고연색 CCFL을 이용한 TFT-LCD 색재현율의 향상 (The Improvement of color reproduction ratio used to CCFL with high color rendering characteristic in TFT-LCD)

  • At present, characteristic of high color reproduction for LCD TV is needed in Display market according to start mass production of LCD TV. Therefore development target for LCD is focused on improvement of color reproduction. The improving methods of high color reproduction are alteration of color Filter or Red, Green, Blue phosphor alteration of CCFL. But decrease of luminance and panel transmittance is caused by alteration of Color Filter. Accordingly, we completed LCD with high color reproduction by the most suitable emission spectrum of CCFL phosphor at panel with conventional color filter. In this experiment, we knew that LCD applied to CCFL with high color rendering characteristic had color reproduction range of 81% compared with NTSC in CIE color coordinate. According to increase of intensity peak and alteration of Red, Green, Blue phosphor spectrum, we made LCD with high color reproduction characteristic. In conclusion we achieved improvement of color reproduction ratio by alteration of CCFL phosphor without changing color filter.

  • In this paper, stability of ultra precision cutting unit is analyzed and this unit is the kernel unit in ultra precision processing machine. According to alteration of shape and material about hinge, stability investigation is performed Through this stability investigation, trial and error is reduced in design and manufacture, at the same time, we are accumulated foundation data for unit control.

  • From the results of the CIA analysis (A-CN-K and A-CNK-FM ternary diagram), we concluded that granitic grus experienced low chemical alteration and contains plenty of sandy material The chemical alteration of Geochang and Gajo Basin advanced further than that of Yeongju-Bonghwa basin, but does not come to spatial differentiation as Chuncheon Basin. The weathered mantles of inner hills in the basin exhibit very weak alteration, and there is little spatial differentiation of chemical alteration between footslope of mountains, footslope hills. Most of hills are still in incipient weathering stage and have plenty of sandy materials. Therefore the chemical characteristics of granitic hills in Geochang and Gajo basin show that granitic weathered mantles are not saprolite formed by alteration but may be just grus (sandy weathered mantles).

  • 벤토나이트는 고준위방사성폐기물 심층처분 시스템 내 완충재 후보물질로서 고려되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트-벤토나이트의 상호작용 연구에 관한 문헌을 검토하여, 시멘트-벤토나이트 상호작용이 벤토나이트 변질 및 장기 안정성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 시멘트 물질과 지하수 상호작용에 의해 생성되는 강염기성 유체에 의한 벤토나이트의 주요 변질작용은 양이온 교환, 몬모릴로나이트 용해, 2차 광물 침전, 일라이트화 등이다. 처분장 인근 암반 단열을 통해 유입된 지하수와 처분장 건설에 사용된 시멘트 물질이 접촉하여 생성된 강염기성의 침출수가 벤토나이트와 반응하면 벤토나이트의 주구성광물인 몬모릴로나이트와 부구성광물의 용해가 발생하고, 제올라이트, 규산칼슘수화물, 방해석 등의 2차 광물의 침전이 일어난다. 몬모릴로나이트가 지속적으로 용해되면 벤토나이트의 물리화학적 특성이 변할 수 있고, 이는 궁극적으로 흡착능, 팽윤능, 투수성 등 완충재로서의 벤토나이트 성능 변화를 초래할 수 있다. 또한, 벤토나이트의 변질은 온도, 반응 기간, 압력, 공극수의 조성, 벤토나이트 구성광물, 몬모릴로나이트 화학조성, 층간 양이온 종류 등의 다양한 요인에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 고준위방사성폐기물 심층처분 시스템 내 완충재의 장기 안정성 검증 연구를 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있다.

  • To provide more safe road and better travelling service for Expressway customer, we minimize settlement of bridge backfill and properly repair the occurred settlement. So, we devide this study to two parts one is construction part and the other is management part, in construction part we remove settlement occuring elements and in management part we grasp proper repair time, and then we produce general settlement management program. In construction part, for the purpose of developing construction method of reducing settlement, we developed construction method models and they are composed of abutment back section alteration and backfill material alteration by literature reviews and site investigation of backfill settlement. And then, we carried out laboratory model test and full size field test of some developed models.

Prediction of shiver differentiation by the form alteration on the stable condition

  • Movement technique is comprised of the movement status of the circulation differentiation rate (CDR) and rotation differentiation rate (RDR) on the shiver movement form. Condition of the differentiation rate by the shiver movement form is to be modified the teetering movement system. As to fix the movement of signal on the material of body, we compared a shiver value of the circulation differentiation rate on the circulation state. The concept of rotation differentiation rate was identified the reference of rotation differentiation signal and rotation differentiation signal by the rotation state. For detecting a alteration of the CDR-RDR of the maximum and average in terms of the movement form, and shiver movement value that was a shiver value of the top alteration of the Top-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $12.80{\pm}1.27units$, that was a shiver value of the peripheral alteration of the Per-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $4.38{\pm}1.15units$, that was a shiver value of the limbus alteration of the Lim-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $1.65{\pm}0.25units$, that was a shiver value of the center alteration of the Cen-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $0.25{\pm}0.01units$. The teetering movement will be to assess at the ability of the movement form for the control degree of differentiation rate on the CDR-RDR that was shown the circulation and rotation form by the differentiation rate system. Teetering differentiation system was modified of a form by the special movement and was included a shiver data of teetering movement rate.

But High color reproduction phosphor is short life time as compared with conventional phosphor. In this experiment, by using split the Red, Green, Blue CCFL with high color reproduction phosphor instead of conventional high color reproduction CCFL. We knew that the high color reproduction RGB split CCFL BLU has same spectrum data and chromaticity, but has long life time as manufacturing RGB split CCFL and reduce chromaticity shift following long time discharge as compared with conventional high color reproduction CCFL.
