PC 인터페이스를 위한 기본 시스템 구성 및 로봇 궤적 생성에 관한 연구

  • This paper shows the basic configuration for the system(H/W and S/W) which can interface between the PC and the slave robot. The PC(personal computer) is used for the basic MMI(Man-Machine Interface) system. The slave robot is controlled through the PC, actually the generated trajectory by using polynomials. The velocity control is carried out at the via points of the rrajectory. The heuristic method which chooses the average of the two slopes as the via velocity is used for the velocity control. From the simulation results, we can choose the better trajectory polyomial for reducing the deviation error at the starting and arriving parts.

  • In accordance with increase of electrical power demanded, more efficient supervisory control of distribution system is required. This study contains development of MMI(man-machine-interface) system with GUI(graphic-user-interface), for the automatic power distribution system. The main function of MMI system are to edit network of power distribution, to view network, to warnning a breakdown and to management of data base for network. The GUI function of MMI system enables more efficient management of power distribution system.

  • BCI (Brain Computer Interface)는 사람의 두뇌와 컴퓨터를 연결하는 '뇌-컴퓨터 인터페이스'를 나타내는 것이며 EEG(Electroencephalogram)을 주로 분석하여 인간의 행동이나 의도를 파악한다. 본 논문에서는 EEG를 이용한 행동인식의 하나로 졸음을 판단하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안방법에서는 MindWave를 이용하여 얻은 실험 데이터를 FFT를 이용하여 1초 단위로 스펙트럼을 분석하여 High-Alpha 영역의 시간에 따른 데이터 변화 패턴을 분석하여 졸음을 판단한다. 실험 결과, 100%의 최고 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Open RAN(Radio Access Network)을 선도적으로 연구하고 있는 O-RAN Alliance에서는 Open RAN의 E2 인터페이스에서 발생 가능한 보안 위협 중 하나로 MitM(Man-in-the-Middle) 공격을 명시하였다. 그러나 이에 대응하기 위한 보안 요구사항으로는 3계층 보안 프로토콜인 IPsec 사용을 명시하고 있으며, 2계층 공격인 ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) 스푸핑에 대한 요구사항은 명시하고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 MitM 공격 중 하나인 ARP 스푸핑으로부터 E2 인터페이스를 보호하기 위해, Near-RT RIC의 ARP 테이블에서 E2 인터페이스로 연결되는 장비에 대한 MAC 주소를 정적으로 설정할 수 있는 xApp을 제안한다.

  • In these days, our social infra which are computer and internet has been developed and our community has been digitalized with a large quantity information that can be sharable or productive. So we can say that older knowledge organization based on the man power is changing with automatical and intellectual aspect. Thus we have to apply this movement to get the high efficiency and the competitive power in the organization and to take the voluntaries attitude of operator with real time inputting or fast calculating speed. Beside most of developed countries are owned their power system analysis software. Like kind of this facts can affect for national reliance. So in this paper we propose that the suggestion for both field power system and IT how these can be cooperated. The note that this paper is came from the project which name is Graphics Power Flow analysis.

Man-Machine Interface Device for Dismantling Factory

  • In dismantling factories for recycling, it is important to input actual working data to a personal computer (PC) in order to monitor the work results and related recycling rate of the inputs. This should be performed with a keyboard, a mouse, or other devices. But when a worker is working in the factory, it could be bothersome or time consuming to go to the PC. Especially, workers who works at dismantling factories have a generally low education level are scared to use a PC, which could be used as a pretext for not using the PC. In some cases, data input is performed by a worker after the day's job. In this case, it could take additional time, the worker can make more mistakes, and the data could be unreliable. In this study, we developed a man-machine interface (MMI) device using a safety helmet. A joystick-like device, pushbuttons, and a radio frequency (RF) device for wireless communication is equipped in a safety helmet. This MMI device has functions similar to a PC mouse, and it has a long communication distance. RF is used because it consumes less battery power than Bluetooth. With this MMI device, workers need not go to a PC to input data or to control the PC, and they can control the PC from a long distance. The efficiency of PCs in a factory could be increased by using the developed MMI system, and workers at the dismantling factories could have less reluctance in using the PC.

  • With the development of computer technology, augmented reality (Augmented Reality, AR) technology in the future, one of the main directions of development of human interface technology is emerging. On augmented reality based on the design and implementation of a digital business card system. In this paper, a Smartphone is simply information through recognizable digital business card contains information about the system. Digital business card system is compared to the way existing hardware in a way visually-based high precision. In addition, registered as a 3D computer vision of augmented reality technology skills and real-world situations convergence technology for research. Future research, 3D electronic map for Smartphone apps as of the application user interface on the side for research is needed.

  • Major deficiencies of current automation scheme including various robots for bioproduction include the lack of task adaptability and real time processing, low job performance for diverse tasks, and the lack of robustness of take results, high system cost, failure of the credit from the operator, and so on. This paper proposed a scheme that could solve the current limitation of task abilities of conventional computer controlled automatic system. The proposed scheme is the man-machine hybrid automation via tele-operation which can handle various bioproduction processes. And it was classified into two categories. One category was the efficient task sharing between operator and CCM(computer controlled machine). The other was the efficient interface between operator and CCM. To realize the proposed concept, task of the object identification and extraction of 3D coordinate of an object was selected. 3D coordinate information was obtained from camera calibration using camera as a measurement device. Two stereo images were obtained by moving a camera certain distance in horizontal direction normal to focal axis and by acquiring two images at different locations. Transformation matrix for camera calibration was obtained via least square error approach using specified 6 known pairs of data points in 2D image and 3D world space. 3D world coordinate was obtained from two sets of image pixel coordinates of both camera images with calibrated transformation matrix. As an interface system between operator and CCM, a touch pad screen mounted on the monitor and remotely captured imaging system were used. Object indication was done by the operator’s finger touch to the captured image using the touch pad screen. A certain size of local image processing area was specified after the touch was made. And image processing was performed with the specified local area to extract desired features of the object. An MS Windows based interface software was developed using Visual C++6.0. The software was developed with four modules such as remote image acquisiton module, task command module, local image processing module and 3D coordinate extraction module. Proposed scheme shoed the feasibility of real time processing, robust and precise object identification, and adaptability of various job and environments though selected sample tasks.

  • Since computerized numerical controller(CNC) emerged as a result of the fusion of the electronics technology and the mechanical technology, there has been continuous evolution of CNC technology in the mechatronics industry. The industry is recently developing a new control system based on the fusion of personal computer(PC) and CNC. Upgraded PC has now integrated into CNC, making various machines possible to exchange data, software and hardware, and to greatly improve man-machine interface. The fusion of PC and CNC can form a new paradigm in technological innovation of not only control system but also whole machinery industry in near the future. Korea lagged behind the developed countries in the development of open control system with the fusion of PC. Turbotek, Hyundai Motor and Daewoo are leading companies, but their commercial possibility seems to be low because domestic market is too small to reap a commercial benefit. Nevertheless, the development of the system is an essential step for Korea to embark on a future technological paradigm of the machinery industry. The government needs to play some role for the development, for instance, government R&D projects, institutional building and training of related technicians.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a facility layout design algorithm based on artificial intelligence concept, and then to develop a computer program which is more practical than any other conventional facility layout design systems. The algorithm is composed of five step layout procedures; knowledge and data input, knowledge interpretation, priority determination, inference of layout design, and evaluation, In the step of priority determination, the algorithm is divided into single row and multi row layout problem. In the step of inference of layout design, alternatives are generated by constraints-directed reasoning and depth first search method based on artificial intelligence concept. Alternatives are evaluated by the moving cost and relationship value by interactive man-machine interface in the step of evaluation. As a case study, analytical considerations over conventional programs such as CRAFT and CORELAP was investigated and compared with algorithm propsed in this study. The proposed algorithm in this study will give useful practical tool for layout planner. The computer progran was written in C language for IBM PC-AT.
