Histological Comparison Study with Primo Node and Immature Liver Tissue on Liver Surface in Rat (흰쥐의 간 장기 표면에서 관찰되는 프리모 노드와 미성숙 간조직과의 조직학적 비교연구)

  • 목적 : 프리모 모드와 미성숙 간조직에 대한 조직학적 특성을 비교하고자 하였다. 방법 : 흰쥐에서 간절제한 후, 간장기 표면에서 관찰되는 프리모 모드와 그와 유사한 미성숙 간조직을 H&E, Oil red O, Masson trichrome and van Gieson 염색방법을 통해서 비교 연구하였다. 결과 : 상기 실험 연구를 진행한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조직의 일반적인 특징을 관찰할 수 있는 H&E 염색결과, 프리모 노드에서는 많은 수의 조그마한 동(sinus)이 관찰되었고 적혈구나 영양을 공급하는 혈관의 분포는 관찰되지 않았다. 이와 반대로 미성숙 간조직에서는 동이 관찰되지 않았으며 혈관의 분포와 적혈구가 관찰되었다. 2. 양 조직의 지방성분의 유무를 관찰하기 위한 Oil red O 염색결과, 프리모 노드에서는 지방성분이 관찰되지 않았으나 미성숙 간조직에서는 관찰되었다. 3. 양 조직의 콜라겐성분의 유무를 관찰하기 위한 Masson trichrome and van Gieson 염색결과, 프리모 노드에서는 약간의 콜라겐 성분이 관찰되었으나 elastic 성분은 관찰되지 않았으며, 미성숙 간조직에서는 콜라겐 성분과 elastic 성분이 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 상기 결과는 프리모 노드와 간조직과는 조직학적 성질이 다른 것으로 사료되며, 특히 콜라겐 성분의 적은 결과는 프리모 노드가 불규칙한 형태를 이루고 있는 이유에 대한 실마리를 제공하였다. 이러한 결과는 프리모 노드의 특성에 대한 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

EFFECT OF AMINOACETONITRILE ON THE DEVELOPING RAT PERIODONTAL MEMBRANE (Aminoacetonitrile이 백서발육치근막에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • It has been studied that aminoacetonitrile was associated with the inhibition of collagen fiber, argyrophilic fiber and oxytalan fiber synthesis. This experiment was performed, by the basic knowledge of above mentioned study, to study on the biological effect of aminoacetonitrile to the developing periodontal ligament in Sprague Dawley rat. twenty two of female rats weighing about 200gm were gestated. In 7 days after gestation, the experimental rats were injected aminoacetonitrile 7 times intraperitoneally. After parturition, delivered fJtuses were divided into 4 groups and each group was sacrificed to 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days after delivery, schematically. All the fetuses were observed on their periodontal ligament by histological and histo chemical methods. To study on the components of periodontal ligament fiber in these experimental study van Gieson, Masson's trichrom, argyrophilic fiber, oxytalan fiber, methyl green pyronin and periodic acid-Shiff staining were performed. Results were as follows; 1) Retardation of functional orientation in periodontal ligament collagen fiber was observed in 1 day fetuses hut this appearance was diminished gradually and recovered in normal condition in 7 days fetuses. 2) Distribution of argyrophilic fiber in 1 day fetuses was oriented delicately and loosely but volume of this fiber was gradually thickened and distributed densely. 3) Oxytalan fiber was oriented dendritic ally and contradictorily in 14 days fetuses but their orientation was changed into oblique form in middle portion of roof and their numbers were increased gradually. 4) Pyronin-philic stain of fibroblast was gradually deepened in 7 days fetuses and this finding also suggested to the depreciation of collagen synthesis in this specimen. 5) PAS positive line was observed continuousely at the portion of cervical to the middle root surface.

Morphological Changes of Uterine and Vaginal Epithelium in Postpartum Korean Native Goats (韓國 在來山羊에 있어서 分娩後 子宮 및 膣上皮細胞의 形態學的 變化)

  • This present study was designed to investigate by light microscope the morphologic changes in the uterine and vaginal epithelium of postpartum Korean native goats. Tissues were obtained for study on days 1, 3, 10 and 21 postpartum. The results obtained in this study were as followed; 1. Light microscopically, the height of the uterine epithelium was gradually decreased with the intervals and secretory profiles of apocrine were observed at between 1 and 10 days postpartum. The frequency of the light and dark cells with Masson's trichrom stain was high at 1 day postpartum an low at 21 days. A few of PAS positive cells were generally observed at 1 day postpartum, while PAS positive cells were not seen at 21 days. Numerous globule leucocytes were found between the epithelium and in the subepithelium at 1 day and thereafter moderate globule leucocytes were also found in the other periods. The intraepithelial vacuoles with crystalline structure appeared at 10 days postpartum. 2. The height of the vaginal mucosa was gradually decreased with the intervals but the highest layer was found at 3 days postpartum. The frequency of the mast cells was increased with times. At 3 and 10 days postpartum the shape of the surface-epithelium was cuboidal and the vacuolation of the epithelium was observed at 10 and 21 days.
