When computer systems with mandatory access control mechanism are interconnected each other for enforcing the MHS(Message Handling System) security on the multilevel secure distributed network environment, illegal information flow may occurs due to the unexpected cascade vulnerability problem. In this paper, new MHS security policy and security property functions are proposed for preventing the cascade vulnerability.

As all flight training institutions in Korea were approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) as aviation training organizations (ATO), safety management based on the Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) became mandatory. However, even though safety management using SMS has become mandatory, the performance of aviation safety voluntary report, which is the core of the system, remains low compared to other countries. The current address of SMS, a ATO, is like a watermill without water. The present study is to find out why voluntary aviation safety reports, which is equivalent to water from waterwheel, is underperforming and to suggest ways to revitalize it.

Purpose: This study investigated the current dental radiology reporting methods and the recording rate of 10 mandatory reporting items in Korea. Materials and Methods: An original online survey created using Google Forms was distributed to dental practitioners. The survey asked about the participants' age, experience, workplace, use of radiologic equipment, radiology reporting methods, and recording reporting items. Results: In total, 354 responses were analyzed. Radiologic reporting in dental charts was the most commonly used method for each modality. Four out of 10 mandatory items were recorded at a high rate, but the remaining 6 items had substantially lower recording rates, often below 50%. The participants who reported radiographic findings through other separate methods had higher item scores than those who wrote findings in dental charts(P<0.05). Conclusion: Radiologic societies and dental associations should encourage the use of separate reports for radiographic examinations. Education regarding radiology reports and the justification for reporting items should be reinforced in dental schools, training courses on radiology, and the continuing education curriculum.

In this paper, questions from the last three years' appointment examinations for secondary teachers for informatics computer subjects are classified in a way to fit thirteen basic mandatory courses, for which the composition of scores and the number of questions tested were examined. Of these thirteen basic mandatory courses, questions from six basic mandatory courses with high frequency of assessment were analyzed on their score composition based on the evaluation area. In addition, questions testing knowledge in C language were analyzed separately. The results show scores for the curriculum content subjects ranged from 0% to 17.1%, and the ratio of questions tested from curriculum content subjects 0% to 15.8%. In addition, questions from three courses showed a large deviation in scores for each year. Second, the score composition based on the evaluation area showed a large discrepancy, ranging from 0% to 52.0%. Lastly, the questions tested on the C language exhibited high score on average at 33%. Based on the results from the analysis, this study proposed plans to improve ways to evaluate test takers' aptitude.

Today, more than thiry countries around the world are designated as a mandatory GHG(GreenHouse Gas) emissions country from the UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). Korea is also possible to designate a mandatory GHG emissions country after Second mandatory emissions which will be started in 2013. Accordingly, Korea government has made efforts to reduce GHG and has enforced energy-related policies to deduce building energy. But there is no process such as providing of existing building improvement recommendations or expert verification for building remodeling in Korea energy-related policies compared with policies in other countries. For this reason, improvements of Korea which divided governments and city provinces are suggested. However suggested improvements are directions, so additional research is needed for detail methods.

In the Republic From the national interest in the recent hiring scandals in the public institutions such as the Financial Supervisory Service, Gangwon Land, and so on, people were outraged by the fact that the competition opportunities were not secured although they should be equally secured to compete with anyone with their capabilities in the fair process. Hence, the government made the public institutions blind hiring to be mandatory, which eliminated writing the academic background, GPA, and English score in the application form and selected the new employees only with job competencies in the public institutions in 2017. In 2018, the prosecution did their best for the investigation on hiring scandal with the strong will to cut the scandal upon announcement of 5-year anti-corruption master plan. Amid this controversy, this study tries to suggest the further direction in the hiring military human resources upon introduction of blind hiring system, reviewing the needs to introduce blind hiring system in the military, the governmental guideline according to the mandatory blind hiring in the public institutions, and the application status of modified blind hiring in the military.
