The renewed global interest in nuclear power has arisen from the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to provide sufficient electricity for a growing global population. Many countries with nuclear power plants (NPPs) are still implementing license extensions of 10~20 years, and even consideration is being given to the concept of life-beyond-60, a further period of license extension from 60 to 80 years. To solve the materials aging problem is integral to its success. A foundation for effective aging management of nuclear power plants is that aging is properly taken into account at each stage of a plant's lifetime, i.e. in design, manufacture, construction and operation including long term operation and decommissioning. To evaluate the plant aging phenomena, a lot of background information such as materials and environment of the parts of the reactor and plant systems is needed by the experts. Information on degradation mechanisms is also used. In this paper, a regulation on the integrated materials aging management for nuclear facilities is proposed. The proposed regulation identifies key elements of effective aging management for nuclear power plants and provides the requirements on aging management for nuclear facilities throughout all stages of the lifetime of the plant.

In this study, the results of PBDEs and HBCDs of the products and waste that contain BFRs such as domestic electronic products, automobiles and textile products were compared with international management standards, and their excess rates were calculated. Deca-BDE was detected among the PBDEs in TV rear cover plastics, car seats, automotive interior plastics, and automobile shredding residues of products and waste containing BFRs. The comparison with Basel Convention management standards (1,000 mg/kg) for PBDE-containing wastes (4 types in total) shows that the excess rate of all samples was less than 1.5%. The estimated excess rate compared to the EU and Basel convention management standards (1,000 mg/kg) for PBDEs (4 species + deca-BDE) and TV rear cover plastics was 37.5% (30 of 80 samples exceeded the standards). The estimated excess rate compared to the Basel convention management standards (1,000 mg/kg) for HBCD, building materials products and waste was 15.7% (17 of 108 samples exceeded the standards). In the case of PBDEs, it is necessary to remove only the rear cover of CRT TV among the electric and electronic products and treat it in the flame retardant treatment facility to improve the recycling collection system. In the case of HBCD, it is necessary to appropriately dispose of the recycled materials, heat insulation materials, TV plastics, and styrofoam in marine fishery among construction materials and restrict the use as recycled raw materials.

Controlling food materials, is getting more significant in hotel management nowadays as the selling of food beverage continue to rise. F&B managers have been required to have new management of the food materials by a fierce competition, an increase in cost, the shortened span of product life and customer's demand that is becoming more various and sophisticated since Korea was placed under the influence of IMF. I'm going to analyze the factors that cause waste and loss through a series of the process to purchase inspect, store food materials, make a product with that materials and sell the product in order to make more profits by making the circulation of the food materials easier and more efficiently. I studied how 3 chain hotels of A group purchase, store the food materials and control stock. I made up questionnaires about the circulation and control of food materials to 107 cooks in order to know what the cooks who are working at the hotel regard as a real problem and a practical solution. This research indicates that purchasing, producing and selling departments don't establish the mutual connection, a professional purchasing manager is strongly needed and there is difficulty in predicting the proper timing to supply. Also the research shows that A hotel group controls the food materials by analyzing the amount of consumption, stock, setting up the period of validity and uses slowly moving food materials in stock mainly by introducing the menu that aims at four seasons. As a result, the research suggests that we should introduce the concept of food producing factory, as it were, Central Kitchen that is based on the network among various kitchens to improve the flow of the food materials.

Currently, many forest residues have been generated by the National Forest Management Operation. Unfortunately, most of the forest residues are supposed to be used as raw materials for burning fuels like wood pellets. Even though the forest biomass must be effectively used for making high value-added products, they may be subject to disposable raw materials for wood pellets. Wood pellets are regarded as burning fuels with less contribution to the decrease in carbon gas emission, compared to raw materials for kraft pulps. In this study, we studied whether or not forest biomass mixed with various ages and, species could be used as raw materials for kraft pulps.

For effective light harvesting, a design weighting should be implemented in a front geometry, in which the incident light transmits from a surface into a light-active layer. We designed a three-dimensionally patterned transparent conductor layer for effective light management. A transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film was formed as three-dimensional structures. This efficiently drives the incident light at the front surface into a Si absorber to yield a reduction in reflection and an enhancement of current. This indicates that an optimum architecture for a front TCO surface will provide an effective way for light management in solar cells.

본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 자료 중 특히 비디오/오디오 자료를 디지털화하여 웹상에서 서비스할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해, VOD/AOD 시스템 구축기술, 국내외 방송국 및 정보자료실들의 비디오, 오디오 자료 관리 현황을 조사하고, 이러한 자료들을 인터네상에서 효과적으로 서비스할 수 있는 VOD/AOD 시스템을 구축하였다.

교육인적자원부(2004)의 이러닝 학습체제 구축을 위한 실태 및 요구조사에 따르면 교수 학습 자료의 질에 대한 심각한 문제가 제기되고 있다(총 4717명 중 1775명 (37.68%) 이 현재 교수 학습 자료의 질적인 문제가 심각하다고 응답하였다). 뿐만 아니라 한국교육과정평가원의 연구(2002)에 따르면 웹 사이트, 기관 소장 자료, 그리고 교사 개인이 서비스하는 자료들 7만 건 중 약 8.7%에 해당하는 자료만이 우수 자료로 평가되었다. 현재 유통 보급되는 교수 학습 자료에 대한 질 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있으나 이를 뒷받침하는 구체적인 정책적 대안이 제시되고 있지 못한 실정이다. 즉, 체계적으로 교수 학습 자료에 대한 내용적인 질 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템이 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 기존 혹은 신규 교수 학습 자료에 대해 내용적 질 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고 적용하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 개발된 교수 학습자료 질 관리 시스템은 16개 시 도를 포함하여 국가 수준의 질 관리 체제 수립을 위한 기초가 될 수 있으며, 뿐만 아니라 교수 학습 자료에 대한 실질적인 질 관리가 이루질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study designed a model of the efficient production schemes and raw materials transportation optimization of current South Korean's simple and monolithic distribution system of wood to build a SCM (supply chain management) as a basic level to establish a distribution of future by pellet production of raw materials costs and reduce transport costs, and specifically to forest of pallet to contribute to revitalizing the market. The result of each transportation costs after building the best transportation network from raw material supply area to demand area applying transport law was 964,600 thousands Won from 6 supply areas to 7 demand areas. And the result of each model's analysis to get the pellet's efficient production through production cost reduction showed that it reduced from 325,701 Won/t to 240,106 Won/t, results of existing efficient pellet for the production model 8,233 tons over 20,000 tons annual production capacity from the size of the expanded production capacity when the expansion. However, when the production size expanded to 50,000 Tons of the production, the effect was very small even though production cost decreased.

본 연구의 목적은 음악자료 중 1차자료로서 모든 음악활동의 기초가 되는 악보자료의 활용을 위한 효율적인 관리의 기초를 마련하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 악보자료에 대해 문헌연구를 통해 악보자료 관리에 대하여 선정 및 수집 조직 이용서비스에 대한 제반사항을 고찰하였다. 그리고 이를 기초로 현재 대전 충남지역 대학도서관의 악보자료 관리현황에 대해 조사한 후, 현재 악보자료 관리의 문제점을 파악하고 이후의 효율적인 관리를 위한 과제를 제시하였다.

Most of chemical plant are using toxic and dangerous materials, inflammable and poisonous. There are many accidental dangers by escaping of fire, explosive and poisonous materials in case of high temperature and pressure. The accidents lead to taking employer's and local people's life and environmental contamination. Therefore, 27 small-medium chemical plant, which size is 30 ∼ 200 employees out of safety management agent ill the area of A was selected in this study. The problems of safety management and several countermeasures at the chemical plants was indicated through the analyzed data. Prior to this analysis, top managers' concerns, equipment maintenance for the safety management are needed. For the future, calamity prevention countermeasures by industrial disaster analysis are needed and active safety management programs are investigated for the industrial disaster prevention and productivity enhancement at the chemical plant.
