치기공과와 치위생과 학생의 특성과 전공학습 인지도 (A study of subjective oral health actual condition in elementary school teachers, Daegu area)

  • Surveying perception of majors to students of Department of dental technology 433(48.3%) and Department of dental hygiene 463(51.7%), and their sex rates 272 (30.4%) for males and 624 (69.6%) for females, 896 examines in total, have let us to know the level of student's perception of their majors and now able to adjust the level of major's lectures and maximize the ability to study has brought these conclusions. 1. Although the hometowns of students had similar rates between large and small cities disregarding their departments, the type of highschool had differences for the academic highschool graduators were the most. Also, CSAT was the highest than other specialized types when entering. 2. Self selection considering employment percentage was the highest for the student's choice of selecting department of dental hygiene and dental technology. 3. For the satisfaction of school and education systems, "satisfied" and "normal" were as high as 74% in both department of dental hygiene and dental technology for school satisfaction, and 75%, 74% for satisfaction of environment from the two departments. 4. As for the satisfaction of department and environment, department of dental hygiene and dental technology both answered "satisfied" and "normal" the most, but in satisfaction of companions, they have shown relatively high satisfaction by answering "very satisfied" and "satisfied". 5. Difficulties of majors relating to the perception of learning, department of dental technology and dental hygiene both answered too much to memorize and hard to understand. 6. Department of dental technology's try for majors relating to the level of perception of learning have shown that they have high understandings in proportion to how much they try but for department of dental hygiene has shown not much differences. 7. Department of dental hygiene had higher stress than department of dental technology in studying majors and there were both some differences statistically.

의사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 환자만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Doctors' Communication Styles on Patient Satisfaction: Empirical Examination)

  • These days, the environment of hospital marketing is changing rapidly. The level of expectation and demand of patients have become greater and more diversified, and patients have more alternatives in selecting hospitals. The standard of hospital selection and the type of using hospital have been changed, and competition among hospitals has been accelerated due to the opening of the medical market through globalization. Accordingly, differentiation strategies are critical in hospital marketing. The quality of medical service oriented toward patient satisfaction becomes a strong strategic weapon to secure a hospital's competitive advantage. Therefore, marketing and communication strategies should be focused on patient-oriented, rather than hospital-oriented. Considering the changes in the hospital environment and the increase in the patients' expectation level, this study categorizes doctors' communication styles into four different ones: trust-type, professional-type, cooperation-type, and control-type. The effects of these communication styles on patient satisfaction were empirically examined. The moderating roles of the patient's characteristics and clinical characteristics between the doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction were also investigated to find out managerial implications for hospital management. To achieve such goals, data were collected from patients of 12 general hospitals in Busan. The data were analyzed to test research hypotheses that examine 1) the relationships between doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction, 2) the moderating roles of the patient characteristics and clinical characteristics in the research model, and 3) the impact of patient satisfaction on positive word-of-mouth and repurchase. The following summarizes the major results of this research. First, the data showed that patient satisfaction varied across doctors' communication styles. Trust-type style had the strongest impact on patient satisfaction while control-type style had the weakest influence on patient satisfaction. Professional-type style and cooperation-type style also had positive effects on patient satisfaction but the impact of the two are not statistically different. Second, significant differences in terms of patient satisfaction were found depending upon demographic variables such as gender, marital status, age, occupation, and education. Patient satisfaction, however, was consistent across varying income groups. Third, patients' medical insurance types were also related to patient satisfaction. It implies that a doctor may need to use different communication styles depending on a patient's medical insurance type. Fourth, out-patient and in-patient showed a different level of satisfaction with varying communication styles. Fifth, highly professional knowledge and strong control can influence patient satisfaction depending on the characteristics of the patient treatment field. Sixth, patient satisfaction were proved to have significantly positive effects on word-of-mouth and repurchase. The implications drawn from this study must be tempered by its limitations. First of all, the subjects used in this study were patients in Busan and small- and medium-size hospitals were excluded from the research. Therefore, future research should examine the research model by using a variety of hospitals and clinics throughout Korea. Another research agenda has to do with finding more determinant and moderating variables which will increase an explanatory power of the model. In short, this study may be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of doctors' communication styles on patient satisfaction. Interestingly enough, the results showed that each communication style had a unique impact on patient satisfaction. The findings from this research can be very useful in developing hospital marketing strategies.

몽골 여성들의 과시적 소비성향에 따른 수입의류 선택행동 (A study on Mongol women's imported apparel selection behavior according to their conspicuous consumption orientation)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify imported apparel selection behavior according to Mongol women's conspicuous consumption orientation. A self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. First, factors of conspicuous consumption orientation were high price and luxury brand, fashion style, altruism, prestige, and brand. Mongol women were segmented into the price and prestige pursuit group, the fashion and brand pursuit group, the altruism pursuit group, and the conspicuous consumption retard group. Second, factors of motivating the selection of imported apparel were value, symbolism, and aesthetics, and Mongol women considered the aesthetics of imported apparel important. Married Mongol women in their 30's chose imported apparel because of its symbolism. More married women selected imported apparel because of its value and more educated women selected imported apparel because of its aesthetics. Women with higher apparel expenditure selected imported apparel because of its value and symbolism. Quality, diversity, and the fit of imported apparel were the selection criteria for Mongol women and they were satisfied with the quality, diversity, and fit of the imported apparel. Brand awareness was very important when selecting imported apparel but the women's satisfaction level was significantly low. Third, more women in their 30's, unmarried, or with a lower educational level were found in the price and the prestige pursuit group, and the price and prestige pursuit group and the altruism pursuit group selected imported apparel for its aesthetics. More unmarried women in their 30's with a higher educational level were found in the fashion and brand pursuit group and selected imported apparel for its value, symbolism, and aesthetics. More unmarried women in their 20's with a higher educational level were found in the altruism pursuit group, but unmarried women in their 20's with a lower educational level were found in the conspicuous consumption retard group.

외식창업부동산점포의 입지요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 창업만족도의 매개효과 (A Study on Influence of Location Factors of Food Service Business Start-up Real Estate Store on Business Performance: Mediated Effect of Start-up Business Satisfaction)

  • 외식창업에 있어서 입지선정은 경영의 성과를 이루는데 첩경이라 할 수 있으며 이러한 의미에서 외식산업은 부동산 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 외식창업점포의 입지요인이 매출성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보고, 입지요인이 창업만족도에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조사대상은 외식자영업자들을 대상으로 정하였으며, 설문조사는 안양시에 소재하고 있는 외식창업업자를 대상을 2016년12월1일부터 2017년1월30일까지 실시하였다. 설문지는 총300부가 배포되어 245부가 회수되었고, 불성실한 답변을 제외한 198부가 실증연구에 사용되었다. 실증 분석은 SPSS 22.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식창업점포의 입지요인으로 접근용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성 등 4가지로 구분하였다. 둘째, 입지요인이 매출성과에 미치는 영향에서 접근용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성 모두가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 입지요인이 매출성과에 미치는 영향에서 창업만족도는 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 외식창업점포만의 입지선정요인을 확인하고 다른 분야의 점포의 입지선정 시 중요요인과 차별점을 찾고 싶었다. 이러한 결과는 안양지역 외식창업의 매출성과를 높이기 위해 입지선정단계부터 총력을 기울여야하며 창업의 만족도를 높이기 위해 노력하는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.

IPTV 수용자의 이용행태와 서비스 만족도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the IPTV Usage and Service Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 신규매체로서 IPTV의 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 IPTV의 선택요인과 수용행태를 조사하고 다양한 부가서비스 이용에 대한 만족도를 실증적으로 분석했다. 연구결과, 요금과 콘텐츠 유형이 IPTV 사업자 선택에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 매체 간 기능적 유사성은 IPTV와 인터넷의 유사성이 다른 매체들에 비해 조금 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. IPTV가 제공하는 서비스 유형 중에는 생활서비스와 부가서비스, 쌍방향서비스와 교육서비스의 이용 만족도가 높은 것으로 밝혀졌으며, IPTV 서비스의 전반적인 만족도는 항목별 실제 이용정도에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. IPTV 콘텐츠 가운데 수용자들은 국내드라마를 가장 많이 시청했으며, 해외영화와 연예오락 프로그램이 그 다음 순위를 차지했다. IPTV 수용자들이 느끼는 가장 큰 문제점은 '비용부담'과 '콘텐츠의 다양성 부족' 이었으며, 가격요인이 IPTV 선정기준에 가장 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유료 콘텐츠 이용 및 부가 서비스에 따른 추가비용 상승 부담을 향후 IPTV의 가장 큰 문제점으로 인식하고 있었다. 기존의 연구들이 IPTV 상용화 이전에 수용자 예측조사를 실시했다면, 이 연구는 IPTV 상용화 이후 주요 IPTV 서비스(메가TV, SK브로드밴드, LGTV)를 이용하는 실수용자들을 대상으로 IPTV의 가입특성과 다양한 서비스 이용행태 및 만족도를 밝히고 수용자들의 가격민감성을 연구결과로 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

모바일 어플리케이션의 네비게이션 위치와 항목 수에 따른 만족도에 대한 분산 분석 (ANOVA of Satisfaction based on Navigation Location and Number of Items in Mobile Applications)

  • 모바일 어플리케이션 사용성에서 사용자인터페이스는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 일반적인 어플리케이션의 사용자 인터페이스는 내비게이션이 있고 그 항목을 선택하는 것으로 페이지의 이동이 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 내비게이션의 위치와 항목의 수에 따라서 사용자들의 만족도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 어플리케이션의 내비게이션의 3가지 위치인 상단, 하단, 사이드와 각 위치마다 항목 수를 4~6개를 독립변수로 무작위로 뽑은 성인 남녀 135명을 대상으로 무작위 그룹을 지어 이원배치분산분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 내비게이션의 위치와 항목 수가 각기 0.000과 0.008로 유의확률 0.05 이하로 귀무가설을 기각했다. 또한 내비게이션의 위치와 항목 수의 상호작용이 만족도의 차이를 만들어 내는지의 연구가설을 유의확률 0.016으로 유의함을 확인하였다. 분석(Scheffe)에서는 내비게이션의 위치에서 사이드<상단<하단의 새 집단으로 분류되어 각기 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 항목 수에서는 6개<4개 두 개의 집단이 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 내비게이션의 위치와 항목 수에 따른 만족도의 차이가 일부 유의미하게 나타난 결과에 따라, 내비게이션의 위치가 하단에 위치했을 때 인터페이스의 만족도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다만, 다양해지고 있는 모바일 사이즈에 따라 사이드 형태의 내비게이션이 적합한지에 대한 후속 연구가 필요할 것이다.

성공적인 노화를 위한 선택.적정화.보상책략 관련 변인 연구 -중산층 노인을 중심으로- (Variables that Affect Selective Optimization with Compensation (SOC) for Successful Aging Among Middle-Class Elderly)

  • Selective Optimization with Compensation (SOC), a concept defined by Baltes and Baltes, is known to predict successful aging. This study was conducted to find out which factors affect Korean elderly people SOC The data for this study were obtained from a survey conducted between March and May 2001, on a sample of middle-class male and female participants over 60 years old. Two hundred and fifty four completed questionnaires were used for final analyses. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson correlations, multiple regressions, multiple response frequencies and sequential threshold methods were used to analyze the data. In order to measure successful aging, the Selective Optimization with Compensation Scale developed by Baltes, Baltes, Freud, and Lang (1996) was used. The SOC scale consists of four subscales, Elective Selection, Loss-based Selection, Optimization, and Compensation. The major findings are summarized in the following. First, the level of SOC by various socio-demographic variables was examined. It tuned out that health status is the most important variable in predicting SOC. Also important was satisfaction with family life. Second, significant correlations were found between SOC and duration of the marriage (negative), practicing a religion, health, and economic stability (all positive). Third, religion and health status affected SOC, but health was a stronger predictor Those who practiced a religion and were healthy had a higher score in SOC as a whole. Fourth, the participants were divided into three groups by their SOC score, and their idea.; of successful aging were compared. The top- and middle-score groups considered satisfaction with family life to be more important, whereas the bottom-score group regarded the social status as more important.

  • Recently, Cruise travel Industry becomes a major market in the SIT tour. this perspective, the primary purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between influencing factors of the Selection Attributes of Cruise Tour. This research aims to provide information to establish customer-oriented marketing strategies in developing by cruise tour. The current study examined related literature finding out the number of the factors to meet future users preference and expectations. Based on examined factors, the study investigated the same dimensions in Korea future cruise industry. The data collected outgoing tourists of travel service company. The Survey instrument consisted of asking respondents a number of questions regarding their intention, preferences, and expectations toward future cruise travel. The result of study showed that a certain number of factors were statistically significant on the future users cruise travel intention. It shows that there was significant difference related to the using purpose and the usage attitude. It can be conducted from the results that respondents expected a certain number of factors when the cruise travel launched in korea.

  • This study is aim to execute multiple analysis about housing plan to target middle old aged households. This results can be applied to an important information for housing plan of middle old aged households to search about how does housing plan realized through their consciousness, satisfactions and selection preference of housing. The detailed purpose of this study is stated in below. First, this study shows specific attributes of middle old aged households. Second, this study shows the consciousness of middle old aged households for housing. Third, this study shows the preferences of middle old aged households for housing. Forth, this study also shows the upcoming housing plans through the consideration of their consciousness and preferences for housing selection. All data of this study was achieved through questionnaire survey, personal interview and photo shooting. Totally three hundred seventy copies were used for final analysis to target middle aged people after forties in Ulsan. The questionnaires in this survey were consisted of 5 major items such as the attributes of social demography, housing values, preferences, satisfactions related to results of consciousness and housing choices.

경호관련학과 학생들의 선택 동기가 NCS교육과정 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Selection Motivation of Security-related Department Students on NCS Curriculum and Career Decision)

  • 본 연구는 경호관련학과 학생들의 선택 동기가 NCS교육과정 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 "첫째, 전공 선택 동기, 둘째, NCS 교육과정, 셋째, 진로결정"로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 변수의 신뢰도 분석 및 탐색적 요인을 분석하기 위해 Chronbach's Alpha 계수를 제시하고 베리맥스Berimax 방식을 수행하였다. 측정항목들의 AVE와 CR 수치가 모두 기준치인 0.5와 0.7 이상으로 산출되어 항목들의 집중타당성이 양호한 것으로 분석되었다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 '선택 동기 ⇨ NCS 교육과정'는 0.563로, 'NCS 교육과정 ⇨ 진로결정'는 1.339로 산출되어 두 가설의 관계가 양(+)의 관계를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 경호관련학과 학생들의 진로결정을 향상시켜 주기 위해서는 선택 동기를 높여주고 NCS 교육과정의 만족도를 높여주기 위한 노력이 필요해 보인다.
