CMS 분석을 이용한 부산항 수출행태분석 (Export Behavior Analysis of Busan Port using Constant Market Share Analysis)

  • 본고는 부산항의 수출이 전국 항만의 수출에서 차지하는 비중이 계속 감소하는 원인을 밝힌다. 이러한 원인과 해결책을 제시하는 많은 기존의 연구와 달리 불변시장점유율(CMS)을 적용하여 부산항 수출의 제품의 특성과 지리적 특성을 중심으로 부산항 침체의 원인을 찾는다. 불변시장점유율을 도출하여 부산항의 비중 하락이 제품의 특성을 나타내는 제품구조효과와 지리적 특성을 반영한 지리적 구조효과가 함께 작용한 결합구조효과에 원인이 있다는 것과 최근 3년은 지리적 구조에 더 큰 문제가 있다는 것을 보인다. 또한 불변시장점유율의 지표들이 부산항의 주요 수출국가들에게 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 패널공적분벡터를 추정하여 제품구조효과와 지리적 구조효과가 부산항의 경쟁력 하락 요인으로 작용한다는 것과 제품구조효과는 중국과 미국의 시장점유율에, 지리적 구조효과는 일본의 시장점유율에 감소효과를 갖는다는 것을 밝힌다.

해외자회사 환경요인이 국제기술이전 및 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : S-C-P 패러다임 관점에서 (The Influence of External Environmental Factors on Technology Transfer between Foreign MNCs and Local Subsidiaries: Based on SCP Paradigm)

  • Technology transfer from a multinational company to a local subsidiary is essential for successful local market operations. This study aims to analyze the impact of market, cultural and institutional environmental factors on international technology transfer and innovation performance based on the S-C-P paradigm. We collected data from one hundred ninety-five subsidiaries of Korean parent firms located in seventeen countries and used structural equation modeling to test hypotheses. The analysis findings are as follow; First, both market and cultural environment directly affect international technology transfer. However, institutional environment such as protection of intellectual property does not affect international technology transfer. Due to the less risk of technology disclosure involved in technology transfer within the MNE organization can be not relationship between protection of intellectual property in the host country and the foreign subsidiary's transfer of technology. The risk of infringement of intellectual property is relatively low in intra-firm transfer of technology. Second, the technology introduced from the parent company has a positive effect on the innovation performance of local subsidiaries. This implies that multinational companies that have entered unfamiliar overseas markets should be able to effectively transfer the inherent advantages of the parent company to their overseas subsidiaries, and that their ability to adapt to the local environment is important.

한국기업의 아프리카 진출 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance of Korean Corporations Market Entry to Africa)

  • 아프리카는 석유가스를 비롯한 각종 광물자원의 보고로서 자원의 확보는 물론 향후 신흥시장 선점, 외교적 영향력 확대라는 측면에서 다방면에서의 진출이 필요하다. 아프리카의 전략적 가치를 고려할 때 아프리카 시장은 무한한 잠재력을 가진 지역이며, 자원이 빈곤한 우리나라로서는 적절한 시장진입 전략 선택과 성과에 대한 올바른 평가가 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 논문은 한국기업의 수출환경특성-아프리카 진출전략-기업성과 간의 인과관계분석을 통해 아프리카 진출 성과를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 해외시장진입 전략 요인 중 해외시장진입시기, 기업의 경쟁전략, 마케팅 전략은 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아프리카 시장에서 기업이 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 아프리카 시장 특성에 맞는 집중화 및 세분화 전략, 마케팅 전략이 필요하다.

서대구역 개발이 주변 아파트 시장에 미치는 영향 분석: 교육환경이 미치는 영향을 중심으로 (Effects of Seodaegu Station Development on the Surrounding Apartment Market: Focus on the Effects of Educational Environment)

  • 아파트는 주택 종류별 구성비에서 64%를 차지하며 주택 종류 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한, 이는 매년 비중이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 추세 속에 아파트 가격은 국가 경제와 국민생계에 큰 영향력을 미칠 가능성이 크다. 본 연구는 최근에 개통된 서대구역 개발이 주변 아파트 시장에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히, 교육환경이 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해, 국토교통부 실거래가 데이터와 헤도닉 가격모형, 공간 회귀분석을 사용하여 실증 분석한다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 서대구역의 개발은 아파트 가격에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서대구역으로부터 거리가 가까울수록 아파트 가격에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서대구역 교육환경의 발달은 아파트 가격에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 지방에 개발되는 광역교통시설 개발사업 공적관리 및 아파트 가격 동향 예측을 위한 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

주거환경 만족도와 주거선택요소 중요도 변화에 관한 연구 - 서울지역 거주자를 중심으로 - (Study on the change in the Satisfaction Degree on the Residential Environment and the change in the Selection Tendency of the Residential Property - Targeting Seoul Residences -)

  • Recently, Seoul residential real estate market showed a big change, especially in 2007. The residential property price in Seoul had been mainly affected by 5 provideces: Kangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Songpa-gu, Gangdong-gu and Yangchun-gu, but these providences started to show the decrease in price while the other providences ironically showed the opposite direction. Therefore, this project was derived from this phenomenon recognition and the necessity as the new market trend requires. The pre-research was carried out with the point of social-population academic view, but this project provides the analysis on the new market trend by simplifying the complex valuation indexes, originated from the pre-research. In result, the aspects of the change could be categorized into time-manner classification and territorial-manner classification, in cope with the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Based on the the moving-preferred area criteria, the territorial classification was categorized into 3 areas: 5 providences, which showed the initial decrease in real estate price (area 1), the other Kangnam area (area 2), and Kangbuk area (area 3). The result illustrated the reasonable change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. This project was able to reach the following conclusion : Firstly, the housing development planning should be devised by the residential environment, including the view and the natural environment, not by the area. Secondly, the housing development planning in the other Kangnam area (area 2) and Kangbuk area (area 3) should embrace the business function, not the housing development only. Last, the housing development planning in Kangbuk area (area 3) should be able to enhance education and culture function and be connected by various transportation system. This project analyzes the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Thereafter, this project has the purpose of providing the aid in understanding of the basis of housing development information.

장수명주택 해외진출을 위한 대상국가의 외부환경분석 (External Environment Analysis of Target Countries for Overseas Expansion of Long-life Housing)

  • Currently, the Korean construction industry is shifting its interest to the overseas construction market because of a stagnating domestic market. In the meantime, the international housing construction market is expanding with respect to new city development projects that are supported by population growth and urban migration. Despite the Korean construction industry's expertise in new city development, technology, and systems for apartment supply, the share of Korean players in the international housing construction market is continuously decreasing. As a measure to overcome this situation, the authors of this study considered the paper "The Development of a Cost Effective, Long-life Housing Model and Construction of Testbed," which is currently in progress as a part of national project. Through literature review and interviews with experts, the authors determined that there are "column+minimum interior (infill)" apartments that are similar to the long-life housing in some areas of China, Southeast Asia, and Russia. Candidate countries expected to be feasible for the entry of long-life housing were selected by determining the top countries that have already entered the long-life housing market and analyzing those selections through additional specific techniques.   • This research suggests the strategic adoption methodology of Customer Relationship Management. The backgrounds of CRM is the business environment changing that Market power is shifting to the customer who has unprecedented powers of choice today. The strategic adoption of Customer Relationship Management determines the value, needs and preferences of each customer or customer segment. Customer Relationship Strategy is an explicitly defined plan for how a company has decided to connect with, relate to, and focus on its chosen customers to create value. Deliberate decisions must be made, often involving trade-offs, so that investments are aligned with customer needs and value. Plan defined in terms of target customers value proposition, role in value delivery, and risk/reward sharing. All customers are not created equal; specific customers and/or customers segments are more desirable/valuable to pursue. Key premise of CRM is that value can be created by changing company's business model to better connect with customers. Area of service of Customer Relationship Management are as follows. Portfolio strategy, Market Opportunity Assessment, Brand Equity, Market Positioning, Pricing, Channel Strategy, Market Segmentation. Target Market Identification, Customer LifeTime Value Analysis, Customer Profitability, Customer Connections Economics Analysis. The objects of CRM are maximizing customer service effectiveness, improving customer loyalty, increasing customer service efficiency, optimizing intelligence about customer behaviors and preferences.

한국의 대(對)스페인 교역성과와 시장진출 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Korea's Trade Performance in Spain and its Strategies for Entry into Spanish Market)

  • This paper aims to analyze Korea's trade and investment performance in Spain and the business environment of Spain, and to find efficient strategies for entering into the Spanish market. This study is organized into five chapters. To begin with, it explains an overview of the Spanish economy and the current status of its major industries. Then, it analyzes Korea's trade and investment performance in Spain, the structure of comparative advantage and the trade trends of major import and export items, since 2011 when the Korea-EU FTA went into effect. Lastly, based on the results of this analysis, Korea's strategies for entering into the Spanish market are derived. The strategies derived from the analysis are as follows: (1) entering startups in the Spanish market through CVC cooperation and participation in large tech forums, (2) linking the Spanish interest in K-Culture to consumer goods exports, (3) promoting cooperation in the IT industry in response to the Spanish government's 'Connected Industry 4.0', (4) building a new Korean-Spanish value chain in response to the mobility revolution, (5) advancing jointly into a third country by combining the strengths of both Korea and Spain, (6) cooperating with the Spanish government to establish a sustainable energy policy, (7) promoting jointly with the Spanish government through smart city strategies and project exchanges, and (8) building a European logistics hub in Spain in preparation for post-Brexit.

  • 대형할인마트와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 등장으로 지역 유통시장이 축소 위축되고 있는 상황에서 경영 여건이 어려운 재래시장은 심각한 어려움에 처해있는 실정이다. 그러나 재래시장은 유통부문의 거래물량이나 소비자의 이용빈도 측면에서 볼 때 아직도 중요한 위치를 점하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에 재래시장의 시설 및 경영현대화와 시장정비를 촉진하여 지역상권을 활성화하고 유통산업의 균형 있는 성장을 도모해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증평군 장뜰시장이 경쟁력을 갖고 지역경제를 활성화 할 수 있도록 사업환경을 분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하고, 정책적 판단에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
