스마트TV 기반 유아 양육 도우미 서비스 위젯 (Infant nurture management guide service widget based on Smart-TV)

  • 스마트TV는 인터넷 콘텐츠와 양방향 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 운영체제를 탑재해 웹서핑, 앱스토어, 다양한 콘텐츠 등을 즐길 수 있다. 스마트TV 시장은 긴 TV교체주기, 시청방식 변화에 대한 적응기간 및 저작권 등의 문제로 스마트폰의 경우와는 다르게 단기간에 TV 시장을 점유해 나가지는 못할 것으로 예상되나, IPTV, 위성, 케이블 등의 실시간 방송 사업자가 스마트TV 플랫폼을 채택할 경우 스마트TV 시장은 예상보다 빠르게 확산될 수도 있다. 장기적으로는 구글, 애플, TV가전사 및 방송사 등 다양한 업체들이 경쟁하는 과정을 통해 스마트TV 시장이 확대되며, 미디어 시장을 장악할 것으로 예상된다. 최신 기술인 스마트TV를 연구하기 위해 스마트TV에 대하여 살펴보고 스마트TV 상에서 동작하는 위젯을 설계한다. 위젯은 데스크톱, 모 바일, IPTV 등 다양한 환경에서 구현가능하며 사용자들은 이미 다양한 기능과 종류의 위젯을 사용하고 있다. 특히 위젯의 장점의 사용자의 요구에 맞게 구현 가능하기 때문에 사용자들은 보다 효율적이고 자신에게 맞는 위젯을 원한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트TV 기반의 유아 관리 위젯을 제안한다.

석탄화력발전 출력감소가 계통한계가격 및 온실가스 배출량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Power Output Reduction on the System Marginal Price and Green House Gas Emission in Coal-Fired Power Generation)

  • 본 연구에서는 석탄화력발전의 출력 감소가 계통한계가격과 온실가스감축량에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석방법은 국영 발전회사에서 이용하는 전력거래예측프로그램을 이용하였으며 전력계통의 운영조건은 제7차 전력수급기본계획의 전력수요와 전원구성을 근거로 하였다. 분석결과 전체 석탄화력발전의 최대출력을 29 [%]까지 감소한 경우 계통한계가격은 감소전과 비교하여 12 [%p] 상승하고 온실가스 배출량은 9,966 [kton] 감축되었다. 또한 석탄화력발전기 전체 용량의 30 [%]에 해당하는 저효율 석탄화력발전기 16기를 정지한 경우 계통한계가격은 14 [%p] 까지 증가하였고 온실가스 배출량은 12,574[kton]까지 감축 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The eventual goal of this paper is to help the generating companies and load-serving entities to choose appropriate relative levels of interconnected system versus bilateral trades while considering risk, and economic performance. In competitive power markets, electricity prices are determined by balance between demand and supply in electric power exchanges or bilateral contracts. The problem formulation is bilateral contract incorporated into Multi-area unit commitment with import/export and tie-line constraints. This proposed method considers maximizing own profit or minimize the operating cost among the generating companies in multi-area system. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm has been demonstrated using IEEE system with four areas and experimental results shows that proposed method is reliable, fast and computationally efficient

  • For the supported high-technology, it is in need of estimation about power quality and reasonable price through machinism. The power system made much of precision digital industrial damage under sag. This study suggested electric machine under effects of power quality in the theory and test. A electric machine was simulated and experimented about sag. The test system made up IPC as voltage sag device. The test machine was magnetic contactor and PLC. The result, electric machines appeared to influence sag with CBEMA curve. It was make possible analysis of power system about a fault. This study was expected to method that investment and development of equipment on power market in the future.

  • 전력계통의 운영은 생산과 소비가 동시에 이루어지는 특성을 지닌 전기를 사용하는 고객에게 양질의 전기를 중단 없이 공급하기 위하여 전체 전력계통을 실시간으로 감시 제어하고, 계통주파수를 자동으로 조정하는 설비인 에너지관리시스템(EMS: Energy management system)을 이용한다. 또한 시장운영시스템(MOS : Market Operating System)은 전력을 일반 상품처럼 사고 팔기 위하여 입찰, 계량, 정산기능을 수행하고 있다. 이들 시스템은 전력산업분야의 최정점에 있는 핵심적인 장치로서 복잡한 전력계통의 운영과 효율적인 전력시장 운영을 위하여 견고한 플랫폼과 계통규모에 적합한 다양한 어플리케이션이 제공되어야 한다. 세계적으로 이들 시스템은 약 10${\sim}$15년 주기로 업그레이드 혹은 설비 전면 대체를 하고 있으며 이때 설계자가 과거, 현재의 경험을 바탕으로 미래 지향적인 관점에서 심사숙고하여 설계하느냐에 따라 향후 전력산업발전에 지대한 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

하방 수요 대체가 허용되는 역공급망에서 신제품 및 재생제품 재고 관리 (Managing Inventories of Brand-New and Recovered Products in a Reverse Supply Chain with Downward Demand Substitution)

  • This paper considers a reverse supply chain with simultaneous recovery of used products and manufacturing of brand-new ones. Recovered products are downgraded and have to be sold in a market different from that of brand-new products at a different price. In case of a shortage of recovered product inventory, a brand-new item, if available, can be offered at the price of a recovered product. In other words, one-way demand substitution is allowed. We address the joint decision of when to manufacture brand-new product, when to recover returned product, and how to control demand substitution to maximize the hybrid production system's profits. To this end, we propose a Markov decision Process model and investigate the structure of the optimal policy. Performance comparison is numerically implemented between the models with and without downward demand substitution option under different operating conditions of the system parameters.

Phasor Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm to Configure Micro-grids

  • The present study presents the Phasor Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization (PDPSO) algorithm, an effective optimization technique, the multi-dimensional vectors of which consist of magnitudes and phase angles. PDPSO is employed in the configuration of micro-grids. Micro-grids are concepts of distribution system that directly unifies customers and distributed generations (DGs). Micro-grids could supply electric power to customers and conduct power transaction via a power market by operating economic dispatch of diverse cost functions through several DGs. If a large number of micro-grids exist in one distribution system, the algorithm needs to adjust the configuration of numerous micro-grids in order to supply electric power with minimum generation cost for all customers under the distribution system.

QFD에 기반한 스마트공장의 요구기능과 운영성과지표 우선순위 도출 (Derivation of Priorities for Required Functions and Operational Performance Indicators of Smart Factories Based on QFD)

  • Recently, small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have shown increased interest in and participation in smart factories in order to survive in market competition. However, many SMEs build smart factories without a systematic review or preparation, which leads to them not being able to use them properly. This study considers the main reason for the low utilization rate of smart factories to be a lack of sufficient reflection of user requirements. Therefore, a method and procedure for deriving the priority of smart factory requirement functions and operating performance indicators based on QFD is proposed as a solution to this issue.

  • The ultrafashionable machinery that require high quality electricity power has been daily come into being. Because domestic power system has been larger and more complicated in accordance with raising power demand by power market requirement. Because of these power market situations, The FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) which is power transmission system for the next generation to meet flexible supply the power and reliability has been applied. If they, compensators and FACTS, are used inter-efficiently in range that does not affect the stability and a badly influence the security, they might be increase in the voltage stability of system, supply reliability and also achieve the voltage control in a suddenly changed power system. Therefore we describe and suggest on this treatise that a plan for coordination control between UPFC, Shunt elements (Sh. Capacitors & Sh. Reactors) among compensators and also describe the method to keep or control the voltage of power system in allowable ranges. The method follows that, we used characteristics of each equipment, UPFC would be also settled to keep the identified voltage range in change of load bus, Shunt elements also would be settled to supply the reactive power shortage in out of operating range of UPFC to cope actively with change of the power system. As the result of simulation, it is possible to keep the load bus voltage in limited range in spite of broad load range condition. This helps greatly for the improvements of supply reliability and voltage stability.
