가구당 기기별 에너지 사용량 예측을 위한 딥러닝 모델의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Deep Learning Models for Predicting Energy Usage by Device per Household)

  • 우리나라는 자원 빈국인 동시에 에너지 다소비 국가이다. 또한 전기 에너지에 대한 사용량 및 의존도가 매우 높고, 총 에너지 사용의 20% 이상은 건물에서 소비된다. 딥러닝과 머신러닝에 대한 연구가 활발해지면서 다양한 알고리즘을 에너지 효율 분야에 적용하려는 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 에너지의 효율적인 관리를 위한 건물에너지관리시스템(BEMS)의 도입이 늘어가는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트플러그를 이용하여 직접 수집한 가구당 기기별 에너지 사용량을 바탕으로 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 또한 RNN과 LSTM 모델을 이용하여 수집한 데이터를 효과적으로 분석 및 예측하는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 추후 이 데이터는 에너지 사용량 예측을 넘어 전력 소비 패턴 분석 등에 적용할 수 있다. 이는 에너지 효율 개선에 도움이 될 수 있으며, 미래 데이터의 예측을 통해 효과적인 전력 사용량 관리에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

에너지절감형 리모델링을 위한 적정 대안 선정 프로세스 모델 - 건축물 외피 및 신재생에너지 시스템을 중심으로 - (Decision Support Process Model for Energy Efficient Remodeling Projects focused on Building Envelope and Renewable-energy Systems)

  • 에너지 소비 절감 및 이산화탄소 배출 감소를 위한 노력의 일환으로 대다수의 선진국에서 리모델링 프로젝트를 장려하고 있으며, 이에 따라 건설산업에서 리모델링 사업은 큰 비중으로 성장하고 있다. 기존의 리모델링 관련 연구를 분석한 결과, 1) 리모델링 대안의 생성 및 선정 과정과 2) 건축물 경과년수에 따른 경제적 타당성 분석 결과가 제대로 반영되어 있지 않은 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링 대안에 따른 에너지절감량과 경제성을 동시에 고려하여 가장 비용효율적인 에너지절감형 리모델링 대안을 선정할 수 있는 의사결정 지원모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로세스 모델은 외피 시스템과 신재생에너지 설비를 조합한 "리모델링 솔루션"을 생성하며, 국제기준(ISO-13790, DIN V 18599)을 응용한 에너지성능평가, 생애주기비용 분석(LCCA)기법을 통한 경제성 평가를 실시하도록 구성되어있으며, 입력된 대안을 순환평가하여 최적의 대안을 출력하도록 구성하였다. 개발된 모델을 실제 사례에 적용한 결과, 비용효율적인 에너지절감형 리모델링 대안을 선정할 수 있는 것으로 확인하였다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 개발된 모델은 리모델링을 계획하는 의사결정자(예: 발주자) 등에게 효율적인 대안 선정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The disaster and safety accidents in any construction site occur inevitably. Since the on-site disaster and accident occurrence became one of major concerning factors in construction site, architects & building executers have been flooded with safety management advices. The purpose of this paper is to survey and analyze the effect of the application of Safety Patrol Management System(SPMS) upon the reduction of disaster & accident occurrences in construction site. In order to estimate and reduce the disaster and accident ratio in construction site, various surveyed data has been analysed. It will establish the suitable design standards and suggest the basic database for estimating disaster and accident ratio.

밀폐공간에서 액체연료 화염의 거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Behavior of Liquid Fuel Flames in the Confined Space)

  • Modern society shows rapid growth that is different from that of the development of existing technologies. The development of these technologies has led to the tendency of buildings to become dense, large and advancing. Regarding fire hazards, the possibility of large-scale fires causing fatal damage, due to the rapid spread of fire, increases. Therefore, for this reason, fire defense, i.e. detection and fire extinguishing facilities, in buildings are essential and well applied. But there are always limitations to that. Based on this reason, we would like to suggest the introduction of a new concept of a fire safety system. The method presented here is not only to use a single system for fire detection and fire extinguishing systems but to jointly use it in the environment and energy management fields within the building. However, an important step is required before introducing a system of these technologies. The fire extinguishing method proposed by this system is a method of extinguishing by blocking oxygen flowing into the space where the fire occurred. However, a sufficient basis is needed for this system to be applied in practice. Therefore, in this study, we intend to conduct a preliminary experiment to introduce the new concept of fire detection and extinguishing. The experiment used ethanol with a relatively simple combustion reaction and a high possibility of complete combustion. As a result, it was confirmed how the internal values changed during a fire using ethanol. Resultingly, we obtained the internal oxygen concentration and internal environmental changes according to the initial flame size. Lastly, the data accumulated in this study can be used as data for application in an automatic fire extinguishing system.

난방을 비롯한 공기조화의 자연조절 방식과 현대적 응용에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Passive Principle and its Practical Application of Air-conditioning System)

  • The objective of this study is to observe today's situation and direction in relation with the natural air-conditioning and heating system to expand the architectural utilization of natural management for human comfort and energy conservation in architectural design. Also this study to provide the fundamental knowledge and. design-techniques on environment-friendly architecture in connection with 'natural idea in architecture'. In accordance with this intention, this thesis is composed of the following contents : 1) to understand the fundermental concepts about natural air-conditioning and heating system, 2) to review the traditional characteristics in Korean and Southeast Asian architecture related to natural air-conditioning and heating system, 3) to examine modern design-techniques in relation with natural air-conditioning and heating system in the selected area, 4) to attempt to synthesize the whole situation. Environment-friendly architecture using natural ideas and design-techniques in architecture is very important architectural aspect in a current architecture, also for the future. In spite of general considerations, it is expected that this study is use to understand the principle and practical application of natural air-conditioning and heating system in architectural design.

설비 작동 정보 데이터베이스에 기반한 건물 에너지 커미셔닝 시스템 디자인 (Design of Commissioning System for Building Energy Management using Facility Working Database)

  • 커미셔닝은 건물의 에너지 사용량을 줄이기 위한 일련의 과정을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 건물 에너지 관리를 수행하기 위한 커미셔닝 시스템의 디자인에 대해 서술한다. 건물 내에 존재하는 각 설비에 센서를 설치하는 것에 더하여 센서의 정보를 저장하기 위한 설비 작동 정보 데이터베이스가 구축되어야 한다. 설비 작동 정보 데이터베이스 및 기상 정보 데이터베이스 등을 활용하여 커미셔닝 시스템은 전체 건물의 에너지 사용 환경을 분석한다. 커미셔닝 시스템 엔진의 분석결과는 건물 관리자에게 제공되어 더 나은 건물 에너지 관리를 가능케 한다.

커튼월 건축물의 이중외피 시스템 적용에 따른 에너지 부하량 검토 (A Study on the Energy Load of the Curtain Wall Buildings according to the Application of the Double-skin Facade System)

  • In this study, we researched the energy load according to the change of the inner window area ratio, the distance of the air gap and the azimuth of the curtain wall building, which installed the multistory double-skin facade(DSF). and we compared the results with the no double-skin facade situation as follows. With the DSF, it is better than other case, when the window area ratio is 40% and the air gap is 1.2m on the west, south-45-west, south-45-east and east. And it's best when the window area ratio is 40% and the air gap is 0.4m on the south. And on the east or south-45-east, the window area ratio is 40% and the air gap is 1.2m is better than other case with the DSF. On south, it is best when the window area ratio is 100% without DSF. On the south-45-west or west, it is best when the window area ratio is 40% without the DSF.

  • Purpose: This study is to help the construction of smart factories of other manufacturing enterprises through IDIS 's case of smart factory construction. Methods: We introduce the four phases of implementing smart factory building by IDIS company, which produces a small quantity of multi-odd units. Results: Through the smart factory construction, the cost of product is reduced due to the improvement of total productivity such as office work, production work, and energy saving, and sales are enhanced by customized production, quality / delivery reliability improvement. Conclusion: We present the actual examples needed to build the manufacturer's smart factory.

  • Fuel cell systems are a completely different form of electricity source that has been used so far and is an aggregation of multiple technologies with multidisciplinary features that can be operated safely only when gas and electrical safety are being considered. Since fuel cells generate through electrochemical reactions there are difficulties in ensuring electricity safety, power quality assessment, effective control and reliability standards for system faults using conventional inspection techniques and even though they are necessary as a primary means for reduction of CO2 owing to the Climate Convention, electrical safety assessment and measures are required for the prevention of faults in residential facilities. Although small-scaled distributed power supplies can be utilized as important means of peak control and energy management measures, research is required for observing the effects on the system and the development of inspection technology to ensure stable operation, and the electrical safety of residential fuel cell systems need to be assessed and the problems derived for establishing electrical safety standards. From the year 2002, Japan has established laws on technical safety standards and development and rules on the product specifications and standards for the industrialization of hydrogen fuel cells. Also, a lot of effort have been made for the commercialization of fuel cells by building one-stop certification services. Internationally, the IEC TC 105 has established international standards based on fuel cells. In order to protect the national interest, the country should be able to respond accordingly meet global standards. In fact, in Korea, to comply with the international trend, Korea Energy Management Corporation is establishing a certified agenda for fuel cells and Korean Agency for Technology and Standards is enacting technical standards for fuel cells. The current terms of fuel cells are that research has been focused more on the quality and performance of manufactured products rather than stable power operation and maintenance over time. In this paper, by considering the household fuel cell as a power device, the safety standards of the fuel cell system for a reliable operation with the existing power system is being proposed.

  • 최근 정부는 에너지관리의 중요성을 인식하여 수요관리 및 분산형발전시스템을 2015년도 에너지기본계획에 포함시켰다. 이에 따라 K-water는 K-water형 BEMS(Building Energy Management System) 구축을 위한 태양광 연계 ESS(Energy Storage System)를 검토했다. 그리고 BEMS를 시범적용하여 실제적인 분석과 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 태양광발전을 연계한 ESS를 이용하여 K-water형 BEMS 모델의 방법론 및 실행방법을 알아보고자 한다.
