As the energy and manpower saving in ship have been prominent figures since oil shock, resonable operation modes of propulsion and generating plants were made a through study for the practical use. Through the results of it, advanced countries developed the load-sharing system for the generator automation and could be realized the energy and manpower saving in ship.

PURPOSES : Most of the traffic surveys are carried out by an inspection method by the manpower. In some cases, the video equipment is used only in some regions when the traffic volume is surveyed. In this case, there is environmental restriction that the road equipment to fix the video equipment should exist. Also, in areas where information such as digital maps and satellite photographs is old or not provided, they are forced to rely on manpower research, but it is difficult to put huge amounts of time and money into the research in places where labor supply and demand is difficult. This difficulty is particularly pronounced in overseas business. METHODS : The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of business by using the drones in the traffic investigation through analysis of the cost reduction effect between the existing method and the proposed method in the overseas business traffic survey. The scope of the research is limited to the scope of research, and based on the case of overseas projects, the method of using drone for each research sector is suggested. RESULTS : In the traffic condition survey section, we propose the use of drone for traffic survey and queue length survey, and it is confirmed that there is a cost saving effect of 16% ~ 27% compared with the existing method. In the road condition survey, we propose the use of drones for road surface linear survey, geometry survey, and obstacle survey, and it was confirmed that the cost reduction effect is 39% ~ 93% compared to the existing method. CONCLUSIONS : In addition to overseas business, it is expected that it will have a positive effect on research time and cost reduction by using drone in traffic survey in domestic area where labor supply is not easy or basic data is insufficient.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

In this study the continuous rectangular spiral hoop is used for saving cost and time, solving manpower shortage, and the quality of structures. Generally the use of continuous spiral reinforcement in reinforced concrete elements improve the strength and the ductility of the concrete. Savings in cost and time is demonstrated with the continuous rectangular spiral hoop through the mock up test of beam and column elements. In case of a 4m column element the time of rebar work decreases up to 40% compared with traditional hoop, and in case of a 8m beam the time also decreases 40%. This study present the construction method and details.

In this study of made Unloader is moving linear transfer system for mainly plastic working or forming of small electronic unit and other at press line. This machine for lading and unloading a workpiece has been installed in a press in order to load and unload a workpiece form a press die. Control method be used PLC. it took data of input from each sensor and send signal of output to actuator today we have a lot of problem at work of press line. most of press work be operated by human so they often hurted terreble accident by press machine. Because press working system in automotive factories are now changing over to a transfer press working system this Unloader will give more easily and speedy production and manpower saving less of pruduction cost high perfomance

The present development relates to an apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece, and more particularly, to an apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece from a press die or supplier An apparatus for loading or unloading a workpiece has been installed in a press in order to load or unload a workpiece from a press die. There has been known such a loading or unloading apparatus as the apparatus can feed a workpiece in not only the horizontal direction but also in the vortical direction. Press working system in automotive factories are now switching over to a transfer press work ing system. The current problem to be sieved immediately is to automate the existing manual press lines for the manpower saving and speedy production. “Automation system for press line”has just been developed to meet the above trend. The loader and unloader are development under the design concept for high performance, easy control and operational safety to meet the more extensive.

This study considers the economic aspect of the distribution automation system, which is the decision-making criteria of the electric utilities for the investment. The feeder automation candidate region is divided into two types of the urban and the rural. The total investment cost of the feeder automation for each type is estimated. The annual cost, is also estimated, by finding the fixed charge rate. To compare the annual cost and the economic effect cost, for the investment decision-making, the costs are quantitatively estimated on the following effects : the manpower replacement, the outage cost saving, the main transformer utilization improvement, the feeder utilization improvement, and the line loss reduction.

전국에 분포되어 있는 중 대형규모의 우체국수는 160국으로 우체국 건물의 에너지 절약 차원에서 건물 설비를 효율적으로 관리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 우체국 건물의 에너지 소비현황과 운용실태를 조사 분석하였으며, 보다 효율적인 건물관리를 위해서는 시스템, 조직, 인력, 운영 등을 유기적으로 통합 관리 할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 우체국건물의 자원을 통합, 그룹 관리하는 방안으로 인터넷을 이용한 군관리시스템 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 군관리시스템 적용 시 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하였다.

By deriving the limitations of the test evaluation, it was intended to suggest a plan to improve the test evaluation system for the appropriateness of the number of ship crews according to the design and construction of troops-saving ships. Currently, the number of crew members by ship type is confirmed and specified in the ROC(Operation Requirement Performance) in the early stages of design, such as conceptual design, but there is a limit to testing and evaluating the appropriateness of ensuring reliability of combat performance.

본 논문에서는 광고영상에서 동일한 광고의 다수 매체(신문, 잡지)에 실리는 판형을 효율적으로 관리하는 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하기 위한 유사광고를 분류하는 시스템을 제안한다. 현재, 신문광고를 데이터베이스화하는 작업은 사람이 직접 매체를 하나씩 스캐너를 이용하여 영상데이터를 획득한 후 포토샵이나 그림판과 같은 이미지 편집 툴을 이용하여 광고영역을 잘라내고 저장하고, 각 광고에 따른 날짜정보, 매체정보, 페이지정보, 광고가 실린 면의 종류, 크기정보 등을 일일이 기록, 저장하기 때문에 비능률적이고 비효율적인 업무형태로 많은 시간과 인력의 낭비를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 신문영상을 획득하고, 영상 전처리 과정을 통하여 광고후보영역을 추출하며, 신문매체광고가 가지는 특성에 따라 광고후보영역을 분류한다. 따라서 본 시스템은 모든 광고영상의 유사성을 비교하여 신규광고인지, 기존의 광고인지를 분류하여 데이터베이스화 한다.
