중학교 가정과 수업을 위한 '안전' 주제 중심 통합 교수·학습 과정안 개발 (Development of 'the safety' theme-based integrated teaching·learning process plans for the middle school Home Economics Instruction)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 교육과정 분석과 학습자의 요구조사를 통하여 중학교 가정과 수업을 위한 '안전' 주제 중심 통합 교수 학습 과정안을 체계적이고 타당하게 개발하여 가정과교사들이 교실현장에서 안전교육을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 안내하여 궁극적으로 청소년들이 안전한 생활을 실천하도록 기여하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 우선, 1차에서 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정의 안전교육 내용의 분석 및 부산지역 여자 중학교 512명을 대상으로 실시한 안전교육 요구도를 바탕으로 안전 내용 요소를 도출하였다. 그리고 주제선정기준에 의해 7가지 통합 주제를 선정하고 각 통합주제별로 주제망을 구성하여 가정과 '안전' 주제중심 교육과정과 학습자료를 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 가정과는 1954년에 제정된 1차부터 2015 개정 교육과정 시안에 이르기까지 안전에 대한 내용을 지속적으로 표기하고 있었다. 학생들의 안전교육 요구가 가장 높게 나온 내용요소는 성폭력 및 성매매 예방과 대처방법이고 자살예방 및 대처방법, 집단따돌림 순으로 높게 나타났으며 가장 낮게 나온 항목이 정리정돈이고 42개 모든 항목에서 '필요하다' 이상의 결과를 나타내었다. 이 연구에서 개발한 가정과 수업을 위한 '안전' 주제 중심 통합 교육과정은 식생활안전, 청소년의 성과 안전, 청소년의 친구관계와 안전, 가족생활과 안전, 주생활과 안전, 청소년의 자아와 안전, 사회 환경과 안전의 7가지 통합주제를 선정하고, 각 통합주제에 따라서 3~6개씩 총 28개의 소주제(35차시 분)가 구성되었으며 이를 교실현장에서 손쉽게 실행할 수 있도록 구체적으로 안내하는 교수 학습 과정안 총 28편(35차시분량),과 다양한 학습자료 (PPT 28개, 동영상자료 25편, 읽기자료 4편, 학습지 61개, 활동지 14개, 평가지 16개, 테스트지 3개, 참고자료 2개, 학습자료 모형 4개(냉장고 모형, 토론신호등, 식판모형과 음식스티커, 푸드마일리지 카드)로 총 157개를 개발하였다. 본 연구는 7개 통합 주제를 중심으로 교육과정 개발에 초점이 있기에 우선순위에서 제외된 의생활과 안전, 갈등과 안전, 직업생활과 안전, 소비생활과 안전 주제 중심 교육과정 개발과 함께 이를 현장에 적용하여 학생들의 안전의식과 행동 및 태도변화에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

가정교과 학습을 통한 남중생의 가정생활에 대한 인식 및 태도에 관한 조사연구

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Home Economics learning on the recognition and attitude of middle school boy’s home life and to suggest the basic materials for the development of the Home Economics education through students’opinion of Home Economics. For this purpose, a survey was conducted in Cheong-ju area using questionaire. The subjects were 487 boys who studied Home Economics (HE group)and 480 boys who studied Technique (T group) in middle school. The statistics used for data analysis were t-test and x$^2$-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The recognition and attitude to home life on the general characteristics of home life; In urban area, the interests in bealth and the role of the consumers were higher than those of rural areas-on the bases of the standard of life, the middle class students had a higher interest in nutrition and food habits, the students whose father were engaged in special job had a higher interest in health and nutrition. 2. The difference of the recognition and attitude between HE & groups; In the field of food life, HE’s knowledge about the six nutrients and the basic food groups and attitude toward buying food were higher than T’s. In the field of family life and resources, HE and T accepted the importance of family life and the role of home as important, hoped to get psychological relax from home and to take the right sexual education. In the field of clothes life, HE and T had the general tendency to have their clothes in proper manner and to select their clothes for themselves, but HE took a higher interest in clothes mending and the role of clothes. 3. The opinions on Home Economics; HE answered that Home Economics was useful to them (more than 90% of HE) and that 57.1% of HE were interested in Home Economics. The order of interest among three fields were as follows: food life, clothes life, family life and resources. 71.9% of T hoped to take Home Economics course.

일부 성인의 AIDS에 관한 지식과 태도 (AIDS Related Knowledge and Attitude of Adult in Chonbuk Province)

  • This study was designed to get basic data about AIDS educational program development of Adults. The objective of this study was to identify the level of AIDS relatied Knowledge and Attitude of Adults. The subject for this study consisted of 327 men and women who were living in chonbuk province. Data was colledted by self-reporting questionaire consist of 61 items during the period from 1st. December to 20th, December, 1996. The results were us follow ; 1. AIDS related knowledge ranged from 6 to 32(M;23.13, SD:5.86). Percentage of correctly answered respondents to each catagories ; Risk factors : $\cdot$ Infection through needle : $93.9\%$ $\cdot$ Infection through blood transfusion : $92.4\%$ $\cdot$ Infection of multi-sexuals : $90.5\%$ $\cdot$ Infection of hemophillias patients : $39.4\%$ $\cdot$ Infection of hemosexuals : $23.2\%$ Mode of transmission : $\cdot$ Infection through pubic rest room : $56.3\%$ $\cdot$ Infection through personal materials: $65.1\%$ $\cdot$ Infection through food: $67.6\%$ 2. The relationship between AIDS related knowledge and each of those general characteristics, AIDS related knowledge showed significant difference with age(p=0.0293), marital status(p=0.003). sexual experience(p=0.020) and used contraceptive(p=0.0l5). 3. Among the items regarding attitudes, what has highed level was preventional education of National policy about AIDS$(94.5\%)$. What has lowest level of Attitides was that AIDS carrier could go to school with noncarrier children$(39.1\%)$. 4. The relationship between attitude of AIDS and each of these general characteristics over 30 age group, married women, sexual experience and used contraceptive were higher than others.

Scoring System and Management Algorithm Assessing the Role of Survivin Expression in Predicting Progressivity of HPV Infections in Precancerous Cervical Lesions

  • Background: To identify the risk factors and assess the role of survivin in predicting progessivity precancerous cervical lesions. Materials and Methods: This case-control study was conducted from October 2009 until May 2010. We obtained 74 samples, classified according to the degree of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN): 19 samples for CIN 1, 18 samples for CIN 2, 18 samples for CIN 3, and 19 samples as controls. Demographic profiles and risk factors assesment, histopathologic examination, HPV DNA tests, immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining for survivin expression were performed on all samples. Data was analyzed with bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Multivariate analysis revealed significant risk factors for developing precancerous cervical lesions are age <41 years, women with ${\geq}2$ sexual partners, course of education ${\geq}13$ years, use of oral contraceptives, positive high-risk HPV DNA, and high survivin expression by ICC or IHC staining. These factors were fit to a prediction model and we obtained a scoring system to predict the progressivity of CIN lesions. Conclusions: Determination of survivin expression by immunocytochemistry staining, along with other significant risk factors, can be used in a scoring system to predict the progressivity of CIN lesions. Application of this scoring system may be beneficial in determining the action of therapy towards the patient.

중학교 가정과 교육내용의 중요성에 관한 연구 -전북지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Importance of Contents in Middle-School Home-Economics)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the important contents from teachers’, parents’and students’view points based on the sixth Home Economics textbook contents, to apply these results at school settings and to provide the materials as a basis for the next curriculum revision. Subjects were 59 teachers, 253 parents, and 389 students from 3 cities and 5 counties in CholaBukDo. A questionnaire which was made by the researcher was used as an instrument for this study. The results are as follows: Of 32 contents on Family life subarea, all the teachers, the parents and the students put the emphasis on sex such as pregnancy, purity, sex-ethics, etc. This result means that middle-school students emphasized the sexual identity formation and this was also a common concern about adolescents in our society. Of 37 contents of Managing home resource and Consumer life subarea, teachers though the environment pollution is an important subject and parents and students thought finding a method to conserve good environment were more important. This result reflects their concern on the environment. Of 49 contents on Dietary life, teachers and parents emphasized “the importance of nutritive elements”which is basic on their dietary life and students were more interested in “adolescence and growth and development among adolescents’nutritional characteristics and problems”which is more related to their current life. Of 40 contents on Clothing life subarea, while teachers put the emphasis on the method how they can buy ready-made clothes, parents and students wanted them to teach what kind of clothes are suitable for themselves. Of 18 contents on Residing life subarea, teachers emphasized the importance of ventilation for adjusting the room environment and students were more interested in the effective use of the residing space. By finding out what kinds of Home-economics contents are important from the view point of teachers, parents and students, this study can be a useful resource for the next curriculum revision and for selecting contents of a new-coming text book. However, restricted sampling must be considered and further studies which cover the whole area might be needed.

간호정보조사지 개선을 위한 연구 (A study for innovation of Adult nursing assessment tool)

  • This study tried to suggest the basic materials that can be efficiently applied in clinical cases by understanding problems through a content analysis of an adult nursing assessment tool and opinion agreement about nurse's practical usage presently used in the hospital. The study was carried out in 36 attached hospitals in nationwide universities from May to December, 1999, the two hundred and twenty five reports were for analysis. The contents of the collected nursing assessment tool were analyzed. It was found that the tool had been used with various names and content and there were instances of partial omission of a number of items, such as documentation and time records. Other results revealed that they mostly had a systematic classification of items, formation of details a form of a check list, and the effect of saving time. In spite of the adult nursing assessment tool, it was suggested that its style be subdivided according to the specialized of a department and that standardized style be amended and supplemented. The respondents also answered that there had to be education about continuous and sufficient health assessment skills on the physical examination record. The most frequently suggested items to be added were: past history, marital status, patient and caregiver's address and telephone number. It was found that a patient's education career, economic status, religion, hygienic practice, sexual life and hobby were the most frequently omitted items on record. The reason given wes because the items were associated with his/her privacy. These results highlight the importance of analyzing the content with an complete data collection, supplying basic content for a more accurate nursing record, computerization, sharing information and standardization of the form.

보육교사의 사회인구학적 변인에 따른 직무환경의 인식 차이 (The Difference of Child-Care Teachers' Perception on the Working Environment by Social and Demographic Characteristics)

  • This study aims to analyze teachers job satisfaction according to the working environment of teachers working in child-care centers and to investigate which variables of the working environment relate to job satisfaction of child-care teachers. The main results of this study were as follows. First, married teachers are more satisfied with the job itself, supervision, and colleague relations compared to teachers who are not married. Teachers with certificates are more satisfied with the job itself compared to teachers without certificates. Second, teachers's job satisfaction is significantly correlated with their salary, welfare, and colleague relations. Also teachers' job satisfaction is correlated with responsibility in the case that teachers have a good relation with their principal and child-care parents. Third, the results of this study show that teachers consider substitute teachers, vacation systems, day care systems, compliant with the ratio of teacher and children, job security, order of legal status as important. With regard to external compensation, teachers want salary increase, payment on overtime labor, flexible work-time, use of both full-time and part-time teachers, expansion of educational materials, increase on purchasing cost for textbooks and materials. To improve the quality of child-care teachers' working environment as well as their satisfaction, practical policies need to be implemented.

성교육이 국민학생의 성지식과 성태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Sex Education on the Primary Schooler's Knowledge and Attitude about Sex)

  • The confusion of the sense of value on sex is increasing because of the rapid change in social-cultural environment. Also due to a rise in the standard of living, the age of adolescence is getting lower, and so the second sexual marks appear to primary schoolers. At this time in the aspect of the education for the whole man, it's very important for primary schoolers to acquire right knowledge and desirable attitude on sex so that can overcome psychological instability caused by physical growth, be responsible for their behaviors and lead happy lives. This study was made to find out the effects of sex education for the primary schoolers' knowledge and attitude about sex. The study was designed as simulated control group pretest-posttest design, which only pretest was practiced to control group and after sex education only posttest was practiced to experimental group. The data was collected for 18 days from March 13, 1995 to March 31, 1995. The subjects of this study were 130 six-graders in a private primary school in seoul. The control group and experimental group were composed of 65 pupils, each. Sex education consisted of lecture and discussion and the materials were this researcher's own made, 'How do I grow? and related OHP film and video. This education was practiced 40 minutes at a time, at intervals of 2-4 days' six times during 3weeks. For sex knowledge tools, 20 item questionaries on the base of related reference books and contents of this study were used. For sex attitude tools, this researcher's own made 13 item questionaries were used which were revised and complemented and laying stress on the reference books. The data was analyzed through pc-SAS program. The homogeneity test in terms of the general characteristics of experimental and control group was analyzed through $x^2$-test and t-test. And the difference in the primary schoolers' score on knowledge and attitude about sex before and after the sex education was analyzed through t-test and ANCOVA. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The result of the homogeneity test in terms of the general characteristics of the experimental and control group showed that there were significant differences in economic standard($x^2$=2.92, P=0.052) and brotherly ties($x^2$=3.78, P=0.052). 2. Hypothesis 'After sex education, the score of primary schoolers' sex knowledge will be higher than before. 'showed statistically significant difference.(t=11.99, P=.0001) Sex education was practiced under control over subjective view of economic standard and brotherly ties which showed significant difference at the homogeneity test in terms of the general characteristics between the two groups. After this education, the results of comparing the score of primary schoolers' sex knowledge also showed significant difference between the two groups. So hypothesis I was supported since primary schoolers to have education showed noticeable results in the sex knowledge score. (F=16.52, P=.0001) 3. Hypothesis 'After sex education, primary schooler's sex attitude score will be higher than before' showed statistically significant(t=5.08, P=.0001) Sex education was practiced, too, under control over subjective view of economic standard and brotherly ties which showed significant difference at the homogeneity test in terms of the general characteristics between the two groups. Bat this time the results of comparing the primary schoolers' sex attitude showed no significant difference between the two groups. So hypothesis II was rejected since for primary schoolers to have sex education showed no noticeable results in sex attitude score. (F=3.52, P=.0628) These results of the study show that sex education gives affirmative change to the primary schooler's sex knowledge, bat short periods' sex education doesn't give any change to the sex attitude. For the establishment of the pupils' desirable sex attitude, systematic and concrete sex education fit for the pupils' developing stage should be practiced over a long period of time.

아동학대 신고의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색: 학대유형과 성별의 상호작용, 아동학대 신고에 대한 해석수준 (Factors Affecting Intentions of Reporting Child Abuse: The Interaction between Type of Abuse, Sex, and Construal-level)

  • 본 연구는 매년 발생 건수가 증가하고 있는 아동학대 신고를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 탐색하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 아동학대 네 가지 유형별(신체 vs. 방임 vs. 성 vs. 정서)로 4개 씩 총 16개의 아동학대 사례를 구성한 후, 각 유형별로 아동학대라고 지각하는 수준이 다른지를 확인하였다. 이어서 아동학대 유형별(신체 vs. 방임 vs. 성 vs. 정서), 성별(남 vs. 여), 그리고 아동학대 신고에 대한 해석수준(저 수준 vs. 고 수준)이 아동학대 신고의도에 미치는 효과도 검증해 보았다. 결과적으로 참가자들은 아동학대의 모든 유형을 아동학대라고 지각하였음에도 불구하고, 아동학대 신고의도에서는 요인별로 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로 신체적 학대와 방임에 대한 아동학대 신고의도는 남녀간 차이가 없었지만, 성적 학대와 정서적 학대에서는 여성의 신고의도가 남성의 신고의도보다 강했다. 또한 아동학대 신고를 왜 해야 하는지와 관련된 고수준 해석을 할 때보다 아동학대를 어떻게 해야 하는지와 관련된 저수준 해석을 할 때가 아동학대 신고의도가 강했다. 본 연구는 성별에 따라 강조점이 다른 아동학대 교육 콘텐츠 및 홍보물 제작, 아동학대 신고에 대한 저수준 해석을 적용한 교육에 시사점을 준다.

폐기물 매립지 바닥층의 고화토 포설시 동결/융해 현상에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Freeze and Thaw for the Stabilized Soil Bottom Liners in the Landfill)

  • 본 연구에서는 바닥층을 점토포설의 대안으로 기존의 원지반 해성점토에 시멘트와 벤토나이트 및 고화재를 혼합한 새로운 고화처리토를 이용하여 안전하고 경제적이며 효율적인 매립지 바닥층을 조성하고자 한다. 그러나 매립지 바닥층의 시공에 있어서 고화처리토를 이용한 표층고화 처리층을 바닥층의 재료로서 사용하는데 토목역학적인 안전성에 대한 기술적 자료가 전무한 실정이다. 특히 고화처리토를 포설한 후 겨울철 동상에 대한 연구문헌 및 사례는 국내, 외를 막론하고 쉽게 찾아볼 수 없었다. 따라서 본 조사연구를 통하여 기초적인 자료를 수집하고 겨울철 조건하에 고화처리층의 동결/융해 현상에 대한 바닥층의 안전성 및 동상현상을 검토하여 설계 및 시공에 반영될 수 있도록 하였다.$^4),6),21),25)$ 또한 본 연구에서는 폐기물매립지 바닥층의 포설에 가장 중요한 실패 원인중 하나인 동절기에 동상에 따른 고화처리층의 동결/융해 현상에 대한 연구를 실시하여 향후 해안폐기물매립지 건설에 기술적으로 이바지 하고자 한다. 고화처리층은 지지력을 목적으로 하는45 cm의 고화토층과 차수를 목적으로 하는30 cm의 불투수층의 $P_A와\; P_B$층으로 구성되었으며 고화처리층 하부에는 30 cm의 지하수 배제층, 상부에는 60 cm의 침출수 집배수층으로 설계되었다. 결과적으로 동결깊이는 동일한 조건에서 인공강우를 고려한 실험에서 동결깊이가 증가하였으며 동상현상은 수mm정도 증가하였고 국부적으로 표면균열이 발생하였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 매립지 바닥층의 설계에서 고화처리토를 사용한 바닥층이 점토층으로 구성된 설계보다 더욱 신뢰할 수 있다고 생각할 수 있다. (이송 외 2인, 1999; 이송 외 3인, 1999)e experimental group who was exposed to the A-V media produced by the author showed the higher score of androgyny sexual role identity than the control group who didn′t watch the A-V program. 2) The experimental group showed the higher rate of the androgyny than the control group, On the other hand, their rate of the masculinity turned out to be lower than the latter group. 3) The experimental group didn′t show the difference of SAS score from the control group .In conclusion, "Our sexuality is Healthful" A-V program for sexual education brought about the significant change of sexual role identity of the middle school boys, but didn′t affect their attitude toward sexual activity.ypothesis 4: The 4th hypothesis that "There will be significant difference of the pulse rate just before surgery in the experimental group and control group"was supported(P= .004).
