아버지의 성역할태도가 온정적 양육행동에 미치는 영향: 가족친화제도 시행여부의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Fathers' Gender Role Attitudes on Affectionate Parenting Behaviors: Moderating Effects of Family-Friendly Policies in Fathers' Workplaces)

  • This study examined whether family-friendly policies at work moderate the association between fathers' gender role attitudes and their affectionate parenting behaviors. The data was derived from the Panel Study of Korean Children. The samples included 1,164 fathers who participated in the seventh and eighth panel studies. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlations, multi-regression, and simple slope analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro. The key findings of the study were as follows: Among family-friendly policies, the paternity leave and a flexible work system moderated the association between gender role attitudes and affectionate parenting behavior. Such family-friendly policies strengthened fathers' affectionate parenting, and gender role attitudes tended to be egalitarian in this case. The results of the present study showed that fathers' affectionate parenting behavior reflected their egalitarian gender role attitudes and particularly emphasized the importance of the role of family-friendly policies in providing fathers with autonomous time use.

기혼 남성의 가족.직업 역할중요도 인식과 역할수행 (The Married Mens Family and Work Role Salience Perceptions and Role Performances)

  • This study was based on a recognition that the married mens role of performing multiple roles should be redefined. Family and work roles were composed of four domains, such as marital, parental, homecare, and occupational roles. The data of this study had been collected from the married men, who had his spouse and his first child younger than twelve years old, and held a job in Seoul. The main findings of this study were as follows: First, as for family and work role salience perceptions, it showed that men relatively higher perceived four role saliences: marital role salience, parental role salience, homecare role salience, and occupational role salience. Second, among four salience perceptions of family and work roles, married men highest perceived homecare role salience while they lowest perceived occupational role salience. Third, regarding the married mens family and work role performances, the parental and homecare roles were equally performed and higher than the marital and occupational roles. In general, the degree of family and work role salience perceptions of the married men in Korean society was higher than that of family and work role performances.

  • '제4차 산업혁명' 용어는 2016년 세계 경제 포럼(WEF: World Economic Forum)에서 언급되었으며, 정보 통신 기술(ICT) 기반의 새로운 산업 시대를 대표하는 용어가 되었다. 4차산업혁명의 환경속에서 경영활동에 있어서도 ESG 경영활동이 매우 중요한 요소로 나아가고 있다. 포스트 코로나 시대 조직 운영의 새로운 패러다임 등장하면서 각계각층의 환경, 사회적 책임, 지배 조 등과 관련한 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance) 투자 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 그중에서도 감정평가사의 전문성을 활용하여 ESG 경영을 지원할 수 있는 역할에 관해 고찰해본다. 국민의 관심이 높은 분야 중 하나는 부동산이라는 점, 그리고 대부분의 ESG는 사기업의 역할을 중심으로 진행되었다는 점에서 전문가집단의 역할 혹은 공사, 공공기관의 역할에 관해서는 상대적으로 미흡하다는 점에서 연구의 동기가 있다. 부동산투자사업을 영위하는 기업 또는 일반기업체가 부동산투자 시 ESG 평가 등 감정평가사를 활용한 ESG 경영 활성화를 위한 한국감정평가사협회 역할을 수립한다면 효율적이고 건전한 부동산 산업의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 보아, 전문가집단에 관한 연구도 필요하다고 판단하였다.또한 감정평가 업무는 COVID-19의 영향을 배제하더라도 점진적으로 비대면 혹은 다양한 첨단 기술(4차 산업)을 활용한 감정평가의 도입이 필요하다. 최근 활발하게 진행되고 있는 공공기관 혹은 전문가집단의 ESG 역할이 연구 중인 가운데 본 연구는 한국감정평가사협회의 ESG의 역할에 관해 초점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 차별성이 있다.

소아치과 역할극 수업에 대한 학생들의 만족도와 성취도 (Student Satisfaction and Achievement after Role-playing in a Pediatric Dentistry Class)

  • 이 연구는 소아치과 행동조절 영역에서 역할극 수업에 참여한 학생들의 만족도와 성취도를 분석하여 역할극 수업의 효용성을 평가해보고자 하였다. 93명의 학생은 19조로 나누어져 의사, 환자, 해설자, 보호자, 진료 보조자군으로 역할이 무작위적으로 배분되었다. 역할극 후, 역할극 수행점수가 부여되었으며, 학생들은 설문지를 작성하였다. 모든 학생들은 지필고사에 응시하였으며, 강의와 역할극 중 효과적이었던 수업을 선택하도록 하였다. 결과는 Mann-Whitney U test, Independent T-test, Kruskal-Wallis test로 분석되었다. 역할극이 행동조절 영역의 지식습득에 효과적이었다고 평가한 68명(73.1%)의 학생들은 강의 선택군보다 높은 만족도를 보였으나, 역할극 수행점수와 지필고사에서는 차이가 없었다. 환자 관련 시나리오에 참여한 학생들은 보호자 관련 시나리오 학생보다 지필고사 서술형영역과 역할극 수행점수에서 높은 성취도를 보였다. 역할에 따른 차이는 없었다. 역할극에 대한 만족도는 구성 및 참여한 시나리오의 성격에 따라 달라질 수 있지만, 학생들이 흥미를 가지고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 효과적인 교육방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

PMI기반의 RBAC를 이용한 NEIS의 DB 보안 구현 (An Implementation of NEIS′DB Security Using RBAC based on PMI)

  • 공개키기반구조(PKI)는 강한 인증을 제공한다. 새로운 인증기술로서 권한기반구조(PMI)는 사용자의 속성 정보를 제공한다. PM의 중요한 기능은 인증이 이루어진 이후에 보다 상세화된 권한과 역할을 부여하는 것이다. 즉, 전자서명에 의하여 사용자를 인증하고 권한을 부여한다. 본 논문은 DB 보안을 위해 PMI 기반의 역할기반접근제어(RBAC)를 제안하였다. RBAC는 보안 관리에 대하여 보이지 않는 유연성을 제공한다. 기존의 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 PKI 인증 방식을 사용하여 속성에 따른 접근 인증을 제공하지 못하였다. 또한, 평문 데이터의 전송으로 정보 인권의 사회적 문제가 발생하였다. 제안된 시스템(RENIS)은 속성인증서(AC)를 이용한 RBAC 인증 기능을 가지며, 보안 관리자에서 사용자의 AC에 저장된 역할과 역한 DB의 역할인증서를 검증하여 접근제어를 허가하고 전자서명에 의한 DB 암호화를 제안한다.

신과학운동과 경영과학 방법론 고찰 (A study on the methodology of management science affected by new science)

  • After a brief discussion of the reality of OR/MS, a detailed examination is made of the impacts of academic OR/MS on its practice. These impacts include the dispersion of OR/MS in organizations, the traditional role of OR/MS, researchers, and the narrow interpretation of decision making process of current OR/MS, and the dissolution of its interdiciplinarity. The changes in OR/MS environment which should have evoked adaptive responses from it, but were not considered. The increasing inappropriateness of OR/MS methodology is discussed by focusing on the deficiencies of its concept and practice of optimization and academic role of OR/MS researchers. These deficiencies, it is argued, can be overcome by a comprehensive reconceptualization of the field, its methodology, the extended role of OR/MS researchers. Finally, the example of realizing New Paradigm, the Full Corporate Modelling with Simulation, is presented.

창의성 증진에 있어서 내.외재동기의 차별적 효과에 관한 연구 (The Different Role of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation in Achieving Creativity)

  • This study explored how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation relates to achieving creativity at project work. We were interested in differences in how motivational factors relate to creativity. Using data from the 98 engineers and researchers employed by a variety of companies, principal components factor analysis with marimax rotation was performed on the data. We examined effects of the moderate variables the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and creativity relationship. The results indicate of positive mental involvement, the time and the resource constraints relates positively to creativity in organizations and that the relationship is a simple linear one. These outcomes are significantly related to intrinsic motivation and the creativity. In additions, extrinsic motivation is related to less the creativity. Our survey findings are also consistent with other sources of knowledge on the topic. Our results suggest that there are two different role: mental involvement, time and resources constraints, both of which predict creativity, and external control and extrinsic motivations reduce to creativity.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the aviation industry is also growing remarkably with the development of artificial intelligence and networks, so it is necessary to study a new concept of crew resource management (CRM), which is required in the process of operating state-of-the-art equipment. The automation system, which has been treated only as a tool, is changing its role as a decision-making agent with the development of artificial intelligence, and it is necessary to set clear standards for the role and responsibility in the safety-critical field. We present a new perspective on the automation system in the CRM program through the understanding of the autonomous system. In the future, autonomous system will develop as an agent for human pilots to cooperate, and accordingly, changes in role division and reorganization of regulations are required.

Role of Online Reviews in the Local Search Context

  • This research aims to understand the role of online reviews in the local search context by examining the effects of reviews on the representation of tourism businesses on local search platforms (LSPs). By simulating tourists' local searches for restaurants on three LSPs, namely Google, Bing, and Yelp, this study examines how different ranking results are generated across the platforms and how online reviews contribute to the differences. The findings suggest that online reviews are incorporated into LSPs as ranking factors and, thus, affect tourists' decision-making by influencing the information search results in the local search context. As one of the earliest studies on local search, this study discusses how the existing knowledge about the role of online reviews in tourists' decision-making needs to be reevaluated in mobile and more dynamic environments, and offers practical implications for tourism businesses' search engine marketing.

The WeChat Mini Program for Smart Tourism

  • The WeChat mini program is an application embedded in WeChat that users can use without downloading and installing. After it was officially released in 2017, many travel enterprises have launched their own mini programs on the WeChat platform. This study applies affordance theory to investigate the WeChat mini program's role in tourism activities through social network analysis using the R programming language. The authors searched the topic of "how do you perceive the travel-related WeChat mini program" and then crawled the 200 comments found; 180 comments were analyzed after data cleansing. The results show that travel-related WeChat mini programs play a very important role in Chinese social network tourism activities. This paper found that WeChat played a more active role in various tourism-related interactions with Chinese social networks. Moreover, the results show how affordance theory is applied to the use of WeChat mini programs.
