  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to establish a more sophisticated master plan so that the direction of master plan study can be sustained in the mid to long term. Methods:: Compare and analyze the differences between the master plan and the design to identify causes and problems. First, after establishing the master plan, compare the expansion area, net area per bed, and service area with the design drawing of the first project to determine the degree of recovery to the level required by the recent medical environment. Second, the possibility of responding to future internal changes is reviewed by comparing and analyzing the arrangement and connection method of extension buildings. Third, comparing the difference between the project following the first project and the phased of masterplan. Results: The first one is that continuous participation of person or group with high understanding of the master plan. Second, establishing a master plan and proceeding with the project through the determination of the correct business budget. Third, a specific area of the mechanical and electrical room suitable for the size and purpose of the hospital should be presented, and research on the arrangement method should be conducted. Finally, the feasibility of the hospital's own plan for securing parking facilities should be accurately investigated. Implications: It is important for the hospital to recover from the past to the present and respond to the future that the direction of the master plan continues after the establishment.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the inner space of detached houses from 1980 to 2016. It was used 'space syntax program' for analysis and analyzed with intervals of 10 years as 1980~1990, 1990~2000 and so on. The research results will be summarized as follows: 1) Overall, all inner space that was examined shows a trend that integration space tends to increase while segregating space tends to decrease. 2) In the case of the master bedrooms(M B) in 1980s, these were composed of 2 rooms as a front room(F R) and a master bedroom type, but as time went by, the F R which was attached room to the M B disappeared. While inside space of M B attached powder-room and wardrobe instead of the F R of the M B. And F R was an integrated space at first in 1980s, but it began to change to a segregating space to protect personal privacy. 3) The dining(D) and kitchen(K) spaces were strictly separated in the 1980s but began to change to D+K and L+D+K types after 1990. 4) In the 2000s, the most typical living space in every house is continuing to change from an separate space in the other space to an integrated space where it is clearly seen from the kitchen and the dining room in the types as L+D and L+D+K.

  • In this study, a wire/wireless communication system transmitting the operation data of engine from the ER (Engine Room) to the engine controller of ECR(Engine Control Room) has been developed through the communication of ISM(Industrial Science Medical) Band for the test operation environment improvement of medium speed engine. This wire/wireless communication system is composed of the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) gathering and transmitting engine data as well as the MCU (Master Control Unit) receiving engine status information from the RTU to be sent to the engine controller (PLC). Through this study, a trial product of RTU and MCU has been manufactured. A test bench that has made temperature, pressure and pick-up sensor into a module for the local test of prototype was produced a test bench. In addition, at the same time save the data to a Web server and the smart phone real-time monitoring system has been developed using Wi-Fi communications. The ultimate objective of this study is to develop a wireless smart phone monitoring system of engine for the operator of engine to be able to monitor and control engine status even from the outside of engine room and control room based on this study.

This study is focused on the open air contact sides for a tower type Super-High-Rise-Residence. A tower type Super-High-Rise-Residence which has open air contacts from 1 to 3.5 sides differed in spatial characteristics of the unit plan for other apartment units. The current study analyzed 188 unit plans for the size of 40 pyong or larger in Seoul and the metropolitan areas which have been built since 1990. Open air contact side was classified as under 2 sides, 2 sides, and over 2 sides. The unit plan which belong to each open air contact side was Investigated according to the location of public area, the relationship between livingroom and master bedroom, and a method of entry to the master bedroom. The results of this study are as follow: According to increase open air contact sides is changed the location of public area in unit plan from an typical arrangement to various arrangement. • This study intends to examine the changes found in the unit floor plans of the apartments built in Beijing from 1979 to 2018. For the 3 - bedroom type apartments, 40 unit floor plans were collected, and the changes of integration values of each space were analyzed periodically in four phases. The unit floor plans are analyzed in the context of the Space Syntax Model and compared to the lifestyle and societal changes in China. The results of the study indicate the followings: As time went by, the living room and the dining room were separated from each other with the increasing area of the apartment unit floor plans. The function of the integrated living room was dispersed, and the integration of the living room and the dining room decreased with the change of time. In the third phase, the dining room occupied the center of the unit floor plans with the highest integration value; Chinese people prefer to place the kitchen in the relatively deep place in order to prevent oil and smoke caused by their cooking habits like stir-fry; The privacy of the master bedroom has been strengthened.
