  • Cable net system openness and flexibility is good high and the large deflection caused no damage to the structure itself. However, cable installation, install complex systems and technologies are needed. In this study, for the basic materials of cable net construction management, cable net expert's advice and mock-up test results are summarized.

태양광 수직통합화가 사업가치에 미치는 영향: 효율성 및 유연성 (Vertical Integration of Solar business and its Value Analysis: Efficiency or Flexibility)

  • Why solar companies preferred vertical integration of whole value chain? Major solar companies have built internally strong vertical integration of entire PV value chain. We raise a question whether such integration increases the corporate value and whether market situation affects the result. To test these questions, we conducted multi-variant analysis where characteristic factors mainly affect the corporate value measured in terms of Tobin'Q, based on the financial and non-financial data of PV companies listed in US stock market between 2005 and 2010. We hypothesize that since integration increases the overall efficiency but decreases the flexibility to adjust to various market situation, the combined effect of the efficiency gain and the flexibility loss ultimately determines the sign of integration effect on the corporate vale. We infer that the combined effect will be influenced heavily by business cycle, as in boom market (Seller's market) the efficiency gain may be larger than the flexibility loss and vice versa in bust market. We test whether the sign of combined effect changes after the year of 2009 and which factors influence most the sign. Year of 2009 is known as the year when market shifted from Seller's to Buyer's market. We show that 1) integration increases corporate value in general but after 2009 integration significantly decreases the value, 2) the ratios such as Production/Total Cost, Cash turnover period chosen for reversal of the flexibility measure are negatively affect Tobin's Q and especially stronger after 2009. This shows the flexibility improves corporate value and stronger in the recess period (Buyer's market). These results imply that solar company should set up integration strategy considering the tradeoff between efficiency and flexibility and the impact of the business cycle on both factors. Strategy only based on the price competitiveness determined in boom time can bring undesirable outcomes to the company. In addition, Strategic alliances in some value chains as a flexible bondage should be taken in account as complementary choice to the rigid integration.

통합환경관리제도 시행의 의의와 발전방향 (Significance and Development of the Integrated Environment Management System Implementation)

  • The significance of an integrated environmental management system implementation can be summarized into three sections. The first is that the paradigm of a permit system will be changed from the existing media-specific permits to cross-media permits. In the near future, the cross-media license will be granted based on the diagnostic results of the plant. The second is that it will be established through a social concensus, i.e., consultations with stakeholders and direct participation in the system design process of stakeholders. The third is that it will have flexibility in its operating system. In the near future, it will be possible to management an environment through its industrial workplace itself and determine if emission standards are being complied with or not through statistical methods. In addition there is also an urgent need for complementary parts in order to enhance the driving force of the integrated environmental management system which is based on transparency, reliability and flexibility. In other words, it is necessary to continuously promote in order to diffuse consensus and increase an understanding of implementation through an integrated environmental management system. It is also necessary to establish a new organization and educate authorized representatives so that they have the tools to smoothly perform the system.

골관절염 환자를 위한 웃음요법 적용 자조타이치 프로그램과 자조타이치프로그램의 효과 비교 (Effects of Tai-Chi Exercise and Self-help Management Program Applying Laughter Therapy in Patients with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effects of Tai-Chi exercise and self-help management program applying laughter therapy in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: This quasi-experimental study recruited a sample of 61 patients with osteoarthritis (experimental group: 30, control group: 31) through the community healthcare centers located in Seoul and Kyung Gi area. The primary outcome measures included symptoms of osteoarthritis, basic physical performance, fatigue, and depression assessed before and after the study. The data were analyzed using SPSSWIN V. 12.0. Results: At the end of the six-week intervention, left shoulder flexibility (t=2.011, p=.049), 6m walking speed (t=3.639, p=.001), and right balance (t=-2.30, p=.025) were significantly improved in the control group. Fatigue (t=3.012, p=.004), stiffness (t=2,093, p=.041), right shoulder flexibility (t=2.138, p=.037), right balance (t=-2.065, p=.043), and 6m walking speed (t=2.683, p=.009) were significantly improved in the experimental group. Conclusion: A twice a week, 6-week tai-chi exercise self-help management program applying laughter therapy is effective in decreasing fatigue and stiffness. Osteoarthritis is one of common chronic diseases that the patients should be required to continue self management for the rest of their life. Therefore, there is a need to develop the more effective self-help management program and nursing intervention to motivate them to maintain their own self-help management.

스마트워크 후 조직 문화 변화 연구: 서비스 대기업 'H사' 사례 (Exploring Changes in Organizational Culture after Firm-Wide Institutionalization of Smart Work: Case of a Service Company 'H')

  • 최근 코로나 19의 세계적 대유행 이후로 비즈니스 업무환경이 스마트워크로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 스마트워크는 기본적으로 언제 어디서나 일을 할 수 있는 시스템을 근간으로 하고 있다. 스마트워크가 성공하기 위해서는 이러한 시스템의 구축과 운영 문제가 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크 도입이 미치는 조직문화에의 영향을 연구하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 레저 서비스 대기업인 H사에서 경영상 강조하고 있는 조직 문화의 일곱 가지 차원 - 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력, 리더십 - 에 있어서 스마트워크 전후로 어떤 변화가 있는지 설문과 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력의 네 가지 차원에서는 직원들의 평가가 통계적으로 낮아진 것으로 나타났고, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 리더십의 측면에서는 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 도입초기 단기적 현상일수도 있어 앞으로의 변화도 관찰할 필요가 있지만, 기업 관점에서 궁극적으로 유연한 업무 환경의 변화를 추구하는데 있어서 직원들로 하여금 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력과 같이 경영상 중요한 조직 문화의 측면에서 적극적으로 준비하고 대응하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직 활력이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 조직구성원간 신뢰 소통과 협력은 감소하는 것은 굉장히 부정적 변화로서 적극적 관리가 필요하다. 이어진 인터뷰에서는 스마트워크 도입의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 리더십의 역할이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 향후 일하는 방식의 변화에 따라 경영진 리더십의 역할이 더욱 강조될 것이라는 것을 시사하였다.

An Empirical Study on Trade Claim Management from a Relational Perspective

  • Purpose - This study is designed to provide new insights on trade claim management by typifying trade claims from a relational perspective, which defines trade as an organic combination that exchanges relationships based on a mutual goal instead of conflicts between obligations and rights of the contracting parties. Design/methodology - This is a phenomenological study that aims to typify trade claims based on a relational perspective and extract implications for trade claim management. The research procedures of this study are as follows. First, international commercial dispute cases applying the CISG are collected. Second, the cases collected are quantified through content analysis. The variables for quantification are developed based on a relationship perspective. Third, cluster analysis is conducted on coded data to typify cases. And finally, this study compares the characteristics of each type using analysis of variance and suggests implications for the strategic management of trade claims from a relational perspective. Findings - Results show that trade claims are divided into four clusters, depending on whether flexibility is accepted or not and which party violates mutuality. There is also a difference between the claimant and the cause of the claim, according to the cluster. Based on the results, this study suggests that the buyer and the seller should employ different strategies depending on the type of trade claim and presents proposals for strategic claim management. Originality/value - Firstly, this study extends the theoretical discussion on trade claims by applying relational contract theory. Prior studies on trade claims have been primarily based on traditional contract theory. The second is to analyze trade claims quantitatively. Prior case studies on trade claims have mainly relied on qualitative research. Finally, the study contributes to international commercial practice by typifying trade claims and presenting options for strategic management.

A Multi-Level Digital Twin for Optimising Demand Response at the Local Level without Compromising the Well-being of Consumers

  • Although traditionally perceived as being a visualization and asset management resource, the relatively rapid rate of improvement of computing power, coupled with the proliferation of cloud and edge computing and the IoT has seen the expanded functionality of modern Digital Twins (DTs). These technologies, when applied to buildings, are now providing users with the ability to analyse and predict their energy consumption, implement building controls and identify faults quickly and efficiently, while preserving acceptable comfort and well-being levels. Furthermore, when these building DTs are linked together to form a community DT, entirely new and novel energy management techniques, such as demand side management, demand response, flexibility and local energy markets can be unlocked and analysed in detail, creating circularity in the economy and making ordinary building occupants active participants in the energy market. Through the EU Horizon 2020 funded TwinERGY project, three different levels of DT (consumer - building - community) are being created to support the creation of local energy markets while optimising building performance for real-time occupant preferences and requirements for their building and community. The aim of this research work is to demonstrate the development of this new, interrelated, multi-level DT that can be used as a decision-making tool, helping to determine optimal scenarios simultaneously at consumer, building and community level, while enhancing and successfully supporting the community's management plan implementation.

인지적유연성, 목표지향성, 자기개념명확성이 조직적응에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 회복탄력성을 중심으로 - (The effects of Cognitive Flexibility, Self Concept Clarity and Goal Orientation On Adaptive Performance -Focused on mediation effect of resilience-)

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 회복탄력성을 주요변수로 하여, 이에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 찾아내고, 조직적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 회복탄력성의 선행요인으로 예측했던 인지적유연성, 목표지향성(학습/증명/회피 목표지향성), 자기개념명확성 중 인지적유연성과 자기개념명확성, 목표지향성의 하위변수 중 학습목표지향성이 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지적유연성은 조직적응의 모든 하위변수에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 목표지향성의 하위변수인 증명목표지향성은 조직적응의 하위변수인 문제해결, 불확실성 대처에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 자기개념명확성은 조직적응의 하위변수 중 문제해결, 위기대처, 문화적적응에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 인지적유연성과 조직적응(문제해결, 위기대처, 문화적적응)을 부분 매개하였으며, 학습목표지향성 및 자기개념명확성과 조직적응 간의 회복탄력성 매개효과는 가설이 기각되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 인지적유연성과 자기개념명확성, 학습목표지향성을 통해 회복탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이들 변수들이 조직에 대한 성공적인 적응에 부분적으로 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 끝으로 조직적응 과정에서 회복탄력성의 중요성을 부분매개효과를 통해 검증하였다. 향후 연구에서는 회복탄력성의 선행요인의 추가적인 탐색과 결과요인에 대한 도출을 기대하는 바이다.

분산시스템관리를 위한 관리 프로토콜에 관한연구 (A Study On Management Protocol For Distributed Systems Management)

  • As the size and complexity of network increase Distributed System Management (DSM) will be significant issue within information network in order to increase the high reliability and to improve the flexibility of network management. The OSI management model has several problems. The key problems are that it does not fully address the problem of how to develop communication protocol in support of DSM and how to classify the management connection criteria. In this paper to solve first problem described above this paper propose the connectionless CMIP to accomplish for effectively managing the distributed management managing systems to handle the dynamic informations. To work out second problem we introduce the connection criteria in the hierarchy of management system and finally evaluate the efficiency of a suggested protocol during cooperative negotiation among the managing system.
