생활주기(life cycle)에 따른 소비성향 및 주거관련 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Propensity to Consume and Housing Characteristics According to Life Cycle)

  • This study aims to identify the propensity to consume and housing characteristics according to life cycle as the main independent variable. It also tries to understand the consumption power and housing style of each cycle and analyze whether there are differences between each life cycle, ultimately aiming to match the propensity to consume and housing style with each cycle. For empirical analysis, on and off-line surveys of 488 people were collected and analyzed by cross analysis, factor analysis and analysis of variance. The prime research findings are as follows: First of all, factor analysis on propensity to consume showed four main sub-factors as rational consumption, conspicuous consumption, trend consumption, and status consumption. Secondly, current and preferred housing styles ranked from modern, natural, casual, classic and romantic, which proved that people are currently housed in preferred housing styles. Thirdly, in case of housing-related characteristics of life cycles, the size of the house increased as the levels progressed, and then decreased at level 6 when the children grew into adulthood. The majority of the population was paying a monthly rent, a few were leasing, and a very few owned their housing. 58% were living in apartments, but in levels 1-2, more were living in row houses and high-rise residential buildings, while in level 6 it was detached houses. Fourthly, the propensity to consume according to life cycle tended to shift from conspicuous and trend-based consumption to rational consumption as the cycles progressed. Fifthly, the preferred housing styles were modern and natural styles, regardless of life cycle. These study results can be applied to product development and marketing activities based on their accurate analysis of customers' needs, which can thus bring further customer satisfaction.

경영혁신형 중.소 제조기업 선정 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selecting Model for Small and Medium Management Innovative Manufacturers)

  • 본 연구는 정부가 경영혁신형 중소기업 선정에 사용되는 모형을 찾는 것을 첫 번째 목표로 삼고, 그 결과를 이용하여 현재의 선정 지표의 가중치 개선의 방향은 무엇인가를 찾는 것을 부차적 목적으로 삼았으며, 먼저, 경영혁신형 중소기업 선정에 사용되는 원래의 지표 변수(10개)를 독립요인으로 변환하여 본 결과 3개의 지표가 통계적 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 비교한 3가지 선정 모델은 원 변수 사용모형, 9개 독립 요인모형, 7개 독립 요인모형 이다. 3개의 모형 중에서 7개의 독립 요인으로 추정한 모형의 설명력이 다른 2개의 모형보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 기존 선정 지표의 가중치 개선도 이를 반영한 방향으로 개선된다면 모형의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 본다. 7개의 독립 요인으로 추정한 모형을 다시 원래의 10개 변수의 영향력으로 복원하여 그 설명력을 최초의 변수들과 비교한 결과 조직프로세스, 마케팅관리, 관리프로세스, 생산설비 현황, 예측수준 등이 실제 선정 시에는 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 혁신전략, 지식정보관리, 성과수준, 운영수준 등은 실제 측정되는 지표상의 가중치에 비하여 영향력이 적은 것으로 나타났다.

인도네시아인의 한국 국가 이미지와 패션 제품 평가가 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Indonesian's Korean National Image and Product Evaluation on Purchase Intension of Korean Fashion Product)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Indonesian's Korean national image and product evaluation on purchase intension of Korean fashion products. The survey was carried out on November, 2014 through online. And the subjects of this study were living in Indonesia. The results of this study were as follows. First, in Indonesia customers showed favorable attitudes towards Korean national image and the assessment of Korean fashion products. Also their purchase intension of products was comparatively high. The customers who purchased more Korean fashion products were more likely to have high purchase intension of them. Second, among the three factors of Korean national image, the advancement and national character had positive influence on the intrinsic attributes of Korean fashion products. Also, the product competitiveness and national character had positive effect on the extrinsic attributes. Third, the product competitiveness and extrinsic attributes had positive influence on the purchase intension on them. In conclusion, Korean national image affects evaluation and purchase intension of Korean fashion products. It is necessary to improve Korea national image within Indonesia fashion market. And it will be a good way of marketing to promote product power of Korea fashion product to Indonesian.

  • 문화의 흐름은 끊임없이 변화한다. 그러한 문화의 변화는 항상 새로운 세대에 의하여 주도되어져왔다 현재도 우리는 신세대에 의한 새로운 문화의 사조에 접해있다. 그리고 그러한 새로운 문화의 주인공은 다름 아닌 10대에서 20대 중반에 이르는 이 시대의 젊은 계층, 소위 신세대집단(新世代集團)임을 알 수 있다. 이들은 허리끈을 졸라매어 온 지난 세대와는 달리 경제적 풍요 속에서 그들 나름의 독특한 소비중심의 구매 패턴에 익숙해 져온 세대들이므로 기업으로서는 그들의 소비잠재력에 매력을 가지지 않을 수 없다. IMF의 한파가 끝나가고 21세기가 시작된 오늘날 소비시장에 있어서 이제 신세대는 강력한 단일 소비계층의 세력으로 자리잡으면서 점점 더 폭발적이고 파괴적인 구매패턴을 보이고 있다. 이 시점에서 이들의 소비문화와 성향을 조사 연구하는 것은 아무리 강조하여도 지나치지 않을 것이다. 기성 디자이너들은 이들의 성향과 문화적 속성을 면밀히 검토 파악한 바탕 위에 마케팅전략을 세워야 할 것이며, 더불어 이들을 미래의 소비집단으로 계속해서 이끌어 가기 위하여서는 세대가 바뀔 때마다 새로이 진압되는 신세대들의 문화의 속성이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지에 대해 계속적인 관찰을 해 나가야 할 것이다.

  • 앞으로의 커피전문점은 경쟁력을 가진 업체만이 살아남을 것이며, 얼마나 고객들의 요구를 잘 충족하는지가 관건일 것이다. 다양한 고객들은 특징이 있고 개인의 개성을 중요시하고 자신의 가치관을 채워줄 상품과 서비스를 갖고 있는 점포를 선호한다. 따라서 경영자들은 업태와 가격대의 차이는 있어도 점포 컨셉을 명확히 하고 세분화된 고객의 욕구에 부응하는 마케팅 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 일본의 커피전문점 시장의 구조의 실태와 변화를 분석하여 국내 커피전문점 시장의 흐름을 예측하고, 국내 커피 연구의 체계적인 이론적 확립에 필요한 자료를 제공함과 동시에 국내 커피전문점 시장의 구체적인 전략적 방안을 제시하였다. 결과로는 국내 커피관련 선행 연구들은 서비스 품질을 중심으로 한 연구에 집중되어 있음을 파악하였다. 향후 커피전문점 관련 연구는 점포 규모별, 외국 계열과 국내 계열별로 구분하여 이루어져야 하며, 개인 경영 커피전문점과 프랜차이즈 커피전문점과의 비교 연구 등이 필요하겠다.

문화차이가 해외여행 시장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 한·중·미·일 비교를 중심으로 (The Study on the Effect of Cultural Difference on Overseas Travel Market: A Comparison among Korea, China, U.S. and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한 중 미 일 참가자를 대상으로 해외여행과 관련한 오프라인-온라인 설문을 실시 총 707개의 유효한 표본을 수집하고 이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 아시아 국가의 경우, 권력거리와 유인동기간 유의한 인과관계와 전체주의와 추진동기 사이에 유의한 인과 관계가 존재함을 밝혀냈다. 즉, 아시아 국가의 관광 전략은 다양한 이벤트와 볼거리를 제공하고 친목 단체 간 유대를 강화하는 상품을 개발하는 것이 유리한 반면, 미국인의 경우, 과시적 상품보다는 실질적 여행 계획을 통한 개인 맞춤형 상품으로 자기만족을 극대화시키는 것이 더욱 효과적이라는 결론을 내렸다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통한 전형적인 탐색적 분석 방식을 취하여 설문 참가자의 다양한 의견을 제약하는 한계점이 있지만, 홉스테드의 문화차원지수, 동기이론, 고객만족과 재방문 의도에 관한 이론을 활용한 학제적 공헌과 함께 각 국가 간 문화 성향을 동시 비교함으로써 해외여행 상품에 대한 최적의 마케팅 전략을 제시한 실질적 시사점이 있다.

부르디외의 계급이론을 이용한 중년 남성 CEO의 외모관리에서 나타나는 구별짓기 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Distinguishing Characteristics of Middle-aged Male CEO's Appearance Management using Class Theory Bourdieu's)

  • This study investigated the appearance management aspects of middle-aged male CEO's based on Bourdieu's class theory. We conducted in-depth interviews with male CEOs in their 40s and 50s to understand the characteristics of appearance management in terms of economic, cultural and social capital. We found that they acquire educational capital based on their parents' economic capital and form their own cultural capital as adults. They had the characteristics of Petit Brujois, which aimed for a higher class. The characteristics of differentiation based on appearance management identified three results came from solidifying one's class position: clothing management, diversifying and upgrading appearance management, and pursuing their own ideal image. The influence of social network and cultural capital was also observed in appearance management. This study explored the characteristics of discriminatory appearance management through an in-depth study of middle-aged male CEOs as well as contributed to understanding the context of capital and appearance management by applying Bourdieu's class theory. In addition, this study provides basic data that can be referred to a design and marketing direction for the men's clothing market by providing information on male consumers with high purchasing power.

친환경 모바일 홈 사우나 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design Development of Environment-friendly Mobile Home Sauna)

  • The appeal of sauna is caused by the fact that through that, one can feel Korea's unique temperament and culture; however, because of its being a public facility and flooding of businesses due to excessive supplies of various additional features such as washing, playing, eating, sleeping and health care functions, issues of social resources and environment come to the fore, so it has reached a situation of red ocean that it is difficult to enter the market anymore. Taking these into account, this study focused on developing a thermal technology and design of the housing of an environment-friendly mobile home sauna, making the most use of the sauna's fundamental purpose and settling it as a tourist product, analyzing the marketing research on the existing sauna and considering the recent housing trends and lifestyles for a new concept sauna. Thus, regarding its characteristics and utilization, it was designed smaller than $10m^2$ (3 pyeong) so that it would be easy to install in any space and convenient to move. It can be installed in separate buildings and rest spaces such as country houses, resorts, pensions, camping grounds as well as outdoor houses, custom produced for a measure of pyeong that customers want so as to match up with the Enforcement Ordinance of the Agricultural Land Act in a concept of the farmer's hut and kitchen, bathroom and bathroom can be installed inside according to an option. In addition, regarding its efficacy, in order to give environment-friendly healing effects, materials such as Hinoki Cypress, red clay and hardwood charcoal were used, a fixed indoor temperature of $70{\sim}100^{\circ}C$ was maintained by heating methods such as electromagnetic wave free, energy saving and low-power boiler, and it was made to have excellent effects on fatigue recovery, relieving stress, skin care and diet through far-infrared emission.

일본의 계란 판매전략과 특수란 II. 특수란의 생산과 판매대응 (Sales Strategies for Eggs and Special Brand Eggs in Japan II. Structure of Production Market Strategy of Special Brand Eggs)

  • The features of special brand eggs are growing more and more diverse and it is hard to draw a clear distinction between these and ordinary (no-brand) eggs. Special brand eggs range from those with objectively recognizable characteristics to those given only an unsubstantial product image and price differentials are among them great, too. The relation between product features and prices is unclear. Special brand eggs are the commodity whose characteristics are the vaguest of all livestock products. Farm's brand eggs produce a high profitability to producers is they are directly sold to consumers, by, for example, home-delivery service. But if they are sold to supermarkets, etc., producer's (poultry farmer's) income becomes lower by the amount of distributors' margin, reducing the profitability substantially. Thus how to increase the ration of retailing is important for farmers to secure a high profit. The sales strategies of poultry are the combination of two elements, that is, new product development (product differentiation) and creation of new market. But it is difficult for special brand egg producers to develop products with clear characteristics (use value) distinct form ordinary eggs and so these producers depend on the factors of appearance, such as the color of egg shells and package. Special brand eggs manage to keep their marketable value by the combination of the few product features and product image. Thus NB eggs from feed producers have a great market-ability since they can take advantage of the power of patents and TV commercials. However, market differentiation affects profitability much more than product features and price gaps are very wide between directly sold and wholesaled eggs. The producers of special brand eggs have come to the turning point where they have to decide whether they will content with being the subcontractors for NB and PB eggs or they will continue to keep their independence in production and marketing.

  • Automotive pulleys play a key role in driving the cooling pump, oil pump, air-conditioner and so on by using an engine power. Researches on design processes and technologies of the pulleys can be found in many literatures. On the other hand, the areas related to manufacturing processes of the pulleys have been treated negligently. Vast data extracted from various information systems are transformed, integrated, and summarized to become a special database for helping users make a decision. The database, namely the data warehouse has been popularly used in the marketing and customer management of enterprises and recently applied to improve the design and manufacturing processes. In this study the manufacturing process of pulleys were analyzed through the intensive investigation of shop-floors and the interviews with workers and managers. The defects generated during a manufacturing process were categorized in a few types and the causes of defects examined for extracting the dominant parameters in the setup process for producing pulleys. As the first step to construct the data warehouse for the manufacturing processes of pulleys, authors proposed its architecture focused on the reduction of defect rate during the setup process.
