지적·임야도 자료정비 사업의 문제점 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Problems and Improvement Plan of Cadastral Map Data Maintenance Project)

  • 국토교통부는 2011년 자료정비 시범사업을 추진한 후 전국적으로 지적공부의 정확성 확보를 위하여 대장 누락, 도면과 대장간 지목불일치 등의 오류와 도곽·축척·행정구역간 경계 등에서 발생하는 오류정비를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 정부 및 지적소관청에서 추진한 지적도면 정비사업 추진현황 및 문제점을 살펴보았다. 지적·임야도 자료정비 사업의 활성화를 위해서는 현행 자료정비의 한계를 극복하기 위한 단계별 추진계획 및 추진체계 등 자료정비 기본계획을 재수립하여 시행, 지적도면 정비의 일관성 유지와 정확성을 확보하기 위한 「지적도·임야도 접합 정비요령」 같은 매뉴얼 작성, 지적도면 오류사항 정비에 필요한 사업 소요예산은 전부 국가 주도로 예산을 확보하는 방안을 제시하였다.

플로우 네트워크를 이용한 지능형 로봇의 경로계획 (Path Planning for an Intelligent Robot Using Flow Networks)

  • Many intelligent robots have to be given environmental information to perform tasks. In this paper an intelligent robot, that is, a cleaning robot used a sensor fusing method of two sensors: LRF and StarGazer, and then was able to obtain the information. Throughout wall following using laser displacement sensor, LRF, the working area is built during the robot turn one cycle around the area. After the process of wall following, a path planning which is able to execute the work effectively is established using flow network algorithm. This paper describes an algorithm for minimal turning complete coverage path planning for intelligent robots. This algorithm divides the whole working area by cellular decomposition, and then provides the path planning among the cells employing flow networks. It also provides specific path planning inside each cell guaranteeing the minimal turning of the robots. The proposed algorithm is applied to two different working areas, and verified that it is an optimal path planning method.

환경생태계획 측면에서 농업용저수지 활용성 제고를 위한 기능저하 잠재지역 맵핑 연구 (Mapping of Functionally Reduced Potential Area for Improving Utilization of Agricultural Reservoir in Terms of Environmental Planning)

  • This study aimed to analyze the prioritized area for the functional change of agricultural reservoir according to the rapid urbanization and social changes through the mapping method. Changwon-si, Gimhae-si, and Jinju-si in Gyeongnam province were selected as the study area, considering the results of land-use and cluster analysis. As the planning unit of management area, watershed was used and land coverage map from 1975 to 2015 were analyzed for changes of land use. The reduction ratio (%) of farmland was calculated for identifying the changes in 2013 compared to 1975. As a result, the reduction ratio was 11.9% for Changwon-si, 12.2% for Gimhae-si and 9.3% for Jinju-si, and the number of watershed having functionally reduced potential-area was relatively high in the proportion to the city size.

도시환경 매핑 시 SLAM 불확실성 최소화를 위한 강화 학습 기반 경로 계획법 (RL-based Path Planning for SLAM Uncertainty Minimization in Urban Mapping)

  • For the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) problem, a different path results in different SLAM results. Usually, SLAM follows a trail of input data. Active SLAM, which determines where to sense for the next step, can suggest a better path for a better SLAM result during the data acquisition step. In this paper, we will use reinforcement learning to find where to perceive. By assigning entire target area coverage to a goal and uncertainty as a negative reward, the reinforcement learning network finds an optimal path to minimize trajectory uncertainty and maximize map coverage. However, most active SLAM researches are performed in indoor or aerial environments where robots can move in every direction. In the urban environment, vehicles only can move following road structure and traffic rules. Graph structure can efficiently express road environment, considering crossroads and streets as nodes and edges, respectively. In this paper, we propose a novel method to find optimal SLAM path using graph structure and reinforcement learning technique.

우리나라 측량·공간정보관리에 관한 통합시스템 연구 - 새로운 국가공간정보기반(NSDI) 모델의 도입 - (Unified Systems on Surveying and Geoinformation Management in Korea - New Conceptual Design of Korean NSDI Model -)

  • 본 연구에서는 "글로벌 공간정보관리" 전략에 대응하는 새로운 패러다임으로서 "측량 공간정보관리"를 위한 통합시스템을 연구하고 새로운 국가공간정보기반(NSDI)을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 기존 NGIS사업 및 공간정보정책을 검토하고 공공데이터 개방, 전자정부, 지구관측 등 국내외 흐름을 반영하여 대축척지도를 기반으로 하는 Bottom-up 방식으로서 NSDI의 정보영역을 수정하여 새롭게 정의하고[그림 1], 수치지도 등을 기본공간데이터와 동등한 개념으로 하여 공공-민간데이터의 공유데이터를 추가할 수 있게 하는 새로운 개념의 NSDI 모델을 제시하였다[그림 2]. 또한, 현재의 독립적인 국토교통정보화의 운영체계는 다른 부처의 응용분야(산림, 환경, 농업, 문화재 등)뿐만 아니라 국토교통부 내부인 다른 부문과의 협력체계를 강화하고 지방 중심으로 개선이 필요하다. 이에 새로운 개념의 NSDI를 국토교통부에 적용한 기관모델을 제안하고 있다[그림 3]. 새로운 국토교통부 SDI 기관모델에서는 공간정보 부문을 모든 활용 부문의 공통 기반으로 하고 데이터를 재편성하는 모델이며, 공통기반데이터를 통하여 소속기관 및 지방정부 데이터를 수직적 또는 수평적으로 연계하여 정부3.0이 가능하게 된다. 이러한 통합시스템은 국토지리정보원 기본도 데이터, 지방정부 KLIS 데이터, 지방정부 공공시설물 데이터를 모두 기본공간데이터 개념에 포함하게 되면, 현재 법령 또는 관리기관에 따라 독자적으로 운영되고 있는 모든 도면과 공부를 공통 기반(수치지도)과 통합, 연계하여 현행화할 수 있는 전략모델이다.

  • A handover for DVB-H(Digital Video Broadcasting for Handheld) is the action of switching a receiver from receiving one signal to receiving another, when moving between the border of their coverage areas. This paper proposes new approaches for improving loss-free handover performance in the DVB-H networks. The proposed handover schemes are targeted to two different DVB-H receivers: One is for the receivers equipped with GPS devices. The other is for ones without GPS support. The first handover approach modifies the cell description table(CDT) proposed in the literature[1]. The second proposes a novel handover region estimation technique based on a new handover map table(HMT). This new handover approach estimates a predefined hand over region described in the HMT using measured RSSIs signal patterns. The estimation success rate is simulated and the benefits of the proposed method are discussed considering time and power consumption.

  • In this research, algorithm and software for the medium frequency signal analysis of DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) station were developed. Based on new MF(Medium Frequency) algorithm, the software of NDGPS(National DGPS) signal analysis was developed for coverage analysis. Predicted MF propagation data from this software was compared to the measurement data for the verification of a developed MF algorithm. GIS(Geographic Information System) techniques including digital map with elevation data were used because MF propagation is closely related to ground conductivity, mountains, building intensity.

  • It is not easy to identify a ground control point (GCP) or even locate its vicinity from a SAR image. Although simulated SAR images may be useful to interpret mountain areas, they are not useful in flat areas because they do not show ground coverage or key features such as rivers, lakes and roads. In this study, we developed a method to simulate SAR images integrating geographical features to DEM to facilitate to locate ground control features from SAR images.

  • This paper proposes an observation model for a particle filter-based localization using a sonar grid map. The proposed model estimates a predicted observation by considering the properties of a sonar sensor which has a large angular uncertainty. The proposed model searches a grid which has the highest probability to reflect a sonar beam using the following procedures; (1) the reliable area of a single sonar data is determined using the footprint association model; (2) the detection probability of each grid cell in a sonar beam coverage in estimated. The proposed model was applied to the particle filter based localization, and was verified by experiments in indoor environments.

Tsunami-induced Change Detection Using SAR Intensity and Texture Information Based on the Generalized Gaussian Mixture Model

  • The remote sensing technique using SAR data have many advantages when applied to the disaster site due to its wide coverage and all-weather acquisition availability. Although a single-pol (polarimetric) SAR image cannot represent the land surface better than a quad-pol SAR image can, single-pol SAR data are worth using for disaster-induced change detection. In this paper, an automatic change detection method based on a mixture of GGDs (generalized Gaussian distribution) is proposed, and usability of the textural features and intensity is evaluated by using the proposed method. Three ALOS/PALSAR images were used in the experiments, and the study site was Norita City, which was affected by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake. The experiment results showed that the proposed automatic change detection method is practical for disaster sites where the large areas change. The intensity information is useful for detecting disaster-induced changes with a 68.3% g-mean, but the texture information is not. The autocorrelation and correlation show the interesting implication that they tend not to extract agricultural areas in the change detection map. Therefore, the final tsunami-induced change map is produced by the combination of three maps: one is derived from the intensity information and used as an initial map, and the others are derived from the textural information and used as auxiliary data.
