The mobile-phone which Camera was put on was released at the end of 2000 and dramatically puts up the deployment ratio because not only simple Camera but also a function that the photograph which I took is dispatched was added. It is the force that demand in this year presses 600,000,000 sale of a mobile-phone is estimated to be 960,000,000 of them in 2006, and to be able to include two errands with a support model after 3G. A person of entry to a camera-module appear much. In addition, the various kinds of products open markedly which a product comes to be known widely in the world, and the application range has opened widely, and considered QCDT come to be key issues for answer to market demand. By manufacturing industry, there is peculiar culture to each industry, camera-module is the composition the various industries. The construction of true Supply-chain becomes unavoidable to make a good product. I describe the point that the situation of each supply-chain and the direction for the future by the view point of module assembly maker.

This study was performed to found out the deviations for clamp-on type ultrasonic flowmeter installed in downstream of valves. It was selected three types of two-path flowmeter mainly used for K-water as test. Experiment carried out to confirmed characteristics of deviation depending on the sensor location, straight pipe length and maker for 1-path, 2-path and 4-path combined 2-path flowmeter. It was selected two kinds of valves with 100 % and 50 % opening, butterfly valves and gate valves, for flow disturbance factor. Finally, we suggested number of sensors by maker, straight pipe length and installed location of sensors satisfying the tolerance depending on the experiment results.

This study describes a real-time location monitoring system developed for efficient operation of workplace in plant equipment maker. This monitoring system can be applied for indoor and outdoor working environment respectively. By using the real-time tracking system based on RTLS, it is possible to track worker's movement and location of working object under indoor working environment. For outdoor working environment, the real-time monitoring system based on IDGPS is applied for work safety and balanced workload. A case study is provided to evaluate the performance of the real-time monitoring system.

A novel, maskless, low-volume bumping material, called solder bump maker, which is composed of a resin and low-melting-point solder powder, has been developed. The resin features no distinct chemical reactions preventing the rheological coalescence of the solder, a deoxidation of the oxide layer on the solder powder for wetting on the pad at the solder melting point, and no major weight loss caused by out-gassing. With these characteristics, the solder was successfully wetted onto a metal pad and formed a uniform solder bump array with pitches of 120 ${\mu}m$ and 150 ${\mu}m$.

The behavior and flow characteristics of the floating wave energy converter were analyzed by using CFD in this study. The average significant wave height was confirmed as 0.5~2.0m from the Korean coastal sea area. This study was carried out by selecting a range of 1.0~1.6m in the wave height to simulate the operations of realistic wave energy converter system. The principle of a piston wave maker was applied in order to produce periodic wave. The behavior of the wave energy converter and the state of the wave overtopping according to the generated periodic wave were confirmed through the unsteady three-dimensional flow analysis. It was found that the wave overtopping rate according to the generated periodic wave was in range of the 11.6~30.0 kg/s.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an interactive method, using fuzzy Choquet's integral, which is designed to find out the mostly preferred solutions for deterministic MADM problems with many attributes and alternatives. The basic idea of the paper is essentially the same as that of the one we have published before[1]; subgrouping of attributes and eliminating of inefficient solutions. But the difference between these two methods lies in the fact that the present method evaluates and eliminates alternatives using fuzzy Choquet's integral on the basis of decision-maker's judgements about the relative importance of subgroups of attributes, rather than using mathematical programming on the basis of pair-wise comparisons of alternatives. If such information is obtainable from the decision-maker, the method can be proved to be much easier to understand and more efficient to compute.

Generally, the repeater in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) included HPA(HI-Power Amplifier) to amplifier communication signals. Also , HPA contained PD(Predistortor) to maintain the linearization of amplifier characteristics. A configuration component of PD have been used electricity nonlinear devices such that diode. But this diode takes many influences at the circumstance temperature. Consequently, it can't maintain output linearization, and drop the communication quality. The manufacturer set bias of the circuit to the manual at the first out of ware-house low But the Q-point changes according to the change of the high temperature or low temperature. Therefore, we designed a system to maintain the Q-point by FDM(Fuzzy Decision Maker) in this paper.

의사결정자 지원은 문제 인식, 대안 생성, 최적안 선정 등 협의의 의사결정 지원시스템 (Decision Support System, DSS) 뿐 아니라 의사결정자의 일상업무지원과 의사결정 능력 향상을 위한 교육을 포함한다. 본 논문의 목적은 의사결정자를 지워하기 위한 일종의 광의의 의사결정 지원 시스템인 의사결정자 지원시스템(Decision Maker Support System, DMSS)에 대한 개념적 틀을 제시하는 것이다. DMSS는 전통적인 의사 결정 지원시스템, 업무처리 시스템, 가상교육 시스템 및 이들을 통합 관리하여 특정 의사결정자의 요구에 맞게 구성해 주는 DMSS 관리자를 핵심 요소로 하며 원격의 의사결정자 존재를 생각하여 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반을 고려하였다. 특히 DMSS의 하위 시스템의 지식을 통합하기 위해 일원화된 지식베이스를 설계하였다. 그리고 DMSS의 가능성을 보이기 위해 가상 시나리오를 통해 설명하였다.

The impact of adding additional Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) criteria is demonstrated because current research shows MCDA for flood damage has been applied using only a few criteria but for better results the MCDA approach needs to apply more criteria for evaluating the alternatives. By adding additional criteria into MCDA, the capability to make the best alternatives more diverse and show the decision maker more differences in the scores of the alternatives to allow the decision maker to discriminate is significantly improved. The target region for a demonstration application of the methodology was the Suyoung River Basin in Korea. The 1991 Gladys flood event and five different return periods were used as a case study to demonstrate the proposed methodology of evaluation of various flood damage reduction alternatives.

Green growth policy is essentially a dilemmatic policy, because it has two fundamental but conflicting values, environment vs. economy. In this paper, how the dilemma in the green growth policy is perceived by the policy maker is analyzed. Two approach is taken to analyze the dilemma perception by the policy maker, the president of Korea. The first approach is an analysis of policy statements by the president, and the second approach is a cognitive map analysis of his statements. This paper discusses the different findings between two approach and points out the potential power of the cognitive map in finding policy dilemmas.
