This study aimed to present a policy direction that could preemptively respond to urban development by analyzing past trends and predicting future changes in urban logistics in South Korea. In particular, the scope of the study was centered on changes in the national and regional logistics master plans presented in a framework that acted on logistics policy. So, the study examined the policy changes related to urban logistics from the past to the present based on the national logistics master plan and identified a national policy base to respond to the expected changes in the logistics environment in the future. Moreover, by combining this base with the contents of the urban logistics master plan of Seoul, we proposed a logistics policy that should be continued or newly added to the urban logistics master plan. Policy proposals were also presented by dividing the future logistics environment changes into policy, social, and technological changes. In particular, the policies were proposed in urban planning (10 policies), transportation planning and ITS (8 policies), logistics technology and ITS (6 policies), and laws and systems (8 policies). Regarding policy continuity, 15 policies needed to be continued, and 17 policies were to be introduced later.

The purpose of this study is to propose a way of making the master's space of the apartment suitable for new housing need. This study is to research the typology of master's space which is one of the major component of apartment plan. And also transition of the typology and size of master's space were analyzed. The 895 examples of unit floor plan were selected and classified according to the net area. The object of this study is the apartment plan which were constructed in Seoul, Il-san and Bun-dang and whose area is above 100 ㎡. Through this analysis and research, this study is to provide the basic data for actual design process and to suggest future trends of apartment houses.

제3차 전력수급기본계획(산업자원부, '06.12 공고)확정 고시 후 한전에서는' 07.1월 장기 송변전설비계획(2006년${\sim}$2020년)을 수립하여 시행중에 있다. 이와 별도로 한전에서는 전력수요 포화 시점(2030년)에 전력계통 구성의 최종목표를 제시 하고자 장기 송변전설비 Master Plan을 수립하였다. 본 논문에서는 전력수요 포화 시점에 대비한 Master Plan 수립방향, 수립결과 분석, 기술적 문제점 및 대책(과도안정도, 고장전류)에 대해 개략적으로 설명하였다. 본 수립내용을 토대로 설비확충 계획 뿐만 아니라 정비계획을 종합한 기존설비 개선.정비 방안을 시행할 예정이다.

In this paper, a study was conducted on the method of establishing the master plan standard for rational decision-making about utility tunnel construction in the existing urban. In the previous study, the optimal route was selected by the feasibility assessment. However, in order to increase the objectivity of the installation conditions of the utility tunnel in the master plan standard, comprehensive evaluation of the results by feasibility and economics analysis calculates the overall ranking for all sections analyzed. In addition, based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation, a method for establishing a mid·long term investment plan was introduced after reviewing the project to be conducted in the region. Additionally, in order to review the establishment of the standard suggested in the paper, an analysis was conducted by applying the master plan procedure to the northwestern urban zone of seoul.

The purpose of this study is to consider the idea and the background of the establishment of master plans for parks and green spaces of metropolis in Japan, China and Korea after a careful comparative review of layout planning of green areas, plan objectives, future images and main measures. The method of study is the analysis of the control and plans in these three countries. The study reveals the characteristic of each plan as follows: 1) the conservation and revitalization of the shape of land and the river system in Tokyo; 2) the materialization of ideal green spaces in Beijing, the combination of the ring green and the radial layout of parks and green spaces; 3) the combination of cruciform greenery and the utilized existing public open spaces in Seoul. The result also shows that these cities have the different development of projects but face the common challenges.

The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

This study carried out to establish a master plan about healing forest in Gangwon-do focusing on healing road and visitor center. The site of this study was approximately 721 ha of mountain in Imgye-myeon, Gangwon-do, and the master plan was established through analysis of humanities-social and natural environments. The healing forest was developed 6 healing trails(10.5 km), devided by 3 steps, and each healing trail was designed to make rest area, wooden bridge, and open space. Also, visitor center, the core place of healing forest, was devided to several spaces as health measurement room, AV room, etc. and was planed for audio-visual education room for visitors.

One of the biggest problems found from the results of the various GIS-related projects which have been fulfilled by many local self-governing bodies is as follows. Many GIS projects have been undertaken without the proper review on National Standards on GIS, the information master plans for the development of the municipalities, and the GIS master plans which should be followed by the former ones with the relatively detailed implementation planning. Because these projects were to be done at most with little considerations of the formerly mentioned materials such as vision, goals, strategies, and the implementation planning, it is quite doubtful that a GIS project could play a proper role as an element in the integrated information system. As an effort to solve this problem, this paper first analyzes the types of the GIS projects done by many municipalities, proposes a recommended procedure for a life cycle of a GIS project and for a GIS master plan based on the information master plan for a municipality.

The purposes of this study are both to identify suggestions regarding the evaluation framework of construction policy performance based on the analysis of the 4th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology and to provide recommendations that can be used for developing the 5th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology. In order to achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to construction industry-related professionals and makes them evaluate the performance of the 4th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology by performance index appropriacy, measurement appropriacy, and target level. In addition, comprehensive literature review was implemented to extract important points, which are related to policy evaluation, that can be considered factors in developing the 5th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology.

In this paper, we propose a master planning framework for the development of u-City export model. The framework consists of a general plan, a construction plan, an operation plan and an evaluation plan for the successful penetration of u-City overseas market, respectively. In order to derive those planning elements, governmental policies and related literature for u-City export is thoroughly reviewed. The framework is applied to a project which develops an u-City export model. This study will contribute to the realization of such governmental policies for the revitalization of u-City export as well as the activation of u-City export by the private sector.
