As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is becoming a core competence more recently, many companies want a reliable CRM assessment system which enables measuring and diagnosing corporate customer strategies for building an optimized CRM strategy. However, there has been short of researches on developing the CRM diagnosis methodology that is directly applicable to real practices. Drawing upon the theoretical framework of CRM scorecard, we developed and suggested a corporate CRM diagnosis methodology that can systematically understand and assess the corporate CRM capability and performance, guiding their future directions. Companies can search the important but weak areas among various CRM strategy subjects through the proposed diagnostic procedures. This framework has a hierarchical structure that has four evaluative domains each of which has several evaluative subjects consisting of many evaluative themes: the score of upper factor is the weighted average of its subordinate factor scores. And the score of each evaluative theme is the weighted average of quantitative and qualitative evaluative indexes. Quantitative indexes are calculated by analyzing customer and sales data and qualitative ones are derived from survey data. Each evaluative index has more than one measure and its score can be derived from its own formula consisting of the measures. To prove the concept, we applied this framework to a real company and concluded that it might be appropriate to understand the corporate CRM strategy situation, find the pain points, and resolve them for better CRM implementation.

This paper proposes fault diagnosis and correction algorithms using agent collaboration, and a management model for managing network configuration faults. This management model is composed of three processes-fault detection, fault diagnosis and fault correction. Each process, based on RBR, operates on using rules which are consisted in Rule-based Knowledge Database. Proposed algorithm selves the complex fault problem that a system could not work out by itself, using agent collaboration. And the algorithm does efficiently diagnose and correct network configuration faults in abnormal network states.

Objectives: This study analyzed the prescription characteristics of medication for acute respiratory diseases before and after pay-for-performance to provide basic data on effective medical quality management policies. Methods: The research data were collected from the 2013-2014 sample cohort of the National Health Insurance Corporation, from Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Otorhinolaryngology, Family Medicine and General practitioner clinics (classification of disease codes: J00-J06, J20-J22, J40 outpatients). Results: The antibiotics prescription rates decreased from 43.9% in 2013 to 43.5% in 2014 when the major diagnosis was for upper respiratory infections and increased from 62.0% in 2013 to 62.5% in 2014 when the major diagnosis was for lower respiratory infections. Conclusions: There is a need to identify the correct antibiotic prescription method by expanding the current assessment standards. Such standards must include acute lower respiratory infections and minor diagnoses as the current evaluation techniques focus only on the major diagnosis of acute upper respiratory infections.

Chronic kidney disease-mineral bone disorder (CKD-MBD) is a systemic disorder of mineral and bone metabolism caused by CKD. Patients with early-stage CKD who present with disordered regulation of bone and mineral metabolism may be asymptomatic. However, if untreated, the condition can be a significant barrier in achieving optimal bone strength, linear growth, and cardiovascular health in pediatric patients with CKD. Thus, the current study evaluated the definition, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and management of pediatric CKD-MBD.

This paper describes "the remote automatic diagnosis and repair system which automatically reads the problems such as "out of order" occurred on equipment at customer's equipment from a remote computer center using HTTP(hyper text transfer protocol). It shows the scheme of the network configurations and features of the system. In addition, a way to implement the overall system, the specific functions of unit, and the operational specifications between the center's computer and customer's computer are also presented.also presented.

Low back pain is a common clinical condition with heterogeneous causes and challenges to manage. High prevalence and numerous assessments result in an enormous socioeconomic burden. Clinician must conduct efficient and stepwise evaluation process to rule out serious spinal pathology, neurologic involvement, and identify risk factors for chronicity. The process can be achieved through the focused history taking and physical examination. Certain factors related to serious spinal pathology include age (>50 years), trauma, unexplained fever, recent urinary or skin infection, unrelenting night or rest pain, unexplained weight loss, osteoporosis, immunosuppression, steroid use, and widespread neurological symptoms. In non-specific low back pain, diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies are often unnecessary and can disturb an appropriate management. For the management of acute low back pain, patient education and medication such as acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and muscle relaxants are recommended. For chronic low back pain, behavior therapy, back exercise, and spinal manipulation are beneficial. The evidence based approach could improve success rate of management, result in prevention of acute low back pain from being chronic intractable pain.

This study intends to develop a computer software for an efficient swineherd production and management. Current softwares are concerned on the sow management and ignore the actual farm environment. This study focuses on the farm environment in developing the software and covers the production management financial management, marketing management, and business planning for swineherd farm. The FSR(Farming Systems Research) analysis and interview survey aye applied to collect the data for the system planning, farmer's demand and analysis on the system, system design and program development. The systems are designed to meet the needs for the progressive swineherd farmers. Visual FoxPro 5.1 is used to develop the system. The developed system includes pig farm financial records keeping and management, pig farm production management program, pig farm marketing management program, and pig farm business diagnosis and planning program to meet the scope of the study. The weekly maintenance records and financial records are adopted for the input interface since most of farmers use their computer less than 5 hours a week. Pulldown Menu systems are adopted and designed for easy use by structuring to meet the pig farm and system demands. The manu system allocates the input-output screen based on the sectors, scopes, users, frequencies, importances, and the usages of the information. The GUI(Graphic User Interface) method is used to develop input-output screens for easy use. Backward Chaining mechanism fo the Expert System is used in the diagnosis of the pig farm management and the Systems Simulators Approach is used in the pig farm management planning.

The authors are using Qi-diagnosis (integrated diagnosis by bio-energy) that is a method of diagnosis and treatment. We applied Qi-diagnosis to the main study to lay the foundation and framework for research and education about the Korean Medicine. The authors try to describe systemically and specifically the Qi-diagnosis that the authors are using in clinical diagnosis ane treatment so that anyone can use it. The authors have been able to grasp the flow of human bio-energy through years of training. It has had many effects by applying the Qi-diagnosis to patients. The steps of the bio-energy flow have become objective. And the authors have been applied to acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, bruising treatment and anthrax anesthesia in clinical through the Qi-diagnosis. Also, it is applied to the life management of patients. It is applied to arts such as music therapy and art therapy. The deeper the depth of the Qi-diagnosis, the greater the opportunity to utilize the Qi-diagnosis. The Qi-diagnosis is the origin of the korean medicine. It was able to make diagnosis and treatment correct and to establish clues that the medical problems would be solved through the Qi-diagnosis. In order to do so, the diagnostician must be able to feel the auricular flow of the body accurately and objectively. In addition, he must have a comprehensive understanding of the overall framework of medicine. As a result, diagnosis and treatment of the patient as well as general problems of the patient can be identified and advised, so comprehensive treatment is possible. And it is not only a specific person can do it, but it is a diagnostic method that anyone can take if they take the basic steps step by step.
