에이전트 인터페이스 및 응용 서비스 개발 (A Study on the Development of Agent Interface and Agent Application Service)

  • 본고에서는 에이전트의 제어 및 관리를 위한 인터페이스 표준과, 각 인터페이스에 필요한 메시지를 구현하였다. 에이전트 인터페이스는 에이전트, 에이전트를 생성하고 활동 토대를 제공하는 에이전트 시스템, 서비스를 요구하는 클라이언트, 서비스를 중재하는 에이전트 매스터, 망내의 에이전트 관리 기능을 수행하는 에이전트 관리자 사이의 메시지 교환으로 정의된다. 이러한 인터페이스 표준은 OMG의 MAF와 FIPA의 에이전트 표준을 반영하여 만들어 졌으며, 논문에서 정의한 인터페이스와 메시지를 이용한 응용을 구현하여 실험하였다 실험 망은 컨텐츠를 분배해주는 망을 에이전트로 구현한 망으로서, 에이전트 인터페이스를 통해 이를 제어하고 관리하였다.

간호장교의 복지정책을 위한 조사연구 - 여성복지와 군복지 일반을 중심으로 - (A Study On The Welfare Policies For Nurse Officers)

  • It is clear that the women's participation in social activity is dramatically increased in civilian field as well as military profession. Because of the characteristics of military nursing service, there are many difficulties. Frequent move, medical insurance, baby care. and the education are typical forms of difficulties for nurse officers in the military. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the perfect execution of nursing service. guarantee the active attitude for research and improve the combat strength by solving those private and economic problems. The method of research was analysis of question survey and the review of related literatures. The subject of research was 300 active nurse officers who work at the Army Hospitals. The survey was conducted 14 days from Oct 15 to Oct 28. The collected data was processed by computer using SPSS(Statistical Package of Social Science). Frequencies and percentages were used to examine the demographic characteristics of subject, and T-test was also used in the case of necessity. The result showed as follows; As the general characteristics of subject group; 28.7 years of average age, 73.6 months of service period, 63.4% of married. In regard of specialty; General 57.7%. Intensive Care 12.7% and Psychiatries 8.8%. The dissatisfactory factors about military welfare system were the difficulties in children education (36.9%). disadvantages on the civil medical insurance system (27.3%), and little chance of self education and development (21.5%). The problems in performing their duties were shown as dwelling instability due to frequent move (67.7%), and bring up children (14.2%). The reasons for resigning their job were shown as the instability of living status (64.2%), bring up children (18.8%) and dissatisfaction to the service (11.2%). The residential status was shown that military offered houses (45.2%), rental houses (29.3%) and own houses(14.64). The average numbers of moving residencies were; 3-4 time(34.6%), less than 2 times(33.1%), and 5-7 times(21.5%). Higher than 94.7% of the subject group spent more than 50.000 Won. In regard of education, they wanted to attend graduate school with their own expense(26.2%), computer science(20%) and Office Job Training(20%). The ways of taking care of children were mother-in-low(49.6%), mother(14.6%), and others(25%). The average expenditure per month for children were 20-30 hundred Won(44.2%), 10-20 hundred Won(25%) and 30-40 hundred Won(22.3%). The places of children care selected were public or occupational care center(56.2%), religious organization(20.8%), and other center managed by social organizations(10.4%). The result of survey for general welfare of nurse officers are as follows; By and large they seem to be satisfied with their job. however. there are some dissatisfactory factors. They are children care facilties, promotion. income. welfare facilities. disadvantage in medical insurance and civil hospitals. house purchase. unfair chances in specialty training. influence on promotion by educational status. and insufficient role for their children and husbands. As conclusion. the recommendations for improving nursing service are as follows; 1. Children care center managed by occupation 2. Dormitory system for children by military personnel 3. Equal opportunities in education according to ability 4. Reasonable moving price according to the distance and scope of family and extra allowance

급식 대상 유형과 위탁급식전문업체 규모별 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 속성의 규명 (Identifying the Effect of Service Quality Attributes on an Overall Customer Satisfaction by the Foodservice Type and the Contract Management Company(CMC) Scale)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the service quality attributes of foodservice type such as school foodservice, hospital foodservice and business & industry(B&I) foodservice, managed by contract management company(CMC), b) compare with service quality attributes by CMC scale, c) analyze overall customer satisfaction(CS) by the foodservice type and the CMC scale, and d) identify the effect of service quality attributes on an overall CS by the foodservice type and the CMC scale. The questionnaires were handed out to 6,620 customers of 207 school, 38 hospital, and 86 B&I foodservices in 108 CMCs. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, reliability analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. From an analysis on service quality attributes, 'proper arrangement of table and chair at hall distribution(3.53)', 'operation of nutrition education(3.50)' were highly perceived to student, 'correctable serving(4.08)', 'serve at fixed distribution time(4.08)', 'kindness of serving employee(4.04)' were highly perceived to patient, 'employee's kindness(3.84)' were highly perceived to customer of B&I. In comparison of service quality attributes by CMC scale, most scores of large enterprise(LE) were significantly higher than small and medium sized enterprise(SME) in school foodservice, hospital foodservice and B&I foodservice. Overall CS levels were 3.53 out of a maximum 5 on B&I, 3.46 on school, and 3.44 on hospital and were evaluated differently CS score by CMC scale. Finally, regression results for the effects of service quality attributes on overall CS by each of foodservice type were identified significantly different service quality attributes by foodservice type such as school, hospital, B&I(p<.001) and by CMC scale. For considering the goal of enterprise on profit-making through CS and the needs of customer on CS at moment of truth(MOT), the findings should be applied to the CMC and the foodservice industry.

영국의 NHS 개혁 및 의료시장 동향에 관한 연구 (NHS Reforms and Healthcare Market in the United Kingdom)

  • The wave of globalisation initiated by marketisation has increasingly penetrated into all sectors across the world, accordingly, the health & hospital service sector could not be made no escapes, and it currently faces the order of more marketised competition more than ever. Traditionally, the characteristic of the hospital services in the UK has considered as a model of social provision by government. However, contrary to our knowledge, the sphere of the hospital service in the UK has already been immersed in by the marketisation, in which the private actors have been embedded in order to tweak the activities of the hospital service with in the European Union. As the methodology of this research, the qualitative analysis, namely the interview with some doctors in Surgery, NHS Trusts staffs and relevant specialists in has been performed on April to May, 2003. And on the other hand, the various documents related to its service have been analysed. Thus, this paper will review the characteristics of the health service sector in the UK. In doing so, it will illuminate what would be the structural factors derived from its existing system, as a result, it will shed light on how the UK government makes an effort to resolve the problematic situation by reviewing the policy direction of Foundation Hospital proposed recently. In the next stage, it will analyse how all elements consist of the hospital management in the UK has been adjusted and be likely to be changed within Europe. More specifically focuses on how the private hospital service has been managed and related with the activities of its public hospital service-NHS Trusts. Also, under the circumstance, what private health insurance companies function will be studied. In conclusion, it will be concluded that what will be the implication of Korean hospital service market so as to correspond to globally open market by WTO. Now the UK health service system has faced a turning point of becoming more health care market internally and externally pressed by global and regional factors. Thus it is meaningful to scrutinize how a key part of social provision in the health care market system tends to adjust to globally marketised regulation.

  • 본 논문은 클라우드 서비스 시장을 활성화하기 위해 중요 정보의 접근을 보호하는 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 시장의 여러가지 저해요소 중에 클라우드 시스템에 저장되는 중요한 대외비 및 개인정보가 유출될 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 제공자와 일반 사용자가 클라우드 자원에 대한 접근을 통제하여 중요 정보를 보호 할 수 있도록 하였다. 시스템 관리자는 시스템의 유지 및 관리를 위해 슈퍼유저의 권한을 갖는다. 클라이언트 컴퓨팅 서비스는 외부의 클라우드 서비스 공급자가 관리하고 정보 또한 외부시스템에 저장된다. 이러한 환경으로부터 사내의 중요 정보를 보호하기 위해 클라우드 서비스 공급자를 포함한 모든 사용자가 인증을 받고 자원을 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 접근통제 기술을 통해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원에 대한 기밀성과 신뢰성 서비스를 제공하여 클라우드 서비스 시장의 활성화를 기대한다.

  • 현재 전세계적으로 개발 중인 제 3세대 이동통신인 IMT-2000은 여러 종류의 이동 서비스를 제공하기 위해 형성되어 있는 기존의 다양한 망들을 하나로 통합하고 지상과 위성간의 상호 보완적인 망을 구성하여 이를 통해 고정 망과 동등한 품질로 가능한 모든 다양한 멀티 미디어 서비스 및 이동 통신 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 유연한 시스템이다. 이렇게 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 IMT-2000 망관리는 다양한 벤더 및 운영자환경 하에서 시슨템을 계획, 제, 설치, 운용, 유지, 관리 및 고객서비스를 위한 다양한 기능들을 제공하여야하면, 이를 위해 TMN개념을 적용하여햐 한다. 본 논문에서는 RACE H.551의 서비스 관리 대상 객체(Service Managed Object)를 IMT-2000에 맞게 확장하였고, 확장된 관리대상 객체와 NMF(Network Management Forum )의 BPM(Business Process Model)의 관계를 나타내었다.

  • This study informs us what has influence on a decision that a customer using a hotel restaurant makes on a menu. Also, you can know how long it takes to decide what they are going to eat, how prompt and different they are. When the customers order food, they are getting very careful about their decisions. According to the study results, sometimes they are influenced by the person whom they accompany with. The most important factors to make customers choose one dish from a wide range of menu are taste of food, food sanitation, price, freshness of food materials. An atmosphere of a restaurant or its reputation, service of employees are key factors, too. You need change to reflect desire of a customer, and problems of a restaurant must be checked thoroughly. Many different kinds of food must be developed and managed thoroughly.

교정공무원의 정신건강 관리와 예방 (Correctional Officer's Mental Health Management and Promotion)

  • This study is proposed to suggest the preventing methods for correctional officer's mental health problems. For this purpose, Delphi method was used and the study panel was composed of finally 10 people. Total Delphi process was performed for 4 times and six qualified researchers & skilled correctional officers participated in developing Delphi questionnaires. As the main results, major correctional officer's mental health problems are PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder), job stress, suicide witnessing, stress from violent accidents, and anger by related with their own work. All of these problems must need to be managed. Besides, the most effective preventing method for correctional officer's mental health problem is providing regular counsels & treatments with a psychiatrist or the fully qualified experts. The mental health promotion strategies for correctional officers must be settled for providing appropriate mental health services to them.

  • 서비스 지향 컴퓨팅은 서비스를 동적으로 조합하여 사용자가 요구하는 비즈니스 프로세스를 개발하는 효율적인 개발 방법이다. 서비스는 분산환경에 배치되고 인터페이스만을 외부로 노출하여 내부의 세부사항은 숨긴다. 이러한 서비스의 특징은 서비스 사용자가 서비스의 품질을 알기 어렵게 만든다. 서비스 소비자가 중요한 도메인에서 서비스를 사용하려면 서비스 품질(QoS)이 보장되어야 한다. 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 측정이 먼저 선행되어야 한다. 하지만 현재까지 서비스 품질 모델의 표준화가 이루어 지지 않아 모니터링 해야 할 명확한 대상이 정의되지 않았고, 그로 인해 서비스 모니터링 방법 및 모니터링 효율성에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않았다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 먼저 서비스 모니터링 해야 할 데이터를 명확하게 정의한다. 또한 정의된 모니터링 데이터를 분류하고 분류된 데이터의 수집을 위한 모니터링 가능한 서비스 설계방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 실효성과 효율성을 보여준다.

  • 본 논문에서는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 기반의 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 시스템에서 종단간 QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장하기 위한 시스템 구조와 제어 방법을 설계하고 구현하였다. VoIP 시스템의 하부망은 Intserv over Diffserv 구조를 적용하였고 망 차원의 QoS 보장을 위해 수락제어 기법을 이용하여 자원을 관리하도록 하였다. UA(User Agent)는 호 설정을 위하여 QoS 절차가 포함된 SIP를 사용하고 하부망 QoS 구조에 독립적으로 동작할 수 있도록 모듈화 하였다. 구현된 시스템은 실험을 통하여 QoS 제어된 VoIP 성능을 검증하였다.
