In this paper, the fading behavior of color solution extracted from Growell by methanol, dyeing properties of this color on the silk fibers in water and methanol, the three property of color of dyed silk fabrics, and fading behavior of dyed silk fabrics with Cromwell color under light and washing were discussed.

Today, the industries use polymer material for many purpose. Specially, it is important in automobile industry because tile costs of polymer hold high proportion of the overall cost. If we reduce the weight of automobile, fuel efficiency of car is raised and cost of bumper is lower. Therefore there are many efforts to reduce of car currently. The way for seller to procure the goods for selling is to produce the goods at his own factory and to buy the manufactured goods from the other company. In order to produce the goods for selling the seller have to obtain the resource from the domestic company or overseas. In the middle of producing the goods to sell, seller may breach the right of a third party based on intellectual property rights. That is to say, seller may use the machine that has not itself been patented and use a process which has been patented by a third party. Seller may manufacture the goods which themselves are subject to the third party industrial property rights. Nowadays it is stressed the importance of intellectual property rights such as a patent, brand, and design. These factors consist of the core elements of the competitiveness of the goods. Many embedded software have been used in the various sector. So the disputes regarding to the intellectual property rights is gradually increasing in number. Article 42 of CISG defines the seller's delivery obligations and liabilities in respect to third party intellectual property rights and claims. It contains a special rule for this similar kind of defective in title, which tries to provide an proper solution to the complex problems caused by such rights and claims in international transactions. When seller will apply this clause to the business fields, there are several points to which seller should give attention. First, Intellectual property is general terms in intangible property rights, encompassing both copyright and industrial property. Which matter fall within the scope of intellectual property? The scope of intellectual property can be inferred from the relevant international conventions, which are based on broad international consensus. Second, Article 42 of CISG governs the relationship between the seller and the buyer, that is to say, questions of who has to bear the risk of third party intellectual property rights. The existence of such intellectual property rights, the remedies available and the question of acquiring goods free of an encumbrances in good faith are outside the scope of the CISG. The governing law regarding to the abovementioned matters is needed.

This study aimed to analyze the historical evolution of general ideas concerning the particles that represent matter properties and matter changes divided into physical change and chemical change. In the science historical viewpoint, the general ideas of the base that represent matter properties has been variously revised the 5types. The definition of the matter change have also changed the 3 types. From the analysis of the definitions in secondary school science textbooks and general chemistry textbooks, we found that a lot of confusion of eras in the contents that define the concepts. Sometimes, the definition presented in one textbook was contradictory to the definitions in other textbooks. This tendency has been sustained in the textbooks from the 4th to 7th science curriculum.
