Semantic object model has widely been recognized as an alternative data modeling approach to entity-relationship model for database system design. In this study, we have presented a semantic object model for intermediary type shopping mall consisting of multiple buyers and sellers. Essential processes and information with regard to the customer management, product management, price estimation, product order etc. have been considered for this study. Upon careful examination and analysis of them, a detailed semantic objects and attributes have been drawn and structured into semantic object diagrams. The final objects were converted into an entity-relationship diagram so that intuitive comparison could be made for relational database design. The results in this study may form a conceptual framework for both academic concerns and more complicated system applications.

The aim of this study is to develop a Named Entity Recognition (NER) model to automatically identify construction-related organizations from news articles. This study collected news articles using web crawling technique and construction-related organizations were labeled within a total of 1,000 news articles. The Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model was used to recognize clients, constructors, consultants, engineers, and others. As a pilot experiment of this study, the best average F1 score of NER was 0.692. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the establishment of international business strategies by collecting timely information and analyzing it automatically.

While urban regeneration projects are currently under active execution in several old cities in Korea, there are few projects to improve the quality of life of rural communities. Considering the decline of the SOC system, deterioration of housing, and degeneration of economic feasibility, the purpose of this study is to provide solutions to realize an improved economic and social environment of rural communities through an integrated management system for traffic safety and water management systems. Therefore, this research used an Entity-Relationship Diagram to construct an integrated system for traffic safety and water management systems for Chungcheong rural communities. The ERD is prepared by depicting 7 relationships for 13 entities, including traffic accidents and agricultural products, and 26 attributes, including soil moisture and underflow storage. Consequently, it will be possible to set up a decision-making support system that can analyze and evaluate the regeneration index, technology, and management of the systems for Chungcheong rural communities, based on supplier and user perspectives

이 연구는 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 안전예방지도점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향 간에 관리주체의 자체점검의 매개효과에 대해 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도는 모두 자체점검에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동이 빠를수록, 아파트에 대한 예방안전 지도점검조사가 많을수록 관리주체나 소방안전관리자의 자체점검의 역량도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도가 화재대응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 관계기관이 교통 혼잡지역 등에 대해 상시 순찰 출동이 빠를수록, 예방안전지도 점검이 많을수록 관할 아파트 화재에 대한 대응도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도 및 자체점검이 화재대응에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도와 관리주체의 자체점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향은 1단계에서 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도가 자체점검에 유의미하고, 2, 3단계에서 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도와 관리주체의 자체점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향 간의 관계에서 자체점검은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

농업기반시설인 저수지의 효율적 관리를 위하여는 관리주체의 일원화, 전문가 집단에 의한 과학적 관리를 위한 인력양성 및 배치를 통한 선량한 관리체계 확립이 필요하고, 정기적 정밀안전 진단 결과에 의한 보수보강이 이루어지도록 관리체계의 시스템화가 요망된다. 특히 정기적인 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하여 시설물의 기능성, 안전성 등을 점검 또는 진단하고 그 결과에 따라 변화된 자연환경에 걸맞는 시설기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 적절한 보수 보강방안을 실시하도록 지속적인 예산지원은 물론 관리주체의 선량한 관리의식이 요망된다.

이 논문에서는 지능형 교통 시스템(ITS)를 위해 IEEE 1609.3 표준 문서에서 규정한 WAVE 네트워킹 서비스를 위한 표준 프로토콜 개발 결과를 제시한다. 그 중에서 특히 WAVE Management Entity(WME)와 WAVE Short Message Protocl(WSMP) 개발 결과에 중점을 두고 설명한다. 검증을 위해서 Traffic Management System(TMS)과 RSU 관리자의 개발 결과와 이를 이용한 교통사고 발생 시나리오에서의 TMS의 동작을 통해 개발 결과에 대한 검증 결과도 제시한다.

본 연구는 의료기관의 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율과 이들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 의료기관 회계정보 공시시스템에 등록된 재무정보를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 설립운영 관리주체별 차이비교를 위하여 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 로지스틱 회귀분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 운영자금 대비 총수익 비율은 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 운영자금 조달방법별 조달비율은 경영결과(적자, 흑자)와 유의하게 인과관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 운영자금 조달방법 조달비율이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 설립운영 관리주체에 따라 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과 의료기관의 운전자금 관리는 운영자금에 대한 수익의 비율을 고려한 비용관리를 우선적으로 적용하고 그 다음으로 내부운영자금을 활용하는 방안의 적용이 적절할 것으로 사료된다.

Most of enterprises depend on a data modeler during developing their management information systems. In formulating business requirements for information systems, they widely and naturally use the interview method between a data modeler and a field worker. But, the discrepancy between both parties would certainly cause information loss and distortion that lead to let the systems not faithful to real business works. To improve or avoid modeler-dependant data modeling process, many automated data design CASE tools have been introduced. However, since most of traditional CASE tools just support drawing works for conceptual data design, a data modeler could not generate an ERD faithful to real business works and a user could not use them without any knowledge on database. Although some CASE tools supported conceptual data design, they still required too much preliminary database knowledge for a user. Against these traditional CASE tools, we proposed a Requirement-Oriented Entity Relationship Model for automated data design tool, called ROERM. Based on Non-Stop Methodology, ROERM adopts inner systematic modules for complete and sound ERD that is faithful to real field works, where modules are composed of interaction modules with a user, rules of schema operations and sentence translations. In addition to structure design of ROERM, we also devise detailed algorithms and perform an experiment for a case study.

The purpose of this study is to find out a way to apply the strength of American homeowners association to Korean housing management system through literature review on the legal basis, organizational composition and functions, and management models of homeowners association. Following is distinctive characteristics of American homeowners association. 1) Homeowners association is a juridical entity which 'Condominium Act' obliges residents to join. 2) The board of directors is decision maker. The covenant, however, gives residents right to act in committees. 3) Homeowners association has self-governing functions such as management of common spaces, permission of new construction and taxation. 4) Types of management are volunteers' self-management, association-employed management, full agency management, and some mixed types. Residents pay management charge by month or by quarter. This study suggests as follow. 1) It is needed for Korea to legislate the law to regulate the management system of detached houses. 2)Management system of Korea can be more efficient with volunteers' committees for active participation. Above all, architectural control committee is essential in the circumstance that reform of apartment is popular these days. 3) The management entity is recommended to have some self-governing function to talk about taxation policy with local governments.
