The purpose of this research is to provide a plan for improvement distribution structure of Korean fashion industry. This research points out the importance of Korean fashion industry and the change of consumer consciousness which is followed by domestic fashion market and also) this study deals the present condition of fashion distribution industry in Korea, the effects of opening of the distribution structure, the characteristics of domestic's and advanced contries, the problems of them and providing the improvements. 1. Korean fashion industry is needed to change to 'the industry of living culture' 2. Promodern distribution structure in Korean fashion industry has to be turning out to the distribution industry. 3. The returning goods system and buying system of department stores in Korea have to be executed gradually and also the corporation with department stores and fashion organizations are needed. 4. The information system which can make connection from up stream to down stream is needed . 5. It is needed that renovation of technology and development of manpower.

Like in other trade negotiations covering comprehensive sectors, it is reported that KOREA-US FTA tried so-called 'package deal' at the last minutes, when telecom services sector was positioned at the forefront and expected to partly play a role in buffering US' market-opening pressure on other sectors. Before everything else, Korean negotiators had to enhance the value of foreign ownership deregulation in telecom services sector as a leverage in the course of KOREA-US FTA negotiations. In addition, since foreign ownership change, if any, is highly sensitive issue either politically or policy-wise, it seems very difficult to find a breakthrough. Focusing on foreign ownership regulation in telecom services sector, this paper seeks how Korea has developed its strategic reasoning for negotiations and evaluates the outcomes of KOREA-US FTA negotiations.

After the opening of the korean port, the influx of koreans to Shanghai was expanded and lead to form their society. Among these koreans many dealt in Ginseng peddling, which proportion was big enough to influence Shanghai ginseng market. There were also koreans dealing in pharmaceutics. Korea Red Cross contributed greatly in the propagation of medical knowledge and health care in Shanghai korean society. Korean doctors opened their own clinics in the area of korean habitants. But overall size of clinics and the medical apparatus were minimal. By this reasons many koreans utilized general hospitals founded by foreigners and chinese.

In front of the opening of electric distribution market in 2004. it is indispensable to have a proper estimation of power quality index and power quality cost calculation mechanism are indispensable to stabilize highly industrialized society and to vitalize the investment for electric power system. However, there were not enough measures to reflect the voltage characteristics such as voltage sags and interruptions which make electric load in unstable operation. This paper suggests power quality index(LDI) and power quality cost(LDC) which translate various kinds of voltage records into load drop index and cost based on aggregated load CBEMA curve. A sample calculation result shows that this method can produces the acceptable power quality index and costs for utilities and customers requirements.

This paper estimated the demand and supply of physicians for oriental medicine for the period of $2009{\sim}2019$. Two equation models were used in the estimation of manpower. In 2004, the total number of physicians of oriental medicine was amounted to 13,662 registered and 10,532 available in clinical practice, respectively. According to estimates in the study, overall excess supply of physician manpower in oriental medicine was expected in the period, such as $5,300{\sim}5,700$ persons in 2009 and $900{\sim}1,700$ persons in 2019. However, the excess supply would be mitigated after 2019 mainly due to an increase in demand for oriental medical services. Specially, opening medical service market to overseas could be an exogenous variable in physician supply. An alternative manpower policy for oriental medical doctors is needed in a way of controlling oversupply.

Sesame was one of the economical crops in Korea. However, cultivation area of sesame has been decreasing rapidly due to the lack of mechanization for this crop and the opening of agricultural product market. Sesame seed is so small that ordinary seeder can not seed properly. In rural practice, farmers seed sesame with hand and do thinning after shoot emerges. Seeding and thinning in sesame cultivation take more than 40% of total labor To reduce labor in seeding and thinning, a pellet seed machine for sesame has been developed. The pellet seed machine is very simple in structure. It utilizes the chemical reaction between alginate solution and $CaCl_2$. Two material forms a membrane when they meet The uniqueness of the pellet seed machine for sesame were 1) a counter rotating roller for metering the mixture of activated carbon and alginate and 2) swinging plate for submerging seed into the mixture. The prototype machine can produce 30, 000 pellets per hour and costs ￦6, 891 per 1 km sesame.

The construction industry has specific characteristics compared with manufacturing industry. This means that each construction project has it's own contract documents due to the difference of environment and time. Now, the construction market is opening according to the Government Procurement Agreement by WTO. Therefore to overcome the associated risks, domestic contract rules and acts should be reformed. FIDIC and domestic construction contract conditions is investigated and analyzed. Based on the research outcomes the direction of reformation is suggested.

Under WTO we are confronted with the upcoming of the infinite competition and the opening of education market. In order to meet such new changes, more and more university in education industry participate in the certification of ISO 14000. This paper presents an effective approach to obtain the ISO 14001 environmental management system, summarized as follows: First, the top manager should understand the environmental problems and motivate all personnels. Second, a systematized environmental management system should be constructed in accord with actual circumstances of firms, and should be improved continuously by means of effective operation, internal audit and management review. Third, an environmental policy should be published, the environmental programs should be established following an environmental objective, target and they should be monitored regularly.

Enhancements of transport capacity in Gyeongbu line are continuous with the operating cost reduction and Korean economic development. Besides, requirements of a people about speed-up and customer service after the opening of high-speed railway(KTX) are being increased nowadays. Therefore, development and effort for speed increase of high-speed railway(KTX) have to be encouraged and supported by the government. In this study, market and technology trends for speed increase of high-speed train in Korea and abroad were investigated. As a result, we suggested to improve the railway infra for speed increase of high-speed train in Gyeongbu line.

Since the beginning of civilization, people live in the times that changes rapidly everyday. Above all things, In April, 2004 the first opening of KTX(high-speed railway) that has been considered as the greatest revolutionary project shrinks the whole nation into a quarter of a day life zone and has repeated the constant change and development. But now, In comparison with ordinary train system KTX fails to notice revenue for travel-product and other many factors of increased revenue. This study introduces and analyzes the present condition of high-speed railway and indicate 'the plan to increase revenue' and 'the effect of creating revenue' through a travel-product on the basis of the travel-products connected with KTX. This study focuses on 'KTX memory train travel' and propose revenue and advertisement-effect created from targeting the middle-aged market. In addition, For improving KORAIL's image and approaching the customer more and more friendly, it grasp diverse events and advertisement plans.
