This study was performed to get basic data for gloves size system and pattern planning suitable Korean hand shape. Data was collected through measuring hand size of man and woman from age 18 to 30 as subjects living in metropolitan area. by analysing the measured data, the difference in man and woman and the gloves size system was established. The results of study are as follows: 1. The Deviation of hand girths and hand lengths was larger than that of hand width in both man group and woman group. In all items. deviation in man was larger than woman. 2. In sex difference, there was difference between mall group and woman group in all items. In age difference, there was difference between mall group and woman group in mainly girth and the difference was bigger in group under 24 years old than in group over 24 years old. 3. The weight showed the highest $correlation(r{\geqq}0.8)$ with girths and high correlation with widths $(r{\geqq}0.7).$ The height showed the highest positive $correlation(r{\geqq}0.8)$ with and elbow length and high correlations with width and girths item. There were high positive correlation between vertical lengths in hand and between horizontal lengths but low correlation between vertical lengths and horizontal lengths. 4. The basic parts for gloves size system, hand lengths and hand girths were divided into 1cm interval. The results shouted that $91.0\%$ of man group were ranged from 18cm to 20cm section and $92.4\%$, of woman group were ranged from 16cm to 18cm section. 5. The interval which has the highest covet· rate was hand length 19cm and hand girth 20cm interval which covered $18.65\%$ of man group. The intervals which showed cover rate more than $5\%$ was total 7 and they covered $73.1\%$ of man group. The interval which has which has the highest cover rate was hand length 17cm and hand girth 17cm interval which covered $21.37\%$ of woman group. The intervals which showed cover rate more than $5\%$ was total 6 and they covered $72.5\%$ of total woman group.

Dirofilaria immitis is a filarial nematode parasite that causes cardiopulmonary dirofilariasis in dogs. The purpose of this study was the development of real-time PCR assays for efficient detection of D. immitis. The D. immitis-specific primers confirmed in our previous study and a newly designed TaqMan probe were used for quantitative diagnostics. First, SYBR Green real-time PCR was performed using the specific primers and serially diluted genomic DNA or plasmid DNA, and melting curve analyses were performed after amplification. The melting curve showed one specific peak in each of the genomic and plasmid DNA reactions, suggesting that the primers specifically amplify the D. immitis cytochrome c oxidase subunit I gene. Comparison of SYBR Green and TaqMan real-time PCR using serially diluted plasmid DNA showed higher efficiency and specificity with TaqMan real-time PCR. The real-time PCR assays developed in this study will provide improved diagnostic methods to overcome the limitations of conventional diagnostic tools and facilitate more rapid and accurate diagnoses.

The aim of this work was the validation of a rapid real-time PCR assay based on TaqMan technology for the unequivocal identification of infectious canine hepatitis (ICH) virus, to be used directly on DNA purified from blood specimens. A real-time PCR system targeting at the E3 ORFA gene sequence of canine adenovirus type 1 was optimized and validated through comparative analysis of samples using conventional PCR system. The real-time PCR assay based on TaqMan technology could disclose 23 (37.7%) out of 61 samples as PCR positive. In contrast, 18 (29.5%) samples were found PCR positive when conventional PCR was applied on these samples. The use of the ABI Prism 7700 sequence detection system allowed the efficient determination of the amplified product accumulation through a fluorogenic probe. The entire real-time TaqMan PCR assay, including DNA extraction, amplification, and detection could be completed within 3 hours. The detection method of real-time TaqMan PCR assay was 1,000 times more sensitive than conventional PCR. Real-time TaqMan probe and primer set developed and optimized in this study is a sensitive, rapid and accurate method for detection of ICH virus and can be effective screening tool for the detection of ICH in a diagnostic laboratory routines.

This research examines the recognition of nature as identified by Zhuangzi through the man of truth. Zhuangzi defines inactivity as an act of nature and personifies it as the man of truth, a holy man who achieves salvation. It is the stage that is united with nature by breaking out of secular restriction and achieving the absolute liberal spirit. The man of truth is the origin enabling all the acts of nature. And since the existence of all living things is connected, the change of life and death complies with the operation of nature. It is an irresistible destiny for all human beings. Therefore, the duty of nature recognizes the life and death of all creation into a single perspective. In this sense, the feelings of joy and sorrow that human beings feel are unnecessary. When following the duty of nature and destiny, which is to break out of secular desire and empty the mind, it is possible to go to the stage of futility and enjoy a silent and comfortable life. Zhuangzi explains it as living free from worldly cares, which is the stage of 'Soyoyoo(逍遙遊)'. In this thesis, the principles of courtesy and the virtue of Confucianism are stated and are contrary to the concept of futility asserted by Zhuangzi. But, a different approach could be attempted which recognizes a superman who is even more evolved from the man of truth. The philosophical ideology of Zhuangzi could be a necessary factor for modern people and his oriental natural spirit should be highly appreciated.

Nicht nur in Philosophie sondern auch im Bereich der meinsten Geisteswissenschaften $best{\ddot{a}}rkt$ sich die Gewichtigkeit des Spielbegriffs immer mehr. Aus diesem Grund wird 'Spiel' in den $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltigen$ Wissenschaftsbereichen, in $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltiger$ Weise definiert, und diese Definitionen sind im Gebrauch auch in $vielf{\ddot{a}}ltiger$ Weise. Aber trotz dieser mit Spiel $zusammenh{\ddot{a}}ngenden$ '$Vielf{\ddot{a}}ltigkeiten$' liegt immer eine identische Voraussetzung am Boden der Definitionen oder Theorien des Spiels, und das ist nichts anderes als, dass Spiel ausnahmslos eine Vertieftsein-$T{\ddot{a}}tigkeit$ ist. Anders gesagt, dass es kein Spiel gibt, in dem man sich nicht $v{\ddot{o}}llig$ aufgeht. Aber diese Ansicht ist vorwiegend nur im Abendland in Geltung, und deswegen ist es sehr bedenklich, ob man das auch auf dem Morgenland gleichfalls zutreffen $k{\ddot{o}}nnte$. Grund $daf{\ddot{u}}r$ ist, dass, weil das traditionelle $Lebensgef{\ddot{u}}hl$ nicht in einem Tage gebildet worden ist, $l{\ddot{a}}sst$ sich es nicht vermeiden, dass dieses $Lebensgef{\ddot{u}}hl$ auf alles, was mit dem Leben Zusammenhang steht, einen unmittelbaren Einfluss $aus{\ddot{u}}bt$. Dann kann man sagen, dass das sich $nat{\ddot{u}}rlich$ in der Ansicht zum Spiel widerspiegelt. Aus diesem Urteil wird man in dieser Arbeit den Vertieftseinsbegriff und den Verfremdungsbegriff gegeneinander stellen, und folglich, wenn man die 'Verfremdung' $f{\ddot{u}}r$ einen sonstigen Charakter des Spiels erachten kann, muss man sie auch in Rechnung ziehen, falls man Spielbegriff studieren will.

The global plant construction market has grown dramatically since 2000. As the market grows, domestic EPC contractors are expanding to meet its needs and have made great strides in terms of economic indicators from a decade ago. Larger projects involve a number of risk factors, such as volatile oil prices, however, and thus require quantitative and elaborate project management techniques for the ultimate success of a project's profitability. In addition, many Korean companies face difficulties in predicting potential risks and problems due to a lack of experience in dealing with the global market trend toward projects based on the Cost-re(Cost Reimbursable) contract as opposed to those based on the LSTK(Lumpsum Turnkey) contract. This study will examine methods and types of man-hour management according to plant project contract types. Further, it will explore the man-hour management system for successful completion of projects by satisfying the client's needs and enhancing the convenience in engineers' using the system. Additionally, this study will analyze the current system and identify its problems to address potential problems.

The key exchange protocols are very important to provide the secure communication in broadband satellite access network. However key exchange protocol of ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute) is vulnerable to man-in-the-middle-attack by using Diffie-Hellman algorithm. And the key exchange protocol using certification is not useful in satellite environment. We propose the key exchange protocol using Timestamp which have the resistant to man-in-the-middle-attack. Proposed protocol is able to prevent the man-in-the-middle-attack by calculated time value. Also showing experiment results, we prove that proposed protocol improve memory usage, communication amount and calculation amount than other protocols.

Hull form designers have to design a ship with satisfying an economical, technical and environmental demand. When it is concerned by a technical and environmental demand, there will be a economical demand left to criticize optimization. In this case, there were used to be requirements which needs to meet only a best performance not concerning about input of Human resource. Life cycle's cost contains building cost and operation cost so that now we need to check Man Hour cost in building a ship. This research shows a correlation between hull form information, i.e. curvature, length, breadth and thickness of surface and Man Hour of the Shell plating manufacture with using Artificial Neural Network and Gentic Programming. This study will support to classify initial work, to have a high assumption possible through predicting a Man Hour and to provide a guide book to infer a building cost and a economical optimization hull form.
